    I love winter! It’s my favorite season. (Don’t bother telling me how crazy you think I am; I’ve heard it all a thousand times before.)

      My faves are autumn and spring, I think because they are so fleeting and magical. If I had to pick, I’d put winter over summer. I hate being too cold or too hot, but as my mom used to say, you can always put more clothes ON. LOL

        Exactly what I always told my kids — if you’re cold, then you’re not dressed properly. I almost never get cold, but that’s because I dress for the weather. In summer, once you’ve taken off as much as you can take off without being guilty of indecent exposure, if you’re still too warm, you’re just out of luck. Also, I hate having to cover myself in sunscreen and insect repellent before going outside. Getting ready to go outside in cold weather actually takes less time than getting ready to go outside in summer, at least if you’re unlucky enough to be a paleface who burns easily and whom mosquitoes find irresistible.
