2024: Early today, the U.S. Supreme Court said, “No, thanks,” to a request by John Anthony Castro to hear his appeal of the Southern Florida District Court’s decision regarding his suit to disqualify Trump from running for president.

ALIENS: Last week, Mexican journalist and self-described UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan appeared at a Mexican congressional hearing on unidentified flying objects. He had with him two caskets containing two tiny, ET-shaped figures. He says they’re 800- and 1,700-year-old mummified, non-human corpses. But he has done this before; that so-called “alien” corpse turned out to be a human child. My regular readers should all know by now what I think UFOs and ET “aliens” are all about.

BONKERS: The Michigan Supreme Court has voted to require judges and court personnel to address a transgender-identifying litigant or attorney with the “they” pronoun if requested to do so by the person. The parties and attorneys also have the option of including their personal pronoun preferences in the captions of the initial court documents that come before a judge.

CALIFORNICATION: Gov. Newsom plans to appoint Laphonza Butler to replace the recently deceased Sen. Diane Feinstein. Butler is the president of the far left pro-abortion group EMILY’s List and a past advisor to Kamala Harris.

CANCEL CULTURE: The ticketing platform Eventbrite removed an event featuring detransitioner Chloe Cole from its platform, because she would be warning people of the dangers of subjecting children to “gender affirming” treatments. Eventbrite said this violated their policy against “hateful, violent, and dangerous events.”

DEMOCRATS: The Party of Dumb and Corrupt has a new poster boy. On Saturday, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY-16) pulled a fire alarm and triggered evacuation of the building, delaying a vote on a bill to fund the government before the midnight shutdown deadline. The building was reopened an hour later after Capitol Police determined it was not a threat.

Bowman denied trying to stall the vote, saying he was rushing to go vote and was trying to get through a door that is only open on weekdays. As you can see in the photo above, the door has not one, not two, but THREE big, red “Emergency Exit Only” signs, two of which indicate that the alarm will sound if the doors are opened. AND the lever he pulled is a standard, clearly marked FIRE alarm.

Not only is Bowman an adult who can presumably read; he used to be a school principal who has had plenty of experience with locked, crash-bar doors and red FIRE alarms! In New York, fire drills are SOP at all schools. But yeah, sure, he just made a booboo. More importantly, he’s a Democrat, so there will be zero consequences.

VAXXX: A new poll by (Kaiser Family Foundation) found 52% of U.S. adults saying they will “probably” or “definitelynot get the new COVID-19 vaccine vs. 46% who “definitely” or “probablywill get it. Most of the latter group are Democrats and/or at least 65 years old.

FUNGUS and CANCER: A study entitled “The oncogenic roles of bacterial infections in development of cancer” was published in Microbial Pathogenesis in April 2020. It reported that microbial infections underlie about 20 percent of all cancers. Of this 20 percent, a portion may stem from fungal infections which produce cancer-causing chemicals that include acetaldehyde, mycotoxins, nitrosamine, and proinflammatory cytokines. The most common fungi species involved in cancer include: Candida albicans, C. tropicalis, C. glabrata, Fusarium verticillioides, F. proliferatum, Aspergillus flavus, and A. parasiticus.

LINDA SEILER: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4WxPhWdU60 [36:46] to hear this faith-filled and articulate woman share her remarkable story about how God healed her of gender dysphoria and homosexual attraction. She makes a compelling, biblical-based argument for rejecting the modern notion of affirming and/or embracing either of these sins.

NEW YORK SUCKS: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/BJREbd4UniA for one common-sense reason why the state’s ban on plastic grocery bags is ridiculous. Another gripe I have is that I can buy the exact same bags from Amazon and use them once for trash, rather than get them free at the grocery store and use them twice. Our grocer’s big gripe is that the paper bags are more expensive and 3x as bulky, requiring 3 truckloads for the paper to get the same number of bags as 1 truckload of plastic. I also remember when the eco-jerks decided we needed to switch from paper to plastic to Save Trees! Now, suddenly, we are eeevil planet killers for not using the renewable paper bags. Big Duh Newsflash: The paper bags were always renewable.

VAXXX: A report entitled “COVID-19 vaccine-associated mortality in the Southern Hemisphere” was published by Correlation Research in the Public Interest on Sept. 17, 2023. It quantified the vaccine-dose fatality rate (vDFR) for all ages and suggested the ‘rona jab killed one person for every 800 injections across all ages and countries. This equates to 17 million COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths worldwide as of Sept. 2, 2023.

EDUCATION: On June 29, SCOTUS ruled that race-conscious college admissions (aka, affirmative action) are unconstitutional. An expert told Epoch Times that some college are continuing to favor less qualified Black students by eliminating ACT and SAT scores in their admission decisions.

HEART HEALTH: A study entitled “Assessment of Myocardial 18F-FDG Uptake at PET/CT in Asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2-vaccinated and Nonvaccinated Patients” was published in Radiology on September 19, 2023. In it, researchers report finding higher levels of heart inflammation in 700 ‘rona jabbed patients as compared to a similar group of 303 non-jabbed patients. The individuals had all undergone PET/CT scans for issues unrelated to their hearts.

IMPEACHMENT: CLICK https://rumble.com/v3llueg-comer-gives-opening-statement-at-biden-impeachment-inquiry.html [3:24] to hear House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer kick off the impeachment inquiry. “President Biden has lied to the American people about his knowledge of and participation in his family’s corrupt business schemes. At least ten times. Joe Biden lied to the American people that he never spoke to his family about their business dealings. … Joe Biden is the brand and Joe Biden showed up at least two dozen times with business targets and associates, sending signals of access, influence and power to those prepared to pay for it. The American people demand accountability for this culture of corruption.”

SEXISM in SPORTS: Excuse me while I take a quick break to vent … but I am just so sick of female athletes being forced to perform in skimpy outfits while the guys can wear stuff that completely covers their privates.

TRANS: On Thursday, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld recently passed laws in Kentucky and Tennessee protecting children from so-called “gender-affirming care.” In the majority opinion, Chief Judge Jeffrey Sutton observed that, because gender dysphoria is “a relatively new diagnosis with ever-shifting approaches to care over the last decade or two,” it is “difficult for anyone to be sure about predicting the long-term consequences of abandoning age limits of any sort for these treatments.

EDUCATION: A new study found that emails from potential students who listed preferred pronouns received 4% more responses from colleges. These responses were also judged to be generally more positive and friendly in tone, showing a “heightened use of exclamation marks and emojis.”

FEINSTEIN: This morning, another geriatric Democrat followed Robert “KKK” Byrd into the great beyond after refusing to retire like ever. Diane was 90; Byrd was 92. The new oldest member of the U.S. Congress is 90-year-old Republican, Senator Chuck Grassley. Next oldest are Democrats Grace Napolitano (87), Bill Pascrell (86), Maxine Waters (85), Steny Hoyer (84), Nancy Pelosi (83), Jim Clyburn (83), Danny Davis (82), and Republican Hal Rogers (85).

LONELINESS: CLICK https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUWLHs7QJB0 [43:45] to hear an excellent talk about how intensely lonely it is to be in a relationship with a narcissist. When I was in elementary school, I’d walk home for lunch and find the food on the table. I ate alone, then went back to school. I envied my bused friends who got to eat together in the cafeteria. My mother, who I now recognize was a covert narcissist, never spent any of that time with me. It makes me so sad, because lunch could have been golden hours for us to just be together and talk.

MENENDEZ: Wael Hana, the Egyptian national accused of bribing Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), was arrested Tuesday at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City. Hana pleaded “Not guilty” and was released with a GPS monitoring device after surrendering his passport and coughing up a $5 million personal recognizance bond.

SOUTH CAROLINA: The South Carolina State Library announced it is not renewing its membership with the American Library Association (ALA), slamming the group’s “unprofessional” embrace of far-left politics and “activism for certain groups of people and not advocacy for libraries and all of the people they serve.”

THE NETHERLANDS: This very leftist nation has outlawed all firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind including swords, knives, grenades, and pepper spray. According to the gun control activists, there should be no violence at all and most definitely no mass shootings. Oops.

TRANS INSANITY: The American Anthropological Association (AAA) and The Canadian Anthropology Society (CASCA) have canceled a panel event at their 2023 conference entitled, “Sex identification whether an individual was male or female – using the skeleton is one of the most fundamental components in bioarchaeology and forensic anthropology.”  They apologized for being insensitive to “vulnerable members of our community” and promised not to let such a horrible thing happen again.

FALL OF CIVILIZATION: In 2021, Anthony Ramos drove his family — including his pregnant wife and young daughter – to a Houston-area Jack-in-the-Box and ordered a combo meal to go. When he told the employees he was missing items, things escalated. The back-and-forth arguing got so intense that Ramos and employee Alonniea Fantasia Ford got into a food fight. Then, Ford decided food wasn’t enough and got her pistol. Ford copped a plea to a deadly conduct charge and has already served her sentence. Ramos is suing her and Jack-in-the-Box. FAUXTUS: The U.S. House Ways and Means Committee released emails and other documents received from 2 IRS whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and Joseph Zeigler, who were among the IRS, FBI, and DOJ officials probing Hunter Biden. In another of the documents, Zeigler recommended Hunter Biden be charged with felonies for intentionally not paying taxes on income received from 2014 through 2018. Hunter was ultimately only charged with misdemeanors.

These documents show, once again, that some Americans are more equal than others. Rep. Jason Smith (R-Mo.), chairman of the committee, says the evidence also supports the impeachment inquiry into President Biden, which he is helping lead.

MICHIGAN: This year, in her never-ending effort to protect minors from making life-changing decisions before they are ready, Gov. Whitmer has signed one law banning so-called conversion therapy for minors and another raising the minimum marriage age to 18 (with or without parental permission).

But last year, Gov. Whitmer signed a law ensuring that a “woman” (i.e., any female old enough to menstruate) has the absolute right to get an abortion is she so chooses. She also wants to make it a state constitutional right for minors to choose to chemically and surgically sterilize themselves in the name of “gender affirmation.”

COMMANDER: Biden’s 2-year-old German Shepherd has now bitten eleven people. One of his victims had to be hospitalized after the dog clamped down on his arms and thighs. In July, the Bidens were supposedly working to correct the dog’s behavior. Uh huh. Another of their German Shepherds, Major, was moved out of the White House because he couldn’t keep his teeth off of people.

DOJ: The police report says a Tampa couple noticed a vehicle stopped on Interstate 274 shortly before 9:24 a.m. on Tuesday. The driver was slumped over, so the couple pulled over to help. The slumped over man woke up, accelerated forward, and crashed into the couple’s sedan. He then shifted into reverse and, in trying to get around the couple’s sedan, hit Scruggs’ sedan as he was driving by.

Scruggs pulled over, got out, broke a window in the vehicle that hit him, and started stabbing the driver. When the couple tried to help the man being stabbed, Scruggs then tried to stab them, so they fled. A St. Petersburg Police Department officer driving past saw the commotion and pulled over.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with injuries authorities described as serious but not life-threatening. Scruggs was arrested on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault and armed burglary. He was released from the Pinellas County Jail about 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday after posting $65,000 bail.

Scruggs is one of the prosecutors who worked to ruin the life of Adam Johnson, the infamous January 6th “Lectern Guy.”

FAUXTUS: In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family had never received money from China. The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability has obtained proof that two bank wires, totalling more than $250,000, were made in July and August 2019 from Beijing to the Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home.

LONG COVID: A paper entitled “Distinguishing features of Long COVID identified through immune profiling” was published in Nature on September 25, 2023. This breakthrough could lead to developing diagnostic tools and treatments for this new illness.

MAYO CLINIC: Two days ago, I reported that the Mayo Clinic’s drug information page for hydroxychloroquine said the drug may be “used to treat coronavirus (COVID-19) in certain hospitalized patients. Hydroxychloroquine should only be used for COVID-19 in a hospital or during clinical trials.

Yesterday, they removed their thoughtcrime. The page @ https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/hydroxychloroquine-oral-route/description/drg-20064216 now says, Hydroxychloroquine is not recommended as a treatment for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). FDA: More evidence that this gummint agency is not working for We the People, but instead for the Depopulate Useless Eaters Global Elites. Last month, the BMJ published a paper entitled “How the FDA approved an antipsychotic that failed to show a meaningful benefit but raised the risk of death.” It begins, “In trials, brexpiprazole failed to provide a clinically meaningful benefit and it increased mortality, but the FDA fast tracked its approval and the sponsor predicts $1bn in annual sales.”

Brexpiprazole, branded as Rexulti, is the first antipsychotic approved to treat agitation in Alzheimer’s patients, despite the fact that it increased patients’ risk of death by fourfold while apparently having little impact on agitation.

The efficacy of drugs for treating Alzheimer’s dementia is based on a scale called the Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory (CMAI) that measures 29 behaviors. Caregivers assign a score of 1 to 7 for each behavior, for a total score of 29 to 203. To determine effectiveness, a patient’s score must change by a value of 17 after 12 weeks on the drug. Brexpiprazole trials showed only a 5.3-point maximum reduction in CMAI scores.

IOW, it is neither safe nor effective. The FDA approved it anyway.

2024: The latest WaPo/ABC poll shows voter preference as Trump 51% vs. Biden 42%. WaPo tried to say this was an outlier, but according to Real Clear Politics, only one of the presidential approval polls shows a spread of less than 9 points, while the biggest spread is a whopping 20 points.

2A: On Friday, a federal judge ruled that California’s attempt to ban gun magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds violates the Second Amendment rights of firearms owners. In his decision, the judge wrote, “The history and tradition of the Second Amendment clearly supports state laws against the use or misuse of firearms with unlawful intent, but not the disarmament of the law-abiding citizen.”

CLOWARD-PIVEN STRATEGY: In 1966, Columbia (Communist) professors named Richard Cloward and Francis Fox Piven published a plan to destroy America. They theorized that overwhelming our social welfare systems in the name of “compassion” would allow elitist Democrats to gather unto themselves all the powers of the local and state governments.

In 2014, Tyler Durden wrote, “In light of the Cloward-Piven Strategy, which is at its very core a method to artificially induce crisis, the otherwise insane policy actions of the Obama Administration and preceding puppet presidents now become perfectly logical.” I would add “and current puppet president” to that list.

COVID-19: The Mayo Clinic now lists hydroxychloroquine as a treatment for certain ‘rona cases. “Hydroxychloroquine may also be used to treat coronavirus (COVID-19) in certain hospitalized patients. Hydroxychloroquine should only be used for COVID-19 in a hospital or during clinical trials.

IMMIGRATION: In 2013, the Romeikes fled Germany where they were being persecuted because of their religious conviction that they should be the ones directing their children’s education. In the face of overwhelming public pressure, the Obama administration granted them “indefinitely deferred action status.” Since then, the family has added two more children and two of their adult children have married U.S. Citizens.

Then in September 2023, without any prior warning or explanation, they were told they had four weeks to get out of the country. Germany’s opposition to homeschooling has only increased in the last 10 years, making criminal charges against this family all but certain upon their return.

NEW JERSEY: On Friday, Sen. Bob Menendez, D-NJ, and his wife Nadine were indicted on bribery charges. Like his close ally, Joe Biden, Menendez is a self-professed Catholic who supports abortion. The indictment says the pair “agreed to and did accept hundreds of thousands of dollars of bribes in exchange for using Menendez’s power and influence as a Senator to seek to protect and enrich Hana, Uribe and Daibes and to benefit the Arab Republic of Egypt. Those bribes included cash, gold, payments toward a home mortgage, compensation for a low-or-no-show job, a luxury vehicle, and other things of value.”

ODIUM FIDEI: “Hatred of the faith is one of the unmistakable signs of Satan’s presence. The contemporary destruction of churches and religious statues, the public rejection of the faith, the hatred toward the church and those who minister therein, and attempts to expunge the faith from society ultimately find their source in Satan’s hatred of Christ and his church.” – Monsignor Stephen Rossetti

OIL: On Thursday, a federal judge ordered the Biden administration to expand its sale of the Gulf of Mexico oil leases, under their original conditions, by Sept. 30. He wrote that the administration’s attempts to stop the leases appeared to be more “a weaponization of the Endangered Species Act than the collaborative, reasoned approach prescribed by the applicable laws and regulations.

TEXAS: On Friday, Gov. Abbott announced that he is adding two more departure points for busses carrying illegals to Democrat-led, self-proclaimed “sanctuary cities.” This move adds Eagle Pass and El Paso to the ongoing state bus operations in Brownsville, Del Rio, Laredo, and McAllen.

DEMON-CRATS: Yes, Virginia. They do worship Satan.

Alaska – A recent meeting of the Kenai Peninsula Borough meeting opened with this invocation: “That which will not bend, must break, and that which can be destroyed by truth should never be spared as demise. Florida – A recent meeting of the Pensacola city council opened with an invocation by David Suhor, co-founder of the local chapter of the Satanic Temple. In response to the hundreds of Christians who prayed in protest, Suhor demanded “quit pushing Christian privilege.”

Texas – A recent meeting of the San Marcos City Council opened with an invocation by a representative of the Satanic Temple of Austin, ending with “Hail Satan.” Close to 100 people gathered outside City Hall to express their concerns and opposition.

BORDER: In August, 304,162 people were apprehended by Border Patrol while crossing the border illegally, surpassing the previous record of 302,412 from December 2022. These numbers are five to ten times higher than the average monthly totals seen during the Obama and Trump administrations.

DRESS CODES: Democrats are pandering to John Fetterman’s disrespectful dress and vile speech because they need his vote. But he would not be allowed to dine at some of the best restaurants in Manhattan. A NY Post reporter dressed as Fetterman does was denied entrance to Daniel, Le Bernardin, Jean-Georges, and The Grill. In fact, The Grill wouldn’t even let him into the lobby.

DRUG SHORTAGES: A recent survey of pharmacies found that essential drugs – from chemotherapy and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder meds to much-needed anesthetics and popular diabetes and weight loss drugs – are in short supply. I remember this being mentioned back when the ‘rona first hit. As I recall, it was because China was hit so hard by COVID and way too many of our pharmaceuticals depend on ingredients produced by the ChiComs.

FAUXTUS: Dementia Joe’s other flubs this week included forgetting to shake the hand of the President of Brazil then walking into and nearly knocking over the Brazilian flag, confusing the names of Syria and Libya, forgetting the names of members of his administration, and praising the Congressional Black Caucus while speaking to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus.

FETTERMAN: Stroke Boy isn’t just a disgrace in his attire. He also has a potty mouth. On September 20, 2023, he presided over the Senate looking like he had just come from the gym. Afterwards, he mocked those of us who think he should show our highest legislative body the respect it is due saying, “The world didn’t spin off its axis” because he didn’t wear a suit and tie.

He has also referred to his dress code critics as “ding-a-lings” and opined that “if I take up vaping and grabbing the hog during a live musical, they’ll make me a folk hero.”

HAWAII: A fellow watercolorist posted this on FB: “I’ve begun a project. I plan to fill up this 30 page journal as a gift to our friend that lost her home in the Lahaina fire. She graciously shared her beautiful home with us every February for the last 15 years. I’ve taken hundreds (if not thousands) of photos over the years, so have lots of material to work with. A lot of beautiful memories and many brush miles ahead.” – Shared with the artist’s permission 🙂

KJP: A recent report showing that more than 10,000 illegals had swarmed across our southern border every day this past week. CLICK https://rumble.com/v3juqf2-kjp-gets-flustered-when-confronted-by-doocy-refuses-to-answer-question.html [:27] to hear what the White House spox replied to Peter Doocy’s question, “So, what do you call it here at the White House when 10,000 people illegally cross the border in a single day?” I’d call it an invasion, but that’s just me.

NORTH CAROLINA: The state legislature has passed a new two-year budget agreement that includes funding for K-12 tuition vouchers for all parents who apply. Republicans have had a supermajority in both Houses of the North Carolina legislature following Rep. Tricia Cotham’s decision to switch parties in April. She says her decision to cut ties with Democrats was inspired in part by the attacks she and her children have endured over her support for universal school choice.

GRAMMY NOTES: When my friend arrived quite late to one of my kids’ things, she apologized for missing the turn Dearest had told her about. “If he’d said, ‘Turn left at the black cows, I would’ve been on time!” I told her I was really sorry he’d done the directions, cuz I totally would’ve told her to turn left at the black cows!
