AOC: The stupid, it burns.

ARIZONA: Republican Gov. Doug Ducey announced he will not accept the results of the election until after all court cases have been settled.

“There are legal claims that are being challenged in court and everybody on the ballot has certain access rights and remedies and if they want to push that they are able. Once those are adjudicated and the process plays out, I will accept the results of the election.”

GEORGIA UPDATES: (1) Several recount workers, including Democrats, have described odd batches of pristine ballots with perfectly marked bubbles … all for Joe Biden. One went on the record about it in Wood v. Raffensperger.

(2) Several witnesses to parts of the presidential recount in Georgia have signed sworn statements testifying that they observed ballots cast for President Trump being counted instead for Democratic challenger Joe Biden.

(3) A recount monitor in Georgia has discovered a 9,626-vote error in the hand recount in DeKalb County. The batch of ballots was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump. The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump. Two official counters signed off on the miscounted batch and Republican attorneys turned over an affidavit (pdf) on the incident to the Georgia secretary of state and requested an investigation.

MICHIGAN: Remember the two Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers who initially voted no on certifying election results? Then Democrat thugs doxxed them and threatened their families, so they switched to voting yes provided there would be a full audit of the election to address their concerns about irregularities.

They both got slammed pretty hard by conservatives for caving and believing that Democrats would ever do an actual audit, so now they’ve switched back to no.

Voter fraud is nothing new in Detroit. In 2016, voting machines in 248 of Detroit’s 662 precincts (more than one-third) registered more votes than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Oops!

MINNESOTA: Two of the state’s senators announced that they are both leaving the Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) Party (the Democrat Party in the state). One of them, Dave Tomassoni, is the state senate’s president.

The two are not joining the Republican Party, but rather forming an independent caucus of two. The state senate’s makeup will switch from Republican 35 vs. DFL 34 to Republican 35 vs. DFL 32 vs. Independent 2.

NEW YORK: Despite the fact that New York State has a massive $63 billion budget deficit and its governor is already one of the highest paid in the nation, Cuomo’s salary will jump from $225,000 to $250,000 on Jan. 1, 2021. This will make him THE highest paid governor in the nation.

If New York were its own country, it would have more coronavirus deaths per-capita than any other place in the world. But that’s Democrats for you. Rewarding failure in a big way.

Meanwhile, New York’s judges and 213 state lawmakers serving in the state Senate and Assembly were told the state is too broke to afford pay raises for them. Maybe if they had arranged for the coronavirus to kill off thousands of old people like Cuomo did, they’d have gotten raises too.

PENNSYLVANIA: Police and U.S. Marshals have been employed to protect a Philadelphia lawyer who has been representing the Trump campaign due to abusive emails, phone calls, physical and economic threats, and even accusations of treason.

TWITTER: Since May 31, 2018, Trump and his campaign have been censored by Twitter 194 times. By contrast, none of Joe Biden’s tweets have been given any sort of label.

WISCONSIN: On Nov. 18, the Trump campaign filed a petition for recounts in Milwaukee and Dane Counties and has forked over $3 million to cover the estimated cost.

The petition noted there were allegations of illegally altered absentee ballots, illegally issued absentee ballots, and illegal advice given by government officials allowing Wisconsin’s Voter ID laws to be circumvented.

The Elections Commission agreed the recounts will happen, then argued for six hours about how they should be done. A full statewide recount can still be requested.

He goes on Monday to get his veins scoped in hopes they can find a good path to his heart, so he can get his wonky aortic valve replaced without cracking his chest. Masks

Democrats love to claim they “follow the SCIENCE” … but the recent rash of insane and unconstitutional mask mandates proves they do not. N.b., the emphases below are mine.

Overall, there is a troubling lack of robust evidence on face masks and COVID-19. There have only been three community trials during the current pandemic comparing the use of masks with various alternatives — one in Guinea-Bissau, one in India and this latest trial in Denmark.

The low number of studies into the effect different interventions have on the spread of COVID-19 — a subject of global importance — suggests there is a total lack of interest from governments in pursuing evidence-based medicine. And this starkly contrasts with the huge sums they have spent on ‘boutique relations’ consultants advising the government.

The only trials which have shown masks to be effective at stopping airborne diseases have been ‘observational studies’ — which observe the people who ordinarily use masks, rather than attempting to create a randomized control group. These trials include six studies carried out in the Far East during the SARS CoV-1 outbreak of 2003, which showed that masks can work, especially when they are used by healthcare workers and patients alongside hand-washing.

The most recent study – ‘Danmask-19 trial’ – was conducted in the spring with over 3,000 6024 (sorry!) randomized participants, about half of whom were given disposable surgical face masks, which they were told to change after eight hours of use. After one month, the 4862 people who had completed the study were tested for coronavirus. There was no statistically significant difference between those who wore masks properly, those who were more sloppy about wearing the masks, and those who did not wear masks at all. About two percent of each group got infected with COVID-19.

Nine other trials looking at the efficacy of masks and flu (two looking at healthcare workers and seven at community transmission) have found that masks make little or no difference to whether you get influenza or not.

GEORGIA: The audit has uncovered a THIRD county that under counted votes, netting another 176 for Trump over Biden.

MICHIGAN: Wayne County – Gulag-type target lists. Law firms threatened and forced to quit. County officials doxed, intimidated, and threatened unless they change their votes. This unity thing is going well.

NEVADA: On Nov. 17, Trump electoral candidates filed a lawsuit alleging irregularities, improprieties, and fraud in the state’s 2020 presidential election.

The plaintiffs allege that the election machines used throughout the state are unreliable, that observers were denied access to the ballot duplication process, that vote-buying occurred through some Native American outreach programs, and that 15,000 people who voted in Nevada also voted in another state.

NEW YORK: Buffalo – An 18-year-old Buffalo man has been charged with insurance fraud, offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree, falsifying business records, and falsely reporting an incident. The insurance fraud charge is a felony. He is believed to have spray painted his own car with swastikas, pro-Klu Klux Klan and Donald Trump messages.

PENNSYLVANIA: Despite the fact that “the science” shows that masks are only effective in medical settings, the jackbooted Democrats running the Pennsylvania Board of Health have upped the ante.

Now they say that masks are required indoors anytime that you’re with people outside of your household, even if you’re socially distant. This includes your own home. (Good luck enforcing that last bit, since you can’t go inside anyone’s home without either an invitation or a warrant.)

The Pennsylvania Board of Health is known for NOT having investigated Kermit Gosnell’s House of Horrors despite multiple complaints over 17 years.

SOCIAL MEDIA: [2:35] – On Tuesday, the CEOs of Twitter and Facebook testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee. (Last month, it was the Commerce Committee.) The Daily Signal has a run down on the main points discussed.

THANKSGIVING: There was a local cop in the barber shop with us this morning. I mentioned that Fulton County’s sheriff had tweeted out that he would not be enforcing Gov. Cuomo’s ten-person limit on Turkey Day. The cop said, “We can’t enter your home without a warrant anyway, so all you have to do is say we can’t come in.” I told him I’d make him a plate if he came to our house. 🙂

And, after holding my tongue for a long time, I finally couldn’t deal with it anymore and asked, “Did you get the blueberry jam?”

A while back, when cops were getting slammed daily in the Left Stream Press, I suddenly got the idea to have the flower shop send our local PD an anonymous gift basket. The lady at the shop loved the idea and helped me brainstorm and write the note. She made up a little bouquet of blue and white flowers and put in two jars of blueberry jam and a bottle of hand lotion in a blue bottle. She said, “I’m not going to charge for the delivery. They’re just a block away and I think this is such a nice gesture.”

I left it anonymous, because I didn’t want it to be about us. But this morning, I just couldn’t hold my tongue. And I’m glad I didn’t, because when I asked if they got it, he grinned bigly and said, “We talked about that for a month!” That’s just what I wanted … to make them feel good knowing folks in our village have their backs.

WISCONSIN: Milwaukee – A disability service coordinator who works with developmentally disabled adults who live in various assisted living facilities and group homes in and around Milwaukee reports that every one of her clients has told her that they were either pressured to vote for Democratic candidate Joe Biden or had a vote cast for Biden before they ever had a chance to see their ballot.

Wisconsin law specifically prohibits nursing home and assisted living facility staff members from assisting residents in filling out their ballots. Special voting deputies are supposed to do it in pairs, one from each party. This requirement was ignored this year, because of the coronavirus. And because Trump.

2020: Remember the notice from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) that Pious Nancy read to pound into our stupid, Republican heads that There was No Voter Fraud At All So Biden Is President Now Shut Up.

Well, it seems that Dominion Voting Systems AND Smartmatic are members of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council.

2020: On Tuesday, Rudy Giuliani said the Trump campaign is prepared to lose election-related cases in a bid to push them to the U.S. Supreme Court. A case in Pennsylvania, he said, will be President Donald Trump’s “first established vehicle on our way to the Supreme Court.” And there is another case in Michigan that is “drafted and ready to go.”

ABORTION: “Mercy called from the bathroom of the clinic and one of our crisis pregnancy counselors stayed on the phone with her while she walked out. We made sure she got home safely and sent her a gift card for food after learning that she hadn’t eaten since the day before. She texted us later that she had been planning to commit suicide after the abortion. CALIFORNIA: Two men have been charged with submitting thousands of fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people. If convicted, they face years in prison.

CNN: John Avlon opined that Republicans hate Democracy. “Let’s be clear. What we’re watching is far more dangerous than Republicans simply coddling President Trump’s ego until he accepts losing the election. It reveals a discomfort with democracy itself.”

We’re so terrible to want free and fair elections where only real live citizens vote once each.

COVID-19: [3:08] – Gross over-counting of coronavirus deaths reveals that the disease is even less deadly than we thought.

For example, ten thousand of the people listed as having died from the coronavirus were already in hospice care. And nearly eight thousand actually died from accidental or deliberate poisoning!

The CDC admits that 94% of the “coronavirus” deaths were actually caused by pre-existing conditions or other causes.

So why is Biden proposing unconstitutional national mask and shut down mandates? Because it contributes to the Progressives’ desired “economic reset” of America. (Translation: Destroy capitalism so we can be like Venezuela.)

P.S., I just posted this on Facebook and got a Face Check notice plastered over it informing one and all that the “health experts” on Facebook’s Fact Check team have determined that the CDC’s report about the actual causes of coronavirus deaths contains False Information. Hint: That means you should absolutely pay close attention to it!

FAKEBOOK: They’ve upped the Democrat Apologists ante – Facebook has BANNED “Stop the Steal” and is demoting any election-related content they deem “misinformation.”

Heaven forbid we talk about the FACT that there is massive evidence of vote fraud, that multiple lawsuits are pending, and that the presidential election is NOT decided yet.

And never mind that only 36% of Americans are confident the election was largely free from fraud.

FLORIDA: Last March, Palm Beach County’s Dominion Voting Systems software was caught assigning votes to the wrong candidate, resulting in two Wellington council races being called for the wrong candidate. The problem was found a week after the election during a vote audit.

GEORGIA: The audit has turned up discrepancies.

Floyd County has found 3,055 uncounted ballots, adding 2,001 for Trump and 1,033 for Biden, with 21 for the Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen.

Fayette County has found 2,755 uncounted ballots, adding 1,577 were for Trump, 1,128 were for Biden, 43 for Jorgensen, and seven write-ins.

GOP: All the House seats that flipped from Democrat to Republican in this month’s election were won by a minority candidate, a veteran, and/or a female candidate.

The 117th Congressional House will have the smallest Democrat majority since World War II. And, while Democrats will still hold more seats, Republicans will hold a 26-23 edge in State delegations. (Pennsylvania is a tie.)

This will matter if the Electoral College votes ends in a 269-269 tie or some other dispute that prevents the determination of a clear winner of the presidential election.

HUNTER: Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who headed a Senate investigation into Democratic nominee Joe Biden’s family dealings, signaled they will continue their investigations in 2021 after the new Congress is sworn in.

JACKASSERY: Executives from Fortune 500 corporations say they are planning to intervene if Democrat Joe Biden is not inaugurated into office by January 20, 2021.

MEDIA: Cuz they’re assholes.

NEVADA: On Monday, Clark County tossed the results of a local election after a canvass identified 936 discrepancies. The margin between the two candidates was just 10 votes. A special election will be held next month. Officials acknowledged the discrepancies they uncovered highlight problems with their current system.

NEW YORK: Fulton County Sheriff Richard Giardino has publicly declared he won’t be enforcing New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s 10-guest limit for Thanksgiving get togethers.

“Frankly, I am not sure it could sustain a Constitutional challenge in Court for several reasons including your house is your castle. And as a Sheriff with a law degree I couldn’t in good faith attempt to defend it Court, so I won’t.”

PENNSYLVANIA: In February of 1994, a federal judge found so much evidence of election fraud that he invalidated the vote in a state senate race, replacing the Democratic “winner” with the Republican candidate.

UK: The Brits are locked in their homes from Nov. 5 through Dec. 2, except for essential travel, including medical reasons, education, and purchasing food.

2020: On Sunday, Sidney Powell said that Trump’s legal team is receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and irregularities, enough to launch a widespread criminal investigation. Among this is evidence that the Dominion elections software switched millions of Trump votes to Biden. “We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states. I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”

White House PR Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said, “Right now, we’re at the district court level. And we will see how they rule in Pennsylvania and on our upcoming lawsuits here in Michigan and elsewhere. And I think it’s really anyone’s guess where this goes. I think at this point, it probably will make its way up to the Supreme Court.”

BELLWETHERS: Originally, “bellwether” referred to a castrated male sheep (or goat) who wore a bell on its neck and lead the flock. From there, it segued into meaning “a leader or leading indicator of future trends.”

Over the past nearly 40 years, 19 counties in the nation have always voted for the winner, be it Republican or Democrat. They’ve been dubbed “bellwether counties” and until this year, no president since at least Ronald Reagan has missed even one.

In 2020, all but one of the bellwethers picked President Donald Trump by a margin of some 16 points on average. Only one, Clallam County in Washington, went for former Vice President Joe Biden and only by about a 3 point margin.

BLM/ANTIFA: The DC Metropolitan Police Department has arrested four people who “were involved in a collaborative effort to incite violence during first amendment assemblies.”

“One of the suspects struck the victim rendering him unconscious. Other suspects assaulted the victim and took his property,” police said.

TRANS: Last Thursday, Target responded to pressure from activists to remove “Irreversible Damage” by Abigail Shrier from its shelves.

The book is about the sudden wave of children, particularly adolescent girls, who had never experienced any discomfort in their biological sex suddenly coming out as trans. The book describes how YouTube stars and “gender-affirming” educators and therapists push permanently damaging and medically unnecessary puberty blockers and surgeries on impressionable young girls.

The brief ban led to a spike in sales for the book on other platforms. On Friday, Target put the book back.

GRAMMY NOTES: We just watched D’Souza’s latest, “Trump Card.”

There’s a brainwashing/torture scene from 1984 that bookmarks the film in which the torturer convinces Winston that 2+2=5.

When the torturer stops, satisfied that Winston has broken, he asks if Winston has any questions. “Yes. What is 2+2?”

“Whatever the state says it is.”

CALIFORNIA: In June, California’s Democratic governor, Gavin Newsom, issued an order stating that “all Californians who are registered to vote in” the Nov. 3 election “must be empowered to vote by mail, as an alternative to in-person voting.”

On Friday, Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled that this order was unconstitutional. Under the U.S. Constitution, only state legislatures and Congress can prescribe the “times, places, and manner of holding elections.”

I have no idea what this means for Cali’s electoral votes or why it took until AFTER the election to get a decision on this which common sense would suggest should’ve come BEFORE.

COVID-19: Dr. Anthony Fauci said it is time for people to “do what they’re told” by health experts and government officials to help bring down surging coronavirus numbers.

Sorry, Tony, but no.

Not after hyper-partisan experts and government officials ignored our overall public welfare in favor of trying to make Trump look bad by destroying our economy.

And not after these same hypocritical lying liars ignored their own oh-so-important rules when it suited them and their political agenda (e.g., going to parties and allowing BLMers to riot), while locking us law-abiding types out of our schools, playgrounds and churches.

So, screw you, Tony.

DELAWARE: Speaking of hypocritical government leaders – The Democratic governor of Delaware has settled a federal lawsuit by admitting his church-related COVID-19 restrictions were unconstitutional and that he wouldn’t do it again.

Carney had imposed restrictions on houses of worship that were not required of businesses. Included in these were restricting church services to less than one hour, banning any physical contact, and limiting total attendance to ten people, rather than a percentage of the listed fire capacity.

DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS: Sorry about the language. It’s his, not mine – Eric Coomer joined Dominion in 2010 as Vice President of U.S. Engineering. He was later promoted to Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security.

Coomer posted this to his Facebook: “If you are planning to vote for the autocratic, narcissistic, fascists, ass-hat blowhard and his Christian jihadist VP pic, UNFRIEND ME NOW! No, I’m not joking. GEORGIA: Lin Wood, a prominent Atlanta attorney, has sued Georgia’s Secretary of State and election officials in a bid to stop the certification of election results.

The suit claims that election officials and the state’s Democrat Party violated the Constitution by changing the way absentee ballots were handled. Under the U.S. Constitution, only state legislatures and Congress can prescribe the “times, places, and manner of holding elections.”

RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION: The Marin County District Attorney filed felony vandalism charges against five people for the defacing and toppling of a statue depicting Saint Junipero Serra at Mission San Rafael in San Rafael, CA.

“This is a breakthrough moment for Catholics,” said Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone of San Francisco. He said he hoped that the charges would “contribute to putting an end to attacks on all houses of worship.”

WISCONSIN: Three voters in Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit that, if successful, would invalidate over 792,000 votes cast across the state.

The civil action (pdf), filed on Thursday, alleges that there is “sufficient evidence that illegal votes were counted” in Milwaukee, Dane, and Menominee counties “to change or place in doubt the results” of the presidential election in the counties. The voters asked the court to declare that the counties’ results “must be invalidated” and to block the counties from certifying their results.

Stop the Steal

On Saturday, tens of thousands of patriots converged at Freedom Plaza in Washington, D.C., and other locations all around the country to show support for President Donald Trump and ask for fairness in the election process.

Antifa and BLM sent counter-protesters dressed in black bloc. Video showed them sucker punching and jumping on pro-Trump marchers without provocation. Of course, they blamed the pro-Trumpers for instigating confrontations. Riiiiiiiiiiiight.

But after the 2018 mid-term elections, Senators Elizabeth Warren (D), Amy Klobuchar (D) & Ron Wyden (D) expressed serious concerns about the safety and integrity of those same voting machines. E.g., “voters in South Carolina [were] reporting machines that switched their votes after they’d inputted them.”

2008: Prominent Democrats are now demanding that President Donald Trump drop investigations into alleged voter fraud, claiming the campaign’s challenges have been made “without evidence.”

But in 2018, after a tightly contested election for the ninth congressional district of North Carolina, Democrats won an order for a “redo election” because of allegations of voter fraud which have STILL not been proven in court.

2004: The 2004 presidential election in Ukraine bore many similarities to our 2020 election with very high voter turn-out, special voting boxes that allowed citizens to vote from home, and election observers being expelled from vote counting.

The U.S. State Department declared it a corrupt election that “even Stalinist North Korea would envy.”

BACKLASH: The Trump Accountability Project, which proposed blacklisting supporters of President Donald Trump, is “no longer active.”

COVID-19: The feds have struck a deal with Rite Aid, Walgreens, Albertsons, Publix, Costco and Walmart to make coronavirus vaccinations available free at their pharmacies, the same as flu shots are now.

The Dominion Voting Systems, which has been used in multiple states where fraud has been alleged in the 2020 U.S. Election, was rejected three times by data communications experts from the Texas Secretary of State and Attorney General’s Office for failing to meet basic security standards.

Dominion Voting Systems is the system that switched 6,000 Trump votes to Biden in Antrim County, Michigan. Ninety-six percent of Dominion employee donations went to Democrats.

2020: Not-President-Elect Joe Biden is taking calls with foreign leaders. ::coughMikeFlynncough::

2000: On Election Day, November 7, 2000, the networks called that election’s key swing state of Florida for Gore, then for Bush, then said it was too close to call. Gore conceded, then rescinded his concession. For the next 36 days, there were multiple legal challenges and stops and starts to the recount.

Officials conducted an electronic recount, in which ballots were re-fed into the same machines, but Gore asked for a hand recount. The Florida Supreme Court ordered a recount of undervotes in all of Florida’s 67 counties, which was quickly appealed by Bush, and the case headed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The court voted 7-2 that the Florida recount, as it was being conducted, was unconstitutional on the grounds that there were no clear standards that were being applied consistently to all ballots. Then, the court voted 5-4 (along ideological lines) that time had run out to devise a remedy, which stopped the count with Bush ahead. About 80 percent of poll respondents told Gallup that they accepted the results as legitimate.

The whole thing dragged on for five weeks. Trump has only been challenging the outcome for a week and a half.

ARIZONA: The race in Arizona is very tight and will likely go to a recount.

President Trump’s campaign filed a lawsuit in Arizona this week demanding a hand count of ballots it says were incorrectly counted.
