CNN: “It must be very frustrating for CNN. It seems that they can’t just lie about people anymore without getting sued. Covington youth Nicholas Sandmann took them for a bundle, Kyle Rittenhouse is about to take them for another fortune and now a judge has tossed CNN’s request to dismiss a lawsuit from the family of General Flynn. Gee, if everyone CNN lies about sues them, they will soon be bankrupt.” – Steven Ahle

EDUCATION: [2:34] – A very angry Mama Grizzly tells off her school board for coaching her child into a trans identity behind her back.

FAUX-ECONOMY: According to CNN’s latest in-house poll, Biden’s economic performance is at -9 (44% approval vs. 55% disapproval). The lowest economic approval rating Jimmy Carter got was -8. If you don’t remember how poorly Carter did in his re-election bid, click the second link.

FDA: On Dec. 22, the FDA granted emergency use authorization to Pfizer’s new, early treatment pill for the ‘rona. Paxlovid is intended to help patients not get so sick that they need to be hospitalized.

Kinda like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, right? Except those are cheap, unlike Paxlovid, which costs about $529 per patient. Hydroxychloroquine costs about $30 and Ivermectin is about $45 for a similar number of pills.

The U.S. government is buying $5.29 billion worth of Paxlovid and Pfizer says it has advance purchase agreements with several other countries and has initiated bilateral outreach to approximately 100 countries around the world.

IOW, the FDA, which is entrusted with protecting us and our health from Big Pharma, is ensuring ever more profits for Pfizer, which coincidentally contributes bigly to the FDA budget.

HEROINE: Fortunately, Sydney Raley isn’t among the sit-at-homes of this country. When the 15-year-old Minnesota McDonald’s worker saw a customer in her car was choking, she yelled to her manager to call 911, then jumped through the drive-thru window. She performed the Heimlich Maneuver, saving the woman from a deadly chicken nugget.

JACKBOOTS: The University of California–Irvine School of Medicine has fired the director of its Medical Ethics Program for refusing the vaxxx. Dr. Kheriaty has sued the university for not allowing exceptions for natural immunity.

The U.S. military still hasn’t approved a single religious exemption for the vaxxx.

An increasing number of businesses and other organizations are mandating that workers, customers, or students receive a COVID-19 booster dose.

In Toronto, the Wychwood Barns Farmers Market barred an unvaccinated man from entering the premises to buy food.

Quebec has closed bars, schools, gyms, and movie theaters to all and is requiring churches to bar the unvaxxxed entirely.

Manitoba is allowing churches to permit congregations to include 25% unvaxxxed or 25 unvaxxxed people “whichever is lower.”

The German government is currently debating the creation of a vaccine registry that would facilitate a mandatory vaccination policy similar to Austria’s.

I can hardly contain my excitement. – On Sunday, Dimocrat Kathy Hochul preached from a pulpit in Brooklyn that she “prayed a lot to God during this time and you know what, God did answer our prayers. He made the smartest men and women, the scientists, the doctors, the researchers — he made them come up with a vaccine. That is from God to us and we must say, ‘Thank you, God. Thank you.’” Then she showed off her “I’m vaxxxed” necklace and said those of us who refuse the jab “aren’t listening to God and what God wants.”

RESISTANCE: As the graph above shows, the Left’s Omicron fear porn is failing. Maybe that’s because enough of us have heard that it’s 80% less likely to cause hospitalization than the original and 70% less than the Delta.

Attorneys general (AG) from 24 states have filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration challenging COVID-19 vaccine mandates for early education staff and mask mandates for young children.

On Monday, people gathered outside the New Jersey Statehouse to protest mandates. Six Republican lawmakers refused to show their COVID-19 vaccine card or test and were prevented from going to work.

On Monday, a California judge struck down a vaccine mandate for San Diego students. The decision could potentially have a far-reaching impact on school vaxxx requirements in California.

A global coalition of health and civil society organizations known as the World Council for Health (WCH) has issued a declaration calling for “an immediate stop to the experimental COVID-19 ‘vaccines,’” arguing that the push for mass immunization “violates basic principles of common law, constitutional law and natural justice,” as well as several international treaties.

COVID-19 Update

[2:49] – The YouTube above is a clip from Joe Rogan’s nearly 3 hour interview with Dr. Peter McCullough, MD, MPH, who has had many of his videos and articles banned by the “tolerant” Left. McCullough is a board-certified cardiologist who has testified before committees of the US and Texas Senate regarding the treatment of COVID-19 and management of the ongoing pandemic. I’ve posted about him before.

I realize it’s realllly long, but I swear it is worth the time! His final words are, “There is no bigger, public health crisis than the impact of censorship on COVID-19.”

His information about the Kirsch award is slightly inaccurate. The offer is, “If you can prove that the NIH and WHO got their treatment guidelines right, you could win $2M.” It went up May 24, 2021. NOBODY has taken him up on it!

January 23, 2022: “Defeat the Mandates” in DC: The protest march will begin at 11:30 am at the Washington Monument and walk together to the steps of the Lincoln Memorial (approximately 1 mile).

Representative Diana Harshbarger (TN-01) has introduced the “Natural Immunity is Real Act in the House of Representatives. This bill requires Federal agencies to take into account naturally acquired immunity from previous COVID-19 infection when issuing any rules or regulations aimed at protecting from COVID-19.

He talks about the effectiveness of dilute Povidone Iodine rinses of the nose, sinuses, and throat in early stages of COVID to knock down the virus. It apparently hangs out in the facial area for several days, so killing it off there before it goes anywhere else is really effective. Povidone is also marketed as Betadine.

You can buy 10% Povidone Iodine OTC (Over The Counter) at any drug store. Amazon has it as well. Ten percent is for topical use on skin; it needs to be diluted to 1% for mouth gargling and nose/sinus spraying. To dilute, add 2 tablespoons of 10% Povidone Iodine to to 12 oz of water. Dr. McCullough recommends routine use of this mouthwash on a daily basis, and especially after contact with large indoor groups as a preventative for all viral infections, and as a must do early treatment for COVID.

I see that Amazon also has a pre-diluted Betadine nasal spray that is insanely expensive. You can get empty nasal spray bottles for $6.50 each, but personally, I’m going to go with my Neil Med SinuFlo system, which is $8.75 for the bottle with two salt packets. For one thing, I already have it. For another, Dr. McCullough said you need to get the iodine up into the sinuses, which takes a lot of oomph and snorting if you’re using a spray bottle.

The Neil Med bottle uses a combination of squirting under pressure and letting gravity fill the sinuses. (A neti pot just uses gravity.) I tip my head over the sink and squirt as much as will go up with one push into the upper nostril and hold my head there until I feel the liquid go into my sinuses on the other side. Then I face down into the sink to drain it out my nose, then do the other side. (Sorry if that’s gross.) There is always enough left after doing both nostrils and sinuses to gargle with. I’ve just been doing salt up until now, because it really helps my chronic allergic rhinitis. Some sites I googled recommend doing both salt and iodine, so it’ll probably be fine if I just use my regular salt mix with the iodine added.

NEW YORK SUCKS: Religious freedom took another hit in New York as a federal judge ruled that a photographer cannot deny her photographing services to same-sex “weddings.” In a video before the ruling, photographer Emilee Carpenter said: “It’s $100,000 fines, it’s jail time, it’s ultimately the closure of my business, and as an entrepreneur, that’s extremely terrifying knowing that my livelihood could be stripped out from under me because I’m being forced to create a message that I disagree with.”

SPIDER MAN: NO WAY HOME – The latest incarnation of the superhero movie ignored wokeness and hauled in $253 million in its opening weekend. John Nolte of Brietbart wrote: “Newsflash: If you make a decent movie that seeks to entertain and move — instead of lecture and shame — we will show up.”

In Texas, conservative activists and local parents made enough of a stink about Children’s Medical Center and UT Southwestern’s “gender clinic” that the hospital has shut it down. In a statement to media outlets, said that they will continue to accept new patients for evaluations of gender dysphoria, but will no longer offer transgender hormone drugs.

COVID-19 Update

BOO: Trump claims his Operation Warp Speed “was historic” and “saved tens of millions of lives worldwide.” I think the vaxxx killed more than it saved and that Operation Warp Speed was the worst thing he did while in office.

The virus began in animals; it was never ever going to be eradicated, so getting us to naturally-acquired, herd immunity should have always been the goal. We should’ve been concentrating on loading people up with zinc and vitamins C and D, with finding and using the best therapeutics, and with locking down only in limited areas where a particular hospital was overwhelmed.

FAUCI: Two airline CEOs testified before Congress that the air filtration and air exchange rate on airplanes is so good that masks really can’t offer additional protection.

RESISTANCE: On Saturday, thousands of people marched through the streets of London to protest COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates.

A Calgary police officer who refused the jab was not only suspended without pay, but also told to keep his mouth shut in public. This weekend, he resigned during a powerful speech he gave at a pro-freedom rally.

Following intense backlash from the public, New Brunswick dropped its onerous ban on the unvaxxxed shopping in grocery stores. It is now up to local businesses to decide.

A German court in Lower Saxony has ruled that vaxxx passports cannot be required of people wanting to shop in retail stores. The decision, which covers all stores in Lower Saxony, went into effect immediately and cannot be appealed.

TOLERANCE: Navarro’s nasty, ignorant, and all-too-common attitude got some push back from fellow Tweeters.

In other Progs Are Compassionate news, a man who tweeted that parents should decide about masking their kids was told to “have fun” and “post photos” when his kids die.

TUCKER: The first fourteen minutes of his 12/21 show was about COVID.

VAXXX: The vaxxx was never about saving lives. It was about controlling people with fear. A new Monmouth poll found that nearly two thirds of boostered individuals reported concern about contracting the virus despite getting their shots, while only 12% of unvaccinated people said they were worried about catching COVID.

What we should be afraid of is the vaxxx. One in 100 vaxxxed Brits suffered heart irregularities severe enough to hospitalize them. Of the 7,795 of these whose deaths were recorded as due to cardiac arrhythmia, only 1,108 tested positive for Covid.

FAUXTUS: Uniting us, one golden word at a time. – The Omicron variant has now been detected in 36 states. Some health officials have expressed reserved optimism that the mild strain could be a significant step in the virus’ transition from pandemic to endemic, which one expert called “the ideal situation for a virus.”

REVELATION 13:17 – A microchip technology introduced in recent years by the Stockholm-based startup Epicenter is being presented as a means to store one’s COVID-19 vaccine passport under the skin. Let me guess … we won’t be allowed to buy or sell without it?

TARGET: For years, Target has partnered with local police to provide gifts for poor kids who may not get much for Christmas. This year, Brian Cornell, the CEO of Target (who makes $20 million/year), decided that associating with the men and women in blue was too icky and canceled the program. The retail giant wouldn’t even accept a $16,000 gift for Target’s new and improved “no-po-po gifts for poor kids” program, because it came from Flagler Sheriff’s Children’s Charities (501-C-3). (The charity gave the money to Wal-Mart instead.)

TEXAS: Under Biden, the number of illegals swarming into Texas has hit seven figures. [2:47] – Texas has passed a new law that allows migrants to be arrested by private citizens for trespassing. Groups of citizens with body armor, long guns and high tech drones are patrolling the border, adding to the number of Texas law enforcement officials trying to slow the tsunami brought on by Biden’s irresponsible open border policy.

Blasphemy and Hypocrisy

For the third time, the Illinois state Capitol rotunda will have a statue from the Temple of Satan included among its winter holiday display. They claim it celebrates the allegedly “satanic holiday” of Sol Invictus.

This year’s display will feature the satanic deity Baphomet, depicted as a swaddling babe. The group claims Baphomet’s message is one of “harmony and reconciliation” … which totes explains why their winter holiday display is a blasphemous slam at the Christian celebration of the birth of the Son of God.

Critics of the display point out that Baphomet has nothing whatsoever to do with Sol Invictus celebration. Sol Invictus means Sun Unconquerable; celebrating the Sun as an all-powerful god traditionally occurs on the shortest day of the year. But members of the Temple of Satan do not worship the sun. Nor do they worship Satan, as Christians understand him. They worship themselves.

Personally, I think they claim Sol Invictus as a religious holiday is precisely so they can force sacrilegious displays on any municipality that attempts to erect a Nativity scene.

Baphomet is a half man/half goat demon that Anton LaVey adopted to represent the highest ideals of his Church of Satan. As far as I could tell, the Church of Satan and the Satanic Temple are different organizations that don’t much like one another. But they both use the same symbol. I guess it’s like the squabbling factions of Christianity that all use the cross.

Oddly, both organizations are churches, yet neither acknowledges the existence of anything supernatural. For them, there’s no soul or afterlife or spiritual realm at all. You live, you die, and that’s it. Satan isn’t the Prince of Demons; he is just a symbol. The Satanic Temple says they “embrace rational inquiry removed from supernaturalism and archaic tradition-based superstitions.” The Church of Satan website says man’s true nature is “that of a carnal beast, living in a cosmos that is indifferent to our existence.”

However, there are signs of hypocrisy within their teachings. For example, the Church of Satan has nine “sins,” an odd concept for a group that proclaims there is no higher authority than the self.

And their Satanic Rule #7 says followers “Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.” So, the material is all there is … but magic is real??

The Satanic Temple sneers at the Church of Satan’s belief in magic, but has its own hypocrisy issues. Its chief tenet is, “One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason.” But they pride themselves on their outspoken, pro-abortion activism.

And the Satanic Temple states that it “is not interested in establishing itself as the sole arbiter of Satanic practice,” but hosts a page listing all the reasons why it is superior to the Church of Satan. LOL

And another vaxxx-only cruise ship has had an outbreak of the virus, with 44 passengers testing positive. Despite the obvious fact that the vaxxxed are catching and spreading the virus, Eric Swalwell says that banning the unvaxxxed from airline travel is “the least we could do.” Cuz “science” or something?

Plus, I just couldn’t bring myself to tell my kids bare-faced lies. And it really bothered me to think that when they found out Santa was a fake, they wouldn’t believe me that Jesus is real.

When my eldest was 4, she informed me in scathing terms that I didn’t know what I was talking about because MADDY said Santa is real. I told her, “You are going to have to make up your mind about this, but when you find out he’s not real, I want you to remember that I never lied to you.”

VAXXX: Earlier this week the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) expressed their preference for Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna’s mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (which they make money off of) over Johnson & Johnson’s jab (which they do not make money off of).

Naomi Wolf says it is not motivated by health or safety concerns, but about money, and that it is not the first time the feds have done this. Click to see the video.

I made the snowflakes with my electric eraser, which is really useful for very precise erasing … plus, just being fun to use LOL. Mama wrote, “It will be fun to see how many trees we end up with, lol! Nativities too! Our Advent calendar is a paper doll Nativity and it has a tree too! [Buzz] brought the Christmas tree from their dollhouse. I brought the little wooden Nativity. [Bootz] painted a tree and [Bunny] painted a Nativity scene (Holy Family plus angel and St. Nick!) You are sending us a beautiful tree and I still haven’t put out my Nativity painting that I brought. PLUS I brought the stuff to make Nativity peg dolls if we want! Pretty fun being creative and efficient with our decorations.”

SALT OF THE EARTH: My Bible verse last night was Matt 5:13. I was really puzzled about what being salt means and how salt can lose its flavor. I googled and found these helpful points.

Salt was so important and valuable that Roman soldiers sometimes were paid in salt. Salt is also not just a flavor enhancer, but a critical feature in preserving food. Also, most of the salt used in Israel came from the Dead Sea, which contained impurities that can cause flavor loss.

Salt is also an essential nutrient. My sodium and chloride levels are so chronically low that I have to pack table salt into gel caps to get enough. I’m up to seven caps a day; maybe next time my labs will finally be in the normal range. Weird, huh? (A whole lot about my life has been like that LOL.)
