The left-wing news media didn’t just poison the information environment with their incessantly negative coverage of President Trump going into the 2020 election. They also refused to give airtime to important arguments of the Republican campaign — both pro-Trump and anti-Biden — which meant millions of voters cast their ballots knowing only what the media permitted them to know about the candidates.
To measure the true effect of the media’s censorship on the election, the Media Research Center asked The Polling Company to survey 1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), six of which (all but North Carolina) were called for Biden (survey details below). We tested these voters’ knowledge of eight news stories — all important topics that our ongoing analysis had shown the liberal news media had failed to cover properly. We found that a huge majority (82%) of Biden voters were unaware of at least one of these key items, with five percent saying they were unaware of all eight of the issues we tested.
This lack of information proved crucial:One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.

■ Burying Biden’s Bad News: The media’s censorship of Biden’s scandals had the strongest impact on this year’s election. According to our survey, more than one-third of Biden voters (35.4%) were unaware of the serious allegations brought against the Democratic nominee by Tara Reade, a former staffer who said Biden sexually assaulted her in the 1990s.
If they had known about Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations, 8.9% told us they would have changed their vote — either switching to Trump or a 3rd party candidate, not voting for any presidential candidate, or not voting at all. By itself, this would have flipped all six of the swing states won by Biden (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), giving the President a win with 311 electoral college votes.
Even more Biden voters (45.1%) said they were unaware of the financial scandal enveloping Biden and his son, Hunter (a story infamously censored by Twitter and Facebook, as well as ignored by the liberal media). According to our poll, full awareness of the Hunter Biden scandal would have led 9.4% of Biden voters to abandon the Democratic candidate, flipping all six of the swing states he won to Trump, giving the President 311 electoral votes.
The ticket’s left-wing ideology was another issue barely mentioned by the national press. A GovTrack analysis found Biden’s running mate, California Senator Kamala Harris, had the most left-wing record of any Senator in 2019 (even more than self-described socialist Bernie Sanders). Our poll found that 25.3% of Biden voters said they didn’t know about Senator Harris’s left-wing ideology. If voters had the complete story, it would have led 4.1% of Biden voters to change their vote, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump. The result would have been a Trump victory, with 295 electoral college votes.
■ Hiding Trump’s Successes: The liberal media also prevented many Biden voters from learning about record-breaking positive economic news in the months leading up to the election. The five pre-election jobs reports from June 5 to October 2 showed a record 11,161,000 jobs were created in the extraordinary snapback from the pandemic recession. Yet a large number of Biden voters (39.4%) said they didn’t know about this achievement. If they had, 5.4% said they would have changed their vote; this would have swung Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump, who would have won with 295 electoral votes.
On October 29, the government reported a huge jump in economic growth — 33.1% on an annual basis, double the previous record. Yet nearly half of Biden voters (49.0%) said they had no idea about this record-breaking achievement. Armed with that information, 5.6% said they would have changed their vote, swinging Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and a total of 295 electoral votes to Trump.
We saw the same effect when it came to foreign policy. The President and his team made history by brokering peace agreements with Israel and several of her Arab neighbors — one reason Trump received three nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize. Yet 43.5% of Biden voters had no idea about these historic agreements. The information would have led five percent of overall Biden voters to change their vote, putting Trump in front in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, for a total of 295 electoral votes.
Energy independence was another Trump success. The President took action to start long-stalled pipeline projects and expand drilling offshore and in the Arctic, and it paid off with America becoming a net exporter of oil for the first time in September 2019. More than half (50.5%) of Biden voters said they did not know about this important accomplishment, either. If the information was known by all, 5.8% of Biden’s voters say they would have changed how they voted. This would have changed the outcome in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, putting Trump in front with 295 electoral college votes.
One important issue that did get a lot of coverage in 2020: the coronavirus pandemic. But what made the news every night was criticism of the President and his administration. Lost in the blistering barrage of bad news were successes such as Operation Warp Speed, which even before the election was well on track to deliver 300,000,000 doses of a safe vaccine as soon as next year.
Our poll found 36.1% of Biden voters said they did not know about the administration’s key role in promoting vaccine research through Operation Warp Speed. If they had, 5.3% told us they would have abandoned Biden, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, giving the President 295 electoral votes.
■ Putting It All Together: Looking at all eight of these issues together, our poll found that a total of 17% of Biden’s voters told us they would have changed their vote if they had been aware of one or more of these important stories. This would have moved every one of the swing states into Trump’s column, some by a huge margin. The President would have trounced Biden in the electoral college, 311 to 227.
In Pennsylvania, 15% of Biden voters said they would have defected. Using the reported vote totals as of noon on November 19, this would have reduced his total by 518,204 votes, flipping the state to Trump. In Michigan, the percentage who would have left Biden was 14%, deducting 392,966 from his tally and flipping that state, too.
In Georgia, 15% of Biden’s voters say they would have defected based on full information, taking 370,838 votes out of his column, and putting Trump comfortably ahead. In Arizona, 21% say they would have changed their vote, deducting 351,150 from Biden’s column and putting Trump in front there, too.
In Wisconsin, Biden would have lost 13% of his voters, taking away 211,987 from his column. In Nevada, the percentage of those who would have left Biden was 18%, or 126,627 voters. Such a shift would have put both of those states in Trump’s column, too.
[In the final state we polled, North Carolina, 21% of Biden’s voters say they would have changed their minds, deducting 563,703 votes from his total and significantly bolstering Trump’s margin of victory in that state.]
It’s important to note that not all of these voters would have switched to President Trump, of course (although about 6% of Biden’s voters say that’s exactly what they would have done). Just by choosing to abandon Biden, these voters would have handed all six of these states, and a second term, to the President — if the news media had properly informed them about the two candidates.
The most basic principle of our electoral system is that our leaders are chosen by the people themselves. But if the people are given systematically one-sided information, with crucial facts omitted, then the real power to choose has been stolen from them.
This unique study of the media and voters suggests that’s exactly what happened in 2020.
For this report, The Polling Company conducted a national survey of 1,750 individuals living in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin who reported voting for Joe Biden in the 2020 election. The survey was conducted entirely online, between November 9-18, 2020. The poll has an accuracy of +/- 2.34% at a 95% confidence interval.
2020: With only two weeks left until the safe-harbor deadline on Dec. 8, Trump’s campaign and a handful of Republican groups are litigating more than a dozen active post-election cases in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Nevada. Some of the cases already moving up the judicial pyramid.
CALIFORNIA: [1:47] – Gov. Jackboot Newsom has ordered 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Curfew in 41 counties. In Huntington Beach, unhappy Golden Staters began a protest at exactly at 10 pm.
GEORGIA: Third recount coming up – “President Trump and his campaign continue to insist on an honest recount in Georgia, which has to include signature matching and other vital safeguards. Without signature matching, this recount would be a sham and again allow for illegal votes to be counted,” the statement continued. “If there is no signature matching, this would be as phony as the initial vote count and recount. Let’s stop giving the People false results. There must be a time when we stop counting illegal ballots. Hopefully it is coming soon.” – Trump campaign

I responded, “I was thinking about this today and how people have been complaining for ages that Barr is supposedly useless, Durham is taking too long, Democrats never pay any penalty. But if Trump has been playing a long game, expecting massive voter fraud and having the goods to take down the swamp critters for real, it seems to me that he wouldn’t want to alert them. I mean, if you’re trying to get a whole herd of wild horses to run into a box canyon, you don’t jump out and spook them before they’re well past the point of no return. Right?”
VOTE TOTALS:REX@quodverum.com says the numbers above (provided by AP) are statistically impossible. If I understand his argument correctly, the total of the vote counts is reportedly 156,379,611.
However, 51.1% of that number = 79,887,851.9995 while 47.2% of that number = 73,814,487.9993.
Since we each get ONE vote, there is no reason whatsoever for a vote total to be anything other than a round number.
Well … not unless the “built in feature, not a bug” Dominion software was programmed to assign each Biden vote 1 plus a fraction, while assigning each Trump vote 1 minus a fraction.
BTW, in 2014, Andrew Gelman wrote at WaPo that the Syrian election totals were obviously fraudulent … FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON.

GRAMMY NOTES: Thank you for prayers. Dearest did great with his venogram and is back to work. 🙂 Earlier today, I had to go to the DMV to get a non-driver photo ID. I’ve been home-bound/disabled and not safe behind the wheel for decades, so when my last driver’s license expired, I let it. Until recently, it didn’t matter that I had no photo ID, but somebody changed a rule. Now, one of the very rare things I actually have to leave the house to do (blood work) requires photo ID, so I HAD to go.
Way back in the olden days when I got my original driver’s license and then when I got married and changed my last name, nobody cared that my birth certificate says “Mary Christine.” My parents named me that in the hospital, but when they brought me home, my older sibs said yuck and voted for Christine Ann. So I was baptized Christine Ann and I have always been Chrissy or Christine Ann, except for the first day of school each year and the occasional visit to some official personage in college. ALL of my various accounts and cards say “Christine.”
But, for some reason, New York State has decided the first name on the original birth certificate is the one that matters. Lance (who was very nice!) had to consult his boss who decided the easiest thing to do was create my non-driver ID as Christine Ann, then do a name change! So it cost me $5 extra to NOT have my name the way I prefer. ::sigh:: And I have to contact the Board of Elections to have my registration changed, since the NYS computers have recorded a name change. ::sigh::

Andrew Cuomo is threatening the “full consequences of legal action” against a Jewish synagogue for violating his oppressive and unnecessary COVID rules.

POWELL: About the “Is Sidney Powell a Trump lawyer or not?” kerfuffle [4:18] – Sidney Powell has never said she was part of Trump’s legal team. That was a Fake News talking point. The two teams support one another’s efforts, but are working separately.

On Monday, Powell announced she will be filing suit soon against Dominion and Smartmatic for electronically switching of millions of votes from President Donald Trump to Joe Biden, in what she describes as “massive fraud.”
STUDENT LOANS: Democrats can go suck an egg on this one. Everybody in our immediate and extended families who attended college paid for it with help from family, student loans, scholarships, jobs, and/or military service. Mama Buzz was in 6th grade when we made the final payment on Dearest’s Ivy League architecture degree.
My brother teaches American History and Economics at the high school level. One of his homework assignments is to calculate how much a single college class costs. (Not the course, but just a single class during the semester.) A student came back to see him over her first freshman break and told him (jokingly) that he was a horrible person. “Because of that assignment, I haven’t been able to sleep through a single 8 am class!”
CALIFORNIA: Los Angeles – Two men were charged last week with submitting fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people.
GEORGIA: At least nine observers have signed affidavits swearing they saw suspicious mail-in ballots that had no creases in them, meaning they had not been mailed in envelopes as required. These ballots were almost uniformly cast for Biden. In addition, the markings on these ballots were unusually uniform, suggesting the ovals had been filled in with a marking device, not scribbled in with a pen as required.
MICHIGAN: “Computer issues” were blamed for losers being declared winners in Antrim and Oakland counties. And in Detroit, a career civil servant has stated in a sworn affidavit she personally witnessed — and in some cases was instructed — to backdate thousands of absentee ballots the day after the election to make them appear legal, even though they were not in the Qualified Voter File and had not arrived by the deadline.
NEVADA: Native Americans were illegally offered incentives to vote. And in Clark County, a test of the mail-in signature check showed an 89% failure rate. One person signed nine ballots; all of them were accepted.
PENNSYLVANIA: Large numbers of Pennsylvania voters told Just the News that their absentee votes weren’t counted or that others requested mail-in ballots in their names. A data scientist then projected from sampling that the problems were widespread. This may have affected as many as 100,000 absentee ballots in a state where Biden is only 82,000 votes ahead.
POLL OBSERVERS: In multiple states, numerous GOP poll observers say they were improperly kept from monitoring ballot-counting in big city election centers. In some cases, they say they were actually ejected from the building.
TEXAS: A social worker has been charged with submitting voter registration applications for 67 of disabled residents in state facilities. The registrations lacked signatures and/or effective consent. In some cases, the residents were not even eligible to vote. Under Texas law, only a parent, spouse or child who is a qualified voter of the county may act as an agent in registering a person to vote, after being appointed to do so by that person.
“Will Trump win the 2020 election?” is the wrong question. Trump has already won the election.
The correct question is, “How does he subjugate the enemy’s will to resist while doing the least possible damage to The Republic??
Everyone is focusing on the PUBLIC drama playing out 24/7, across America. In particular, the various legal actions being taken by Team Trump and others in different State and Federal courts.
Fair enough. However, the analysis is wrong. It assumes the outcome is in doubt, when it is not. Trump has known about the Democrats vote fraud schemes for YEARS. There are tweets as far back as 2012.
Ergo, he would have known he was target #1 in 2016, 2018 and of course in 2020. And he was prepared. His 2018 EOs, CISA trap and infiltration into vote count centers is good evidence of that.
In my opinion, the Dems were lured onto their own killing field. Arrogant, drunk on power and poorly led, no one appears to have considered that Trump was onto them. And on Nov 3, the one thing that they hadn’t considered happened.
A MASSIVE RED TSUNAMI! The Dems panicked. The mail in ballots exposed them and everything they were up to, including the horrendous digital fraud.
Their narrative of a desperate Trump, losing legal cases while he sits in the Oval Office in denial, is exactly the opposite of what’s happening. Reality is a desperate and divided Democratic Party machine, TRAPPED while Trump looks on in FURY. The Dems are in a terrible position. Trump has them dead to rights and everything they are trying to do is making it worse for them.
Which takes us back to the original two questions. I doubt that Trump wants to plunge America into yet more division. I think he wants to put a final end to this assault on the Presidency, Constitution & people as quickly as possible. The question is “How?”
Sure, a SCOTUS vindication may be the answer. We are seeing Obama judges blocking each Trump case. It doesn’t matter. Sooner or later one of those cases will likely go to SCOTUS. If they decide in Trump’s favor, great. If not, that sucks. But it doesn’t change the outcome.
If Trump wants SCOTUS to be the vehicle, I think he will want to make sure that any decision will be easy for the judges. He wants to PROTECT SCOTUS, not make it a target. That means that the criminals will have to be exposed and Biden may even concede, BEFORE any SCOTUS hearing.
Let’s not be distracted by the public drama. Trump has a very powerful PRIVATE option that everyone seems to have forgotten about. What would that be? Our old friend, the Title 1 FISA warrant. Consider. If what Sidney Powell is alleging is credible, this is one of the most serious national security situations America has ever faced. Foreign actors, working with American citizens, are trying to steal an American Presidential election. And, unlike the Obama/Clinton Trump/Russia hoax, this one is REAL.
It is therefore logical that each agent implicated in what’s gone on has been flagged for a long time with a ‘2 hop’ T1 FISA or some other form of surveillance. There is nothing controversial about that conclusion. It is EXACTLY what the FISC and National Security Letters are for.
I would find it very difficult to believe that MULTIPLE T1 FISAs have not been issued against the crooks, for ages. If that’s happened and the allegations are true, evidence implicating everyone involved has almost certainly been hoovered up.
I note Powell has been referring to comms that to me can only have come from surveillance. E.g., a DoD officer instructing hundreds of Dem ops to sabotage their offices. This means that Trump has likely amassed a MOUNTAIN of incriminating evidence, that he can use at will. A mountain that is growing, daily.
For some reason, Leftists & FakeNews always overlook a critical fact. Trump is POTUS. The most powerful person on the planet. And he has ALL his ducks in a row.
I think Trump’s ideal solution would be for Biden to concede and then slither away (likely after selling out everyone else). That means that someone is going to knock on Biden’s door soon, to give him a dose of REALITY. One that makes it very clear that he and hundreds of others have been caught dead to rights. And that he MUST CONCEDE.
If Biden concedes, game over. But even if Biden does NOT concede, no biggie. Trump will use his evidence to expose the crime in a way that cannot be credibly explained away. And arrests will start shortly thereafter.
FakeNews can squawk all they like. BIG DEAL. They exist in a glittering hall of mirrors and are irrelevant. Very few believe them. Rasmussen reports that 30% of DEMOCRATS think the election was rigged. Close to 100% of Republicans agree.
If Biden and his corrupt crew think that Biden conceding solves their future problems, they would be sorely mistaken. They have GONE TOO FAR. Trump’s awful justice awaits them. And you can be certain that his revenge will be remembered for CENTURIES.
Not just that. The American people will demand it. Right now, the fake President-elect and his deluded followers are living in a make believe world. A world they CHOSE. Liberal la la land. They can all keep playing ‘Mr. Pretend President’ all they like. But in the real world, their heroes are doomed.

COVID-19: CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield said on Thursday that K-12 schools should remain open because data shows that schools are among the ‘safest places’ that kids can be from the pandemic, and attempts to close schools are nothing more than an “emotional response. … K-12 schools can operate with face-to-face learning and they can do it safely and they can do it responsibly.”
GEORGIA: Georgia pastor Raphael Warnock, a pro-abortion Democrat running for the U.S. Senate, promised Tuesday to “always fight” to keep the killing of unborn babies in abortions legal in America.
Warnock, the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church, is challenging Sen. Kelly Loeffler, apro-life Republican, in a high-stakes runoff race in Georgia. Neither Loeffler nor Warnock received more than 50 percent of votes Nov. 3, pushing the race into a runoff election in January.
If elected, Warnock would help Democrat leaders force taxpayers to fund elective abortions, pack the Supreme Court with pro-abortion activist judges and force states to allow viable unborn babies to be killed in late-term abortions.
MAIL-IN BALLOTS: Historically, mail-in ballots are rejected at around the rate of 1%. For first-time absentee voters, the rate can go as high as 3%, the higher number reflecting the unfamiliarity first-time voters have with the mail-in process.
Given the extraordinarily high number of first time mail-in ballots being cast this year, many experts and commentators predicted huge numbers of rejected ballots. Instead, the numbers were lower … a LOT lower. In fact, in the battleground states under dispute, the percentage of rejected ballots was as much as thirty times lower.

PENNSYLVANIA: A Pennsylvania judge has thrown out 2,349 absentee ballots in Allegheny County as invalid because voters didn’t date their declaration. That brings Biden’s alleged lead down to 76,303.
Other PA judges have rejected the Trump campaign’s challenges to absentee ballots with declaration deficiencies such as missing dates, addresses, or printed names. Those cases are pending appeal.
In other news, Steven Miller, a professor of mathematics at Williams College, has signed a sworn affidavit stating that his investigation found evidence of potential voter fraud in nearly 100,000 ballots.
If Trump’s landslide win is confirmed, two rules will go into effect on January 1 that should have a dramatic effect on the cost of drugs for those of us on Medicare.
One of the rules implements what is known as a “most favored nation” approach that limits what Medicare pays for medications to the lowest price paid by other economically advanced countries.
The other rule would require drug makers to push rebates and discounts directly to patients rather than letting insurers and middlemen pharmacy benefit managers pocket them.

On Thursday night Tucker Carlson from FOX News told his audience that he invited Attorney Sidney Powell on his show to share evidence of elections software flipping votes. Tucker said Sidney got angry and refused to provide evidence for voting software flipping votes.
On Friday morning Maria Bartiromo asked Sidney Powell what happened and for her response.
Maria Bartiromo: How did you respond to Tucker Carlson? Did you get angry with the show because they texted you and asked you to provide evidence of what you’re alleging?
Sidney Powell: No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence in fact I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics of the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person. But he was very insulting, demanding and rude and I told him not to contact me again in those terms.
On Friday night, Tucker Carlson doubled down and said there is NO proof of vote switching during the 2020 presidential election. But anyone who has paid any attention at all knows this is absolutely NOT true! Vote switching was one of the FIRST things we learned about! And Gateway Pundit (link below) has reported on a whole string of instances for which we have evidence.
I used to really like Tucker, but the last year or two, he’s gotten so negative and preachy, I watched less and less. Now I’ll watch maybe never.

I knew Tucker Carlson was a sellout prick when, in 2011, he went on some low rent podcast and called Sarah Palin a MILF for no reason other than he didn’t like the way she communicated to her base of supporters. He masqueraded as a Trump guy on his program to sucker Trump supporters in for ratings. But I always knew, when he spoke about Trump, he would always give some disclaimer like “as flawed as Trump is” or some other such nonsense. He knew who he was speaking to there. That was for the West 57th Street crowd, his agent, his manager and publicist. People like that who he has to deal with every day who HATE Trump.
No, I had his number years ago when he worked for CNN as the token Republican and wore a bow tie. But happy to see many wake up even if you’ve been hitting the snooze alarm all these years. Carlson has finally outed himself–as FOX NEWS has and has suffered dearly for it in the ratings–as I knew he soon would, as a shameless whore. He’s trying to smear Sydney Powell at a crucial moment in this election fraud investigation. I read Powell’s book License to Lie last Spring and she’s a very serious person. I do not believe that she, Giuliani or others involved in this investigation and fight, including President Trump, would be doing this IF they didn’t believe that a theft took place and had actual proof of theft.
You see, Tucker is a lot of things but he’s also a smart person. He knows that, for example, US Attorneys, when they have said evidence, do not have a habit of calling CBS saying, “Hey come look at our evidence against the mafia, as the mafia in knowing what we have, is not going to counter our prosecution”.
Tucker knows this which is why what he’s doing to Powell is a smear.
And how dumb do you have to be to claim, “there’s no evidence.” The affidavit of Russell James Ramsland, who is part of the Allied Security Operations Group, made the following declaration under the penalty of perjury presents clear evidence. ASOG has particular expertise in this area: “ASOG provides a range of security services, but has a particular emphasis on cyber security, OSI NT and PEN testing of networks. We employ a wide variety of cyber and cyber forensic analysts. We have patents pending in a variety of applications from novel network security applications to SCADA protection and safe browsing solutions for the dark and deep web.”
According to Ramsland the voting data shows that the numbers produced show clear indications that the vote totals are the result of an algorithm that manipulated the voting results. The final numbers reported in Michigan appear in decimal points, not whole numbers.
IF a vote was recorded as a single vote, the numbers would be whole numbers. But they are not. The results show decimals. In other words, observed raw vote data shows decimal places, which is a clear marker that the results were produced via an algorithm as opposed to actual votes.
So there is evidence such as that and most likely MUCH more of voter fraud and Carlson knows it. He’s just being a petulant ASS who is upset that Powell didn’t bend knee to the great Tucker and hand over to him and his staff, a staff who is most likely made up of snotty mid town Manhattan progressives, the evidence that her team has.
This is not about the president and victory and is SURE as hell not about a jerk like Tucker Carlson or Fox News, this is about YOUR fundamental right to vote and that right REMAINING SACRED and not easily stolen. If future elections can get stolen like this, this easily then EVERY election from here on out will be taken from you, voting will be nothing and we will not be, as James Brown once sung, Living in America, anymore.

Election Practices are Destroying Confidence, Tranquility By Jim Crawford – Nov 17, 2020
This is not a partisan essay. At the time of this writing, Saturday, November 7, it’s been over 80 hours since the polls closed and no one in America knows for sure who our next President will be. 100% of both Democrat and Republican partisans are anxious about the outcome, which at this moment rests on the integrity of unknown authorities in a handful of cities and states, and with our legal system.
We have arrived at a dangerous circumstance for American Democracy.
My purpose is not to say that bad things are being done to change the final 2020 election outcome. No, but what is now clear to all of us is how bad things MIGHT be happening, somewhere, in some state or municipality, to “steal” an election. Public confidence, which acts as the bedrock of our civil society, has now been shaken in a way that will be difficult to restore. And our civic peace, good will, and social tranquility have been placed at risk.
Are we destroying public confidence in our elections?
I am a senior machine technician at the Tompkins County Board of Elections. I have spent days working at early voting locations, at Election Day poll sites, and also among Board of Elections teams processing an extraordinary volume of vote-by-mail ballots. I’ve spent days checking every aspect of our machines prior to elections, “test-decking” their data-keeping functions to ensure a 0% failure rate.
And I’ve spent days auditing those machines for 100% agreement with the paper ballots sealed inside after the polls close. We seal and double-check every possible security weakness and maintain bipartisan custody and security protocols.
But this year, with well-intentioned concerns for public health followed by overkill remedies, the volume of votes secured through our established machine-based process has been swamped by the number of mail-in ballots. In “progressive” New York State we have traveled backward to the low-tech, much less secure days of paper ballots. Of course, paper has always been the absentee ballot option for a tiny fraction of the public who need and request it, as a concession to special needs in proportions that make less security of those paper ballots of little concern.
This year the widespread use of paper ballots has carried an inherent security risk far greater than the recent past. We have traded machine reliability for a return to “the Stone Age” of paper ballots and paper security. In a risk-reward analysis of any imagined machine and/or data tampering, the risks were great compared to potential rewards. But with the widespread use of paper ballots, to be counted after all the machine tallies are known, in proportions large enough to reverse a narrow losing margin, with a 50-state field of play to impact the presidency, the risks and opportunity costs are proportionately low. And the rewards? Enormous!
All the double-verification and documentation of machine seals, all the locks and double-locks on equipment, and almost all the bipartisan and chain-of-custody protocols may be relatively easy to circumvent with paper ballots delivered in large quantities after Election Day’s machine totals are known. The public now senses that and Public Confidence is taking a heavy blow, regardless of who finally wins.
Paper ballots have always only been secure in proportion to their scale of use. Back in the day, they were safeguarded by ballot box guardians who knew most of their neighbors. In 2020 they have become the Devil’s playground.
I’ve said “destroying” confidence above after careful reflection. I don’t want to over-state. Eroding confidence is easier to swallow, but when it comes to America’s election confidence (across the whole population), and not unlike a highway bridge, there’s not much room for erosion before the damage causes a break. We may be there now.

CALIFORNICATION: A San Diego Superior Court judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining Governor Newsom and San Diego County from enforcing their COVID-19 restrictions against Pacers Showgirls, because their entertainment is “constitutionally protected speech.”
Meanwhile, California courts have refused to provide the same constitutional protection to houses of worship. Funny how they can find “stripping” among the rights protected under the First Amendment, but not “worship.” Kinda like how they found “abortion” but couldn’t find “life.”
COVID: Exactly! It’s just an excuse to continue with their “Great Reset”, which is code for “destroy the United States.” And Joe Biden just reiterated another one of their policies toward this end, which is to admit immigrants who can’t support themselves, then give them food, housing, education, and health care. They want to crush the American taxpayers and drive us so far into debt that our economy crashes.
Here’s a piece of good news. The FDA has authorized the first at-home coronavirus test kit. Made by Lucira Health, it is administered by a self-collected nasal swab, which is then put into a sample vial. Users will be able to see their results on a screen in 30 minutes or less. This should bring those “case” numbers down a lot!

MICHIGAN: [18:13] – Steven Crowder presents election data pulled from Wayne County’s website to explain why more than 150,000 votes cast by anonymous voters are deeply suspicious.
He shows page after page of the largely Democrat, inner city Detroit voter precincts where turn-out was under 20%. Then he goes to the largely Republican precincts surrounding Detroit, but still inside Wayne County, where not only was turn-out in the 70th and 80th percentiles, but also larger numbers per precinct.
Then, he looks at the Absentee Ballots, which add up to more than 173,000 votes, all of them being listed as being from precincts that have ZERO registered voters. About 97% of these votes went to Biden. This “zero registered voter” thing was not done anywhere else in Michigan and it is not how it was done during the primaries.
NEW YORK: New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo ripped sheriffs in the state who’ve recently declared they won’t be enforcing Cuomo’s COVID-19 restrictions over Thanksgiving — particularly the one that bans gatherings of more than 10 people.
“I don’t believe as a law enforcement officer you have a right to pick and choose what laws you will enforce,” said the man who signed an executive order on September 15, 2017 forbidding law enforcement officers from honoring federal immigration detainers!

Long ago Mitch McConnell vowed to leave no federal judicial vacancy unfilled by the end of Trump’s first term. Federal judges are lifelong appointments, and filling the district and circuit courts leaves a legacy that lasts well beyond any presidency.
