There is no doubt in my mind that Obama Democrats are serving an agenda spawned in the depths of Hell.
A new provision in Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code which takes effect under Obamacare establishes FINES for hospitals treating uninsured patients.
Approximately 60 percent of American hospitals are currently nonprofit.

Obamacare installs new scrutiny, fines for charitable hospitals that treat uninsured people – August 8, 2013
DataTables is a very long and complex piece of website software used for formatting and presenting data. Its owner allows free use PROVIDED users give credit and keep copyright notices in the software where the software is used.
Healthcare.gov uses it, but does not give credit or include the copyright notice.
Jeryl Bier examined the two programs and said there is no doubt the SpryMedia code was embedded into Healthcare.gov. They even retained helpful SpryMedia comments within the coding.
But they removed the SpryMedia copyright statements which are normally embedded right in the same code.
In other words, the people that Obama Democrats hired (for an exorbitant sum) to create Healthcare.gov actually went to the trouble to REMOVE the one thing the generous owners of this program ASKED be kept.
SpryMedia, owner of DataTables copyright, is pursuing legal action against HHS.

ANOTHER reason to NOT sign on to healthcare.gov or sign up for O’care.

The O’care site is so bad that even its glitches have glitches.
The stupid thing can’t even find it’s own 404 ERROR page!
October 8, 2013 – Andrew Couts at Digital Trends writes:
It’s been one full week since the flagship technology portion of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) went live. And since that time, the befuddled beast that is Healthcare.gov has shutdown, crapped out, stalled, and mis-loaded so consistently that its track record for failure is challenged only by Congress.
The site itself, which apparently underwent major code renovations over the weekend, still rejects user logins, fails to load drop-down menus and other crucial components for users that successfully gain entrance, and otherwise prevents uninsured Americans in the 36 states it serves from purchasing healthcare at competitive rates – Healthcare.gov’s primary purpose.
The site is so busted that, as of a couple days ago, the number of people that successfully purchased healthcare through it was in the “single digits,” according to the Washington Post.
We, the taxpayers, seem to have forked up more than $500 million of the federal purse to build the digital equivalent of a rock.
And these same people think THEY should be in charge of our entire health care system.

Well, Obama and Co. wouldn’t admit what the numbers were … but somebody LEAKED it anyway.
Tweeters had a few cogent points to make:
The leaking part should definitely be a sign to all of us that there is no way on earth that any personal data the Zero Care system collects will ever be secure or private … which is why you will never catch me going to an exchange site and setting up an account.
If Republicans blink on this shutdown thing and fail to crash O’care, I’ll be shopping for health care on the black market where providers keep no records and work for barter. Hopefully, I would find someone who lurves organic chunky apple sauce, cuz my tree was bountiful this year and my apple smash is sooooo delish you wouldn’t believe. Nothing but chopped apples, steamed and smashed.
