My apologies for the late post. I was searching Craigslist for good deals on flat screen TVs and smartphones from the St. Louis area.
If you just got back to the states after 6 months in Borneo studying the endangered Orangutan, you may not have heard that the grand jury did not find the evidence to charge Ofc. Darren Wilson in the permanent neutering of a large mountain gorilla. The decision had been anticipated for weeks and all the usual suspects were primed to get their holiday shopping done.
I watched part of the carnage on Fox News when one reporter showed a young,shirtless primate using a baseball bat to smash the window of a McDonald’s before somebody yelled to hit the Ferguson Meat and Liquor store. He ran off,bat in hand,in high hopes to get some steaks for his mama and some liquor for himself. A CNN reporter was hit in the head with a rock, Mike Tobin from Fox had a tear gas grenade go off next to him, and a thug smashed a Fox News camera worth more than the asshole’s last two cars.
All this time I’m thinking: where’s the National Guard and the armored vehicles? Turns out the mayor of St. Louis begged for them,but Eric Holder told Gov. Nixon not to allow them in. He’d rather see buildings burn and property destroyed because it suits their racist cause. The police were not allowed to do much except fire some tear gas and let the rabble loot to their hearts’ content. Firemen called in to fight the fires that blazed all over were summarily shot at. I have a few things I bookmarked this morning but by now they’re probably not relevant any longer.
A horde of “protesters” broke into the Auto Zone store and, since everything there related to actual work, nothing was taken. They just trashed the place then set it afire as ‘justice for St. Swisher.’
A LOT OF WHITE FACES HELPED SHUT DOWN THE INTERSTATE. DO THEY THINK THE BLACKS WOULDN’T TURN ON THEM IF THEY WANTED TO?

A CNN analyst, who claims to be an attorney, said this morning that Officer Darren Wilson’s testimony about what happened was fanciful. Seriously. And on top of that both this attorney and Van Jones, who also claims to be an attorney, besmirch this prosecutor, arguing that he corrupted the process by never really wanting an indictment or something.
A pox on both CNN and MSDNC for allowing these vicious racists to spew their lies and propaganda without ever being challenged.

Darren Wilson on why he shot Michael Brown
“I drew my gun,” Officer Darren Wilson recalled. “I said, ‘Get back or I’m going to shoot you.’ He immediately grabs my gun and says, ‘You are too much of a pu–y to shoot me.’ ”
The officer said he was sitting in his patrol car when he drew his firearm after Brown slugged him twice in the face through an open window. They proceeded to struggle over the weapon and Wilson — who is 6 feet 4 — said he was overmatched.

Well I might as well have been in Borneo. My son’s wedding was beautiful, magic, sweet beyond belief. Lots of wonderful family moments and lots of family there from far away. Now we head into my 2 busiest months of the year for work, with the little added work of the holidays, where everything happens at my house. It looks like it will be a good time to just catch the Polination version of the news and leave the rest be for now. Thanks to all of you who keep me informed and amused!

Thought I’d share something that came through my facebook feed. This is from a friend of mine who is a black cop serving an urban/ suburban area here in MD. Some salty language follows:
“This “#BlackLivesMatter” hashtag is a fucking joke. Seems as if it only matters if it’s taken at the hands of a white officer. Where were y’all when the 200+ was murdered after the mike brown incident….nah, don’t answer that. I’m really out here in these streets trying to save ALL lives. Y’all just out here talking for social media likes and could care less about those that were murdered. #TalkIsCheap and that’s why you’re not worth shit.”
Yeah, some his friends haven’t liked him much these past few days, but I’m glad he’s keeping it real. . . at least somebody is . . .
