On April 6, 2009, the Left-leaning Huffington Post reported that President Obama had “casually rebuked the old chestnut that the United States is a Judeo-Christian nation.”

An old chestnut: A stale joke, story, or saying … like that thing about George Washington and the cherry tree.

Clearly, HuffPo thinks Obama was correct to “casually rebuke” all those fascists and simpletons on the Right who insist on repeating the dimwitted canard that the United States of America was founded on RELIGIOUS ideals and values.

Except … oops. Not only is Barack Obama WRONG, but also he is the FIRST American president in HISTORY to DENY that America is a Christian nation!

The idea that the United States is a Christian nation is not some whacky idea that Right-Wingnuts invented five minutes ago.

These are a very far cry from Barack Obama’s claim that we are a secular nation founded on secular principles.

Obama also reminded Conservatives that we have complained about judicial activism, as if should should automatically agree with him that SCOTUS should keep their mitts off ObamaCare.
