One episode of Dirty Jobs is at a dairy farm where the inventor-farmer is making money off cow poop. He invented a machine that extracts the liquid, leaving a dry fertilizery substance he presses into planting pots you just pop in the ground. Pete, I’m with you on the weather-related grumps. This has been the crappiest winter I can remember, and that’s coming from a Minnesotan. My mom-in-law is snowbirding in AZ this year, and told me she has survivors guilt when she sees the news stories about how miserable it is up here.
