ABORTION: On Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee held a hearing on abortion. An abortion activist testified that a woman is whatever an individual decides it is, that men can pregnant and have abortions, and that a woman should have the right to off her baby even after it has emerged from the birth canal.

When asked how dismembered baby body parts are stored, an abortionist who testified refused to answer, complaining about the questioner using “inflammatory language” and insisting that she is proud of the “care” she delivers.

BABYLON BEE: [3:10] – I can’t decide if this is funny or frightening. My favorite comment: “As a cisgender, straight, white, Christian, able-bodied, male with no piercings and hair that isn’t colored like a gummy bear, I do not think I have a right to comment on this video.”

CATHOLIC: On Friday, San Francisco Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone announced that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is barred from receiving Holy Communion due to her pro-abortion stance. She has received a letter from him informing her that she should not present herself for Holy Communion at Mass, and that priests will not distribute communion to her if she does present herself.

In a 2008 interview, Pelosi claimed that the Church has not defined when life begins and, thus, should not have an impact on a woman’s “right to choose.” This is a lie, one she has been informed of repeatedly. The Catechism of the Catholic Church is crystal clear on the subject:

“2270 Human life must be respected and protected absolutely from the moment of conception. From the first moment of his existence, a human being must be recognized as having the rights of a person – among which is the inviolable right of every innocent being to life. …

“2271 Since the first century the Church has affirmed the moral evil of every procured abortion. This teaching has not changed and remains unchangeable. Direct abortion, that is to say, abortion willed either as an end or a means, is gravely contrary to the moral law.”

EASTER MEDITATION: [4:37] – I can’t testify to the validity of any prophetic messages, but the Bible does tell us they will increase in the End Times. That being said, I heard one from this month that said The Warning will be soon. Another I heard last year said it won’t come until after the synod is over, which will be in October 2023. However, in God’s time, next fall may very well be “soon.”

EDUCATION: Fox News calculates that at least 135 U.S. teachers and teachers’ aides have been arrested so far this year on child sex-related crimes, ranging from child pornography to raping students. Arrests that weren’t publicized were not counted in the analysis, so the true number may well be higher.

ELONGATE: On March 25, 2021, Elon Musk tweeted, “If there’s ever a scandal about me, *please* call it Elongate.”

FAUXTUS: At least 30 senior White House staffers have student loan balances. IOW, they are fully employed, but still think the taxpayers who pay their salaries and provide all their cushy benefits should also pay off the loans that they voluntarily incurred.

It’s beyond absurd that these ridiculously ignorant people think they are capable of deciding what we all should or shouldn’t know.

MINISTRY OF TRUTH: [5:15] – She’s a real piece of work.

NEW YORK SLIME: Last fall, the Slime reported that “nearly 900,000 children have been hospitalized” with COVID since the pandemic began. The actual number was 63,000. Funny how these oopsies seem to both favor the globalist “Vaxxx Everyone” agenda.

TRANS: At age 17, “Tanya” went to a gender clinic and, after a one hour consultation, was diagnosed and handed hormones. After just 18 months, the testosterone had caused irreversible changes to her body. Three years later, she is struggling with suicidal ideation and wants to go back to being the girl she was. Reading her story made me think, “The trans community is like a cult. They don’t care about helping people. They just want more converts.”

VAXXX; An international coalition of aviation and medical professionals from countries like the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Switzerland have published a statement raising serious concerns about the compromise in aviation safety due to COVID-19 vaccine injuries among the flight crew.

“Many of our pilots have lost medical certification to fly and may not recover the same. Others are continuing to pilot aircraft while carrying symptoms that should be declared and investigated, creating a human factors hazard of unprecedented breadth. The very foundation of our just safety culture—non-punitive reporting—no longer exists.

“Pilots have suffered and are suffering medical issues that at least correlate to receiving COVID-19 vaccinations. Their spectrum of symptoms is broad, ranging up to death. Pilots who report their injury face possible loss of licensing, income, and career while receiving little to no support from their unions, and a prosecutorial invective from employing airlines.”

The statement represents more than 30 airlines, thousands of pilots, and over 17,000 physicians and medical scientists. Signatories of the document include Free to Fly from Canada, US Freedom Flyers, UK Medical Freedom Alliance, Airliners for Humanity from Switzerland, and more.

WHITE HOUSE SPOX: [5:06] – Jen Psaki’s replacement is a real piece of work.

GRAMMY NOTES: One of the most hopeful parenting things I ever read was in a very funny book by a mother of ten … who also took in foster kids! She said, “Parents of older kids will roll their eyes at your toddler struggles and say dour things about how it only gets worse. Don’t listen to them. Trust me. I’ve had teens and toddlers at the same time and the toddlers are much, much harder.“

    You reminded me of a story I heard many years ago, told by a young mother. She was having tea with a group of ladies, and a first-time mother was complaining about how tired she was because her newborn kept her awake all night with his crying. Another mom said, “Just wait until he’s a toddler. You’ll wish he was a newborn again.” Another mom said, “Toddlers aren’t the worst. Wait until he’s a teenager — that’s when things really get crazy.” The conversation went on in this vein, with everyone arguing over which phase of childhood was the worst. After a while, the one elderly lady in the group said, “You all haven’t seen anything yet. Just wait until they’re forty!”

      I really teed off at my sister (two good incomes, two spoiled rotten elementary age kids) who sneered at my money concerns (husband in and out of work, chronically ill, undiagnosed wife, toddler, infant). She tried to do that, “Wait until they’re older” crap and I really snapped. “They don’t NEED soccer camp or trips to Disney World or designer clothes or the mountains of presents you produce for every holiday. Mine do NEED formula, diapers, and day care.”

      And, personally, I’m loving having adult kids with jobs and kids! I have grands to spoil, kids who finally understand how hard it was to parent them, plus they have real incomes with which they buy us excellent presents! LOL
