Like a bucket of KFC

If you are pro-choice, but find it makes you sick to think about people picking through dead baby parts and haggling over prices, maybe you need to rethink your commitment to this particular kind of choice.

Really good point by Matt Walsh:

We all know Planned Parenthood is evil and progressive abortion advocates are depraved, but what exactly makes the abortion movement so sick and depraved? Yes, it murders children. That’s enough already, to be sure. But it does more than that: it tries to murder the very nature of womanhood.

This is why it’s so laughable and insane when abortion enthusiasts claim to support, love, or care about women. It is delusional to think that the “pro-choice” side is also the pro-woman side. Nothing could be further from the truth. Progressivism teaches women to hate that which makes them women. It convinces them to violently reject their beautiful, nurturing, life giving capacity, and instead embrace the self-centered, callous, brutal ruthlessness on display in these Planned Parenthood videos.

“Pro-choicers” hate women. Truly, there is nothing they hate more.

CNN political commentator and Daily Beast writer blamed the recent videos showing Planned Parenthood executives trafficking aborted babies’ parts on the “patriarchy” and “white supremacy.”

This totally ignores the FACT that women are more pro-life than men.

  3. I watched the full 2 hrs and 44 minutes of the un-edited first video last night. I was so heartbroken after I could barely type. The only thing that changed, for me, was I was filled with a sort of pity/sorrow/concern for the doctor.

Especially later in the video, when she’s talking about how she ended up where she is in her career. There’s a small moment that would be poignant, if the context weren’t so horrific, where she almost acknowledges what she’s really doing, but skips and dances around it instead. It puts all the “technical jargon” of the previous two hours into sharp relief, and you realize that she’s been spending the whole conversation (and indeed, most of her life) studiously ignoring one essential fact. And, as horrible and evil as it is. . . it’s also extraordinarily sad. Because, you see how desperately she wants it to be Good. She wants to be doing good, but she cannot face that all her hoped for good is founded upon an evil so heinous, she cannot even look at it and acknowledge what it is.

So well said, ZM! Abby Johnson is doing outreach to the two women in the videos. She was a PP clinic manager for years, specifically because she cared about women and wanted to help them. It wasn’t until she had a child of her own and then witnessed an abortion live that she realized she had to get out. She’s founded a ministry targeted at helping people who are where she was get informed about how they’re being used and abused and help them get out.
