AMERICAN HISTORY: On July 17, 1955, Walt Disney realized one of his long-time dreams when he opened his Disneyland amusement park in Anaheim, California. For decades, it was the most-visited park in the world.

INTELLIGENCE: [9:22] – Intelligence isn’t about how much you know as much as it is about what you deliberately choose not to do.

LIFE: The Anglican Church of Canada has authorized clergy to bless people being euthanized just before, during, and after being lethally jabbed.

TOLERANCE: [1:28] – Kaitlyn Tracey (33), a Canadian living in New Jersey, is facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction, and is set to be deported back to Canada. According to court documents, she slapped a teenage girl for wearing MAGA gear. The paragon of tolerance featured in the video above is her husband, Matthew Geroni.

TRANS: [13:12] – In other news, a court ordered Children’s Hospital Colorado to resume providing “gender-affirming” (aka, “sex rejecting”) care for transgender youth. However, the doctors who work in the clinic decided they were not willing to risk losing their licenses or being targeted with criminal charges and, since they have the autonomy to decide what care to provide and what drugs to prescribe, the court’s order has proven to be meaningless. Thank God!

1A: Shortly after Jennifer Combs posted about poor water quality in Trinidad, Texas (pop. 860), she was arrested on felony charges for “spreading false information.” Combs, who has never had so much as a traffic ticket, spent 23 hours in jail. The charges were dropped when the grand jury refused to indict and Combs is now suing.

Her attorney says, “I really hope not only that I get justice for Jennifer in this case, but that this sends a chilling effect to other government agents who think that they can throw people in a cage just because they exercise their First Amendment rights and their opinions that the government might not like. We have plenty of evidence that this was all a concerted effort to silence my client for uncovering and talking about the water problems there that they were trying to cover up.”

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS: On Tuesday, the House of Representatives passed legislation that would end the biannual daylight saving time clock changes in the United States permanently. Since Trump is in favor of it, I expect Democrats will tell us it’s racist and a threat to democracy.

1A: The Fort Worth (Texas) PD has released a statement admitting that their officers “made certain statements that were not accurate” after they threatened to ticket Christian preachers for “offensive” speech.” The department will “provide refresher training to Fort Worth Police Officers and new trainees on First Amendment protections.

CATHOLIC: In 452 AD, Attila the Hun marched toward Rome after devastating much of northern Italy. His name alone spread fear across Europe. City after city had fallen before his army. Many believed Rome, which has no army capable of stopping Attila’s forces, would be next.

Pope Leo I traveled north and met alone and unarmed with the man known as “The Scourge of God.” No record preserves their conversation, but it must have been extraordinary. After allowing the pope to return home, unscathed, Attila turned his army around and spared Rome.

COWS: Cows eat grass, which is inedible to humans and often grows well in areas where other crops fail. From that grass, cows produce meat, milk, leather, tallow, bones, and manure. These natural products provide humans with dense nutrition, clothing, tools, cooking fat, soap, candles, tools, and fertilizer. We cannot replicate with any technology what cows do by the grace of God.

TOLERANCE: Last month, Democratic Minnesota Governor and failed VP candidate, “Tampon Tim” Walz, pardoned and released Tue Lue Vang of Laos.

In 2006, Vang was convicted of having repeatedly raped a 10-year-old girl in Minnesota. He had attempted to pay his victim $10 to keep silent, dismissed his acts of child abuse as a ‘minor thing’, and claimed it was normal for his culture for grown men to have sex with young girls. Walz said he deserved a second chance.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he’s not a citizen and sent him back to Laos. “Vang has now been removed from our country and will never pose a threat to any American ever again.” CLICK https://x.com/EricLDaugh/status/2075919551905026088 [:23] to hear Walz’s response to Vang being sent back to Laos. CATHOLIC: [6:28] – I had to google one of them. “Invalid refers to something that is not effective or does not confer the intended grace, while illicit means that an action is not lawful or permitted according to Church law. A sacrament can be valid but illicit if it is performed in a way that violates the established rules of the Church.”

DEI: The share of successful National Science Foundation grants containing DEI language has plummeted to its lowest point in more than 20 years, highlighting the success of the Trump administration’s crackdown on the woke agenda.

EU: Chat Control is a measure that grants tech companies the right to scan all your private communications, photos, and videos without a warrant. It’s allegedly about protecting kids from pedophiles and child abusers, but it’s more obviously a handy backdoor for those in power to identify and persecute political enemies.

Chat Control has been voted down several times in the EU Parliament. Supporters brought it up for yet another vote on the last day of the legislative session after many members who opposed it had left for summer vacation. They also changed the number of votes needed to pass it, then passed it.

FBI: Director Kash Patel announced that, under Trump, the fibbies have arrested 113 active spies from foreign nations and forced 62 removals of Chinese spies. The CCP’s theft of U.S. intellectual property has cost roughly $4,000 to $6,000 annually per American family of four after paying taxes.

EDUCATION: Audrey van der Meer, a Norwegian neuroscientist, hooked 36 university students up to a scalp cap that had 256 sensors. Then, she flashed words on to a screen. Sometimes the students wrote the word by hand on a touchscreen using a digital pen and sometimes they typed the same word on a keyboard. Every neural response was recorded for the full five seconds the word stayed on screen.

When the students wrote by hand, the brain regions responsible for memory, sensory integration, and the encoding of new information all fired in a coordinated pattern that spread across the entire cortex. But when the same students typed the same word, most of their brains went quiet.

Another study done at Princeton compared meaningful recall of information among hundreds of students. While watching lectures, half took typed their notes, while the other half wrote by hand. The handwriting group scored far higher on every question that required real understanding rather than surface recall.

CAMPAIGN FRAUD: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris allegedly may have violated campaign finance laws by attempting to transfer $91.5 million in Biden campaign funds to the Harris campaign, which would have constituted the single largest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended, according to David Warrington.

FLORIDA: Andrew Gillum was Tallahassee’s mayor from 2014-2018. In 2018, he narrowly lost to Ron DeSantis in the 2018 Florida governor’s race.

In 2020, Gillum was found at a Miami Beach hotel, intoxicated and passed out alongside a male prostitute amid vomit-soaked bedding. The prostitute was sent to a hospital; Gillum, who was not charged with anything, had reportedly paid the prostitute multiple times for sex.

In 2022, a federal grand jury also indicted Gillum on charges of wire fraud related to his gubernatorial campaign against DeSantis. The charges were later dropped.

Last week, he was arrested in Daphne, Alabama on charges of possession of dangerous drugs (meth), drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

MAINE: Just hours before news broke that an ex-girlfriend of Graham Platner’s has accused the Democrat’s Senate candidate of having raped her in 2021, his campaign indefinitely postponed three up-coming town halls.

Last month, The New York Times published that six of his ex-girlfriends had plenty to say about Platner’s abusive behavior towards women. Three said he hates women, others recounted acts of physical abuse or intimidation. One said he twisted her arm before locking her in her room during an argument.

BTW, she deleted the post in the graphic above saying, “Clearly my language touched a nerve — my nerve was touched by the attacks on our Constitution and its separation of powers. I took an oath to protect and defend it.”

While her language was coarse and adolescent, the real problem with her original and follow up posts was her ignorance. The National Register Inventory records that, in the Great Hall of the Supreme Court building, “Representatives of the press are seated in the red benches along the left side of the Courtroom. The red benches on the right are reserved for guests of the Justices. The black chairs in front of those benches are for the officers of the Court, visiting dignitaries, and include a special chair for the President of the United States.” [emphasis mine]
