Soldiers were diasarmed while on base under George H.W. Bush.This inane rule has cost an awful lot of blood.
The shooter killed three and wounded 16 before a female MP pointed her weapon at him and he took his own life.
This seems to be a pattern with madmen who just want to take innocent lives.
Upon hearing of this shooting our commander-in-chief went before the cameras and mumbled some insincere gibberish about what a tragedy it was before he went back to his full-time job fundraising…this time in Chicago.He has his priorities,you know.

Military service for aliens has been a part of American immigration policy since the get go. At least one of my ancestors did it that way. Last I heard, about 7% of military is made up of non-citizens hoping to short-cut their way to citizenship via military service. And there was a wonderful photo in Iraq some years ago of an ENORMOUS naturalization ceremony in one of Saddam’s former palaces, wall-to-wall camo.

Absolutely, it would. Key phrase is “procreative potential,” which is viewed “in principle.” Broadly speaking, as a man and woman, you have the potential in principle. It matters not whether you, individually, after injury or illness or age no longer factually have the ability. That’s irrelevant, and one never knows, anyway. People have conceived in old age and after hysterectomies and vasectomies and so on. The important thing is that it is possible in principle as all laws much be. If no one could ever have children, then there would be no societal need for marriage, and that is the sentiment expressed in this ruling, I think.
