Why John Roberts (Likely) Is Protecting Obamacare

On Monday, without comment (because he could not make a coherent one),  Chief Justice John Roberts denied a request by the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA for a stay in the implementation of Obamacare. The groups had made their application last Friday, arguing that since the bill had been declared a tax by the Supreme Court (with Justice Roberts himself the deciding vote), and it had originated in the Senate (the Constitution says revenue bills may not originate), the law was therefore unconstitutional; and implementation of Obamacare  should at least be stayed pending further examination.

While there are other minor issues attached to the application that were also not addressed, the truth of the matter is clear: John Roberts will never do anything to derail Obamacare, no matter what arguments against it are brought before him.

There is very good reason to believe that regardless of the media’s skillful smothering of the story, John Roberts is being blackmailed to make certain Obamacare never falls in a Supreme Court case. The basis of this charge surrounds the fact that a series of strange (and probably felonious) acts are attached to the adoption of his two children.

In 2005, when they thought they were doing the Democrats’ bidding, the New York Times dug into apparently easily accessible records and found that the children Roberts and his wife adopted in “South America” started life as Irish citizens. This is a red flag. The laws of Ireland regarding adoptions are very clear: adoptions by non-citizens are prohibited, as are private adoptions.

Apparently, when the Democrats realized they could control a Supreme Court Justice’s vote through blackmail over his having committed a number of international crimes, the Times pulled back and dropped its investigation. The Democrat paper of record pulled back because it didn’t want to “ break the seal of an adoption case” – as if violating laws ever means anything to Democrats in their quest for power. Keep in mind Barack Obama’s violation of his opponents’ “sealed” divorce records propelled him to a US Senate seat.

What does the Roberts problem mean for the average American who looks to Washington for relief from Democrat oppression? It means we won’t be getting any relief from the Roberts Court, period.

The MSM is on a feeding frenzy over Republican Chris Christie’s Bridgegate scandal.

Fast & Furious, Benghazi, IRS targeting Tea Party and Conservative groups, DOJ eavesdropping illegally on Fox and AP reporters, Healthcare dot gov’s epic and on-going failure, NSA eavesdropping on pretty much everybody, Anthony Weiner’s sexting scandal, Eliot Spitzer “Client 9” hooker scandal, John Edwards’ infidelity while running for VP scandal, Former Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee Chris Dodd’s sweetheart loan deals, GSA’s Party-gate, IRS waste and bonus scandal, Solyndra etc. “green” government grants followed by “golden parachute for Dem donors” bankruptcy scandals, Charlie Rangel financial disclosure scandal, Maxine Waters banking ethics scandal, convicted criminal and Obama bundler Tony Rezko’s sweetheart real estate deal with Barack Obama, Fannie Mae Democrat CEO bonuses and campaign constributions scandals, billionaire Democrat bundler for Obama Jon Corzine’s perjury and financial hijinks scandal, Obama’s Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner tax evasion scandal, Jesse Jackson Jr.’s attempt to buy Obama’s vacated Senate seat, Oregon Congressman David Wu’s sexual assault of a teenager, David Paterson’s bullying of a domestic violence victim, Eric sexual harassment of a staffer, Obama’s National Security Advisor Tom Donilon leaking national security secrets.

Keep in mind this list could be a lot longer.

So, why is it that Chris Christie is responsible for everything his staffers do, while Democrats are hardly held accountable for their own bad behaviors?

Remember how Ted Kennedy abandoned a woman to die at Chappaquiddick?  You don’t?  Hmmm … ask yourself why that is and how the MSM would’ve harped on these two stories endlessly if Kennedy or Byrd had been Republicans.

March 25th is the Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary which marks the day the Archangel Gabriel came to Mary and told her she would be the mother of the Messiah.

Obama will graciously allow nuns who care for poor elderly folks to not provide birth control and abortion pills in their health insurance plan, provided they require another health insurance plan to do it for them. Riiiight. Cuz paying someone else to do something is morally SO different from doing it yourself. NOT.

This is what Progressives call “religious freedom.” I saw that kind of “freedom” when I visited Budapest in 1965 and Moscow in 1972.

More than 5 million people who had policies they liked have had those policies canceled for failure to meet Obamacare’s new regulations.

2.1 million have applied for Obamacare. Only half of enrollees had made their first months payment. The rest have until Jan. 10 to pay premiums for coverage retroactive to Jan. 1.

Insurers say they are receiving thousands of erroneous sign-up applications from the government; some people who thought they had enrolled for coverage have not received confirmation.

Dec 31, 2013: The Øcare Bomb counted down to ZERO

According to a recent CNN/ORC national poll, support for Obamacare has declined over the past few months to only 35%, with 62% now opposing the law.

So naturally, Sebelius crowed about fake enrollments while the White House griped about SCOTUS taking sides with Catholic nuns over the HHS Mandate that would force them to add birth control and abortifacient coverage to their insurance policies.

Update: Court challenges to HHS Mandate UPDATED

UPDATE 1: Dec 31, 2013 at 4:58 pm  — An emergency injunction granted just moments ago in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit means that Priests for Life will not have to obey the contraception mandate contained in the Affordable Care Act as its appeal is being heard. It also means that, tomorrow, Priests for Life will not have to cancel health insurance for its employees.

December 27, 2013: A Houston federal court issued an injunction against the Obama Democrat HHS Mandate requiring employers to provide employees with abortion-causing drugs and devices. The ruling said the HHS Mandate – which Democrats drafted and Obama vigorously supports – violates federal civil rights laws. Altogether there are 89 lawsuits challenging the HHS Mandate. Twelve of the cases involving non-profit groups have been decided; nine have resulted in injunctions against the HHS Mandate.

The National Prayer Breakfast is a yearly event held in Washington, D.C., on the first Thursday of February each year. It is hosted by members of Congress and typically has two special guest speakers: the President of the United States and a guest whose identity is kept confidential until that morning. In 1994, that president was the pro-abortion Democrat, Bill Clinton, and the guest was the pro-life Catholic, Mother Teresa of Calcutta.

Eugenics and Nationalized Healthcare

The video linked below is an excerpt from the documentary “Architecture of Doom.”

It shows how the Nazis used nationalized health care (Hitlercare) to carry out an aggressive eugenics program of sterilization and euthanasia. Jews, Poles, Gypsies, the disabled, the retarded and the mentally ill were all defined as “infections” that had to be eradicated in order to bring about Utopia.

Eugenics was spawned by Darwin’s “Origin of Species.” Progressives (like Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood) were major promoters of human perfection via eugenics in the 1930’s. About 60,000 “defective” Americans were sterilized by eugenics programs in the United States alone.

One of Sanger’s dearest wishes was to use birth control and abortion to completely eliminate the Negro population from America. Her legacy, Planned Parenthood, is largely responsible for the below-replacement birth rate of American Blacks.

A top priority for ObamaCare has been free birth control, sterilization and abortion on demand. ObamaCare was 100% the product of far Left Democrats. These are the same people who booed God at the Democrat National Convention.
