PRAYERS: POTUS and FLOTUS have tested positive for COVID-19. Let us flood Heaven with prayers for their swift recovery.

2020: “Racism is evil and those who cause violence in its name are thugs.” [2:59] – Trump has been condemning hatred since long before he became president. My word to Joe Biden and all the lying Left goes like this: “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.”

ABORTION: [3:34] – The Pro-Life Reply to “I’m personally opposed but…”

ACB: Barrett’s nomination has caused pro-abortion feminists to roll out their most “compelling” arguments. And by compelling, I mean “really stupid.”

Wandy Felicita Ortiz says ACB “hates your uterus” because she believes that the scientific fact that human life begins at conception means that the unborn should have the same rights as the born.

And Christine Grimaldi was just furious that ACB brought her husband and children to the White House for Trump’s announcement. According to her, “Trump and Barrett using her black children and child with Down Syndrome to score political points” was “appalling.”

ANTIFA: Biden refused to condemn ANTIFA, claiming it is not an organization, but an idea – “It’s no wonder Biden and the left want to point the finger of violence and fascism at Trump. They have 3 other fingers on the same hand pointing right back at themselves.” – Brandon Tatum

BIDEN: During the first debate, President Trump went after Joe Biden HARD on his corrupt drug and sex addicted son Hunter. Joe Biden accused Trump of lying about Hunter (except he wasn’t).

Since the debate, Google searches for “Hunter Biden” shot up TEN-FOLD.

CALIFORNIA: Gov. Newsom (D) really, really HATES his constituents – On the 197th day of “15 days to slow the spread,” California’s Democrat governor has moved the reopening goal posts AGAIN.

Originally counties had to meet metrics aimed at ensuring adequate rates of testing and the availability of hospital/ICU beds/ventilators. When those were met, he enacted by gubernatorial fiat a tiered system that completely ignored those metrics and instead focused on daily new cases and positivity rate.

Now that more counties are set to move out of the most restrictive tier, Newsom has again changed the game. Now counties with a population of greater than 106,000, the county must ensure that test positivity rates in their most disadvantaged neighborhoods are not significantly behind the overall county.

Newsom has signed more than 100 executive orders during the pandemic and spent billions of dollars without specific authorization. And the Democrat supermajority is letting him.

Afterwards, conservatives hammered Roberts on Twitter, including McEnany who forwarded the Phillips tweet above to Roberts saying, “I would refer you to your wife’s reporting from 21 hours ago… accurate reporting I cited in the White House Press Briefing.”

Meanwhile, I’m waiting to hear anyone in the Slime Media or Democrat Party give a toot if Biden denounces BLM and ANTIFA. But I’m NOT holding my breath.

COVID-19: Among the nasties hoping the Trumps die is Zara Rahim (Hillary’s 2016 national campaign spokeswoman), Zach Graumann (Andrew Yang’s campaign manager), MSNBC’s Joy Reid, and actor John Cusack. Keep this in mind the next time someone on the Left says Trump lacks the necessary empathy to be president.

The New York Slime said Trump should drop out of the race and MSNBC fantasized about a President Pelosi, even though POTUS only has mild symptoms and VPOTUS tested negative. And other totally reasonable Democrats think Judge Barrett’s Senate hearing should be postponed.

DEBATE: Slow Joe will have another babysitter – C-SPAN’’s Steve Scully – moderating the second debate on Oct. 15. Not only did Scully once worked as an intern for then-Sen. Joe Biden, but in March, 2016, he retweeted an Op Ed in the New York Slime entitled “No, Not Trump, Not Ever.”

DISNEYLAND: Walt Disney Co. Executive Chairman Bob Iger is fed up with California’s Uber Democrat governor’s refusal to allow theme parks to reopen. He abruptly resigned from the governor’s COVID-19 economic task force.

It doesn’t sound like Newsom was listening to Iger or anyone else who actually knows or cares about California’s rapidly failing economy. So maybe now Iger can do something more productive, like watch paint dry.

FIREFIGHTER: Last month, 5-year-old Carver from Oregon sent a Baby Yoda doll to firefighters. Baby Yoda has made the rounds from fire to fire in multiple states – including Oregon, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah – giving moral support to firefighters on the front lines. A Facebook page called “Baby Yoda fights fires” has tracked his journeys.

GET WOKE, GO BROKE: The NBA Finals opened last night with megastar LeBron James and his Lakers clashing with his former team, the Miami Heat.

You’d think they’d get MONSTER ratings, right?

Nope. Viewership was not just down 45% from last year; it was the lowest ever viewership since they started tracking it in 1994.

GUN NUTS: Last month, an El Paso County, Colorado, on-line school teacher saw a 12-year-old’s neon green, plastic toy gun, complete with orange tip and the words “Zombie Hunter” etched on the barrel. Rather than questioning the child, or asking to speak to his parents, the teacher alerted a school admin, who in turn called the cops who then came to the boy’s home and traumatized him. Having ascertained that the “gun” was a toy, the school decided to suspend him for five days. His parents are looking for a new school.

A couple of weeks later, a Harvey, Louisiana, on-line school teacher saw an unloaded BB gun in the video frame of a fourth grader. The school suspended the boy for six days, citing a “no guns” policy written for in-class instruction. Except the boy wasn’t IN class, was her? ::smh:: The parents hired a lawyer who says, “It’s not ending here.”

HYPOCRISY: “If this is persecution, I want some.” – Candace Owens – LeBron said, “We’re literally hunted EVERYDAY/EVERYTIME we step foot outside the comfort of our homes!” He just purchased the Hollywood mansion once owned by Katherine Hepburn for $36.8 million.

NEW YORK SLIME: The Fishwrap of Record – The New York Times criticized Trump for using legal tax avoidance methods to reduce his tax liability. These included investing in money-losing businesses, paying his daughter a salary, and writing off as business expenses costs — including fuel and meals — associated with the aircraft he used to shuttle between his businesses.

The Times ought to know how it’s done. The New York Times Company and the Ochs-Sulzberger family that control it have done all of the same things.

PANTS ON FIRE: His “not my plan” is a distinction without a difference. His plan proclaims his support for the central principles of the Green New Deal, if not every thorny particular of it.

PENNSYLVANIA: Philadelphia – On Thursday, the Trump campaign filed court papers arguing that Philadelphia officials are preventing campaign representatives from watching people registering to vote or fill out mail-in ballots in election offices in Philadelphia.

Also, memory sticks that are used to program Philadelphia voting machines have been stolen from a city warehouse. But it’s cool. A spokesman from the city commissioners office says they are “confident that this incident will not in any way compromise the integrity of the election.”

Yeah. No. Philadelphia is the city whose Democrat politicians refused to respond to repeated allegations of health code violations made against abortionist and Kermit Gosnell. The appalling conditions inside Gosnell’s clinic were only revealed after the DEA raided because he had been selling narcotics illegally.

Philadelphia is also the city that is still NOT inspecting abortion clinics, despite the horrors uncovered in Gosnell’s clinic which was followed by his conviction on three counts of murder and one count of manslaughter.

TOLERANCE: U.S. cyclist Quinn Simmons (19) has been suspended from his team for posting statements on Twitter that the sponsor considered “divisive, incendiary, and detrimental to the team.”

His horrible, awful, no-good HATE SPEECH consisted of admitting he supports President Trump.

I bet you thought you were supposed to CLEAN your driveway with a power washer. LOL

2020: Trump won the debate, says Andrea Widburg at American Thinker – “It wasn’t an apparent victory, but it was a real one: He showed his base and ordinary Americans that he will always fight while forcing Biden to disavow both his hard-left base and the last of the old-fashioned Democrats who still support him.”

ABORTION: [5:03] – The Pro-Life Reply to “Abortion will stop overpopulation.” China has aborted 400 Million babies and they brag about it, all in the name of population control. Yet the real problem is under, not overpopulation.

ACB: “She represents the true feminist agenda. We embrace the gifts God gives us, especially the gift of having babies as that is something that only women can do. We can have a career, children , Faith, and family. This is the true feminist creed not the abomination that today’s ‘feminist’ movement is.” – Colleen Earley Garson

CANADA: Google searches for terms like “how to move to Canada,” “move to Canada,” and “how to apply for Canadian citizenship,” all shot up on the search engine both during and after the debate. I’m just guessing here, but I doubt those people were Trumpers.

DEBATE: According to the Washington Post, Trump refused to condemn white supremacists and militia members during the presidential debate. The transcript (above) proves their lie.

Meanwhile, Biden refused to condemn Antifa, saying it was “an idea, not an organization”, which isn’t even close to true. Then, Wallace tried to end the argument.

FLIP FLOP: FLIP Prez-candidate Joe says he believes funds need to be directed away from the police, but FLOP he does not support defunding police.

FLIP Then VP-candidate Joe promised 2008 to fully fund the COPS program, but FLOP while he and Obama were in office, their administration slashed COPS funding dramatically … from $1.55 billion to just $222 million.

OBAMACARE: Obama’s repeated statements – “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your plan, you can keep your plan.” – were voted the Biggest Lies of the Year.

For Julia’s family, they were the Biggest Tragedy of the Year. Julia was born with a rare muscle and bone condition. In 2010, her family was paying about $1,000 per month for health insurance. Within three years of President Obama signing the mis-named “Affordable Care Act” those premiums had risen to $3,000 each month with higher deductibles. Eventually, Julia and her family lost their plan altogether.

Joe Biden supported Obamacare. He still thinks it’s the best plan for American. Vote for Trump.

TAX AVOIDANCE: The New York Slime tried to smear President Trump for legally avoiding paying more in taxes than was required of him.

The New York Slime has not reported on how Joe Biden used the S-Corporation loophole to avoid paying half a million dollars in tax.

GRAMMY NOTES: I remember having mine on when I was standing next to an electric garage door. When the door went up, I discovered that my poncho was snagged on it. Some choking and panic ensured. Obviously, I survived. My poncho did not.

2020: These things have never happened before, but since this is 2020, we might as well be prepared.

  1. Technically we are each voting for a slate of electors, not a specific candidate, so if a presidential candidate withdraws or dies before Election Day, the party will simply replace the candidate.
  2. If a candidate withdraws or dies between Election Day and the Electoral College meeting, things get more complex, because different states have different rules. The Supreme Court will likely come into play.
  3. If the President-elect dies or is unable to assume office on Inauguration Day, the 20th Amendment says the Vice President elect shall act as President.

ABORTION: [4:45] – The Pro-Life Reply to “Babies with disabilities are better off aborted.”

ACB: [2:48] – Read the inspiring testimony of one of her former law students, a blind woman, who personally experienced the grace of Judge Barrett’s faith walk

ALABAMA: Tuscaloosa [3:54] – Hundreds of University of Alabama students were forced to sit through a so-called “inclusion” seminar delivered by far-left speaker Jane Elliott. In it, the speaker disparaged and lied about Conservatives and President Trump.

For example, she claimed Trump “has admitted to being racist, sexist, ageist, homophobic, and ethnocentrist” (none of which Trump has actually admitted), and said his supporters backed him anyway “because he is opposed to abortion.”

She also claimed Trump sleeps in bed with Hitler’s “speeches and manuscripts”, said “religious people need to get over abortion,” “evangelical Christians are terrible,” “George Washington was a terrible person,” “race doesn’t exist,” and the terms “gay” and “straight” are both “offensive.”

Meanwhile, the University of Alabama is busy rolling out their new OneUA initiative, the slogan for which is “Hate doesn’t roll here.”

Note: The video above is not part of the seminar. It’s just the shortest example of her presenting her nasty ideas that I could find on YouTube.

Her rants bear absolutely NO relationship to any piece or part of my 18 years of formal education. In fact, I complained to my kids’ elementary school about how they were spending time every year, year after year, talking about this, that, and the other brown civilization.

I asked when my kids would get to study their own heritage. “They’ll get that in high school.” Great. They won’t hear one good thing about their own ancestors until they’re obsessed with their hair and their hormones. ::smh::

BIRDS OF A FEATHER: Chris Wallace has been added to my “do not click” list.

CALIFORNIA: Yorba Linda – Brian Rokos tweeted about a confrontation between BLMers and pro-Trumpers last Saturday. “The counter-protesters call BLM protesters ‘criminals’, yet it is the counter-protesters who are breaking the law today by jaywalking across Imperial Highway to engage the BLM people.” Oh noes! Jaywalking! Say it isn’t so!

One of the BLM-supporters showed how “peaceful” her organization is by jumping into her car and plowing through the crowd of pro-Trumpers. Two people suffered serious injuries and the driver was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder.

But, JAYWALKING! The horror!

CANCEL CULTURE: Prager U says, “Never apologize to the mob.” [5:34] – Paris Dennard describes the problem and offers a solution.

CINO JOE: During an interview on Sept. 28, Burke explained why Joe Biden is an apostate who should not receive Holy Communion, then said, “I don’t understand why Catholics who are involved in politics can’t get this straight in their heads, but they should.”

COVID-19: An Italian doctor makes a common sense point. “If the virus is no longer as strong as it was, if it is no longer capable of causing pathologies, then what is the problem of seeing it spread faster?”

DEMOCRATS: A group of Pennsylvania lawmakers posed topless to help remind voters to avoid submitting so-called naked mail-in ballots.

Bethany Hallam (D) and Olivia Bennett (D) are Allegheny County Councilwomen. Emily Kinkaid (D) is a Pennsylvania State Representative-elect.

And Democrats actually complain that Donald Trump’s behavior isn’t “presidential.”

FREEDOM TOONS: [3:09] – Black Lives Matter lies to you.

INSHALLAH: When debate moderator and Fox News anchor Chris Wallace asked Trump when Americans could expect to see his tax returns, Trump replied, “You’ll get to see it.”

Biden replied, “When? Inshallah?”

According to the Washington Post, Biden also used the word “inshallah” at a New Hampshire campaign event earlier this year when speaking about Medicare for All. “It’s going to take at least four years to pass it. Inshallah. You’re not going to pass it.”

Inshallah means “God willing” and is associated with Islam, though my friend who used to be married to a Muslim says both Christian and Muslim Arabs use it.

What it means in conversation depends on the context. When used formally or in earnest, it means the speaker is hopeful for a certain end result.

However, it can also be said sarcastically, as Biden has done, it means the speaker doesn’t think the end result will ever happen.

Some folks saw Biden’s use of the Arabic word as evidence of a cultural awareness that Trump lacks. Others saw it as pandering to the pro-Muslim, anti-Israel Left.

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: Conservative radio show host Hugh Hewitt interviewed CNN’s Brian Stelter about his new book, Hoax: Donald Trump, Fox News, and the Dangerous Distortion of Truth.

During the interview, Hewitt said his main problem with the book was that the Steele dossier has been completely discredited.

The Steele dossier, as anyone who has been paying even a little bit of attention knows, was the sole foundation upon which the Democrats’ based their dishonest FISA warrants, illegal spying operation, and lengthy Mueller investigation.

Stelter claimed he didn’t know anything about the Steele dossier.

Hmmmm … maybe it would be okay if we all skip reading his book, ya think?

PANTS ON FIRE: At the debate, Biden accused Trump of not doing anything to lower pricing on medicines. It simply isn’t true.

Senator Grassley, who is one of the leading figures in the Senate’s efforts to lower the drug prices, said President Trump has taken several actions to reduce prices. And Americans have noticed.

Tweet: “Biden is a liar, my wife’s medication went from $186 a month to $26. I know first hand Biden was lying.”

Tweet: “My Daughter In-laws friend is on insulin. Thanks to our @POTUS @realDonaldTrump her insulin went from $900 a month to $8 a month. She can afford to feed her family now.”

Tweet: “Joe Biden could’ve done this during his 47 years in government, but he didn’t.”

PEOPLE OF PRAISE: Hacked – On September 21, 2020, somebody hacked the website of the Charismatic group to which ACB belongs. The hack breached the membership database of the charismatic community.

SPYGATE: On Tuesday, Lindsey Graham released a letter from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. In it, Ratcliffe wrote that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were both involved in originating the Russia hoax and that former CIA director John Brennan pushed the investigation.

Andrea Widburg writes at American Thinker, “The Trump Department of Justice has known about this for a long time but hasn’t brought indictments because the administration is playing a long game. The D.C. federal judicial system is controlled by the Democrats, from the courtroom to the jurors. …

“This is why Trump and Mitch McConnell have been working to change the federal Judiciary from district courts up to the Supreme Court. The only way to get a fair trial is with judges who believe in the Constitution and the laws flowing from it. One of the things a fair judicial system will do is allow the administration to remove the trials from D.C. to a more neutral location.

“Until then, Trump is using the month before the election, a time when people are finally paying attention, to put the facts before the American public. We’ve finally entered the final phases of the power struggle in D.C., and Trump is playing to win. There was, therefore, a tone of real menace during Tuesday night’s debate, when Trump said loudly and clearly that he had absolute evidence of a coup against him.”

TWITTER: Mega fail – Twitter hasn’t removed the tweet or put any warning on it yet, even though they’ve banned other users for simply criticizing islam or using biologically accurate pronouns.

But, you know… calling for mass executions of Conservatives is totes okay.

I’m no climate scientist, but it kinda sorta seems to me that if the climate had warmed, like AT ALL during the last 41 years, peak leaf week would be later, not three weeks EARLIER.

OVERALL: Dearest went to a watch party while I stayed home and went to bed early. Dearest said he wished he had opted for my choice. Just the News said the debate was rancorous, with no winner or new policy insights. The Washington Examiner called it acrimonious, starkly personal, and chaotic. I’m thinking I had the better evening.

HISPANIC VOTERS: For some reason, the Spanish-speaking audience that watched the debate on Telemundo felt 2:1 that Trump won the debate. This is amazing, considering that Hillary won the Hispanic vote 66 to 34 percent in the 2016 election.

Latin machismo is a thing, so maybe this voting group cued in on and applauded the fact that Trump looked stronger. Steven Hayward talked about this at Powerline: “[I watched] some of the post game show on several news channels, and I was struck by how uniformly glum the liberal network news types were. The subtext here was that Biden was weak in the face of Trump’s boorishness. The fact that so many media figures are saying the next two debates should be canceled is quite telling. I’m guessing they know Biden is going to wilt under the onslaught.

“About which: it is hardly a news flash that Trump can be a bully. But there may be a method to his seeming madness. Remember how Biden manhandled Paul Ryan in the 2012 debate by constantly interrupting and ridiculing Ryan? Ryan’s mistake was that he came prepared to debate policy ideas—silly wonk that he is—while Biden wanted to make Ryan look young and inexperienced. And he was successful at doing that with Ryan. Trump wasn’t about to let that happen, but along the way he did induce Biden into making several mistakes, such as refusing to answer about court packing, and getting Biden to back away from the Green New Deal. And ask yourself a simple question: who looked like the stronger person on that stage? That isn’t a close call.”

“Joe Biden turned out to be the third wheel in tonight’s debate. For most of the night, it was Chris Wallace debating the president. Wallace claimed that President Trump called the white supremacists very fine people. Chris Wallace knew it was a lie but he agreed with Joe Biden. Wallace also claimed that Trump ended sensitivity training, which also is a lie.” – David Harris

2020: Pants on fire – CLICK https://twitter.com/TCPigott/status/1188208476583026688 [:14] to hear Joe Biden pander for Black votes by claiming he attended Delaware State, an Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

He didn’t. He attended the University of Delaware (Class of 1965). He was a commencement keynote speaker at Delaware State a couple of time and the school awarded him honorary doctoral degree.That’s a far cry from getting his start at an HBCU.

2020: Trump’s taxes … yawn – The New York Times recently published a Super Big Story about President Trump’s tax returns (which they have no right to see).

If you have a favorite TDSer in your life, consider gifting a bottle of wine and a pan of marijuana brownies to the poor slob who no doubt needs a break from the realization that the Fish Wrap of Record found absolutely no evidence of any kind of wrongdoing in Trump’s tax returns (which they have no right to see).

CROSSFIRE HURRICANE: Aka, Russiagate: The FBI used the (fake) Steele dossier as its excuse to spy on the Trump campaign and White House. The “Primary Sub-Source” cited by the Steele dossier was a man the FBI suspected was a Russian spy and considered a “threat to national security.” And the FBI agents who investigated “Russia! Russia! Russia!” KNEW it. (In reality, the Russian spy was not a source, because Christopher Steele’s dossier was totally made up.)

FLYNN: Last week, Mike Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, revealed newly obtained documents showing that, in January 2017, FBI agents who were being forced to work on Comey’s bogus “Get Trump” investigation got worried enough about their back sides to buy professional liability insurance. They wanted themselves and their families to be protected if the truth came out and they got personally sued for the illegal crap Comey was making them do.

FRANCE: This guy has had his entire body, face and tongue covered in tattoos and had the whites of his eyes surgically turned black. He’s a primary school teacher who is no longer allowed to teach kindergarten, because he gives the wee kiddies nightmares.

Yet the United States remains an “international outlier on HCQ, as one of just a handful of countries that have moved to limit – rather than expand – patient access to the drug.”

The paper lists more than two dozen medical conditions for which HCQ is an established treatment, which it says “reflect a general medical consensus, long predating the COVID-19 pandemic, that HCQ is a safe, well-tolerated drug” and urges members of the U.S. news media, public health community, and regulatory agencies to stop politicizing the use of this medicine for coronavirus.

HANDMAID’S TALE: Because of her pro-life views, pro-abortion liberals have tried to connect Amy Coney Barrett’s Charismatic Catholic faith and practice with The Handmaid’s Tale.

Wikipedia says, “The Handmaid’s Tale is a dystopian novel by Canadian author Margaret Atwood, published in 1985. The Charismatic Catholic group Judge Barrett belongs to was founded in 1971, but far from subjugating women, it encourages them to pursue higher education and “gain individuality and independence”, something Barrett obviously has done.

He vows to increase access to capital in Black communities by almost $500 billion, help to create 500,000 new Black-owned businesses, and help to create 3 million new jobs for the Black community.

The plan also includes working on a “Second Step Act” to provide access to better jobs and training opportunities for those in Black communities.

The Platinum Plan also pledges to give Black churches the ability to compete for federal resources for their communities; bring better and tailored healthcare to address what the campaign called “historic disparities,” and advance home ownership opportunities and enhance financial literacy in Black communities.

As for educational opportunities, the president is expected to vow, in federal, state and local community partnerships to “close failing schools” to replace with “full school choice and education opportunity,” while continuing to protect Historically Black Colleges & Universities.

The president is also expected to pledge to increase the amount of Pell grants and allow for vocational employment and advance targeted apprenticeship and job training programs.

Me: They’ve built over 260 miles of new wall so far and he’s renegotiated NAFTA costing Mexico billions of dollars that were given to them by Bill Clinton through the returning of jobs in America.

Barr received the organization’s Christifideles Laici Award. Archbishop Charles Chaput said Barr’s award was well deserved.

CHINA: It is becoming increasingly important to know where products originate before buying. Over the past 14 months, Customs and Border Protection has been inspecting Made-in-China packages. Fully thirteen percent contained products that at best defraud buyers and at worst harm or even kill them.

In July, her governor issued an Executive Order commanding that “All individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when … [o]utdoors, but unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members.”

Ignoring for a moment the fact that the order is very iffy constitutionally, let’s just consider that this woman was both outdoors AND socially distanced from everybody but her own family. In other words, she was not even violating the stupid order!

Unfortunately, she did resist arrest, which created most of her problems. Since I saw this, I’ve been wondering what would have been a better approach. Maybe she should’ve told her companions to call her lawyer and have him meet her at wherever the guy was taking her, then gone along quietly … then sued the pants off him for unlawful arrest.

NEW YORK: Syracuse University – The PC Police suspended a 30-year professor for making a joke about political correctness and speech policing.

FIRE is defending him, noting that Syracuse University “talks a big game when it comes to free speech” yet “seems almost proud of how it consistently fails to uphold freedom of speech when challenged.”

NEW YORK CITY: Folks are fleeing the Big Rotten Apple – From 2017-2018, New York City’s population dropped by 38,000, more than any other metro area. During the following two years, 53,000 people moved away. During the early months of the pandemic, nearly half a million people left the city, but we won’t know for a while how many left for good.

The number one destination for former New Yorkers is Florida, a state that is comparable in most ways with NYC, except for the weather and the way they are governed. In fact, Floridians get more return on their tax dollars than New Yorkers do … while spending HALF as much.

OREGON: Portland – The city disbanded its gun violence reduction team on July 1. Since then, shootings have increased and homicide has hit a 30-year high.

PELOSI: She put up her “maybe we should impeach Orange Man Bad” trial balloon. It didn’t fly. In particular, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) said that, if she tried it, he would move to oust her as Speaker.

So now she’s saying she won’t move forward with the idea, because “I don’t think he’s worth the trouble at this point.”

PENNSYLVANIA: Luzerne County – A federal investigation into voter fraud has turned up nine ballots mailed by military personnel that were discarded, rather than counted. At least seven were cast for Trump; the contents of the other two are unknown.

Most disturbingly, two of the discarded ballots had been opened by elections staff, then resealed inside their appropriate envelopes before being discarded.

But yeah, Democrats, tell us again how safe and secure all mail-in elections would be…

PRO-LIFE: [5:41] – After state budget cuts forced Planned Parenthood to close its clinic in Bettendorf, IA, a pro-life pregnancy resource center purchased the building and transformed it into a place for life.

RBG: She was known as a fervent advocate of women, but one might easily question if she was a closet racist. During her long career as a judge, she hired many women, but only two Blacks. She also appears to have favored Roe, Doe, and taxpayer funding for abortion because they helped eliminate “populations that we don’t want to have too many of.”

If she had been a conservative, the stunning lack of diversity in her pool of clerks and employees would be front and center. As it is, the Leftards are ignoring it. Of course. Because she was all for abortion, which seems to be their “sacred ground” as Nancy Pelosi once said. Support slaughtering the unborn and all else is forgiven … even being Catholic.

SCHOOL CHOICE: A new poll shows an unprecedented level of support for parents controlling their children’s’ education tax dollars. 78% of public school parents and 79% of non-public school parents support this statement:

“Recent federal legislation gave governors new funding they can use for K-12 education. Some governors have let families control the funds for the purchase of education technology and materials, private school tuition, and home education. Would you support or oppose your governor sending the funding directly to families and allowing them to choose how to use those funds to support their child’s education?”

“It could not be more clear that families are desperate for other options and will support governors and other policymakers as they pursue policies that let them control their child’s education funding,” said John Schilling, president of the American Federation of Children.

SCOTUS: [2:36] – The Senate currently has 53 Republicans, 47 Democrats, and 2 Independents, plus Republican VP Pence to vote with the GOP for ties.

Even if the three squishy middle senators (Romney, Murkowski, Collins) vote with the Dems, the Republicans have enough votes to get Trump’s nominee confirmed (after a no-doubt vicious hearing).

But Romney and Murkowski have both indicated they will vote to confirm, leaving only Collins in the squishy middle, which means any nastiness the Dems throw at Trump’s candidate will be nothing but TDSing political theater and sour grapes.

VOTING: All the publicity about the faults and foibles of mail-in voting has apparently had an impact. Democratic politicians and groups say they are shifting from encouraging all-mail-in to encouraging voters to either vote in person or hand deliver their absentee ballots.

WASHINGTON: Seattle – The City Council voted to over-ride Mayor Jenny Durkan’s veto of their plan to cut 100 police officers from the department this year. They call it a “down payment” on their goal of cutting the force by 50%.

The city has also hired on a consultant to help them decide how to reform their police force. He’s Andre Taylor, a man who has led some of the violent protests in Seattle, Washington, this summer. Taylor also has a felony conviction for running a prostitution operation that included underage girls.
