The Politics of an American Pope

The Daily Mail has published a story claiming the new pope is a registered Republican. This is incorrect. Illinoisans do not register by party. They may vote in one party’s primary per election, but can switch at any time.

Pope Leo XIV, who has lived in Peru and Rome for most of his career, has allegedly voted in some GOP primaries and presidential elections. Obviously, there is no record of whom he voted for when he did vote, but since he is staunchly pro-life, it is unlikely he voted for Harris last November. However, that doesn’t mean he’s a MAGA Trumper.

In January, J.D. Vance said, “There is a Christian concept that you love your family and then you love your neighbor, and then you love your community, and then you love your fellow citizens, and then after that, prioritize the rest of the world. A lot of the far left has completely inverted that.” The Daily Mail claims that then-Cardinal Prevost responded by writing an article entitled, “JD Vance is wrong: Jesus doesn’t ask us to rank our love for others.”

I googled that title and got a hit at National Catholic Reporter; the article was written by Kat Armas. Prevost merely posted the link, without comment, on his X account. In his statement, Vance was referencing a concept in Catholic theology known as “ordo amoris” (Latin for “order of love”) which is based on the words of St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas. In the words of St. Augustine, we are called to give “special regard” to those persons who, “by the accidents of time, or place, or circumstance, are brought into closer connection” with us.

Personally, I think it is odd that Pope Leo XIV appeared to criticize Vance with his tweet, given that he is an Augustinian priest and is certainly acquainted with this concept. I also doubt very much that he has not practiced ordo amoris in his own life. I mean … who hasn’t? Who couldn’t? If we were to reduce our most intimate personal interactions to only those that we grant to the billions of strangers living on the other side of the world, then we would have no personal interactions at all.

Jesus certainly practiced ordo amoris. He spent 30 years in intimate relationship with His mom, followed by less than 3 years in public ministry. But even during His public ministry, He treated His disciples differently than He did the people. Even amongst the disciples, He singled out some for special attention. E.g., only four of the twelve were at the Transfiguration.

The Left seems delighted to have found social media posts by Prevost that appear to be critical of the Trump administration. I noted a few reasons why they’re making way too much of it. One is that he rarely posts. There were no posts at all in 2024 and have only been five this year. Of these, two were about praying for Pope Francis’ health and three were links to published articles about Trump’s immigration policies.

Among other things, the American Magazine article entitled Pope Francis’ letter, JD Vance’s ‘ordo amoris’ and what the Gospel asks of all of us on immigration by Jesuit priest Sam Sawyer says, “Catholic teaching both allows and calls for ‘development of a policy that regulates orderly and legal migration.’ No one, except those who are misrepresenting the church’s advocacy and care for migrants, claims that Catholics are in favor of illegal immigration or open borders.”

It concludes with, “The Gospel does not offer a charter for how to legislate about immigration. It does offer a standard for how far we are to go to love our neighbor, and a refusal to accept the limits we might be comfortable with on who our neighbors are. The question we need to answer is whether we judge our politics according to the Gospel or the other way around.”

The Catholic Standard article, entitled This Ordeal is the Passion by Bishop Evelio Menjivar, is much more biased, calling the early sweep of criminal illegals “shock and awe” campaign of “aggressive threats” and “questionable legality.” One wonders where God’s demand for honesty lies in this diatribe. One could say much the same about the previous administration’s open border and sanctuary welfare benefits. However, even that article comes around to pleading for putting the Gospel first, saying “we cannot let the dark side of anti-immigrant animus take hold.”

Let us hope and pray that the new pope’s focus will be more on the Gospel and less on propping up progressive political causes. And maybe we can also be just a little like these kids, even if our first ever American pope is from Chicago! https://x.com/Monocarp_/status/1920536512782889126 [:43]

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, We thank You for the gift of a new holy father. Fill him with the Holy Spirit that he may guide the church in Your perfect will. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

AOC: CLICK https://x.com/TONYxTWO/status/1920694452349243464 [:48] to hear her demand Tony Bobulinski answer her question, then interrupt and yammer over him so no one could hear him answer her question.

BORDER: CLICK https://x.com/EndWokeness/status/1920665777600094450 [:23] to see an awesome Biden vs Trump videos from Border Patrol. Amazing what happens when the Commander-in-Chief actually acts like one.

CATHOLIC: [8:27] – Last Friday, Washington State Gov. Bob Ferguson (D) signed Senate Bill 5375 entitled “Concerning the duty of clergy to report child abuse and neglect” into law. Unlike similar laws in other states, there is no carve out for things that are shared as part of the sacrament of Confession.

Archbishop Paul Etienne of Seattle released a statement saying that he and other clergy within the archdiocese would not be following the law.

FOX NEWS: Another win for the Fox team as President Trump tapped “The Five” co-host Jeanine Pirro to serve as interim US Attorney for the District of Columbia. I’ll miss her. She’s probably my favorite person on Fox.

FRONTIER’S PIGEONS: CLICK https://x.com/CollinRugg/status/1920162091132203054 [1:42] to see what appears to be Frontier Airlines employees very rudely demand a passenger pay a $25 “agent assist fee”, because he arrived 50 minutes ahead of his flight instead of the airline’s designated 60 minutes.

After he angrily agreed to pay the fee, he snarled that he would never fly Frontier again, so the agents decided they’d help him do that by not allowing him on the flight he’d already paid for. The man ended up buying a $500 JetBlue ticket to get home to his wife and kids. Frontier later reimbursed him after he called to complain and fired the agents in the video.

One of the things they sneered at the man about was not having known about the late check-in fee. They said he should’ve checked the website. I did that. You can too. The link is below. I did (eventually) find a brief mention of the 60-minute, pre-flight check-in deadline, but I never did find any mention of a $25 fee. And I was looking for it.

HABEMUS PAPAM: [5:56] – Pope Leo XIV is our first pope from the United States. He is also the first pope who is younger than I am. Oy vey! From his Wikipedia bio: “Prevost speaks English, Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese, and can read Latin and German.” Wow!

“Congratulations to Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost, who was just named Pope. It is such an honor to realize that he is the first American Pope. What excitement, and what a Great Honor for our Country,” Mr Trump said on his Truth Social network.

HEALTH: “Some truths are self-evident.” ~ Robert W. Malone, MD. Wikipedia says Malone’s “early work focused on mRNA technology, pharmaceuticals, and drug repurposing research. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Malone promoted misinformation about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.” IOW, Malone blew the whistle on how dangerous and ineffective the sludge was. He’s been proven right again and again.

NEW YORK SUCKS: For one month, sculptor Thomas J. Price’s 12 foot tall tribute to fat black women will stand in Times Square. The press release says she is a “fictionalized character constructed from images, observations, and open calls spanning between Los Angeles and London, the young woman depicted in Grounded in the Stars carries familiar qualities, from her stance and countenance to her everyday clothing. In her depiction, one recognizes a shared humanity, yet the contrapposto pose of her body and the ease of her stance is a subtle nod to Michelangelo’s David. Through scale, materiality, and posture, Grounded in the Stars disrupts preconceived ideas of what defines a triumphant figure and challenges who should be rendered immortal through monumentalization.”

Fictionalized? ::snort:: That’s Letitia James, whose big claim to fame is having prosecuted Donald Trump on bogus charges, before a biased judge and jury … just so Dems could call him a “convicted felon.” She now faces charges similar to, but worse than what she went after Trump for.

In 2022, New York City removed a statue of Teddy Roosevelt that had stood in front of the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan for 80 years. Roosevelt was born in Manhattan. He represented Manhattan in the New York legislature, then went on to serve as governor of New York, then Vice President and finally President of the United States. Theodore Roosevelt is known as the “conservation president” for his significant efforts in protecting natural resources during his time in office. He established approximately 230 million acres of public lands, including national parks, forests, and wildlife refuges, to ensure the sustainability of America’s natural heritage.

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Please give us the graces we need to make the “don’t care” part really true. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

BIG STICK: [19:42] – CLICK https://x.com/ABC/status/1919792210318340216 [1: 20] to hear Trump announce that the Houthis “don’t want to fight any more.” “We will stop the bombings. They have capitulated, but more importantly, we will take their word. They say they will not be blowing up ships any more.”

BORDER: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/JJQg92hXeqE to hear a wonderful message from an immigrant from Brazil.

CATHOLIC: The conclave opens today. Please continue to pray with us that God’s perfect will be made manifest in their choice of our next pope.

DOGE: A National Science Foundation grant for more than $800,000 has been canceled. The money was being used to train college science and math education majors how to promote “social justice” and “cultural responsiveness” in their classrooms.

Another $8.4 million has been saved by canceling three DEI training programs.

A further $198 million was saved by terminating 148 wasteful contracts, including one at HHS for “potency monitoring of confiscated marijuana samples.”

HORSE HISTORY: Every horse that ran in the Kentucky Derby is a direct descendant of Secretariat, who won the 1973 Belmont Stakes by an incredible 31 lengths.

HYPOCRITES: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1363860088066886 [:54] to hear Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Joe Biden support work requirements for welfare recipients.

INDIA vs. PAKISTAN: In April, 26 male tourists were killed in a terrorist attack in the Indian-controlled portion of Kashmir. Early today, India responded with airstrikes against terrorists in Pakistan-controlled territory.

MEDIA: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/U5wMAYX0PEs to hear yet another montage of sound-alike legacy news reports.

REAL ID: Starting today, you must have a REAL ID or a compliant document before boarding a domestic flight. Usually, a REAL ID takes the form of a driver’s license or a non-driver photo ID card issued by a state’s Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or equivalent. States may issue such documents even if they are not REAL IDs. If your document is also a REAL ID, this is indicated by the presence of a black or gold star in the top corner of the plastic card.

At present, every state, the District of Columbia, and federal territory issues driver’s licenses and non-driver ID cards that are REAL IDs. Some also issue non-REAL ID cards to citizens and residents. These non-REAL ID cards are often cheaper to obtain and do not require as many supporting documents, making them attractive to individuals who merely want a license or ID for everyday purposes. They are also regularly issued to illegal immigrants by some states.

Usually, these non-REAL ID documents will have a notation that reads “Not Valid for Federal Purposes” or an equivalent and will not bear the required black or gold star.

REPARATIONS: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/1gg_G9Gd0Pw to hear a black supremacist tell us why he “deserves” a million dollars. The way I understand it, President Lincoln gave his ancestor who was actually a slave 40 acres and a mule. Why does anyone owe this joker, who was never a slave, anything?!

SCOTUS: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the Trump administration can move forward with a ban on transgender military service members for now, lifting a lower court injunction against the policy after a judge ruled it was an “unsupported, dramatic and facially unfair exclusionary policy.”

The court did not explain its decision other than to say the order would expire if the justices ultimately take up the case on the merits and issue a ruling striking it down. Litigation continues in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Keep us mindful in a special way today that You are always in charge. And thank you that, while we may not always appear to win, we definitely will win in the end! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

BORDER: Difference being … our right to own and bear weapons and the federal government’s obligation to protect our border are both in the Constitution. So they’re the ones fomenting insurrection.

CLIMATE HOAX: Climate activists said global warming would melt the ice caps and flood us all out of our homes. Twelve years ago, they told us the Arctic Ocean would be ice-free within the four years. A new study shows that, between 2021 and 2023, the Antarctic Ice Sheet (AIS) gained mass at a rate of 108 gigatons per year. Oops.

COVID: “The real name for ‘gain of function’ is ‘death maximization.'” ~ Elon Musk

“In 2014, after 3 of Fauci’s bugs escaped, 300 scientists asked Obama to shut him down. Obama declared a moratorium—but Fauci moved the experiments offshore, mainly to the Wuhan lab. Now our own government—CIA, FBI, State, DOE—all say those experiments likely sparked the COVID pandemic. And it all started as bioweapons research in 1947. President Trump just moved to shut it down—for good.” ~HHS Sec. Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

GROUPTHINK: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/itoUnYYXXEU to hear a simple explanation for why some Democrats behave like they are members of a cult.

MEDIA: Notice how they’re not talking about eggs any more? If they actually cared about Americans, they’d be celebrating that low-income people can afford them again. But they don’t. They only care about scoring political points for Democrats.

PSA: [2:34] – Very useful trick.

TARIFFS: “American manufacturers are seeing a surge in demand as President Donald Trump’s tariffs force companies to reconsider doing business in China.” “Workers throughout China are flooding the streets in revolt as U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs slam the fragile Chinese export economy.” Read more at the links.

TDS: The rant above is exactly why he does this stuff. While he’s busy fixing America, loony lefties are wasting time TDSing about pranks. And, We the People are not clapping along; we’re laughing along. Except about the pope pics. I found them distasteful. But since I’m not a lunatic, I just scrolled and got on with my day.

ALCATRAZ: The former federal prison was known as impossible to escape because of the strong currents and cold waters surround its island. It once housed such infamous criminals as the gangster Al Capone.

BORDER: In April 2024, Homeland Security released a report saying 11 million illegal aliens were estimated to be living in the U.S. as of January 2022. We’ve spent untold billion$ giving them free food, shelter, education, transportation, and health care. Paying them a pittance to go home is far cheaper than continuing the handouts while paying ICE to track them down individually (est @ $17,000/per).

HARVARD PROFS: The Trump administration froze $2.2 billion dollars in federal grants for Harvard which has refused to eliminate DEI and stop supporting antisemitism. More than 80 Harvard faculty members have so far pledged to donate more than $2 million to counter what Government professor Steven Levitsky would be “a death blow to academic freedom.” A 2023 survey found that more than 77% of Harvard’s profs identify as liberal.

HEALTH: Mattress safety is more crucial for babies and young children than for teens or adults, because they spend far more time sleeping.

During those hours, they are more likely to inhale, absorb and/or ingest mattress materials because their breathing rates and skin surfaces relative to body weights are much higher, their skin is more permeable, and they are more likely to put their hands in their mouths. If those materials are harmful, they are far more likely to be damaged, because their blood-brain barriers and detoxification systems are not fully developed.

Recent studies of mattresses found hormone disruptors that interfere with growth, mood, reproduction, and other vital bodily functions. These toxins have been linked to impaired memory, learning disorders, behavioral issues, and lower IQ scores. Some are also linked to childhood cancer and asthma.

LAPTOP FARMS: The National Security Division and the FBI’s Cyber and Counterintelligence Divisions, have an entire division allocated to rooting out and dismantling laptop farms. – Over the last three years, Minh Phuong Ngoc Vong, a U.S. citizen, pulled down $970,000, supposedly by working at a nail salon in Bowie, Maryland. What he was really doing (besides maybe trimming cuticles) was obtaining and then subcontracting government jobs to IT guys in China. Vong himself has no degree and no experience in IT. Literally, the only thing he did was plug a company-provided laptop in at home and install remote access programs on it, so that it looked like it was being operated in the U.S. Basically, he gave the ChiComms access to U.S. government secrets. He pled guilty to several counts of international wire fraud and faces up to 20 years in prison.

MEDICAL TORTURE: Under Tony Fauci, the NIH approved forcing We the Taxpayers to fund allegedly necessary drug tests on animals. They prefer beagles, because they are such sweet-natured animals; apparently, said puppies were mass-bred at puppy mills for the purpose of being tortured and euthanized. They also had their vocal cords cut so experimenters wouldn’t have to listen to them cry out in pain.

One experiment involved pumping pneumonia-causing bacteria into more than 2,000 beagles’ lungs, bleeding them out and forcing them into septic shock. Another had them locking puppies’ heads into cages filled with hungry sand flies.

Under NIH’s new director, Jay Bhattacharya, torturing puppies is a thing of the past. Bhattacharya said PETA actually sent him flowers! BTW, during Trump’s first term in 2019, his administration closed the government’s largest cat lab.

TRUMP: I am relieved to hear he has nixed the idea of a third term. “I’m looking to have four great years, and turn it over to somebody, ideally a great Republican … to carry it forward,” he said. He named Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio as the best contenders to replace him in 2028.

KENTUCKY DERBY: [2:30] – You gotta watch this! It’s toooo funny!!!!

LEARNING NEW THINGS: I stumbled across an interesting article about the Feynman Technique. It has just four steps. Check it out at the link below.

MAINE: This fake girl blew away the competition in Yarmouth, Maine, winning both the girls’ 800-meter and 1600-meter events. When the turd ran with the boys, he ranked 172nd.

The DOJ has filed a lawsuit against the state of Maine for its continued defiance of Trump’s executive order to keep biological males out of girls and women’s sports and alleged violations of Title IX. AG Bondi is also seeking to have titles returned to the real girls who rightfully won competitions in which trans athletes participated.

MEDIA: The left-stream’s (aka, legacy’s) media coverage of MS-13 and illegal alien Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been 96% positive. Their coverage of Elon Musk has been 96% negative.

NEW YORK SUCKS: Felix Rojas (44) is in police custody. Per the NYPD, Rojas found Jorge Gonzalez (37) either dying or already dead on the New York’s R train. Rather than administer first aid or call for help, Rojas allegedly robbed him, then returned to spend thirty minutes raping his corpse. Rojas, who is here illegally, has been repeatedly returned to Mexico. Biden let him stay. So now, taxpayers will waste hundreds of thousands of dollars providing him with legal defense.

POLITICS AND MENTAL HEALTH: Bob sent me this link – https://www.culturcidal.com/p/5-reasons-liberals-are-more-mentally – to an article about why liberals suffer from mental health problems more frequently than conservatives. DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Help us to trust that, even where You allow us to make sinful choices, You are simultaneously working all things “for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28) In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

BORDER: Trump has created a second military zone along our southern border, a 63-mile stretch that runs east from the Texas-New Mexico state line in El Paso they’re calling the “Texas National Defense Area.”

ECONOMICS: It’s an odd take, them bitching that he is enriching his friends when one of his closest buddies, Elon Musk, is not only working at DOGE for free, but also losing $$ big time as the Left’s attacks on Tesla damage sales and stock prices.

EDUCATION: In other news, Trump has signed an executive order ending federal funding of the allegedly educational, but mostly left-biased NPR and PBS.

HARRIS: On Thursday, nominations were announced for the 46th News & Documentary Emmy Awards. Among them was an “Outstanding Editing” nod to the interview “60 Minutes” did with Kamala Harris during the campaign.

In case you’ve forgotten, this was the interview during which CBS chose to edit out a terrible “word salad” answer Harris had given and substitute a more coherent one she had given to a different question. This would also be the interview that has Trump suing CBS News and the one that inspired the show’s executive producer to quit.

Speaking of Kamala speaking … I don’t want to listen to her, but if you do, there are clips of her recent speech @ https://notthebee.com/article/kamala-harris-is-still-most-definitely-kamala-harris.

MEDIA: The Left have always hated the military and Fox News, so Pete has a natural advantage over two guys they used to lurve.

SLIPPERY SLOPE: Satan hates marriage and family, so the assault continues. A recent court ruling in Quebec has granted multi-parental families in the province the same legal rights as any other unit.

SMH: The Atlantic just published this article about how Hitler liked tariffs too.

WHITE HOUSE WIRE: The media refuses to cover them honestly, so they’re doing it themselves.

GRAMMY NOTES: Plus there’s the whole problem with “the world” being temporal, so any comfort you might get by selling your soul will end up earning you an eternity of torment.

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Please grant extra graces to those of us struggling to get through another day. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

CATHOLIC: [:47] – CLICK https://www.facebook.com/reel/1587323185188147 to hear a conservative Catholic podcaster discuss the man that is possibly the most conservative of the papabile. Being on any “most likely” list is never a guarantee. Pius XII, Paul VI, Benedict XVI, and Francis were all papabili cardinals who were elected pope. John XXIII, John Paul I, and John Paul II were not.

DOGE: [14:35] – This is very much worth your time. The stuff about the Institutes of Peace is shocking.

EV: Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Representative Michael Cloud (R-TX), members of the DOGE Caucus, have introduced legislation to claw back $3 billion earmarked in Biden’s faux Green New Deal (misnamed the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act). In typical climate hoax fashion, the earmark has been a whopping failure, producing only 93 of the designated 55,000 electric postal trucks. Ernst and Cloud have dubbed their legislation the “Return to Sender Act.”

FBI: Under the leadership of Kash Patel, agents who were photographed kneeling during a 2020 George Floyd protest have been reassigned. Lefties are angry about this. Righties are still pissed that they weren’t fired 5 years ago.

HEALTH: In an effort to learn what risks vaccines actually pose, HHS is now requiring all new vaccines be tested against placebos before being licensed. Many vaccines licensed in the United States were tested against other vaccines, rather than against a placebo.

ILHAN OMAR: CLICK https://x.com/libsoftiktok/status/1918037057118630166 [:34] to hear what she thinks of Trump supporters. CLICK https://x.com/JackPosobiec/status/1917989746954932446 [:20] to hear what she thinks of the Daily Caller.

MEDIA: Commenters on the above post suggest the WSJ story was an attempt to manipulate stock prices. CLICK https://x.com/RealJamesWoods/status/1917993950285349267 [1:02] and enjoy hearing the incomparable Stephen Miller give jerknalists a well deserved spanking. Miller is Trump’s United States homeland security advisor and White House deputy chief of staff for policy.

NEW YORK SUCKS: Approximately $14 billion worth of income has fled the Big Blue Apple as more than 125,000 New Yorkers moved to Florida in recent years. With the percentage of New Yorkers ranking life in the Big Apple “good or excellent” at just 30%, reasons for fleeing include affordability, quality-of-life, and safety.

POLLING: Only 37% of the respondents in the New York Times 100-day Trump approval poll were Trump 2024 voters. The ABC/Washington Post/Ipsos poll was even worse, with 2,464 adults, of which only 1,992 registered voters of which a scant 842 were Trump voters. Trump received 50% of the vote. That’s why these are fake polls.

Now CLICK https://x.com/CarmineSabia/status/1917583236256895088 [:47] to hear Sen. Schumer tell us what he thinks of polls. Bwahahaha!!

TAMPON TIM: Minnesota may be sighing in relief that their governor, who took months off to campaign for the Dem VP spot, is now touring the country on a self-described “listening tour.” So far, he has revealed that his VP spot was a DEI hire designed to give white men from rural America “permission” to vote for Harris. According to him, “I could code talk to white guys watching football, fixing their truck” and “put them at ease.”

TRADE: Trump has signed an executive order ending the de minimis exemption that allows China and Hong Kong to ship goods valued at $800 or less into the U .S. without being subject to duties and taxes. U.S. Customs says it has processed about 4 million such shipments every day. Trump says they’re using it to ship fentanyl so it has to stop. Starting today, the United States will be collecting a duty of either 30 percent of the value of packages at $800 or less shipped through the international postal network or $25 per item. On June 1, that rate will increase to $50 per package.

TRANS: Bobby Jr. is making inroads into the Big Pharma slash trans activists’ hold on our youth. HHS now says that minors who believe their gender is different from their biological sex should receive therapy, not invasive endocrine and surgical interventions.

UKRAINE: Trump has gotten his minerals deal. As I understand it, the governments still need to ratify it.

WEAPONIZING GOVERNMENT: CLICK https://x.com/townhallcom/status/1917630441546240121 [:56] to hear Marco Rubio reveal at a cabinet meeting that the Biden State Department had an office to create dossiers on Americans who were deemed to be “purveyors of disinformation.” He says there is “one person at this table” who had a dossier. I’m surprised it was only one.

GRAMMY NOTES: “Constructive lawlessness” … a perfect description of my crafting style. LOL

Bits & Bytes

BORDER: NOT tired of winning yet!

CALIFORNICATION: It’s true. California lawmakers in the Assembly Public Safety Committee have blocked a proposal to make it a felony to buy 16- and 17-year-old minors for sex.

CHI-TOWN: When our village had Republican leadership, we saved up $10 million to use toward infrastructure improvements. Democrats took over and blew through it financing b.s. like a “sustainability officer.” What a joke … paying someone with that title using unsustainable funds!

DOGE: In the last two days, agencies terminated 179 wasteful contracts, saving We The Taxpayers $280 million. Among the contracts canceled was one for $1.8 million for “energy and climate advisory services”, one for $207,000 for a “grant writing workshop”, and one for $89,000 for a “country program manager in Namibia.”

ISLAM: I saw a woman at JoAnn’s dressed like this at once. It was mid-summer; husband and toddler were in light clothing and sandals. Wife was trying to decide if fabric weight would suit by feeling it … while wearing black knit gloves. There weren’t even any other men in the store.

LIFE: After taking the abortion pills, a Reddit user posted the photo above of her dead baby. “I literally gave birth, and nobody told me it would be like that. The contractions were so intense it was unbearable. About 15 mins before it was out I started telling my partner to call someone because I couldn’t handle it anymore.”

A new study shows that 1 in 10 women who take the abortion pill experience serious, often traumatic, and potentially life-threatening adverse events within 45 days following a mifepristone abortion. These findings mean chemical abortion is twenty-two times more dangerous than the FDA admits.

MEDIA: We have a president who is not afraid of the media! Let’s roll the clips from ABC News’ interview with President Trump that are pure entertainment.

CLICK https://x.com/theblaze/status/1917379478554026167 [1:36] to hear about MS-13. ::smh:: The so-called “photoshopping” was just letters added to the photo to explain the meaning of the images. M for marijuana. S for smile. The cross and skull aren’t obviously 13, unless you understand that the number 13 is sacred in the MS-13 culture. A skull means death and danger; a cross means this is how they worship their god.

CLICK https://x.com/BulwarkOnline/status/1917379356025840000 [:59] to hear him answer “You think Vladimir Putin wants peace?”

CLICK https://x.com/BuckSexton/status/1917409070736097554 [:26] to hear him not answer a stupid question.

CLICK https://x.com/alx/status/1917438659650859495 [:158] to hear him debunk DOGE lies. None of these people care at all that the U.S. has been barreling toward bankruptcy!

NPR: Biased much? Here’s a thought … how’s about We The Taxpayers STOP funding this left-wing propaganda tool?

S&G: I can’t write about this.

TRANS: I have these scars on my thighs from skin grafts. I hate them, but at least I NEEDED the grafts. This woman needed therapy, not surgery.

UNIVERSE 25: In the late 1950s, American ethologist John B. Calhoun designed an “ideal” rodent habitat—later dubbed Universe 25—stocked with unlimited food, water and shelter. He introduced just eight founders, and within 315 days the population surged toward 600. But as density increased, normal social roles broke down. Some males became completely withdrawn, refusing to breed or compete, while certain females grew aggressive and detached from their young. Juvenile survival plunged, and two years in, no new litters survived. He repeated the experiment over many years with the same result. The communities always went extinct because the mice lost the social skills and will required to mate. Calhoun’s concern was that overcrowded human societies would move from some modality of overpopulation towards a much more irredeemable underpopulation.

WISCONSIN: Wisconsin Supreme Court has suspended Hannah Dugan, the Milwaukee judge accused of helping a man evade immigration authorities. “It is ordered … that Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah C. Dugan is temporarily prohibited from exercising the powers of a circuit court judge in the state of Wisconsin, effective the date of this order and until further order of the court.”

GRAMMY NOTES: I saw one of my K-garteners at the mall and he looked from my feet up to my head and, with wide eyes, asked, “Where is your bus?!”

SHORTS:

CLICK https://www.facebook.com/reel/4123971984506331 to hear Russell the Talking Cat tell his owner she needs to put the laundry away. I had a cat this smart once. I wish talking buttons had existed. He would’ve LOVED them!
