On July 13, 2015, less than a month after Donald Trump first announced his intention to run for president, Mexican-American singer and activist Rick Fuentes (better known as Rick Santillan) held up a photo of Hitler and said in Spanish, “This man is Hitler. This man is Hitler. What he is saying is exactly what Hitler said in the 1930s.” Within 48 hours, the video clip had gone viral on social media and been widely reported by U.S. outlets like The Washington Post and HuffPost.

On July 18, 2015, the first U.S. Politician – Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-IL) – said on MSNBC, “The parallels are frightening… the demonization of entire groups.

On August 6, 2015, the first major op-ed appeared in The New York Times. Written by columnist Timothy Egan, it said, “Trump’s rhetoric echoes the early rise of Hitler.”

In January 2016, Rep. John Lewis said Trump reminded him of George Wallace and “1930s Europe.”

On March 21, 2016, Hillary Clinton framed Trump’s rhetoric as a direct parallel to the rise of fascism.

On January 1, 2019, Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) warned that “Americans, particularly black Americans, can’t afford to make that same mistake about the harm that could be done by a man named Hitler or a man named Trump.”

On March 19, 2019, Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), then-House Judiciary Committee Chairman, compared former President Donald Trump’s anti-immigrant rhetoric and use of executive power to Adolf Hitler’s tactics.

On July 18, 2019, during an interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Beto O’Rourke compared Trump’s July 17 rally in Greenville, North Carolina, to a Nazi rally.

On July 30, 2019, a post-debate interview with CNN’s Van Jones, DNC Chair Tom Perez compared Trump’s July 17 rally in Greenville, North Carolina, to the Nuremberg rallies.

On September 26, 2020, during an MSNBC Interview with Stephanie Ruhle, Joe Biden compared Trump to Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels, accusing him of repeating lies about Biden’s record until they become “common knowledge.”

On September 2, 2022, Joe Biden described the MAGA Republican philosophy underpinning Trump as “semi-fascism.”

On September 23, 2022, Hillary Clinton explicitly likened Trump’s September 17 rally in Youngstown, Ohio to Hitler’s speeches.

In March 2023, Gen. Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under Trump, reportedly told journalist Bob Woodward he considered Trump to be “the most dangerous person to this country” and “fascist to the core.”

On November 8, 2023, Clinton directly compared Trump to Hitler, noting that “Hitler was duly elected” and warning that if Trump got a second term, his “dictatorial, authoritarian tendencies” would be “the end of our country as we know it.”

On June 27, 2024, Kamala Harris said Trump is a “threat to our democracy and our fundamental freedoms.”

On August 16, 2024, Nancy Pelosi said Donald Trump “sounds like Mussolini or Hitler in the 1930s, talking about ‘enemy of the people’ and ‘fake news media’.”

On October 21, 2024, Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) called Trump “another Hitler.”

On October 23, 2024, during remarks at a CNN Town Hall, Kamala Harris again called Trump a “fascist” who was “deeply troubling and incredibly dangerous.”

On October 24, 2024, the Biden Campaign and the DNC put out multiple messages calling Trump “unstable, unfit, and dangerous” because he (allegedly) admires Hitler.

HISTORY: Hitoshi Imamura was a Japanese general during World War II, commanding forces in Southeast Asia, including the Dutch East Indies. Under his leadership, Japanese troops committed numerous atrocities against civilians and prisoners of war. After Japan’s surrender, Imamura was tried by an Allied military tribunal and sentenced to ten years in prison for war crimes. Unlike many of his peers who denied responsibility, Imamura expressed remorse, believing his sentence was too lenient given the suffering inflicted under his command.

In a striking act of personal accountability, Imamura built a replica prison cell in his garden after his release and chose to live there voluntarily until his death in 1968. The cell was austere and modeled after wartime confinement conditions, symbolizing his ongoing penitence. His self-imposed isolation stood in stark contrast to the widespread denial among other convicted officials, offering a rare example of moral reckoning in postwar Japan.

PRAYER for OUR NATION: Dear Lord, Keep our minds and hearts firmly on the things that matter. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

RACIAL PROFILING: My brother was a CEO in Los Angeles years ago. He said they were legally barred from ever asking anyone about or making a record of individual employees’ races. They were also legally required to match the local racial demographics, department by department, and to report these numbers to the government on a regular basis. The government sent surprise inspectors to tour the facilities and verify the reports were true.

It is absurd that tents need to be erected on the South Lawn for state dinners, and VIPs are forced to use porta-potties.”

BALLROOM: If the president were a Democrat, they’d be calling the change historic, visionary, and long overdue.

EVERYDAY HEROES: When Navy sailor Douglas Hegdahl was captured during the Vietnam War and thrown into the infamous Hanoi Hilton prison, he pretended to be clumsy, slow-witted, and illiterate. His captors gave him freedom to wander around the camp, because they thought he was too simple to be a threat. He memorized the names, capture dates, and conditions of 256 of his fellow prisoners, setting the information to the tune of “Old MacDonald Had a Farm” which he sang silently in his head, day after day, so he wouldn’t forget a thing.

All of the POWs had agreed that no one would accept early release. However, when the North Vietnamese offered to send Hegdahl home as a propaganda stunt, his fellow prisoners told him to go. His “Old MacDonald” information was some of the most valuable intelligence of the war. He later attended the Paris Peace Talks and confronted the North Vietnamese with his firsthand information about the mistreatment of prisoners.

SCIENCE: Last week, SCOTUS rejected Anthony Boyd’s final appeal, allowing Alabama to carry out his death sentence by administering pure nitrogen gas. The three liberals on our highest court – Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson – dissented from the majority as shown in the excerpt above.

The problem with their dissent is that it is based on the idea that breathing pure nitrogen is a painful way to die. Scientists say it is carbon dioxide buildup that triggers the feeling of suffocation referenced in the justice’s dissent. Inhaling pure nitrogen causes only some dizziness and confusion before quickly causing unconsciousness and death.

In fact, breathing pure nitrogen is allegedly such a simple and painless way to die that a euthanasia advocate invented a device called a “Sarco pod” (sarco being short for sarcophagus) to allow people to commit suicide painlessly.

SHUTDOWN: On Thursday, the Senate held its most recent vote on a bill to guarantee paychecks for active-duty service members, air traffic controllers, border patrol agents, and other federal employees required to work during the shutdown. The measure needed 60 votes to pass. Three Democrats—Sens. John Fetterman (Pa.), Jon Ossoff (Ga.), and Raphael Warnock (Ga.)—joined Republicans in support, along with Independent Sen. Angus King (Maine).

On Friday, President Trump told reporters, “A friend of mine, a man that’s great, I’m not going to use his name unless he lets me do it … He called us the other day and said, ‘I’d like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democratic shutdown … with the military … if there’s a shortfall I’ll contribute.’ And today he sent us a check for $130 million … that’s what I call a patriot.”

SWITZERLAND: Article 261bis of the Swiss Criminal Code was enacted in 1995 to prohibit the dissemination of ideas based on race, ethnicity, or religion that degrade human dignity. In 2020, it was expanded to include sexual identities.

ICE

Democrat leaders have been loudly advocating for impeding ICE officers in the execution of their duties via tracking, doxxing, protesting, oversight, sanctuary policies, violence, and even arrest. Not surprisingly, there has been a massive surge in assaults on ICE officers in 2025. The DOJ has sent letters to the Democrat leaders, ordering them to preserve all their emails, etc., in the even they are investigated and warning they could be charged.

I asked Grok, “What law prevents local police from arresting federal agents?” It turns out it’s not a law. It’s Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution (Article VI, Clause 2), which is backed up by federal case law, particularly In re Neagle (1890). Local police may not interfere with federal agents when they are acting within the scope of their federal duties. However, if a federal agent commits a clear violation of federal or state law outside their official duties (e.g., personal misconduct), local police may have authority to arrest them, subject to coordination with federal authorities.

I also asked Grok, “What democrat leaders have said ICE agents should be tracked, doxed, arrested, or in any other way impeded in their duties?” and got the following chart.

LeaderPositionKey Statement/ActionContext/ImplicationDate/Source
Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA)Ranking Member, House Oversight CommitteeAnnounced plans for a “master ICE Tracker” website to “systematically document abuse and civil rights violations” by ICE, including “every single instance we can verify” of operations. Clarified it’s not for live locations but for post-incident records.Critics (e.g., AG Pam Bondi, Rep. Brian Steil) called this “doxxing” and a “target on ICE agents’ backs,” potentially exposing operations and agents. DHS warned it endangers officers.Oct. 22, 2025
House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY)House Democratic LeaderStated Democrats will identify masked ICE agents “no matter what it takes” during raids, vowing to “dox every ICE agent” to ensure accountability.Interpreted as a direct call to reveal agent identities, amid rising threats. ICE Director Todd Lyons said this invites violence; Sen. Marsha Blackburn cited it in anti-doxxing legislation.June 3, 2025 [post:46][post:52][post:55]
Mayor Freddie O’Connell (D-TN)Mayor of NashvilleReleased a public report naming federal ICE agents involved in local operations, tracking incidents between ICE and city officials. Defended it as transparency, not doxxing, but shifted focus to ICE’s masked tactics.Led to doxxing accusations; DHS and Sen. Blackburn condemned it as endangering agents. Resulted in threats and a federal investigation.May-June 2025
Rep. Salud Carbajal (D-CA)U.S. House MemberAccused by DHS of doxxing an ICE agent during a Carpinteria raid by publicizing details, inciting a riot that sent the agent to the ER. Denied it, calling it “oversight” of “disproportionate force.”DHS claimed it distorted events and led to assaults; part of a 700% rise in attacks blamed on Democratic rhetoric.July 14, 2025
Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ)U.S. House MemberPhysically intervened during an ICE arrest of Newark Mayor Ras Baraka at a detention facility, allegedly assaulting agents by pushing and grabbing them. Indicted on federal charges for impeding officers; called charges “absurd” and vowed to continue oversight.Video shows physical scuffle; DHS accused her of “body slamming” an officer. She framed it as defending against “intimidation.”May 9, 2025
Reps. Nydia Velázquez (D-NY) & Jerry Nadler (D-NY)U.S. House MembersIntroduced the “No Masks for ICE” bill to ban masks and require agents to show IDs during operations, arguing anonymity enables misconduct.Critics called it a doxxing mandate, allowing “intimidation” by revealing identities. DHS linked it to threats.June 2025 [post:44]
Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA)U.S. House MemberCo-signed letter to DHS demanding info on masked ICE agents, calling for identification during arrests to prevent “bad actors” exploiting anonymity.Part of broader push for unmasking; experts say it erodes agent safety amid doxxing threats.July 25, 2025

Gov. JB Pritzker (D-IL)Illinois GovernorSigned executive order for an “accountability commission” to document ICE misconduct and pursue prosecutions; warned National Guard of liability for agent abuses.Focuses on post-incident tracking; aligns with federal Democratic oversight but criticized as anti-ICE.Oct. 2025
Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA)U.S. House Member, Chair Emerita of Progressive CaucusDemanded end to ICE arresting U.S. citizens/veterans; co-led inquiries into racial profiling. Posted video of Democrats protesting ICE arrests, calling tactics “unacceptable.” Introduced bill to ban such detentions.Frames as anti-kidnapping oversight; indirectly impedes by highlighting “illegal actions” and rallying opposition.Feb.-Sept. 2025 [post:39][post:40][post:41][post:42]

Additional Context

  • Broader Trends: Multiple Democratic attorneys general (e.g., AZ’s Kris Mayes) and mayors (e.g., LA’s Karen Bass) have pushed for unmasking laws, citing impersonator risks but drawing doxxing backlash . A group of Democratic AGs urged Congress to ban ICE masks .
  • No Direct Arrest Calls: While no leader explicitly said “arrest ICE agents” en masse, figures like Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) appeared on Fox News suggesting arrests for specific misconduct . Most focus on accountability via lawsuits or investigations .
  • Counter-Claims: Democrats deny doxxing intent, emphasizing transparency (e.g., Garcia’s tracker is “routine oversight” ). MSNBC and NYT reports note Trump’s DHS often mischaracterizes criticism as incitement without evidence .
  • Consequences: These statements correlate with indictments (e.g., three women for chasing/posting an agent’s address ) and a DHS tip line for doxxing reports . ICE reports 1,000% assault increase, blaming rhetoric .

WHITE HOUSE: I saw this posted on Facebook labeled as a photo from when Obama supposedly demolished part of the White House to put in an indoor basketball court at taxpayers’ expense.

Fact Check 1: The photo is actually from 1934 when FDR had the West Wing enlarged, because his staff had outgrown the original space, which had been built in 1902 by Theodore Roosevelt and funded by taxpayers.

Fact Check 2: Obama did not have an indoor basketball court built; he merely had the existing, outdoor tennis court converted. The court had been put in by Theodore Roosevelt, also in 1902. Unlike the West Wing renovation, it was funded by private donations from his friends and supporters.

GRAMMY NOTES: Forgive me for tooting my own horn here. But I am just so pleased with how this card I made for Mama Buzz’s birthday turned out! She loves frogs and collects stamps, so I looked up where red-eyed tree frogs live and what they eat, then I went shopping for a stamp that matched and found one on Etsy. 🙂 The tree branch is brown packing paper that I layered with wheat paste. The paste is very wet, which makes the paper swell. When it dries, it shrinks back with wrinkles that look just like tree bark. I painted it a nice brown that went well with my frog and those leaves (which I bought), then cut out the shape I wanted and glued it all together. Oh, I also put colored pencil under the frog to match the quilling. ❤

A Brief History of the White House

Above is a rendering of James Hoban’s 1792 design for the first presidential home.

President Thomas Jefferson added colonnades (covered walkways) to the east and west sides of the building to connect the main residence to service buildings. Jefferson’s opponents criticized the cost and design.

On August 24, 1814, British troops torched the building, destroying all but the outer walls.

The South Portico was constructed in 1824 under President James Monroe.

The North Portico was constructed in 1829-1830, under President Andrew Jackson. Again, opponents criticized the cost and design of the additions. Ironically, the design for the North Portico had been done by James Hoban as part of his original design.

This is how the North facade of the building looked in 1860.

In 1881 to 1883 President Chester Arthur hired Louis Comfort Tiffany to redecorate the worn décor of the interior. Critics accused Arthur of turning the White House into a “palace” unfit for a democratic leader. In Congress, Democrats decried the expenditure as wasteful. The Tiffany decorations were later removed or modified by subsequent presidencies, reflecting shifting tastes.

In 1902, President T. Roosevelt expanded the facility to give his large family more living space in the residence. The executive offices were moved to a new West Wing, while a new East Wing was built for social events and guests.

The photo above was taken in 1903. It shows First Son Archie Roosevelt on his pet horse, Algonquin, in front of the new West Wing.

The photo above was taken in 1906, showing the East entrance to the newly expanded Executive Mansion.

In 1909, President William Howard Taft expanded the West Wing. The photo above shows him sitting in the newly built Oval Office.

In 1929, not long after the stock market crashed, a fire damaged the roof, attic, and floors of the West Wing. Renovations were completed in 1930.

In 1934, President Franklin D. Roosevelt had the Oval Office (shown above) moved to its present location in the southeast corner of the building, next to the Rose Garden. To accommodate the expanding presidential staff, the basement was expanded and a second story added.

When President Harry Truman moved into the White House in 1945, he noticed large areas of cracking plaster and unusual popping and creaking noises. Engineers conducted a survey and confirmed that the White House’s structural integrity was compromised. One architect worried the whole building might collapse.

Truman ordered a complete renovation that would retain the original sandstone walls, the Third Floor and the roof, while removing and then rebuilding the interiors on a skeleton of steel structural beams with a new concrete foundation. Two levels of sub-basements under the North Portico were constructed and the Grand Staircase was changed significantly. For three years, President Truman and his family lived in Blair House (aka the President’s Guest House), across from the White House.

During the renovations, Truman had a second story porch added above the South Portico to allow the First Family to go outdoors directly from the residence. This was the last major exterior renovation until President Trump’s current addition of a ballroom on the East end. But all along the way, there have been interior alterations and improvements. All told, 39 of our 46 presidents have changed the Executive Mansion in some way. Trump is just the latest.

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Please show us the glimmers today! In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

BALLROOM: Donald J. Trump is adding a ballroom to host large indoor functions. He is just one of the thirty-nine of our forty-six presidents who have made significant alterations to the White House. Others include:

  1. Thomas Jefferson, who added the South Portico;
  2. James Monroe, who added the North Portico;
  3. Andrew Jackson, who added the West Colonnade;
  4. Ulysses S. Grant, who put in central heating and indoor plumbing;
  5. Theodore Roosevelt, who added the West Wing;
  6. William Howard Taft, who expanded West Wing and added the first Presidential Oval Office;
  7. Herbert Hoover, who added a two-car garage under the East Wing;
  8. Franklin D. Roosevelt, who added the East Wing; and,
  9. Harry S. Truman, who gutted and rebuilt the interior and added the balcony over the South Portico.

N.b., Some commenters noted that the Clintons had to return $28,000 worth of items they took with them that had been donated to the permanent White House collection, not to them personally. The Clintons voluntarily returned the items, saying they had had believed them to have been personal gifts. Similar gift controversies have occurred with other administrations, like the Reagans and the Obamas, highlighting a problem with the White House staff generally being sloppy about keeping records of gifts.

More easily debunked baloney from the Left:

  • “Trump hates immigrants” (he is married to one);
  • “Trump hates women” (he has the first ever female Chief of Staff);
  • “Trump will start WW3” (he has stopped 8 wars in 9 months);
  • “Trump is a dictator” (people are free to protest him 24/7);
  • “Trump is an existential threat to democracy” (he won the electoral vote, the popular vote, and all swing states).

S&G: I’m sorry about this, but it needs to be seen. CLICK https://x.com/4thOfJuly365/status/1980654416429740062 [:31] and watch to the end. You may need a barf bag. This is child abuse. The same Democrats who demand abortion on demand up to (and in some cases beyond) birth support this. IMO, it’s child abuse. Those happy parents standing by will have some ‘splaining to do at Judgment.

DAILY PRAYER: Dear Lord, Suit us up! In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

ALASKA: On Friday, Trump signed an order approving construction of a 211-mile industrial route that will open access to one of America’s richest mineral regions. Known as the Ambler Road Project, it is expected to generate billions in new revenue by unlocking copper, zinc, and rare-earth deposits in Alaska that are vital to both manufacturing and national defense. Trump blasted his predecessor for halting the plan in 2023, saying it “should have been long operating and making billions of dollars for our country.” Construction on the Ambler Road is scheduled to begin by next spring

CANCELED: During a No Kings protest in Chicago, an elementary school teacher named Lucy Martinez was captured mocking Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The video quickly went viral. Martinez is no longer employed at Nathan Hale Elementary School.

CHARLIE KIRK: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3w5X-m7sBvs to hear Nick Freitas ask a very important question.

GAS: National average gas prices fall below $3 per gallon, the lowest since 2020. Meanwhile, eggs are 82% cheaper since Trump took office.

NO KINGS: Far-left activists take to the street claiming to “defend democracy” but can’t explain what they’re actually protesting. Meanwhile, real Americans are out working, paying taxes, and keeping the country running.

PHILATELY: [12:22] – Mama Buzz happened to see this right after it posted and got us each one of these stamps!! He only made 94 to sell and they went fast. I’m so excited to get mine!!

PORTLAND: On October 20, three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit voted 2–1 to allow Trump to deploy National Guard troops to deal with violence directed against federal immigration facilities in Portland, Oregon.

PRAYER for OUR NATION: Dear Lord, Protect our land from danger and let peace reign within our borders. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.

RIF: Isn’t it convenient that, just when thousands of nonessential government workers are getting pink slips, there is a sudden shortage of truck drivers?

SECRET SANTA: [6:15] – In 2020, the East Idaho News team helped a local man anonymously gift more than $500,000 to deserving individuals. This lady certainly qualifies. With all her problems, she’s out shoveling the neighbor’s driveway!

TEXAS: Texas officials have referred 2,724 individuals who have likely voted illegally to the attorney general’s office for further review and possible prosecution. The data came from a full comparison of Texas’s 18 million registered voters against federal citizenship records in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ SAVE database.

WHITE HOUSE: [1:34] – Demolition has begun in preparation for construction of the new ballroom. Libs are hyperventilating. If it were a Democrat president doing this, they’d be calling it “historic” and “visionary.” I’m so tired of TDS.

GRAMMY NOTES: Yes.
