What does she mean by “sensible”?

Here are her own words from November of 2011 when she appeared on Real Time.

BILL MAHER: “What would you change in the Constitution?”

ALEX WAGNER: “The Second Amendment, the right to bear arms.”

Keep in mind that these are the same people who found the “right” to murder unborn Americans tucked somewhere between the lines of the Constitution and insist with spittle flying that Pro-Lifers are EEEEEEEEEEEVIL, because this alleged “right” is “in the Constitution!”

Keep in mind that these are the same people who think Al Gore should’ve been President, even though the Supreme Court said Bush won, and who have no problem with Gore getting filthy rich pushing his version of “science” that says fossil fuels are EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVIL, then selling his t.v. station for a potload of the same oil- and blood-soaked dollars that supposedly made Bush the devil incarnate.

In January of 2010, Pro-Abortion protesters illegally blocked the sidewalk outside a Louisville abortion clinic. Pro-Life sidewalk counselor David Hamilton walked through the Pro-Abortion line while speaking with a woman entering the abortion clinic and was arrested. The case was correctly dismissed.

Almost a year later, despite the fact it was pro-Abortion protesters who were blocking the sidewalk AND the case against Hamilton had been dropped at the local level, Barack Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder filed charges against Hamilton under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.

This lawsuit was part of a campaign of intimidation on the part of the Pro-Abortion Obama Administration in which AG Holder filed numerous lawsuits against Pro-Lifers for trivial offenses that should have been and often were handled locally.

So far, the effort has been a colossal waste of taxpayer money and an outrageous abuse of the rights of American citizens whose only “crime” is to disagree with the anti-baby agenda of the Left-Wing thugs in Washington.

Due to the valiant efforts of the Life Legal Defense Foundation on behalf of individual citizens targeted by the massive, well-funded Department of Justice Obama machine, Hamilton’s case was recently dismissed without an injunction and without a fine.

This is good news. But the fact remains that charges like these should never see the light of day in the United States of America. Even worse, more serious cases, like the one pending against Hobby Lobby, continue.

Blessings amidst the sorrow

The owner of a small restaurant in Des Moines says one of his employees came in and asked if she could get her paycheck a little early. While he was in the office cutting her check, she watched the news about the Newtown shootings.

Her boss came out to find her sobbing uncontrollably. She told him, “I needed my paycheck early because I have an appointment at Planned Parenthood this afternoon to have an abortion.” And then she said, “After seeing all of those innocent young children dying and all of those mothers who have had their children taken from them, I can’t go through with this abortion!”

The young girl said she didn’t know where to go for help. Her boss got her in touch with his mother, who is very active in Iowa Right to Life. God is good!

Planned Parenthood clinics saying no to abortion?

Who woulda thunk?!

In 2010, Planned Parenthood affiliates performed 329,445 abortions. Abortions made up 91% of the “pregnancy services” the clinics offered, but apparently it wasn’t enough to satisfy them.

At the end of 2010, Planned Parenthood told all its affiliates nationwide that they had to be providing abortion services by 2013 or else. Since the announcement, some Planned Parenthood affiliates have dropped out rather than comply. For example,

Planned Parenthood of South Central New York:

“This mandate will no doubt result in an increase in revenue for Planned Parenthood as well as an increase in the more than 329,000 lives the abortion chain ends in one year. Does that sound like women’s health?”

Planned Parenthood of South Texas:

“[This] is the ultimate evidence that Planned Parenthood’s chief concern is making money of abortion – not the health of vulnerable women and girls.”

There’s other evidence that Planned Parenthood’s real concern is profit, not women’s health, as they so often and so sanctimoniously proclaim.

  • A European drug manufacturer has publicly stated that 28 women have died worldwide after using RU 486 (aka, morning after pill, Plan B, chemical abortion).
  • As of last April, the FDA had reports of 2,207 adverse events related to the use of RU 486, including 14 deaths, 612 hospitalizations, 58 ectopic pregnancies, 339 blood transfusions, and 256 cases of infections in the United States alone.

Despite these statistics and the fact the FDA recommends the drug be used only under the close supervision of a physician, Planned Parenthood cooked up a plan to see it to women via high tech vending machines!

Webcam abortion

These so-called webcam or telemed abortions dispense RU-486 to women via a Skype-type video link. The women are never seen in person by a physician. Not only did Planned Parenthood decide to do this, but they actually fired a clinic manager for objecting to the plan.

YES! Another court victory against HHS mandate!

Federal Judge Robert H. Cleland (Michigan) issued a decision issued late Wednesday, October 31, 2012, affirming that “potential for harm to plaintiffs exists, and with the showing plaintiffs have made thus far of being able to convincingly prove their case at trial, it is properly characterized as irreparable.”

The judge’s decision means the federal government will not be allowed to enforce its HHS mandate until the lawsuit is resolved.

In an earlier case in Denver, U.S. District Judge John J. Kane of Colorado issued a similar order preventing enforcement of the mandate.

The “HHS mandate” is a set of regulations adopted by Barack Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services, run by the emphatically pro-abortion Kathleen Sebelius, that forces employers, regardless of religious faith, to pay for insurance coverage for contraception, abortion-inducing drugs and sterilization.

Oct 16, 2012: Las Vegas, NV, Frank Luntz Focus Group: Romney Dominated 2d Debate [3:54]

I counted 16 Obama 2008 voters and 7 not-Obama 2008 voters in the focus group.

I believe the group was all Undecideds when they started and that the same people are watching each debate, then sitting for this post-debate mini-poll.

In 2008, Obama won Nevada by +12.5%. If I did the math right, that group represents a +30% difference for Obama, which in itself is interesting, the whole group having started as Undecided, KWIM?

It’s a little hard to see all the hands in video, but I counted 6 of the Obama 2008 voters saying they’re sticking with Obama and 9 that had decided by the end of the second debate to vote for Romney.

This is worth watching to hear what these folks had to say.

I especially liked the lady in red, middle row, second from the left. She said she was not Undecided between Obama and Romney; she was Undecided between Romney and Not Voting, but she says, very emphatically, that Romney’s performance in the debates had been extremely impressive!

I was saddened by the two Obama ladies who seemed to be clueless about the devastating impact that Obama Democrats’ economic leadership has wrought on American women or that Obama himself oversees what female White House employees describe as a “workplace that is hostile to women.”

Romney SAID in the second debate that his gubernatorial administration had the MOST women of any state in the union! Did they not HEAR THAT?!

As for that lady in green who said, “I never heard Romney say he wants to outlaw abortion,” ……..argh. Is that the measure of women’s rights in this country? We can legally kill our unborn children? On that, I agree with Feminists for Life:

WOMEN DESERVE BETTER THAN ABORTION!

That tax is a one dollar per person annual fee that goes into a fund that does NOTHING but FUND ABORTIONS. Not “women’s health care” … ABORTION.  That’s right. No matter what your religious or moral position is on abortion, YOU will be FORCED to PAY to KILL unborn children.

Remember this … the majority of Americans OPPOSED ObamaCare BEFORE it was passed. The Democrat-majority House, the Democrat-majority Senate and the Democrat-controlled White House IGNORED the clearly stated wishes of the American people and PASSED IT ANYWAY.

Was this the “Hope” and “Change” you wanted?  To have a powerful government elite do what they please and then LIE to you about it?
