Watch Rick Perry’s Campaign End Before Your Eyes [:53]
The only thing I find significant in this clip is the way Perry handled the fact that he absolutely could NOT remember that third agency.
Blanking out happens to everyone; that it happens occasionally says nothing about a person’s intelligence.
HOW THAT PERSON REACTS though … now THAT speaks volumes. And, personally, the way Perry reacted made me like him more, not less.

Only Commerce, Education, and Energy? Come on, Rick! What about Dept. of Homeland Security, TSA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, PBS, National Endowment for the Arts, Dept. of Agriculture, EPA, BATF, etc., etc., etc. (I would definitely have to have written them all on my hand, since remembering lists of stuff is not my strong suit, but there’s not enough room on my hands to list all the government agencies I’d like to eliminate.)
