U.P.S. Delivers; So Does D.J.T.

Amazing. Donald Trump was elected to be the 45th president 21 days ago. Three weeks. He won’t take the oath of office for 53 days. Yet he’s already done more to make things better, more positive for all Americans than that worthless poser has in eight years. Sure, the jobs he saved at the Ford plant in Kentucky and the Carrier jobs may not make a big difference overall, but I can tell you he’s given an awful lot of Americans something they’ve not had for 8 years…hope. Real hope, not a convoluted catch phrase.

Good News: Trump Team And United Technologies Reach Agreement To Keep 1000 Carrier Jobs In Indiana

[CtH: I’m thinking Trump has saved more jobs before taking office than Obama did in 8 years.]

I could have done this also! I just didn’t want to.

SOON, WE WON’T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS SHIT
Feds cut $167 million in domestic programs to house, feed illegals for just 1 month

The Department of Health and Human Services is raiding several of its accounts, including money for Medicare, the Ryan White AIDS/HIV program and those for cancer and flu research to cover a shortfall in housing illegal youths pouring over the border at a rate of 255 a day.
HHS is trying to come up with $167 million to fund the Office of Refugee Resettlement that is accepting the youths, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.

Gross: Obama Sending Two Top Officials To Fidel Castro’s Funeral
SURPRISED? SHOULDN’T BE.
President Obama will not send an official delegation to the funeral of Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro, but two Obama administration officials will attend and represent the United States, the White House said Tuesday.
Attending the funeral will be Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes and Ambassador Jeffrey DeLaurentis, the chief U.S. diplomat in Havana.

Here Are Donald Trump’s Cabinet Picks So Far

Chief White House Strategist: Trump Campaign CEO Steve Bannon
Attorney General: Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions
Housing and Urban Development Secretary: Dr. Ben Carson

Steve Mnuchin picked by Trump to head Treasury Department
mnuchinDonald Trump will nominate Steve Mnuchin, who has ties to both Wall Street and Hollywood, to be treasury secretary, according to a report Tuesday.
The 53-year-old, who also served as finance director for the presidential campaign, was at Trump Tower on Tuesday to meet with the transition team.
The New York Times reported Tuesday evening that he would be the Treasury pick — sparking an angry reaction from Democrats, who said his ties to Wall Street were a betrayal of Mr. Trump’s campaign promises.
“So much for draining the swamp,” said Democratic National Committee spokesman Adam Hodge. “Nominating Steve Mnuchin to be Treasury Secretary — a billionaire hedge fund manager and Goldman Sachs alumnus who preyed on homeowners struggling during the recession — is a slap in the face to voters who hoped he would shake up Washington.”
GOLDMAN SACHS WAS ALSO HILLARY’S BIGGEST CONTRIBUTOR.
MNUCHIN WILL BE TASKED WITH A CORPORATE TAX REDUCTION PLAN TO BRINGS JOBS AND CAPITAL BACK TO THE STATES.

Is he stupid or lying?

President Barack Obama has just declared that he has not contributed to the divisions that have sprung up in the country during his administration.

I can’t believe he is uninformed.  He’s the president, for crying out loud.  Once a year, he even makes a big speech telling us what the State of the Union is.  So either he knows the score and is lying or else he’s just too stupid to understand what he’s done.

Here are just two examples of why I vote for the former.

JOBS:

President Obama has boasted that the 2009 trillion dollar stimulus solved the unemployment crisis. Uhhhhhhhhhhhh … no.

The ranks of the “want a job but can’t find one” has risen to a whopping 15% under his administration.  Five percent is considered normal for a healthy economy.

This graphic shows the percent of Americans employed during the Bush and the Obama years.  It paints a very clear picture of the utter failure Obama has been on job creation.

bush-v-obama-employment

SPENDING:

Candidate Obama criticized Bush spending, likening it to treason and promising to “take a scalpel” to the national budget to reduce spending.  But as soon as he got into office, he increased deficit spending.

During Bush’s years in office, the national debt increased by a little less than $6 Trillion. By the time Obama leaves office, it will be $8 Trillion higher than when he entered office, bringing us to an unprecedented and crushing $20 Trillion debt level.

As for “not” dividing us, puhleeze.  At every turn, he has accused whites, police, and the justice system of oppressing minorities, perpetuated the oft-debunked gender pay gap which he, surprise NOT, blames on discrimination, and declared that Christians are homophobes, but that Islamic radicals, who actually murder gays, are peace-loving and godly people who are just fed up with all the discrimination.

I count the rise of the Tea Party, the collapse of the Democratic Party, the ever growing public awareness of MSM bias, and the election of Donald Trump as President Obama’s chief accomplishments.

Happy Labor Day

Labor Day – Burgers, Brats and Bolshevism

In 1882 a couple of socialist cats named Matthew Maguire and Peter McGuire, both members of the Socialist Labor Party, proposed an official workers’ holiday in New York to be called “Labor Day.” Both men were also active in their respective labor unions, with Maguire belonging to the International Association of Machinists and Peter McGuire general secretary of the Brotherhood of Carpenters and co-founder of the American Federation of Labor. (Busy little pinkos, weren’t they?)
As the popularity of New York’s Labor Day gained momentum in urban centers across the U.S., President Grover Cleveland (yes, a Democrat) signed legislation in June of 1894 declaring Labor Day a national holiday to be held, like New York’s own, the first Monday of every September.
He was not re-elected.

Kudos to those who have managed to remain gainfully employed in spite of Exalted Ruler’s best efforts to draw deep divisions between the haves (them) and the have-nots (us). The press never mentions that the GDP has not seen 3% growth in the 8 years he’s been dismantling the country. Right now it’s growing at an anemic 1-1/2%. Not even during the depths of the Great Depression has economic growth been that slow. He crows about “56 straight months of job gains.” His economy adds 100,000 new minimum wage jobs while 400,000 good-paying full-time jobs disappear. His Obamacare mandates have played a huge role in reducing the work force as employers cut hours to avoid Dear Reader’s onerous taxes.

STILL, THE BAND PLAYED ON:
Labor Secretary: America Is Approaching Full Employment

Perez was asked on CNBC how he felt about the recently released jobs numbers, which showed the unemployment rate held steady at 4.9 percent from July to August while 94,391,000 Americans are not participating in the labor force.

94,391,000 Americans Out of the Labor Force in August

The national unemployment rate also remained unchanged at 4.9 percent, as the United States economy added only 151,000 jobs.

THE ONLY SEGMENT OF THE ECONOMY THAT GREW WAS PUBLIC SERVICE JOBS — UNION CARD-CARRYING, DEMOCRAT SUPPORTING JOBS.

Record High Number of Foreign-Born Workers Employed in U.S.
Number of native-born workers declined over the month

Last month was the first time that the number of foreign-born workers exceeded 26 million. There were 25,984,000 foreign-born workers who had a job in July, and in August that number jumped to 26,134,000, an increase of 240,000.
According to the bureau, a foreign-born person is one who resides in the United States but who was born outside the country. Undocumented immigrants and refugees may be included in the data set, since the bureau does not distinguish between legal and illegal immigrants.
There were 126,453,000 native-born workers employed in July, and in August, that number dropped to 125,670,000, a one-month decline of 783,000.
The unemployment rate for foreign-born workers is also lower for foreign-born workers. In August, the unemployment rate was 4.4 percent for foreign-born workers and 5.1 percent for native-born workers.

Police Union Tells Chicago Cops To Avoid Overtime Over Labor Day Weekend, Spend Time With Their Families

The union says the move is meant to give officers more time with their families, but some critics see it as a way for police to make a point at the expense of the people living in violent neighborhoods.

Chicago Passes 2015 Murder Total With 4 Months Left In 2016
Chicago ticked past a pair of grim milestones as August passed into September. Chicago Police said 90 people were murdered in the city in August. A few hours into Sept. 1, the total number of murders in 2016 reached 469, exceeding the tally for all of last year.

The quadrennial gathering of every victim class, malcontents, freeloaders, liars, demagogues, and elite class wannabes will come to an end tonight. The grand finale will have Mme. Pantsuit waddling across the stage, smiling, waving to the useful idiots and thinking: ‘I’m really going to get away with this.’ Last night saw more victims, like one of the mothers who lost a son in the Pulse night club massacre, blaming guns, standing next to recently sainted lib darling Gabby Giffords. Crazy uncle Joe was being himself, mocking Trump for being stupid. This from a man who exhorted a man in a wheelchair to stand up and called on Americans to recall how FDR addressed the nation in the 30’s during the Depression as they huddled around the televisions that wouldn’t be invented for more than 10 years. The star of the night, as always, was the Magic Negro, cooing about how great the economy was and how the Hildebeast was the most qualified whore to ever run for president. Better even than her rapist partner and his own bony brown ass. All his lies, of course, met with wild cheering from the mindless acolytes who cannot accept reality.

That would be more painful than the president or any of us can imagine.”

“While this nation has been tested by war and recession and all manner of challenge — I stand before you again tonight, after almost two terms as your president, to tell you I am even more optimistic about the future of America,” Obama said.

U.S. Economy Slowdown > Massive Job Losses

Jobless guy

“According to Challenger, Gray & Christmas, U.S. firms announced 65,141 job cuts during April, which represented a massive 35 percent increase over the previous month. And so far this year overall, job cut announcements are running 24 percent higher than for the exact same period in 2015. Meanwhile, on Thursday we learned that initial claims for unemployment benefits shot up dramatically last week. In fact, the jump of 17,000 was the largest increase that we have seen in over a year. Of course the U.S. economy has been slowing down for quite a while now, and many have been wondering when we would begin to see that slowdown reflected in the employment numbers. Well, that day has now arrived.”

Obama: Worst Jobs President Ever

Obama points to the fact that unemployment dropped from 7.9% when he took office to 5% as of last month. But this is misleading in the extreme, since it ignores all those who want jobs, but who have given up looking because the economy is so bad.

Discouraged workers not unemployed

During Obama’s time in the White House, labor force participation dropped farther and faster than under any other administration.

OBAMA worst employment

Other statistics that show how horrific Obama’s economic leadership has truly been:

  • Percentage of families in which no one is employed = Up by 1.9%
  • Number of Americans living below the poverty line = Up by 3.5%
  • Number of Americans on food stamps = Up 13 million
  • Number of small businesses = Down by more than 6 million
  • The number of Americans who own homes = Down by 5.6%
  • Real median household income = Down by 2.3%

Global economic collapse is imminent

Keep in mind that Jesus’ Hebrew name – Yeshua – means Savior. There is no point in being fearful of the future when we are following Him 100%.

2016_04 Global economic collapse

“Mainstream news outlets are already starting to use the phrase “economic collapse” to describe what is going on in some areas of our world right now. For many Americans this may seem a bit strange, but the truth is that the worldwide economic slowdown that began during the second half of last year is starting to get a lot worse. In this article, we are going to examine evidence of this from South America, Europe, Asia and North America. Once we are done, it should be obvious that there is absolutely no reason to be optimistic about the direction of the global economy right now. The warnings of so many prominent experts are now becoming a reality, and what we have witnessed so far are just the early chapters of a crushing economic crisis that will affect every man, woman and child in the entire world.

“Let’s start with Brazil. It has the 7th largest economy on the entire planet, and it is already enduring its worst recession in 25 years. In fact, at the end of last year Goldman Sachs said that what was going on down there was actually a “depression“.

“But now the crisis in Brazil has escalated significantly.”

I believe …

that climate change is natural, not man-made.

that draconian measures to reduce man-made greenhouse gasses will badly damage local and global economies while having no impact whatsoever on pollution, climate, weather, or sea levels.

that efforts to suppress fossil fuel use in the name of saving the planet are at best misguided and at worse deeply anti-human.

that no society has ever grown out of poverty without an abundant, affordable, reliable source of energy.

that at this time, fossil fuels are the best energy source for Third World nations struggling to eliminate poverty.

that demanding Third World countries stop using fossil fuels means denying them the right to ever have clean, reliable water and labor-saving devices that allow local farmers to produce food in abundance.

that refusing to allow the 1.2 billion any chance at having electricity for refrigeration and other food preservation processes condemns them to hunger and disease, not due to a lack of food, but to a lack of a consistent, year-round supply of safe, edible food.

that demanding impoverished peoples continue to heat and cook with smoky open fires does nothing to help the environment, while causing many of them to go blind.

After the Shemitah: Are we out of the woods yet?

At the end of Shemitah 5775, $11 trillion in global stock market wealth was wiped out. Since then, there have been some signs of a strong recovery.

Are we out of the woods?

Shemitah economic collapse banner

Jay Peroni, the chief investment officer at Faith-Based Investor and author of Blood Moons on Wall Street, says the following indicators suggest the answer is no. The recovery is merely the calm before the storm.

  • The number of advancing stocks versus declining stocks has dropped.
  • The total number of advancing stocks also declined.
  • Earning expectations are the worst on record since the Great Recession.
  • Obama is expected to sign into law a new budget on Monday that would increase the national debt to $20 trillion by the time he leaves office in 2017—double the amount when he took the oath in 2009.
  • U.S. third quarter gross domestic product rose at just 1.5 percent, far below the 3.9 percent growth rate during the second quarter.
  • U.S. exports have fallen over 11 percent this year—lining up with prior recessions.
  • Manufacturing activity, a good indicator of overall financial health, has steadily declined in the U.S. and China—the largest economies in the world.
  • Nations throughout the world are keeping their countries propped up solely through central bank stimulus—keeping interest rates artificially low and printing more money to stimulate economic growth.
  • The International Monetary Fund has warned the world economy could crash if central banks do not continue their low interest rate policies.
  • Tensions with Russia and Syria could erupt into a much more global war, disrupting world stability.
  • The refugee crisis in Europe could make an already fragile economic crisis much worse.

If Peroni is right, the worst is yet to come.
