Star Parker speaks to the future

I love this strong, intelligent, beautiful, black woman!  Of course, to the venomous far left, the very fact that she is a Republican means that she’s not strong, not intelligent, not beautiful, not black, and not a woman.  Pblt.  And that pretty well sums up for me how delusional the left is these days.  Take a listen.

I’m not a predator!

“They pray in church on Sunday,” Pelosi says about Republicans, “and prey on everyone the rest of the week.”

Really, Nancy?  And you think that, after calling me and the other umpty million religious Republicans in this country PREDATORS, we’re supposed to LISTEN to what you think we should do to be “real” Christians?

This is why you lost, Madame Not-The-Speaker.  “Republican” is not synonymous with evil.  The fact that you think it is says more to me about your heart than it does about mine.

The Failure of Democrats to Walk the Walk

Democrats portray themselves as the standard bearers for inclusiveness.  But their own staffs prove the lie.

2017_01-2-black-senators-1-black-chief-of-staff

  • Overall, just 4.9% of the 3,655 Senate staff are black.
  • Less than 1% of senior Senate positions are held by African-Americans.

A respected staffer of a prominent Democratic U.S. senator who wished to stay anonymous told a reporter, “They are all so phony. Every time I hear any of the Democratic senators, including my own boss, talk about diversity, I cringe, because it’s all one big lie. That they’ve been allowed to enjoy this reputation as a party that values diversity, while doing next to nothing of substance to align their actions with their words, is expert-level deception.”

Congressman Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) said, “We attack the other party for their lack of diversity, but when you walk into an office you see a lily-white staff among some of those same members, especially in senior positions. With Democratic House members it’s shocking, but it’s also revealing … I’ve seen maybe a small amount (of improvement) but not enough to say we’re moving in the right direction. It’s a real serious problem, especially in policy-making positions. It’s absurd and it’s hypocrisy.”

Time to grow up, whiny babies

How many times did Democrats shame Republicans and insist they respect the office, even if they couldn’t respect the man?

On the shoulders of a giant

2017_01-15-mlk-day-by-terrell

If MLK were alive today, the Democrats would be calling him the same names they use for Justice Clarence Thomas, Doctor Ben Carson, and Senator Tim Scott, because he was opposed to abortion and most likely voted Republican.

I googled his abortion stance and found that, while he did receive the Margaret Sanger award, it was at a time when Planned Parenthood was itself repudiating abortion, at least publicly.  Sanger’s support for abortion and her rabid racism have both been well documented but only in more recent years.  MLK was pro-birth control, but made many statements against abortion.

I also googled his Republicanism and found the Left whining a lot about how it has never been confirmed.  He apparently never got political, but it is easily confirmed that the Republican Party was the primary force behind civil rights legislation.  Northern Democrats were for it, but Southern Democrats were opposed.  The DNC claims undue credit only because their racist president, LBJ, was more or less forced to sign it.

2017_01-15-obama-disagrees-with-lewis

Diamond and Silk have a message for John Lewis who questioned the legitimacy of Trump’s election [3:40]

On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “AC360,” host Anderson Cooper reacted to Representative John Lewis’ (D-GA) declaration that he doesn’t view President-Elect Donald Trump as “legitimate.”

“I get he doesn’t like Donald Trump. I get he doesn’t want to accept the results of the election. But, is this helpful in any way, to have Congressman Lewis, who’s obviously a highly respected figure for his civil rights record — I mean, if a Republican had said this about a President-Elect Hillary Clinton, Democrats would be up in arms.”
