R.I.P. Janet Reno

Janet Reno, first female U.S. attorney general, dies at 78

I HEARD THIS ABOUT 3:30 AM ON THE RADIO
Janet Reno, the first woman to serve as U.S. attorney general, has died at age 78.

Her godddaugher, Gabrielle D’Alemberte, told the Associated Press that she died early Monday from complications related to Parkinson’s disease.

Reno was sworn in as the first female attorney general on March 12, 1993, under the administration of Bill Clinton. She served in the role until 2001.

THERE’S NOT MUCH TO SAY EXCEPT SHE LIVED LONG ENOUGH TO SEE HER REPLACED AS THE WORST A.G. IN HISTORY BY OBAMA LAPDOG ERIC HOLDER THEN BY THE EVEN MORE CORRUPT LORETTA LYNCH.
HER RECORD FOR GROSS INCOMPETENCE WAS WELL-EARNED.
She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 1995 after noticing a trembling in her left hand. Reno unsuccessfully ran for Florida governor in 2002.
Reno was criticized early in her tenure for the deadly raid on the Branch Davidian compound at Waco, Texas.

Waco … Ruby Ridge … Elian Gonzalez … Whitewater coverup … Vince Foster coverup … Ron Brown coverup … Bubba sex scandals coverup … Janet Rhino (a.k.a. Bigfoot) left quite a legacy!

GRANNY ALWAYS SAID IF YOU CAN’T SAY SOMETHING NICE ABOUT SOMEBODY DON’T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL.

Hillary’s Play List

The trouble with being partially disabled and retired is that sometimes you find yourself with way too much time on your hands. While sitting here contemplating the impending maelstrom that will consume what’s left of America, I got to thinking about what the Bloody Beast might have on her Spotify (I think that’s what they call it.) I’m sure theyre are many, many more, but I’m tired.

HER CAMPAIGN SONG:

Lies The Knickerbockers
FROM 1966

Crow – Evil Woman

If I Ruled the World

Cold Cold Heart

Devil Woman

Liar Liar The Castaways
I REMEMBER WHEN HAVING HAIR THIS LONG WAS SHOCKING
THE FRUG, THE SWIM, THE JERK, THE HULLY GULLY…. THESE WERE ACTUAL DANCES

EWTN interview with Donald Trump

2016-ewtn-trump-interview

Eternal World Television Network [EWTN] is a Catholic television channel.  Here, Republican nominee Donald Trump is interviewed by Raymond Arroyo on the World Over show.  It’s worth your time regardless of who who you think you support. If you are a pro-Hillary Catholic or Evangelical, you should absolutely look at this before voting.

Disqualified

“Well, it certainly is a disqualifier for me but every voter in this country will make that decision, but it really is remarkable, as I said in our vice presidential debate, if either–either my son or Tim Kaine’s son, both of whom are serving our country as Marines, mishandled classified information the way Hillary Clinton did, they’d be at least court-martialed.”

Old Fat White Man Plays the Blues

The blues came out of the South at a time when there was real racism. Segregation, discrimination perpetrated by democrats who inflicted misery on poor blacks. The children of slaves and sharecroppers let their feelings out through their music. It was the root of what was to become rock-a-billy and, later, rock and roll. The artists of the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s were heavily influenced by this uniquely American sound. They didn’t make the millions musicians that make it to the top do now. They just did it because it was all they had. Beats the hell out of the garbage they call “rap music” today. Blecchhh. These are some of my favorite blues songs. Some are original, some are covers by later artists. In full disclosure, I sang a couple of these. Ego is not necessarily a bad thing.

JOHN LEE HOOKER – BAD LIKE JESSE JAMES

Howlin’ Wolf – Back Door Man

Big Mama Thornton – Everything Gonna Be Alright

I DID THIS ONE WITH AN 8 PIECE BAND.

THIS ONE TOO

LeadBelly – Midnight Special

Robert Johnson – Kind Hearted Woman Blues (1936)
NOW,THIS WAS THE BLUES

NOT ACTUALLY THE BLUES, BUT I LIKE IT

Muddy Waters – Got My Mojo Workin’
AN ICON OF BLUES MUSIC…YOU MAY EVEN HAVE HEARD OF HIM

AUGUST 27, 1990: STEVIE RAY WAS TOURING WITH TWO OTHER GUITAR GODS, ERIC CLAPTON AND ROBERT CRAY.
HE LEFT THE ROSEMONT HORIZON, A VENUE IN THE CHICAGO SUBURBS, IN A HELICOPTER TO FLY TO THEIR NEXT GIG IN EAST TROY, WISCONSIN, JUST WEST OF MILWAUKEE. HE NEVER MADE IT. WE LOST A TRUE MASTER THAT NIGHT.

Stevie Ray Vaughan – Look at Little Sister

Frozen in Time

During the course of one’s lifetime there are certain events that become unforgettable, for whatever reason. Personal events like birthdays, graduations, weddings, the death of a pet or loved one. Then there are those that interrupt the world. The assassinations of JFK, Bobby Kennedy, and Martin Luther King, the first man on the moon, and of course 9/11. We all remember where we were and what we were doing at that moment. Another of those moments happened 39 years ago, when we heard that the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Aaron Presley, died at Graceland. On his toilet. Bloated and full of prescription drugs. There are still throngs of rabidly loyal fans who gather at his homestead on this occasion.
There was supposed to be an effort to disrupt this years remembrance by the Black Victim class, but I never heard any more about it.
Black Lives Matter Targets Graceland: Plans To ‘Shut Down’ Elvis Week
The Coalition of Concerned Citizens, a radical group that includes Black Lives Matter protesters, has set its sights on Elvis territory, with a plan to “Shut Down Graceland” on Monday.
While the target might seem unusual, the timing is not. The annual Elvis Week has been taking place since Wednesday and is slated to continue until Tuesday.
Leaders say they also chose Graceland because “it demonstrates one of Memphis’s most common forms of financial inequality and because the site has ties to … the death of unarmed teen Darrius Stewart.”
“We feel like we still haven’t been answered,” said Frank Gottie, a community leader. “They’re givin’ us the runaround.”
# WHATEVER

No entertainer in history has had the number of imitators that Elvis has, not even close. But as usual, there is no comparison to the original, like bad movie sequels. He changed the face of music forever. Granny didn’t care for him at first, but as time went on, she forgave Elvis. Her rationale was that ‘Elvis may have shaken his stuff, but he never showed it to anybody.’
This is my excuse to post some of my favorite Elvis numbers.
ELVIS PRESLEY “Don’t Be Cruel” on The Ed Sullivan Show

Elvis Presley – Heartbreak Hotel

Wooden Heart – Elvis Presley from G.I. Blues

MY FAVORITE… I’VE SUNG IT MANY TIMES

Are You Hungry?

There is customer service, then there’s customer service. We’ve all heard the tales about Starbucks ordering their employees to lecture customers about race. Fast food places refusing to serve police officers. Places where police walk in and the low-info employees all put their hands up.

We’ve also seen the owners of Chick-Fil-A demeaned and vilified because they remained true to their religious beliefs and refused to cover abortions through Obamacare. New York Mayor Bill DeBullshit is still fuming about the Chick-fil-A that opened in the city, even though it has a blocks-long line every single day. The left can’t function without straw men to point fingers at.

Cook Out restaurant employees refused to serve Trump supporters who came in for food after the Trump rally in Virginia on Friday night.

The employees said, “Hell no! I’m not serving them!”

A group of Trump supporters say they were mocked and discriminated against by employees of a popular southeastern barbecue chain Friday night.

Shannon Riggs and her cousins said they expected some push-back from protesters at Donald Trump’s rally in Richmond, Virginia, but they did not expect what happened when they stopped for dinner on the way home.

Dressed in Donald Trump shirts and hats, the family walked up to the window at the Cook Out on Boulevard in Colonial Heights to order burgers and milkshakes.

The company apologized and offered the family a free meal but they declined and said they would no longer be eating out at Cook Out Restaurants.
I’VE NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY A RESTAURANT WOULD OFFER FREE MEALS TO CUSTOMERS THEY’VE ALREADY TREATED LIKE CRAP.

Chick-fil-A Opens Its Doors on Sunday to Feed Those Donating Blood in Orlando
THERE IS A CHICK-FIL-A IN OUR TOWN ABOUT 6 MILES FROM MY HOUSE. IT’S ALWAYS BUSY. I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO EAT THERE BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS EXEMPLARY AND THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS.

The Christian-owned company is known for being closed nationwide on Sundays, but decided to make an exception following the gruesome shooting that left 49 dead and at least 53 others injured. Chick-fil-A was not able to confirm exactly how many restaurants opened their doors.
