COLORADO: The Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) is representing a couple who are suing Jefferson County Public Schools for assigning their 11-year-old daughter to share a hotel room and a bed with a biologically male “transgender” student during a school trip. The girl was allowed to change her room, but was instructed not to tell anyone why. The mother says, “They wanted to protect the privacy of the other student. And our thoughts are, ‘Well, what about the privacy of our daughter?'” The case is now before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
FLORIDA: Eight 14- and 15-year-old boys on a Philadelphia youth football team were arrested and charged with felonies after they stole $2,296.07 worth of merchandise from a Dick’s Sporting Goods in Florida. Due to being detained, they were unable to play in their championship game later that day and their team lost 26-6.

OKLAHOMA: On December 3, 2025, a federal Grand Jury returned a 25-count Indictment, charging Tashella Dickerson, the Executive Director of Black Lives Matter OKC (BLMOKC), with 20 counts of wire fraud (up to 20 years in federal prison per count) and five counts of money laundering (up to $250,000 or twice the amount of the criminally derived property involved in the transaction per count).
Beginning in late spring 2020, BLMOKC raised more than $5.6 million, which was supposed to be used for pretrial bail for individuals arrested during George Floyd protests. The indictment alleges she embezzled at least $3.15 million for personal use, including recreational travel, shopping, food, a car, and six pieces of real estate.

TRANSPO: On December 10, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced his agency has gotten more than 9,500 commercial truckers off the road for failing English-language proficiency checks. Only truckers who can speak, read and write English can understand road signs, communicate with police and inspectors, and follow instructions at checkpoints and weigh stations.
VENEZUELA: On December 10, the Trump administration seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela, stating that it was connected to terrorist organizations. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Dec. 11 that the government will be moving the tanker to a U.S. port and keeping the oil.
The Venezuelan government called it all “blatant theft” and “an act of international piracy.”
Guyana says the tanker belongs to Venezuela, but was illegally flying the Guyanan flag. Maritime law states that any vessel flying a false flag is a pirate vessel and subject to boarding, seizure, and even sinking by any and all legitimate vessels.

ACLJ: The American Center for Law and Justice has just filed a major federal lawsuit after a New York public school district forced students as young as 11 to spend two weeks analyzing images so pornographic that news outlets blurred them in their coverage.
The images, created by artist Keith Haring, included explicit depictions of sexual intercourse in various positions, graphic images of male and female genitalia, and depictions of genital mutilation and body mutilation. In addition to requiring students to study and analyze the images on-line, the teacher showed some of them on the classroom’s “Smart Board,” which drastically increased the size, and therefore the impact.
Parents were neither informed nor offered an opt out. When they found out and complained, the school district put the teacher on leave temporarily, then rehired her to teach seventh-grade English to many of the same children she had already harmed. At a school board meeting, the teachers union president publicly mocked concerned parents while school district leaders sat silent.
Haring was a prolific artist and an openly gay man who died of AIDS in his early 30s. Not only are the scale and breadth of his work remarkable, but also, especially in light of this evil art teacher’s assignment, the majority of it is not pornographic. In fact, he is most well known for his social commentary on issues like AIDS awareness, apartheid, war, communism, smoking and cocaine.
Point being … the art teacher could have introduced seventh-graders to Haring as an artist without ever once showing any of his sexually explicit pieces. But she didn’t.
J6: Brian Cole, Jr., the man accused of putting pipe bombs outside Republican and Democratic National Committee offices in Washington, DC on Jan 5. 2021, is a “brony” (i.e., an adult man obsessed with My Little Pony. He created and posted to various social media accounts his original art, fanfic, and remixes of songs about the cartoon characters originally created to appeal to elementary-aged girls.
Mark R. Weaver posted, “I’m a prosecutor who has sent sex offenders to prison. Trust me when I say adults — particularity men — who show interest in this show need an increased level of law enforcement scrutiny.”

WASHINGTON: Female athletes at Eastmont High School held a signature-gathering rally to support “Let’s Go Washington,” a citizen-based initiative aimed at strengthening parental rights and communication with schools and restricting males from participating in girls’ sports. Each initiative requires 309,000 signatures by early January to qualify for consideration in the next legislative session. Lawmakers may adopt the initiatives into law or allow the measures to appear on the November ballot in 2026 for voters to decide.

DOJ: In 1971, the Supreme Court case Griggs v. Duke Power banned IQ tests for jobs on the basis that they were racist, setting the stage for endless lawsuits based on “disparate impact.” Even where a law or policy was meant to be neutral, if it affected some more than others, it would be struck down by the courts. On December 9, 2025, Trump’s Department of Justice said no more. From now on, lawsuits challenging equality under the law will require proof of actual discrimination.
EVERYDAY HEROES: In 1940, when whispers of Nazi atrocities began to spread, a Polish resistance fighter named Witold Pilecki volunteered to go undercover. Inside Auschwitz, he built a secret network, smuggled out reports, and documented horrors that few could imagine. SPAIN: In 2022, 21 Spanish pro-lifers were arrested for praying quietly outside an abortion clinic while holding signs reading “You are not alone,” “We are praying for you,” and “40 Days for Life.” During their November 2025 trial, abortion advocates alleged that the pro-lifers harassed the clinic’s clients, but were unable to provide any evidence. The court has just acquitted the defendants saying,
“There is no doubt that the defendants did nothing more than exercise their right to free assembly, choosing a location near a clinic where abortions are performed, understanding that expressing their demands in that place and in the manner they did was the most appropriate way for the message they wished to convey – praying for life and offering their help – to reach its primary recipients directly. “All of this was communicated to the competent authority, and the defendants conducted themselves at all times in an exemplary, peaceful manner.”

Her first assignment was a request from a pharmaceutical company named Richardson-Merrell to approve thalidomide for morning sickness and sleep troubles. The company expected approval before Christmas. They were planning to make a fortune. But Dr. Kelsey didn’t like the company’s “evidence” for the drug’s safety and asked for more data. Richardson-Merrell’s executives were furious, insisting the drug was “perfectly safe” and in widespread use in Europe. They threatened Dr. Kelsey. They bullied her and tried to go over her head, but she stood firm, demanding answers to her concerns for the drug’s affect on the unborn.
And in late 1961, nightmare reports of deformed babies began coming in from Europe. Every mother who had taken thalidomide between the twentieth and thirty-sixth day of pregnancy – the exact window when limbs and organs form – gave birth to babies with arms and legs grotesquely shortened or missing entirely, hands sprouting directly from shoulders like flippers. And it wasn’t just limbs. Hearts, eyes, ears, and internal organs were improperly developed or severely deformed. More than ten thousand children across forty-six countries were affected, roughly half of whom died shortly after birth. Thousands more pregnancies ended in miscarriage or stillbirth, while survivors faced lifetimes of profound disability.
Because of one stubborn lady doctor, only 17 babies were harmed in the United States, each one the result of experimental samples of thalidomide that Richardson-Merrell had illegally distributed to physicians.
TRANS-SANITY: In August 2023, a trans man tried to make an appointment with an OB/GYN. The physician, Dr Victor Acharian of Pau, France, refused, believing he was not qualified. The trans man sued. The French Medical Council suspended Acharian for a month, with an additional five months’ probation. SOS Homophobie, a transgender activist group, thought the punishment too mild. The French National Authority for Health promised to create new guidelines for physicians on how to appropriately treat transgender patients.

MINNESOTA: The guy on the left is Abdul Dahir Ibrahim, an illegal alien from Somalia. The courts rejected all of his immigration appeals and ordered him deported in 2004. Ibrahim is one of dozens of Somali illegals who have been convicted of stealing COVID funds intended to feed school children via a fake charity called Feeding Our Future. These people stole hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars, which they spent on themselves or sent to Somalia. Some of the money is believed to have ened up in the coffers of el-Shabaab, a radical Islamic terror group and ally of al-Qaeda.

SOUTH CAROLINA: Last month, a group of abortion survivors gathered outside Saint Anne’s Episcopal Church in Conway, because many of the church’s members and high leadership are active supporters of abortion, trafficking abortion pills into the state and helping women travel outside of the state to kill their children.

BORDER: On Thursday, ICE announced that foreign nationals who’ve applied for asylum or other humanitarian programs will have to be be recertified every 18 months rather than five years. “Reducing the maximum validity period for employment authorization will ensure that those seeking to work in the United States do not threaten public safety or promote harmful anti-American ideologies,” USCIS Director Joe Edlow said in a public statement.
CALIFORNICATION: It’s been 11 months since a massive fire wiped out 13,000 homes in one of the richest neighborhoods in America’s second-largest city. On the Friday before Thanksgiving, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass announced ‘a major milestone’ in the recovery effort.
A four-bedroom house in Pacific Palisades had received its final approval from the city. That’s it. ONE house. Even worse, the approved structure was originally a model house that had been slated for demolition. The parcel is owned by a development company who has no plans for the structure to be inhabited by actual people.

Last March in France, a man was convicted for shooting his estranged wife in the legs with a rifle, poured petrol over her, and setting her on fire, while also partially filming the incident. She died from her injuries. Over the summer, another Muslim man set his wife on fire in Belgium.
Last May in The Netherlands, two brothers bound their 18-year-old sister in packing tape, gagged her, and drowned her in a swamp for refusing an arranged marriage, having a boyfriend, and not wearing a headscarf.
In November in Austria, a 50-year-old Afghan man allegedly attacked his own 15-year-old daughter with a kitchen knife in the middle of the street, because he didn’t approve of her boyfriend. Thankfully, a witness rushed to help and she survived.
In the US, citizens are fighting back. In Hoover, Alabama , vigorous public concern over the growing Islamification of the area, the zoning commission unanimously rejected a rezoning request that would have allowed a Muslim K-12 academy to relocate to an office building in the Birmingham suburb.
