NEW YUCK CITY: State Supreme Court Judge Ralph J. Porzio ruled that held that the city’s denials of religious accommodation to certain employees were unlawful, arbitrary, and capricious, and that the teachers “must be reinstated with back pay.” The suit was brought by ten teachers who were denied religious exemptions and then fired for not submitting to the Fauci Ouchi.

POOL OF SILOAM: Archeologists have made enough progress unearthing the site where Jesus healed a blind man that they expect to be open to the public soon.
SCOTUS: The latest round of scheduled cases include a domestic abuser gun ban; whether a critic can trademark an insult targeting former President Donald Trump; whether Americans can sue when government officials block them on social media; and whether authorities can seize property even if its owner isn’t convicted of a crime.
SEATTLE: The UW study analyzed bus and train car air samples collected on 28 evenings between March and June of this year. Out of the 78 air samples, researchers found fentanyl in a quarter of them and methamphetamine in all of them. Out of the 102 surface samples they took, almost half had detectable amounts of fentanyl and 98% were positive for methamphetamine.
This study did not test any transit operators or passengers to see if they had secondhand fentanyl or methamphetamine in their systems. It certainly should be done. Methinks somebody should also look into how much exposure passengers, particularly children and pregnant women, are experiencing.

GRAMMY NOTES: This is one of those times when you realize how you look to your kids and maybe what you need to change! One of mine was when #1 was being really bratty and, when chastised, said, “I HAVE A HEADACHE!” I cleaned up my act after that and, apparently, did a bang up job.
When that same kid was all grown up and trying to get her health back, her doctor kept shaking his head over her labs. She asked why and he said, “I can’t reconcile these number with the woman who is sitting in front of me. Your thyroid level is the worst I’ve EVER seen, yet you’re well groomed and pleasant.”
She said, “That’s cuz I grew up with a mom who NEVER felt good, but she just kept on being nice and doing as much as she could.”
Parenting Tip: Be the kind of parent whose kids will tell their kids how much they want to be like you.
