The First Couple Honor Military Mothers
“Mother’s Day, which is this Sunday, is celebrated just one time per year. I don’t know about all of you, but I think mothers should be celebrated each and every day,” Trump shared with the group, thanking them for the sacrifice they make everyday for our country.
“As a mother myself, I know what goes into raising a child. It takes an incredible amount of strength, a lot of time, a generous amount of patience, and all of your love,” FLOTUS stated. “As moms, we are so incredibly privileged to be able to bring children into this world and be a part of helping them grow into adults.”
THEY RIP THIS WOMAN APART BECAUSE THEY HATE HER HUSBAND. YOU CAN TELL THESE TWO TRULY LOVE EACH OTHER.

Clinton: ‘There Are Tens of Millions of People Who Haven’t Moved on’ From 2016
“How do you deal with the disappointment that is so monumental?” Barry asked. “I mean the rest of us have disappointments from time to time, but certainly not on that scale. How do you deal with that?”
“It’s still an ongoing process; our country has not yet resolved it,” Clinton said. “People ask ‘why haven’t you moved on?’ and I say, ‘well, there are tens of millions of people who haven’t moved on because there are still so many unanswered questions.'”

A Post for No Apparent Reason
Except that I’m bored, I have a lot of leftover stuff, and Curmudgeon from Political Clown Parade named our little corner of the Garden as the featured blog of the week. It is gratifying to be recognized in one’s own lifetime, proving once again that mental illness is no longer hopeless. Continue reading

Speaking Ill of the Walking Dead
John Sidney McCain III, son and grandson of admirals, the epitome of a “fortunate son,” as John Fogerty termed it. Shot down in 1967, he was imprisoned in the Hanoi Hilton until 1973. Has been praised endlessly for his service while others who suffered the same fate got nothing but scorn. Retired from the Navy in 1981 after marrying multimillionaire beer heiress, Cindy Hensley, and was elected to the House in 1982. There he served two terms until he won a Senate seat in 1986, which he still, sadly, occupies. Continue reading

Six More Months
Have you felt a little more pride being an American the last 1 and 1/2 years? Do you feel like you finally have a voice? Like there is a real man in the White House who puts our country first? One who doesn’t bow to dictators? Who’s not a global embarrassment? Who does not feel proud to put 40 million more souls on government assistance? Who doesn’t cause a racial crisis every time a black criminal pays the penalty for his behavior? Continue reading

The pile of links just keeps a-gettin’ higher. I may have to break this into two different posts. That’s okay, DW isn’t around and there’s nothing on my busy social calendar today. Lucky you.
