When the LORD saw how great the wickedness of human beings was on earth, and how every desire that their heart conceived was always nothing but evil, … the LORD said: I will wipe out from the earth the human beings I have created…. But Noah found favor with the LORD. ~Genesis 6:5-8
In today’s LifeNews email … JUST today’s!
- The president of Planned Parenthood’s tweeted a message that the women of America need abortions for Valentine’s Day
- The Maryland Planned Parenthood tweeted a photo of a condom inside a wedding box with the message, “Will you be my birth control?”
- A 19-year-old art student has announced he will lose his virginity in a live performance at an art gallery on April 2, 2014 in London.
- Belgium has legalized child euthanasia. There is no age limitation.
- Time magazine gave its cover story to a new British study claims that child-free couples have happier relationships.
- The Huffington Post and The Daily Beast published articles about how babies are “alien-parasites” and how people have children only to glorify their own egos. Their conclusion? Child-free is the choice of the most aware and responsible beings on the planet.
- Officials found a dead newborn, with umbilical cord still attached, lying on the side of a highway in Washington state.
- University of Arizona is requiring students to participate in an event called the “Condom Olympics.”
- The media is ignoring the latest woman killed by Planned Parenthood during a legal abortion. Her family was just awarded $2 Million.
- Pro-Abortion students vandalized Pro-Life signs … again … as usual. Just another “not newsworthy” event for the media.
Why am I depressing you with this degrading information? Because I want you to get ready for the Rapture. All the signs point to Jesus coming again in the clouds very, very soon.
Jesus said, “For as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. … They did not know until the flood came and carried them all away. So will it be [also] at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be out in the field; one will be taken, and one will be left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken, and one will be left. Therefore, stay awake! For you do not know on which day your Lord will come.” Matthew 24:37-42

This stuff makes my skin crawl. Hard to believe real people think this way. 😦

Between the economic precipice the world is gleefully teetering over, and the looming mini-ice age (due to the solar-magnetic shutdown) . . .AND everything you have written (which I’ve printed out, put in a binder, and am still making my way through) . . . plus an interesting thing of somewhat more personal nature . . .yep. . . there is def. something coming. I suspect some patterns I’ve noticed in the past ~15-20 years were sort-of dry-runs.
Some time ago, right before 4gfc was started, I had a very intense few days when I felt like God really really wanted me to tell people something. So, I asked Him to make it clear what He wanted me to say, and to whom. I got a dream when I was not-really-asleep that answered the questions:
1) To Everybody I could broadcast to, say 1) Remember Lot’s wife and 2) No matter where you are, I AM there, too/ There is no place out of My Reach. (It was sort of both in the same idea. . .if you get what I mean)
I didn’t realize, until later, that there’s a point at which Jesus, speaking of the last days, implores people to remember about Lot’s wife– Be ready to go and don’t look back.
I think that was part of a , um. . . I dunno. . .set-up? If people are paying any attention, they’ll have been getting “pings” and “alarms” frequently, from every direction. At least, that’s how it seems to me. . .

IKWYM. Somebody else said something very similar to me recently and I’ve been feeling the same … that’s it coming at me from a LOT of different angles.
Acts 2:17 quotes Joel 2:28 that in the last days, God will speak to all people through prophesy, visions and dreams. That’s been happening to me this past year since He nudged me STRONGLY to study Revelation. I’d gotten a new Bible and planned to finally read it cover to cover. I got into Kings and suddenly He was all, “Read Revelation NOW.”
I’d tried that before and it was clear as MUD. But when I stopped arguing with Him and just flipped to the back, it started coming clear, bit by bit. I’d get stuck on something and then I’d have a dream or something and that bit would make sense, then I’d get to another bit that was puzzling and there’d be some blog or commentary or another dream.
I’ve also felt very strong leadings to blog or not blog about certain things and at certain times. I’ve got a big folder on my hard drive of stuff I’ve studied and written about that wasn’t supposed to be posted yet. Sometimes He’ll pop one and say “NOW, do this one.”
I’m kinda boggled that I feel so strongly about saying over and over and over the Rapture is coming! Get ready! It’s so NOT ME. I like being the cautious, thoughtful, carefully researched blogger who never passes on anything that has the slightest odor of tinfoil hat. But I feel such PRESSURE to warn people to get ready.

That’s cool about Lot’s wife! I had something similar with figs. I was studying Revelation and thought the stars falling like figs was so bizarre. Stars falling is like shooting stars. Meteors. Bright STREAKS that are so fast you don’t see them if you weren’t looking at the right place in the sky before they happened. Fruit plopping out of a tree? Plop. Plop. Nope. Not even close.
Then I was reading the Olivet Discourse, which appears in all three Synoptic gospels. And in all of them, Jesus describes his coming in the clouds to gather up the elect (the Rapture) and then talks about figs.
“And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. Learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branch becomes tender and sprouts leaves, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things, know that he is near, at the gates.” Matthew 24:30-32. See also Mark 13:26-29 and Luke 21:25-31.
This is when I realized that the common Catholic dodge (don’t bother you head about the End Times, cuz we “cannot know the day or the hour”) misses the point. We not only CAN know the SEASON is coming near, but we’re SUPPOSED TO BE WATCHING FOR IT.

Around mid-January, I started a self-study that goes through the entire Bible and Catechism in one year. It is amazing what one discovers when reading what is actually there, and not what one has been told is there.
I’ve been kinda-buying-into-the-Rapture-Thing for a while, but chalked that up to my being not-the-best-of-Catholics. I’ve been enjoying reading another Catholics point of view, and getting a bit of the “Oh, it’s not just me that finds some of this to be rather interesting and compelling. . .”
