I’ve been stirring a couple of drops each of grapefruit, orange, and lemon essential oils into plain yogurt mixed 50/50 with pomegranate juice (or cherry juice when I don’t have any pomegranate) and drinking it. It’s a really good fast easy lunch.

Just a word of caution to the world at large … I’ve seen cautions about ingesting essential oils. I do it too, but I am careful to only buy from a very reputable dealer. That being said, I lurves clove oil in my coffee! I dilute it first though. 12 drops in an ounce of water is plenty! And only about a quarter tsp of THAT flavors a cuppa joe.
