Today marks the third anniversary of the death of Michael Jackson.I remember being very depressed when I heard the news.Not because the child-molesting freak had overdosed,but because I knew all we would hear for the next week would be a chorus of homages to the world’s wealthiest pedophile.I reserved my sympathy for the innocent victims whose parents allowed them to be abused for large sums of money.

Stephanie Cutter is deputy campaign manager for President Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign. When I visited her YouTube channel, it said she had posted 2,294 videos. Ouch. So not gonna watch any of that. Just for youse guys, I did sample two. In the first one, she claimed she’d expose all of Karl Rove’s Evil Lies. Whatever. I turned it off.

In this one below, she claims to expose The Romney Campaign’s Double Standard. I listened up to :49, just enough to hear her complain that diddling with statistics is only a Very Bad Thing when Republicans do it. When Democrats do it, they’re just Telling The Truth. Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Like how they blame all that deficit spending in 2007 and 2008 on BUSH. Jerks.

I really do not have the stomach for oppo research. Thank God for the people who do. Blowing kisses to Pete, who posted this odd video yesterday. Turns out it’s not Stephanie Cutter’s outtakes, but an SNL-style comedy skit, done by the same group that helped launch Tina Fey’s career.

Ah, Tina Fey … that would make “Stephanie Cutter Knows She’s Screwed” a 2012 Conservative version of the 2008 hit “I can see Alaska from my house!”

Blowing more kisses to Mafia Rose, who actually read the article at http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/06/13/1099699/-How-we-could-stop-the-Adelsons-and-their-millions which was the motivation behind the comedy skit. According to Rose, the author had the bright idea that if all of the liberal millionaires and billionaires pledged to match conservative millionaire and billionaire donations, the conservatives would stop donating.

I dunno why Daily Kos bothered to publish an article. Wouldn’t it have been faster to just phone George Soros and put the plan to him? They must have him on Speed Dial, right?

It’s too bad that Stephanie Cutter hasn’t got anywhere near the value of Sarah Palin as a political comedy target, because Janel Benisch (the comedienne in the skit) does bear a striking resemblance to her.

I don’t always post on Saturday,but it’s gotten so exciting this week I’m reminded of when my mom used to tell me about going to see the Saturday morning serials at the movie theater in town.She said he always had a nickel for the movie and a dime for her popcorn.If she missed an episode it was difficult catching up.

Before I start,I’d like to opinionate on a few things.

I read Chrissy’s excellent post about The Usurper begging for people to forego their wedding,birthday and graduation gifts and have them send him money instead.I have run out of adjectives to describe the level of contempt I hold this man in.He seems to regard little but his own survival.There is not a person on this board who would not sacrifice all they had,life included,to protect their family.I suspect most civilized people feel that way–it’s just nature.

You probably all disagree with me,but I’m convinced this man would hide behind his wife and kids in an effort to save himself.Everything he does is centered around his own benefit.All things start and end with him,in his own mind.That’s why he’s not the pragmatic politician that Klintoon is.Compromise is not in his DNA.He’s surrounded himself  with a bevy of co-enablers who dare not disagree with him on anything.All the failures he has wrought upon our nation are of his own making,though to his way of thinking the miseries are all of someone else’s making.

Maybe it’s just the cynic in me,but I’ve never recalled him ever putting anything or anyone ahead of himself.

All I could think about was those helpless boys victimized by someone they were supposed to be able to look up to.His attitude was so cavalier he figured no one would believe his victims if they did tell.Thankfully this human slug will never breathe free air again.He will have to live in solitary confinement for the rest of his miserable life since the prisons are full of rapists,murderers and drug dealers who don’t take kindly to anybody that would hurt a child.I will shed no tears for him or the school who conspired to hide the awful truth because he was a football coach.

The critical voters who will ultimately decide the election in November are the Undecideds and increasingly-disillusioned-because-they-listen-and-think-for-themselves Democrats. In my experience, this demographic responds very well to fact-based presentations like the video above.

A group of Italian seismologists are on trial for manslaughter. Supposedly, they’re responsible for the hundreds of deaths following a big earthquake they didn’t see coming. If convicted, they face up to 12 years in prison.

They’re not being blamed for failing to predict the earthquake. They’re being blamed for thinking the series of small quakes was dispersing seismic energy enough that a large quake was “unlikely” but could not be ruled out.

Supposedly, if they’d been less cautious and more scare-mongery, all those 309 people who died in the unlikely Big One would have sensibly packed up and left town.

Suuure they would. Just like how … knowing they lived in an earthquake prone area, they somehow did not manage to build earthquake-proof houses.

The day after the Big One, Reuters reported “shocked Italians asked how modern buildings — not just historic churches and stone houses — could crumble into pieces in a region known for its high seismic risk.”

Franco Barberi, who heads a committee assessing earthquake risks at Italy’s Civil Protection agency, told reporters there is a “lack of control on the quality of construction” there and that “in California, an earthquake like this one would not have killed a single person.”

Is this the Socialist Grasshopper mindset or what? Don’t prepare for the future, then blame the Ants when the predictable happens.

Most of you have probably seen the sickening image of Bush’s decapitated head from HBO’s ‘Game of Thrones.’

The producers pointed it out a couple days ago and insist it was not political(yeah,right).I would not pollute this website by posting such vile trash.I have too much respect for all of you.Imagine showing Obama’s head on a pike and watch how fast the riots would start.There are far too many items on the web to cover most of them,but I hope you trust my discretion to bring you the standards you deserve.
