Two years ago, President Trump and First Lady Melania were forced to cancel a planned trip to Aisne Marne American Cemetery to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I with French President Macron.
The Atlantic recently dusted the story off, claiming Trump had said he didn’t want to go, because there was nobody but losers buried there. Anybody who knows Trump at all knows that’s ridiculous. He has tremendous respect for our military! And the real reason for canceling was reported at the time.
The press and Democrats and Never Trumpers jumped on the rehash of this old non-story. Trump denied the slander and reiterated that bad weather had grounded their helicopter.
He had considered, but had nixed the idea of driving, because a 55-mile, last-minute motorcade drive would have caused his security detail enormous stress and made a mess of Paris traffic.
He was criticized (of course) for canceling, but you know as sure as the sun shines in Yuma, he’d have been criticized for messing up traffic if he’d gone.
Slow Joe Biden decided to lead with this nasty piece of FAKE NEWS at his Sept 4 presser, feigning anger over Trump’s alleged remarks, even as he admitted that he had no idea if the story was true!
The Atlantic, which got the first question asked, “What does it tell you about President Trump’s soul and the life he leads?“
CBS claimed Trump had “once again suggested to his supporters that they can vote twice … which is a felony” then asked Joe, “Just curious what you make of it?”
Another question was “Why aren’t you angrier at Trump?” Whoa. Deep.
What the DemoRat Jerk-nalists did NOT ask were any questions about Joe’s plans or policies. They did NOT ask about members of his staff donating money to bail rioters out of jail. And they did NOT ask about that time he groped a Secret Service agent’s girlfriend, which has led to a recent law suit filing.

They don’t even care that county health officials have cleared the way for such classes to occur.

CALIFORNIA: A district attorney in Northern California is recommending that “personal need” be considered by prosecutors before deciding if looting charges should be filed against in Black Lives Matters protest/rioters.
The decision to prosecute someone for a crime should only be about how much evidence there is that the person DID it. Motivation should only come up during the trial and at sentencing.
CATHOLIC: Apostates for Biden – On Thursday night, “Catholics for Biden” held its official online launch. Speakers included Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) who has been prohibited from receiving Holy Communion in his home diocese since 2004, because of his public support for abortion.
The group is pushing the idea that their support for the Green New Deal makes them “Pope Francis Catholics.” However, they have less than no interest in protecting the unborn and Joe Biden has even promised to pursue getting unrestricted abortion codified into federal law, which would eliminate every pro-life law any state has passed.
Pope Francis has likened abortion to “hiring a hitman,” and has condemned selective abortion of the disabled as “the same as the Nazis to maintain the purity of the race, but with white gloves.”
CHINA: Ethnic cleansing – A Uyghur doctor says she spent 20 years helping the ChiComs’ efforts to destroy her people. She has escaped and now wants to tell her story to help atone.
“I participated in at least five to six hundred operations, including forced contraception, forced abortion and sterilization, and forced removal of wombs. We’d go village to village, gather all the women, and herd them on to tractors. Young women were fitted with contraceptive devices. Pregnant women would have to have an abortion and sterilization.”

NEW HAMPSHIRE: The small town of Croydon only has a local, public school for grades K-4. From fifth grade on, resident students receive a set dollar amount for tuition at a non-sectarian school of the parents/guardians choice.
A New Hampshire family is suing to force Croyden to expand the program to cover the Catholic school they want their child to attend. They argue the town’s sectarian exclusion is illegal based on the recent Supreme Court decision, Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue.
OREGON: One reason the riots in Portland have gone on so long is that the local prosecutor has refused to prosecute the people the Portland PD arrests. That is all going to change now that the Oregon State Police have been charged with keeping the peace in Portland.
Earlier this summer, the OSP was cross-deputized by the federal government, meaning their detainees can be prosecuted in Bill Barr’s court.
Attorney General William Barr announced, back in June, that ANTIFA has been designated a domestic terror organization, individuals arrested in Portland by OSP could also be investigated for their ties to ANTIFA and other larger, national organizations.
TEXAS: Racist dog whistle? I can’t help wondering what the stylist was supposed to do when the most powerful Democrat in the country asked for an appointment, especially when said stylist is probably hurting badly for income.
The stylist rents space inside the shop whose owner, understandably angry about Pelosi expecting special treatment, leaked the security camera footage.
Does Pelosi apologize for expecting her super special hair deserved super special treatment? Nope. She claimed the whole thing “was a setup” and that “this salon owes me an apology.”
PELOSI: “Since this has happened, I have received nothing but hate text messages, death threats, [saying that] they’re going to burn my hair salon down,” says the salon owner. “My Yelp page is just unbelievable with bad reviews.”
South Dakota’s Republican Governor Kristi Noem tweeted a personal message to the salone owner: “Erika, if you want to run your salon in a state that respects Freedom and won’t shut you down, then South Dakota is open for you.”

BIDEN: Joe Grope – In 2009, an unidentified Secret Service agent was suspended for a week for “shoving Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him.”
According to the report, “The situation got so heated … that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President.”
Judicial Watch filed a FOIA request for the report. The Secret Service told them it had been destroyed. Judicial Watch is suing.

COLORADO: Boulder – A 12-year-old boy told his mother that an adult woman confronted him over his “Trump 2020” sign. He heard her say something like, “You want something to look at,” then punched him in the back of the head and arms four or five times with a closed fist, and scratched him.
Police say the event did occur and that they are looking for the woman. The boy says he is now afraid to show his support for the president.
ILLINOIS: Chicago – When rioters moved their mess to the mayor’s front stoop, she ordered Chicago PD to close off her neighborhood and arrest anyone who refused to leave. Her neighbors said there have been as many as 50 cops in the neighborhood, checking IDs before letting residents go to their homes.
Lightfoot says she is justified in using city resources to protect her home and family. I guess the people whose homes and businesses have been in the other neighborhoods where the rioters have gone are just not as worthy as she is. Or something.
IOWA: Cedar Falls – Some loser left a plastic skull covered in profanity and threats near a pro-Trump yard sign outside an older couple’s home. The skull was filled with hateful messages written in black permanent marker, including “I hope you die before you can vote.”
MISSOURI: St. Louis – Democrat mayors seem to start out by supporting BLM and trying to appease them. But then the ungrateful anarchists end up bringing their bullhorns and fireworks to the mayors’ personal homes. Two of them – Portland’s Mayor Wheeler and St. Louis’ Mayor Krewson – have decided it’s best if they just pack up and move.
It’s interesting to note that the Krewson home is in the same gated community where Mark and Patricia McCloskey live. Remember them? The couple who were filmed pointing guns at a rowdy mob that barged through their gates, demanding to be allowed into their home?
St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner filed felony charges against them, which the Missouri AG sought to have dismissed. The McCloskeys later spoke about their experiences at the Republican National Convention.
NEW YORK: NYC – A new survey of residents of the five buroughs found 46% unbelievably think that New York is still heading in the right direction. Forty-two percent said it’s on the wrong track, citing the economy and public safety as the biggest concerns.
Given the deep blue predominance of Democrats in the rotten apple, I guess 42% is a huge number. And these are the same people who elected AOC and Mayor DeBlasio, so there’s that. Also, a whole lot of people who certainly would’ve said “wrong track” weren’t available to pollsters, having already made their own tracks to go live somewhere else.
WASHINGTON, DC: [4:19] – There was a police shooting in Washington, DC, on Wednesday. Immediately, there were claims that police had “murdered” 18-year-old Deon Kay by shooting him in the back. But the body camera footage showed that Kay did have a gun and was shot in the chest while running toward an officer.
WISCONSIN: Green Bay – Last Saturday, Green Bay PD arrested ANTIFA organizer Matthew “Commander Red” Banta with a flamethrower and smoke grenades on his way to a protest. He was accompanied by others wearing helmets and armed with sticks and baseball bats that they claimed were for self-defense.
The Green Bay police chief said, “I don’t know who comes to a protest with a baseball bat for anything other than criminal or illegal activity.”
When detained, Banta dropped to the ground, curled up into the fetal position and began crying.

CALIFORNIA: Religious persecution – Los Angeles County has tried and failed four times to convince a judge to shut down indoor services at a popular Christian megachurch, so the county is moving to evict the congregation from a parking lot it’s been using for 45 years. The church pays the county $8,300 per month in rent for use of the land.
CALIFORNIA:After Nancy Pelosi got blow-back for getting her elitist blow-out, a senior Politico reporter jumped to her defense.
“Have to ask upon seeing this: Is it legal in CA — a ‘two party consent’ state — to videotape someone in a private home or business without their consent?”
The blow-back on her was hysterical!

ILLINOIS: Chicago – Chicago is already one of the most dangerous cities in the US. It’s going to get worse. The FBI office in Chicago has informed local law enforcement that 36 local gangs have sworn to kill any cop who draws his or her gun in public.
MASSACHUSETTS: Senate incumbent Ed Markey (D-MA) defeated Rep. Joseph P. Kennedy III (D-MA-4) in the Democratic Senate primary this week, giving the young Kennedy the dubious distinction of being the first member of his famous family to lose a race in Massachusetts.
Kennedy tried to make the race about him and not his family, which ended abruptly later in the race when he added his grandfather Robert Kennedy and great-uncles to his mailers and TV ads. While the Kennedy name still means something to older people in Massachusetts across racial lines, the younger generation doesn’t care so much.
NEW YORK: TDS– Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo told the press on Wednesday night that Trump had “better have an army if he thinks he’s gonna walk down the street in New York. New Yorkers don’t want to have anything to do with him. He can’t have enough bodyguards to walk through New York City, people don’t want to have anything to do with him.”
NEW YORK: Nursing home cover up – Back in March, Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Health Department forced nursing homes to admit COVID-positive patients. Then they only counted COVID deaths among nursing home patients who actually died in their nursing homes.
Early last month, the Empire Center filed a FOIA seeking the number of nursing home residents who died of coronavirus after being transferred to a hospital. The Health Department admits it has that information, but is refusing to release it until November 5 at the earliest.
OREGON: Portland – Lonnie Vantewa Albert, 55, faces up to eight years in prison for repeatedly assaulting two Federal Protective Service officers with his SUV on Aug. 30.
The first incident occurred when Albert came along side, then swerved and struck the FPS officers’ vehicle, causing his SUV to spin out. When one of the officers got out of the vehicle to see if Albert was injured, but the 55-year-old aimed his SUV at the officer, then fled the scene.
Next, Albert exited the freeway and stopped his vehicle near a hospital. When the officers pulled into the hospital’s parking lot, Albert drove into the officers’ vehicle a second time. The FPSvehicle sustained visible dents, scratches, and other damage.
On Monday, the DOJ said 100 individuals have been federally arrested and 76 federally charged in connection with the rioting in Portland. But these are federal arrests, so the criminals end up in one of Bill Barr’s courts.
Not so the rioters who get arrested by Portland PD. THEY end up back on the streets, because the Democrat DA Mike Schmidt refuses to charge them.
Which is why, when Oregon Gov. Kate Brown suggested using officers from nearby counties to create a law enforcement surge in Portland, the sheriffs both said no. They specifically cited Mike Schmidt and the “lack of political support for public safety.”
WASHINGTON, DC: When Lefties started tearing down statues of Confederate heroes, Donald Trump predicted the Founding Fathers would be next. He was ridiculed for it. Sadly, he was right.
WISCONSIN: Kenosha – Four people arrested in Kenosha for curfew violations have filed a lawsuit against city and county authorities, claiming the curfew violates their constitutional rights to free speech and equal protection.

COVID-19:In 2012, a mystery disease struck six Chinese miners who had been shoveling horseshot bat guano in Yunnan province. Their symptoms included dry cough, shortness of breath, fever, limb soreness (myalgia), headaches, and low blood oxygen. Sound familiar?
Virologist Jonathan Latham, Ph.D. and geneticist Allison Wilson, Ph.D. theorize that the miners acquired a coronavirus from the bats in the mine and that this bat virus evolved extensively inside their bodies to become a highly human-adapted virus. This evolution occurred during a hospitalization period that, for some, lasted many months.
Blood and other samples were extracted from the miners, some of which were sent to the Wuhan Institute of Virology, long suspected to be the source of the COVID-19 global pandemic.
FLEEING: The pandemic and rioting have inspired residents of big, Democrat-run cities to flee. Rents in NYC and San Francisco fell by 5% just in the last month.
Meanwhile, rental prices are increasing in rural areas and smaller, Republican-run states. Over the past month, rents have increased 5.3% in Laredo, Texas, and 5.2% in Lincoln, Nebraska.
PERSONAL FINANCES: A recent Rasmussen survey asked registered voters how their finances are. Scott Rasmussen called the results “pretty optimistic” given all we’ve been through this year.

Biden vs. Trump gambling odds have shifted from 61% vs. 36.4% on Aug. 1 to 50.7% vs. 48.3% on Sept. 1.
Trump is behind in all but one battleground state (NC is tied), but he is slightly ahead of where he was at this point back in 2016 when he won the election.
Trump’s daily total approval rating among likely voters is frequently better than President Obama’s was at the same points in his presidency.

BIDEN: In April 2019, Slow Joe kicked off his third presidential campaign by endorsing ANTIFA.

“Rioting is not protesting. Looting is not protesting. Setting fires is not protesting … it’s lawlessness, plain and simple,” said Biden on Monday.
Yeah … well … ANTIFA’s violent methods may be really out there now, but they were well documented in April 2019 too.
BIDEN: Violence – On Monday, Slow Joe claimed he condemned, “violence of every kind by anyone, whether on the left or the right.”
Yeah. No.
During the entire four days of the Democrat convention, not one of the speakers had a word of condemnation for the rioting, looting, and soaring crime rates in Democrat-run cities.
FLORIDA: CLICK [4:00] – Gov. DeSantis promises that Florida will never shut down again.
OREGON: [:18] – Day 96 of Portland “mostly peaceful” rioting took “protesters” to Portland’s pro-protest, Democrat Mayor Ted Wheeler’s apartment building on Monday night. While there, they started a fire in the street, set off loud fireworks, and chanted ‘happy tear gas to you’ on his 58th birthday.

SHOOTER IDENTIFIED:The man who murdered a Trump supporter has been identified as ANTIFA member, Michael Reinoehl.
His social media includes things like: “Every Revolution needs people that are willing and ready to fight.” “I am 100% ANTIFA all the way!” “It will be a war and like all war there will be casualties.”
His sister recognized him in the videos and called the police. She described him as “impulsive and irrational” and said he has been estranged from the rest of the family for three years.
Portland police declined to comment or release any information, saying it is an active homicide investigation.
COVID-19: Excessive nursing home deaths – The Department of Justice has launched a probe into the policy the DEMOCRAT governors of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan implemented that led to thousands of elderly nursing home patients being unnecessarily infected with and dying from the coronavirus.
Gov. Mask Hypocrite Cuomo says the probe is just politics, but New York’s coronavirus death toll in nursing homes, already among the highest in the nation, could actually be a significant undercount. Unlike every other state with major outbreaks, New York only counts residents who died on nursing home property and not those who were transported to hospitals and died there.
COVID-19:The New York Times just published a report showing that most of the tests for COVID-19 are so sensitive that they might be creating thousands upon thousands of false positives or flagging people with tiny quantities of virus who are not contagious.
“While the New York Times uses this revelation as an impetus to bizarrely advocate for even more testing, the report itself is a refreshing apparently random act of journalism. It turns out that most people who test positive are barely carrying any viral load, certainly not enough to infect other people. Thus far, these tests have not conveyed to medical professionals the degree of viral load or contagiousness – just a positive or negative result.”
VOTER FRAUD: This is really disturbing – “A top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows this because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades. …

She ended the interview after he refused to answer questions about the morality of looting.

RIOTS:Democrat cities are dying as business owners cancel plans to open new stores, shift workers away from downtown offices, and/or pull out of Democrat hell holes altogether.
They cite the weak response by Democrat political leaders to the rioting and looting that has been wreaking havoc on their cities since late May.
OREGON: Portland – Portland’s Democrat Mayor Ted Wheeler publicly refused federal aid, then blamed President Trump for the shooting of a right-wing protester in Portland on Saturday night.
“It’s you [Trump] who have created the hate and division. What America needs is for you to be stopped.” – Mayor Ted Wheeler
Joe Biden also blamed President Trump for “recklessly encouraging violence” in Portland saying, “All of us are less safe because Donald Trump can’t do the job of the American president.”
WISCONSIN: Kenosha – The locals say that outsiders are responsible for the destruction and violence. And they blame their Democrat governor, Tony Evers, for allowing their city to go up in flames.
This is likely to be very bad politically for Democrats, since Wisconsin will be a crucial swing state in the 2020 presidential election.

TRANS:The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond, Virginia, ruled recently that “equal protection and Title IX can protect transgender students from school bathroom policies that prohibit them from affirming their gender.”

OREGON: Portland – An ANTIFA/BLM paramilitary gunman, apparently incensed at the nerve of some Trump supporters to peacefully demonstrate, hunted one down and assassinated him.

WASHINGTON: Kenosha riots– RiotKitchen206 tweeted, “Riot Kitchen HQ just learned that our bus crew was arrested in broad daylight in #Kenosha today – kidnapped by feds in unmarked vans. We are currently trying to find our friends who were just there to feed people. Please share and donate for bail via Venmo riotkitchen206.”
According to the Kenosha News, the detainment occurred around 7:30 p.m., well after the city’s 7 p.m. curfew.
The Kenosha Police Department’s media release said that Kenosha police officers were responding to a citizen tip when they located and took up surveillance on three suspicious looking vehicles with out-of-state plates.
When they saw occupants filling multiple fuel cans with gasoline, the LEOs exited their vehicles. They were wearing appropriate identification and verbally identified themselves, before detaining the occupants of two of the vehicles.
When the third attempted to drive away, police stopped it, forced entry and found helmets, gas masks, protective vests, illegal fireworks, and suspected controlled substances. These individuals were also arrested.
Riot Kitchen responded, “Protective equipment we have on the bus is just that – for protection while being in large crowds with masks for COVID protection.”
Not sure how helmets, protective vests, illegal fireworks, gas masks, and controlled substances (which were found in the three vehicles) are supposed to protected people from COVID.
COVID-19: Trump’s response – Through Operation Warp Speed and in partnership with Abbott Laboratories, production of the super fast coronavirus test will be ramped up to 50 million tests monthly.
The test costs $5 per test and produces results in 15 minutes with a 97% accuracy rate. Like a home pregnancy test, it doesn’t need a lab or a machine to process it.
COVID-19: Non sequitur – While discussing social distancing on CNN, Dr. Rob Davidson said that the lack of COVID-19 precautions at social justice protests aren’t as concerning as the crowd at the White House for President Donald Trump’s Republican National Convention speech, because racism is a public health issue.

Trump 2020 Advisory Board member Nan Hayworth responded, “@Politico’s bitter and desperate partisanship on full display today. Alice Johnson is no one’s prop. How dare you disrespect this amazing and powerful woman. You reveal yourselves in your derision. How petty, small, and pathetic you are.“
Hayworth was far from alone. Others tweeted the “propped up” accusation was “disgustingly racist.”

Johnson herself said, “To address Politico, to think that I can’t think for myself is a huge insult to me. … No one can prop me up to do anything I don’t want to do. My interactions with him and the things that he said and the things that I know touches his heart, those things would not come from a racist man. They are free to have their opinions, but in my personal opinion, I do not believe he’s a racist.”

Some people on Comfortably Smug’s feed said there wasn’t any video of the mob assaulting Johnson, therefore it didn’t happen. Ooookay. Maybe. Or maybe this group was so much more incensed by Johnson or frightened by the mob that they didn’t immediately do the 21st century thing – i.e., record it on their phones. I mean, trees do fall in the woods.
We have seen video of the rage mobs attacking Rand Paul and Dan and Paula Bongino. And I personally can easily believe that Alice Johnson would be a particular target, given the power and content of her speech.
And it’s not like we haven’t all seen the Left’s viciousness and violence in full color this summer. Nor have we missed the blatant encouragement Democrat leaders have voiced, nor the blatant lies about the “mostly peaceful protesters” spewed by the Slime Stream Media.
