He finds that preferable to answering why Illinois has the poorest credit rating in the country,some of the highest taxes and leads in companies fleeing the state. We are also about 19 billion in debt for the unfunded pension liabilities to the public unions he owes his job to.

Virginia State Legislature Commends Mosque with Terror Links
The Virginia State Legislature this month passed a joint resolution Commending the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center on the 30th anniversary of its founding. This is the mosque that the Treasury Department’s Enforcement Communications System (TECS) says is “operating as a front for Hamas operatives in U.S.” and “is associated with Islamic extremists.”
The late,unlamented Ayman Al Zawahri was Imam at this mosque for a couple years.Two of the 9/11 hijackers attended here before they slaughtered 3,000 innocent Americans.

Federal Judge Hands Republicans In Kansas, Arizona A Big Win In Voting Rights Fight
A federal judge in Kansas on Wednesday ruled that the federal agency which oversees the federal voter registration form must include the state-specific proof-of-citizenship requirements requested by both Kansas and Arizona.
The ruling was hailed by Republican officials in both states. And it also does away with the need for the “two-tier” voting systems that were proposed while the case was pending.
Eric Holder is scrambling to find a liberal judge to overturn this.
Unless he thinks Kansas is not worth fighting for anyway.

The former President of Lebanon, Amine Gemayel, is a Maronite Christian. He recently warned of “an exodus approaching biblical proportions.” Gemayel told a gathering in Zurich of Christian Solidarity International (CSI) and other human rights activists that the current wave of church burnings, murders, and riots against Christians in the Mideast is the work of radical Islamists. The former Lebanese leader’s own brother had been assassinated in Beirut by these same jihadists.
Mr. Obama’s CIA Chief, John Brennan, refuses even to identify the persecutors. He says we cannot call them jihadists because jihad is a legitimate tenet of the Muslim religion. We cannot call them radical Islamists, because that would be disrespectful to a major world religion.
One day Obama will have to account for standing idly by while innocents are butchered by the thousands.It can’t come soon enough to save many of God’s children.

Freedom From Religion Foundation asks Scott Walker to remove Bible verse tweet
The tweet read, “Philippians 4:13.”
That refers to a Bible verse which reads, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”
“This braggadocio verse coming from a public official is rather disturbing,” read the letter from FFRF. “To say, ‘I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me,’ seems more like a threat, or the utterance of a theocratic dictator, than of a duly elected civil servant.”
I find these peoples’ fear of scripture somewhat humorous and revealing at the same time.

Bill to stagger food stamp payouts passes Senate
BOISE, Idaho — Lawmakers said they hope a new bill that passed the Senate 33-2 on Tuesday will allow Idaho to stagger when food-stamp recipients receive money to buy groceries.
Sen. Jim Guthrie, R-McCammon, said spreading out the release of those funds over 10 days could help offset “grocery store chaos” on the first of every month.

Our local Walmart is a place I simply WILL NOT go during the first week of the month. We made that mistake only once, and it was an absolute zoo. Rude people everywhere, blocking exits, screaming at toddlers, cussing up a storm, trashing the displays, etc. Then, like Pete says, you get to stand in line FOREVER and watch people prioritize pizza rolls over fruit and veggies at the register x20 because they’re too stupid and inconsiderate to keep a rough spending tally while shopping.
I don’t know if I really like the idea of a staggered payout approach, actually. I kinda like knowing the best days to avoid places like Walmart, and then having the rest of the month to shop a bit more peacefully.

A CBS reporter from Arizona reveals that President Obama’s press secretary, Jay Carney, receives questions from the press in advance of his daily press briefing. In fact, she says, the reporters often receive the answers in advance of the briefing, too.
The reporters are made to stand,must limit their questioning to four minutes and there are Obama operatives just off-camera to intimidate them.The reporters are also given the answers on cards before the taping to make sure they get the quotes right.
