Frankfurt School Victories

So many of the stories at Not the Bee today highlight the success of Frankfurt School’s agenda that I decided to make them a separate post.

Earlier this week, police identified and arrested the man who stabbed a Montana husband and wife who were hiking with their daughters on an Arkansas trail. The perp is a school teacher who apparently had no motive for the crime.

A Christian was gunned down in front of his wife and child outside Pursuit Seattle Church. In May, after the same church was attacked by dozens of Antifa and Trantifa activists, Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell released a statement basically saying the “extreme right” Christians were asking for it.

One of the goals of the Frankfurters was to destroy marriage and family. Their infiltration of American education was obvious by the 1960s. You can easily see here how successful their efforts have been.

Meet Reverend Roger Haenke (60). Haenke was ordained a Roman Catholic priest on June 1, 1991. After several years in parish ministry, he quit to get a B.S. in Nursing, after which he worked as pediatric nurse, then as an administrator, nursing director, and nursing instructor until he retired. In 2017, he married Cliff Berkowitz and was received as an Episcopal priest in the Episcopal Diocese of San Diego. He is now rector at St. John’s in Chula Vista, California, where he enjoys hooking up with 14- and 15-year-old boys on the on the gay dating app, Grindr. On August 1, 2025, the group People v. Preds outed him. The church has put him on suspension and the matter is reportedly under investigation by law enforcement.

Australia banned guns; now they’re taking the knives. Welcome to the Brave New World where only the government and criminals (if they’re not even the same people) have the right to protect themselves from the government and criminals.

In St. Paul, Minnesota, a Somali immigrant abducted a 12-year-old girl who was playing in her backyard, shoved her into his car, and raped her. The liberal judge gave him the lightest possible sentence because he is allegedly “devoted family man … starting over in a new culture.” @MagaMattforever correctly notes they’re basically admitting that raping young girls is a normal and expected behavior among Muslim men in Somalia.

So far as I know, the Frankfurters didn’t specifically mention promoting culinary abominations, but I’m in favor of blaming them for this gag-inducing idea. Recipe: Acai sorbet, apple juice, strawberries, raspberries, Heinz Simply Ketchup, and ice.

FEMINISM AGAINST PROGRESS: The link is cued up to begin at the speech itself, so you don’t have to sit through introductions etc. [1:28:25] – Mary Harrington, author of Feminism Against Progress, describes herself as a “reactionary feminist.” She argues that the pursuit of progress has, in many ways, undermined the well-being of the majority of women, creating new forms of dependence and inequality.

As I listen to it, I am struck by how much of what she describes is what the Frankfurt School promoted. And she does it standing in front of a supremely chaotic and ugly mural, something the Frankfurters would be applauding … if they weren’t all (likely) burning in Hell.

Her summary line is this: “As we stare down the monster of money and technology and ‘no truth, only power,’ Christian theology really is the only place left to stand. … There’s no other body of thought that can make the case for human nature as creatures of both flesh and spirit, capable of directing our purpose beyond the mere pursuit of food, sex, money, and status power.”

Gerrymandering

Gov. Newsom just tried to claim that Republicans were the true gerrymanderers by listing 12 states with no Democrat seats.

This list is totally bogus. These are all low-population, deep red states whose 30 total seats are only 7% of the entire House.

Gerrymandering is literally impossible in these states, because their borders are the districts’ borders. As for the rest of the states Newsom named, do you see how any of them could be gerrymandered to give Democrats even one seat?

West Virginia has 2 seats in the House.

Montana has 2 seats in the House.

Idaho has 2 seats in the House.

Nebraska has 3 seats in the House.

Utah has 4 seats in the House.

Iowa has 4 seats in the House.

Arkansas has 4 seats in the House.

Oklahoma has 5 seats in the House.

AOC: The Ethics Committee has fined AOC $3,000 for listing her partner/fiancé as her “spouse” on some documents so as to obtain certain benefits, while listing him as her “partner” on others so as to protect him from financial disclosure laws. Hmm … I wonder if those pesky financial disclosure laws are the reason for their absurdly long engagement.

They had been living together for years before Riley Roberts finally put a rock on AOC’s ring finger in April 2022. She stopped wearing said rock about 18 months later and there has been no talk of a wedding date ever since. As Andrew Kerr of the Washington Free Beacon noted, by not being legally married to AOC, Roberts “has been exempt from publicly disclosing his assets, stock trades, and his places of employment as a part of Ocasio-Cortez’s annual financial disclosure reports.”

BABYLON BEE: “How is that even possible?!” one Secret Service agent was heard gasping. “I’ve heard stories about how President Trump can do things no other mortal man can do, but I don’t know if I really believed it… until now. He just… walked. On a moderately sloped roof. Just like it was nothing. We couldn’t believe our eyes.”

CALIFORNICATION: In the 2024 presidential election, Trump won 38.3% of the votes in California. Yet, because of racial minority bias in districting, only 17% of Cali’s congressional representatives are Republicans.

In response to Texas Gov. Abbott’s proposal to redistrict his state in a way that would likely flip five D to R, California’s Gov. Newsom wants to gerrymander his state’s districts in a way that would likely flip five of those R seats to D.

Newsom’s plan faces considerable opposition, since it would require bypassing California’s independent Citizens Redistricting Commission, which was established by voters in 2008 and 2010. Initially, this commission flipped seats in favor of Democrats, likely by replacing political bias with a minority racial bias. But SCOTUS is very likely going to declare racial minority biasing in congressional districting unconstitutional.

The Roots of the Issue

The current political divide is not Donald Trump’s fault; indeed, he only ran for president because of the dangers he saw it posed to our nation’s survival. In some ways, the roots of this issue actually go back to the Garden of Eden. But more recently, we can trace them to specific people and ideas. Below is a brief run down of what I have learned over the years. I’m sure there’s more and would welcome anyone who can add to our knowledge and wisdom on this (and any other) topic.

In the early 1990s, Michael Minnicino wrote an article entitled The Frankfurt School and “Political Correctness” (link below) in which he traced the roots of what he called “the new Dark Age.” He wrote that our current state was “consciously fostered and organized.” He posited that “either we create a Renaissance—a rebirth of the fundamental principles upon which civilization originated—or, our civilization dies.”

Minnicino identified the “single, most important organizational component of this conspiracy” as having been a Communist thinktank known as the Frankfurt School whose members were desperately disappointed that the glorious Bolshevik Revolution in Russia had not inspired the proletariat of other European countries to rise up and overthrow their own governments.

One of the members – Georg Lukacs (photo above) – wrote, “Who will save us from Western civilization?” A hundred years ago, Lukacs promoted sex education in the schools, easy access to contraception, and loose divorce laws. So did Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood. So do the majority of the leaders and members of today’s Democratic Party.

Lukacs believed that what kept the West from embracing Communism was their Judeo-Christian belief in the uniqueness and sacredness of the individual and in the possibility of enjoying an unmediated relationship with the Divine. From Lukascz’ (and Satan’s) point of view, no society infused with such beliefs could ever “reach the state of hopelessness and alienation which Lukacs recognized as the necessary prerequisite for socialist revolution.”

Lukacs and the other denizens of the Frankfurt School sought to identify the means by which the Judaeo-Christian cultural matrix could be replaced with a demonic world view. They sought cultural forms that would alienate people from truth and goodness. In modern art, literature, and music, they promoted ugliness, pessimism, and discord. Brecht, for example attempted to write his plays so as to make the audience leave the theater demoralized and aimlessly angry.

The Frankfurt School saw the new technologies of radio, film, and recorded music as golden opportunities to exert control over society’s cultural matrix. They sought to do this, in part, by substituting art with entertainment. In 1937, the Rockefeller Foundation (a supporter of the Frankfurt School) began funding research into the social effects of new forms of mass media, particularly radio, basing its headquarters at Princeton University. The director of the “Radio Project” was a Marxist named Paul Lazersfeld.

Under Lazersfeld was Frank Stanton, who one day would become president of the CBS News Division, and ultimately president of CBS. Stanton also became Chairman of the Board of the RAND Corporation and a member of President Lyndon Johnson’s “kitchen cabinet.” Another member of the Rockefeller Foundations’ radio research was Herta Herzog, who married Lazersfeld and became the first director of research for the Voice of America, which functioned from 1942 until Trump shut them down in March of this year.

The efforts of the Radio Project conspirators to manipulate the population spawned the modern pseudoscience of public opinion polling. Another member of the Radio Project was Hazel Gaudet, who became one of the nation’s leading political pollsters. In 1966, Gaudet organized the first meetings of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Nevada in her own living room. In 1970, she was elected Nevada’s representative on ACLU’s national board.

The major pollsters of today—A.C. Neilsen, George Gallup, Elmo Roper—started in the mid-1930’s and, by 1936, had become sufficiently widespread to justify a trade association, the American Academy of Public Opinion Research, which was located at Princeton and headed by Paul Lazersfeld. In 1940, the Office of Radio Research was turned into the Bureau of Applied Social Research, a division of Columbia University, also headed by Paul Lazersfeld. In fact, the entire development of television and advertising in the 1950’s and 1960’s was pioneered by men and women who were trained in the Frankfurt School’s techniques of mass alienation. Their techniques would eventually control American political campaigning.

The Frankfurt School also made major inroads in American academia. In the 1960s, hundreds of thousands of baby boomers were exposed to the Frankfurt School’s poison, either directly or indirectly, when they attended college. It is no coincidence that this is also when student rebellions, widespread drug use, and the sexual revolution began.

By the 1990s, the ideas hatched at the Frankfurt School dominated the universities where students were taught to replace reason with political correctness. More recently, the cancel culture’s tolerance for all things left and intolerance for all things right have permeated our entire society. It is worth noting that Saul Alinsky and his protegé, Barack Obama, are both acolytes of the Frankfurt School.

Thirty-three years ago, Minnicino wrote that our only way out was “to discard the evil, and inhuman, and just plain stupid, and to go back, hundreds or thousands of years, to the ideas which allow humanity to grow in freedom and goodness.” I think it is clear that we are not embroiled in some new and different socio-political battle; rather, we are in the midst of what is likely the end of the ages old spiritual battle that began in the Garden of Eden. Obviously, the only way out is found in the Bible.

Skydance, backed by Oracle founder Larry Ellison and led by his son David Ellison, made concessions like eliminating DEI and committing to an ombudsman to address alleged bias in CBS News.

MARY’S MANTLE: Women in many cultures, including those of the Middle East, use their shawls as baby blankets and as cloth baby carriers to keep the hands free for daily tasks. While the theological and artistic depictions of “Mary’s mantle” typically emphasize Mary’s shawl used as a cloak, she likely used her shawl/mantle to swaddle Jesus when he was a newborn, to cover Him when he slept, and to carry him against her skin while she worked.

The etymology of the word “mantle” offers more opportunities for meditation. The Latin word “mantellum” meant “cloak, cloth, hand-towel, napkin” perhaps related to the Latin “manus” for “hand” – e.g., “manuscript” = “hand written”). In Old English, “mentel” referred to “a loose, sleeveless garment worn as an outer covering, falling in straight lines from the shoulders” and in Old French “mantel” meant “cloak; bedspread, cover.” From the 1300s, it has referred to something “that which enshrouds, something that conceals, a covering”, thus the layer of the earth between the crust and core.

OKLAHOMA: In an effort to prevent leftist ideologies from infiltrating Oklahoma’s classrooms, teachers relocating from liberal-leaning states will be required to pass a new certification test to prove they align with Oklahoma’s curriculum standards.

We are not like them

Clarence and Ginni Thomas have been married since 1987. The liberal white woman’s repeated statements that Justice Thomas is opposed to racially mixed marriages is both stupid and wrong. Not only is his wife obviously a Caucasian, but also Grok says “there is no evidence in his judicial record, opinions, or public statements suggesting he has advocated for banning interracial marriages.” Speaking to the liberal white woman’s repeated references to Roe v. Wade, that decision was about abortion, not racially mixed marriages.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, the man Charlie Kirk would prefer be a role model to a young Black boy, has been serving on the U.S. Supreme Court since 1991. He has consistently interpreted the Constitution based on its original meaning and text, often rejecting precedent (stare decisis) when he believes it deviates from the Framers’ intent.

Thomas champions federalism as a limit on federal power, as seen in Hyatt, Shelby County, and his Dormant Commerce Clause critiques (Camps Newfound/Owatonna, Inc. v. Harrison). He argues the Constitution contains no “negative” Commerce Clause.

He has been a robust defender of free speech, gun rights, and executive power. Likewise, he consistently opposes affirmative action, abortion rights, and expansive criminal defendant protections. His lone dissent in cases like Dawson v. Delaware (1992) and concurrence in Missouri v. Jenkins (1995) reflect his willingness to stand alone.

WASHINGTON: Two fundamentalist Muslim migrants from Iraq, neither of whom have bothered to learn English, have been found Not Guilty of attempted murder by a Thurston County jury.

Judge Christine Schaller did not allow the prosecution to enter into evidence that, before the attack, the defendants had threatened their teenaged daughter with honor killing if she refused to fly back to their home country and marry the older Muslim man they had selected for her. The judge said the backstory would be too prejudicial.

Well duh! Intent to kill is necessary for a murder verdict. Denying the jury the facts about the parents pre-stated intention to kill the girl made it impossible for the jury to convict on murder charges. The father was found guilty only of assault and unlawful imprisonment and will be serving a 12-month prison sentence.

The mother was found guilty only of violating two domestic violence protective orders that had been obtained, on the girl’s behalf, by the boyfriend and their high school. The mother has already served more time behind bars than her sentence called for, so she is out of jail, but must have no contact with her daughter.

DUCK-BILLED PLATYPUS: I was thinking yesterday how God must have been in a funny mood when He decided to put a duck’s bill on a beaver’s body. Today, in my Facebook feed, I learned just how totally, over-the-top weird His mood really was!

The duck-billed platypus, a native of Australia, has fur that glows under ultraviolet light, a trait shared among mammals with only the Virginia Opossum and New World Flying Squirrel. Where most mammals have only one X and one Y chromosome, this bizarre, Darwin-defying mammal has five X and five Y chromosomes each. It also

  • lays eggs, like a bird;
  • has webbed feet, like an otter;
  • hunts by electrolocation, like a shark;
  • has no stomach, a trait shared with the spiny anteater; and,
  • has eyes equipped with double cones, which is common in birds, but almost unheard of in mammals.

The females have no teats, but rather secrete milk through special pores in the skin; the young lap, known as “puggles” lap it off their mama’s fur. The only other mammal to lack teats are spiny anteaters.

And finally, duck-billed platypus males are the only confirmed living animal of any kind to have venomous spurs on their hind feet. These are primarily used for male-male competition during mating season, but the toxin in the venom is capable of causing tremendous pain to humans.

LEAF SHEEP: Yesterday, I was marveling at how the duck-billed platypus demonstrates God’s immense creativity and whacky sense of humor. Today, I see this in my Facebook feed. – The Leaf Sheep is a sea slug that can do photosynthesis! No bigger than a grain of rice, it sports green leaf-like flaps covered in chloroplasts stolen from the algae it eats. The chloroplasts allow it to convert sunlight into energy, making it one of the very few animals in the world capable of photosynthesis. AND it looks like Shawn the Sheep dressed up as an artichoke for Halloween! LOLOL
