I'm a 60 something wife, mom and grandmom who is homebound/disabled by severe hypersensitivity to chemicals. I fill my days with learning, loving and art. My favorite values are truth, generosity and gratitude.
Allie Beth Stuckey explains what she thinks we should do when we get called “transphobe” for not supporting the Wrong’s agenda:
I see conservatives object to being called things like “transphobe.” They’ll defend themselves saying, “transphobia means fear, and I’m not scared of trans people! I just don’t believe men should go in women’s bathrooms etc”
Well, one: Defending yourself against their accusations and name-calling is wasted time. The proper response isn’t “No, I’m not.” It’s “I don’t care.”
Two: We actually should feel fear. We should fear men going into women’s bathrooms. We should fear for the female prisoners forced to be incarcerated with men, many of whom have raped women. We should fear for the rape victims forced to share space in abuse shelters with men. We should fear a world in which girls are forced to suppress their instincts and smile as males infiltrate their sororities, teams, and locker rooms. And, yes, aversion too. We should have a strong aversion toward men trying to “breastfeed” babies. We should be averse to the idea that “female” is a costume to be donned or an identity to declare. These fears and aversions are healthy and logical.
What they aren’t is irrational. This is why “transphobe” isn’t accurate, because “phobia” is an *irrational* fear or aversion. But the fear and aversion felt in this case are extremely rational.
Whether you believe that we’re a product of evolution, and we have the instincts we do because they were passed down from our ancestors to help us survive, or whether you know, as I do, that we were given by God the ability to discern obvious, observable truths like the differences between male and female, the fear and aversion people have to men trying to be women and enter their spaces are innate and understandable.
This doesn’t mean people who are confused about their gender are any less inherently valuable than anyone else. They’re made in the image of God like the rest of us. In need of Christ like the rest of us. I feel such pain in hearing the stories of detransitioners who were victims of manipulation and negligence, and I rejoice when they hear the good news of the gospel and believe. But the insistent denial of reality, particularly at the expense of women and girls, is a thing to be feared and disdained. We can and should hold all these facts in mind at the same time.
Call it “transphobia” or whatever you want. But it’s the truth.
BINDING OF DEMONS: [2:55] – Exorcist Msgr. Stephen Rossetti shares a prayer to help us free ourselves from demons who may be encouraging us to sin.
BUD LIGHT: Did you notice that Travis Kelce, the pro football player they hired, never touches a can of Bud Light? LOL As of this writing (7:30 am July 6), the ad had 514K views and 345 likes. [4:44] – Independence Day week-end is the biggest holiday for beer sales in America. Bud Light’s sales this year was 27.9% lower than last year.
CENSORSHIP: Target will sell “tucking” girls’ swimsuits to little boys, but won’t carry Mark Levin’s new book because … get this … “certain customers might be offended by the title.” They made it very clear what kind of customers they want and we are happy to oblige by shopping elsewhere.
DIABETES: [19:58] – Type 1 diabetes occurs when the immune system destroys the body’s ability to make insulin. It’s treatable, but incurable. Its incidence was increasing by about 3% to 4% per year, but during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, that jumped to 14%, then in the second year, it jumped again to 27%. Keep in mind that this is a rise in the number of expected new cases, which primarily occur in children.
Dr. Campbell talks about the data and what might be causing the rise. If you watch to the end, he shares a letter he got from a scientist who watched his video about the biological warfare aspect of the virus’ development. I didn’t watch that one, but I get the idea that he concluded that it likely was not designed as a bio-weapon, because of its low lethality. His commenter disagreed.
“As someone who has spent a number of years studying biological warfare (BW) and ways to defend against it, I’m not convinced that the Wuhan virus was not meant to be a BW agent. High lethality isn’t necessarily required to be an effective weapon; it just needs to be able to incapacitate a significant number of people. The incapacitated people are no longer able to do their jobs, and the added benefit to the employer of the weapon is that those incapacitated people now take up more resources and more people to treat them than if they died. Also, the genetic techniques that they used, techniques that made it difficult to identify any man-made changes, is in line with one of the main attractions of BW – plausible deniability. Thank you for your thorough, objective and thoughtful reports! “
MEDIA BIAS: Two news directors at a western Michigan TV station were fired last month after they wrote the following memo:
“We have already done a number of valuable stories about several Pride-related events. But, we have also started to hear pushback from viewers who are not happy to see those Pride-related stories.
“We know that West Michigan is a conservative area in many ways. We need to recognize that some stories related to LGBTQ issues are going to be controversial and polarizing in our community. While you personally may not agree with a certain position, people are entitled to their opinions, and they are our viewers.
“We should not cover every Pride event that we learn about. We need to do some work to discern the newsworthy-ness of the event. If we are covering Pride events, we need to consider how to make the story balanced and get both sides of the issue.”
NEA: On Monday, the largest teachers union in America recommended educators include ‘Gender Queer’ in their summer reading. The book has been widely criticized for its sexually graphic content. NEA’s president, Becky Pringle, said, “For us at the NEA, education justice must be about racial justice, it must be about social justice, it must be about climate justice. It must be about all of those things.”
The NEA’s only income stream is the dues paid into it by teachers. Yet, in 2020-2021, a paltry 9% of its $374 million budget went to assist members. Of the rest, what it didn’t spend on itself went to left-wing political causes and Democrat candidates.
PHILADELPHIA: On July 3, Kimbrady Carriker (photo) fatally shot five men and wounded a 2-year-old boy and a 13-year-old. Police said the shooter had no prior connection to the victims. He is being held without bail. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner said he expects that the suspect will remain in prison for the rest of his life. Mr. Carriker is a male, according to authorities. However, archived images show Mr. Carriker wearing women’s clothing, and officials used they/them pronouns when referring to him.
PROJECT VERITAS: Oregon is one of only five states that have laws in places banning recording in public places without consent. The others are Alaska, Kentucky, Massachusetts, and Montana.
TUCKER: [5:04] – The new episode of ‘Tucker on Twitter’ features a monologue about Rachel Levine. Levine is Biden’s Assistant Secretary for Health. “Her” cross-sex hormones come complete with the following complications:
blood clots, which can result in stroke or be fatal
cardiovascular disease
worsening of anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions
worsening of migraines
gallbladder or liver disease
high cholesterol and triglycerides
high blood pressure
type 2 diabetes
weight gain
Yeah, this is totally the kind of person I want advising me about my health. Not.
VAXXX: In December 2021, pro basketball player, Óscar Cabrera Adames, collapsed on the court; he later announced he had gotten myocarditis “from taking a f—ing vaccine. (I got 2 doses of Pfizer) And I knew it! Many people warned me.”
But, he said, the jab “was compulsory or I couldn’t work. I am an international professional athlete and I am playing in Spain. I have no health problems, nothing, not hereditary, no asthma, NOTHING! I suddenly collapsed to the ground in the middle of a match and almost died. I’m still recovering and I’ve had 11 different cardiology tests done and guess? They find nothing.”
Last week, he dropped dead during a stress test to examine how his heart was functioning. He was 28.

BORDER: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced that approximately 20 miles of Trump’s steel bollard panels will be erected along the Border Patrol’s Rio Grande Valley Sector, as mandated by a 2019 border barrier appropriation under Trump’s administration. The new wall will replace “dilapidated segments of legacy fencing that presently create safety and security concerns for USBP agents, migrants, and the surrounding community.” Biden tried to divert the funds to other purposes which was illegal.
DOJ: A former Pfizer employee and his friend/business partner have been arrested and charged with insider trading. The day before the rest of us learned that Paxlovid had performed favorably, they bought short-dated Pfizer stock options. The announcement about the COVID-19 drug sent Pfizer’s stock soaring. The two, who raked in $350,000 from their scheme, face charges of securities fraud and conspiracy, carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars.
“Insider trading is not a quick buck,” U.S. attorney Damian Williams said in a statement. “It’s cheating. It’s a bad bet. It’s a ticket to prison.” Well, it is unless you’re a Democrat, in which case the DOJ turns a blind eye to your ill-gotten gains. I wonder what these two did to tick off the PTB, cuz it for sure wasn’t securities fraud.
GET WOKE, GO BROKE: Son de Flor is a Lithuanian-based company that specializes in modest women’s garments made from linen. A few days ago, it posted a video on its Instagram page of a bearded man modeling its prairie-chic, linen dresses favored by conservative, homeschooling moms … although, to be honest, all the homeschoolers I know are pinching every penny til it screams, not blowing $250 on a dress.
MARYLAND: [:50] – Montgomery County shut a largely Muslim crowd of parents out of their school board’s meeting, lest the members be forced to listen to them demand that they be allowed to excuse their children from sex ed lessons that violate their religious beliefs.
RED BALLOON: “Connecting freedom-loving Americans with the businesses that share their values.” [:55] – Red Balloon is a job listing site that matches employers and employees who share conservative values, like faith and hard work.
RHODE ISLAND: [1:59] – Rhode Island State Senator and Democrat, Joshua Miller, 69, was arrested last week and charged with vandalism/malicious injury to property, a misdemeanor, for having keyed a vehicle that boasted an anti-Biden bumper sticker.
Miller denied he had keyed the car, claiming the victim was “one of the gun nuts” who had allegedly been stalking him for sponsoring anti-gun legislation. When police presented Miller with security footage showing him doing the deed, he finally admitted it, but claimed it was not his fault, because the victim had “dared him” to do it.
Miller, who may also face charges for lying to the police, is the Rhode Island Senate Democrat policy chairman and chair of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.
SENATE: Republicans have a chance to win control of the Senate for the 119th session of Congress. Of the U.S. Senate seats that will be on ballots in November 2024, eleven are held by GOP incumbents in states rated as securely red. Twenty of the seats are held by Democrats, plus three by Independents who caucus with the Wrong. Eight of these are in states defined as competitive, including three – West Virginia, Montana, and Ohio – that Trump won in 2020.
WE’RE COMING FOR YOUR CHILDREN: The age restriction is due to the number of alphabet people parading in the buff. [3:00] – CLICK https://www.youtube.com/shorts/TNU72D1XwSE to hear a response to the pride “joke.”
GRAMMY NOTES: So much truth. [1:36] – Oh my word. I did NOT know the body temp thing was fibro! I’ve complained of that so often! Like, the other day, I was so HOT when it was 73 degrees in our house. The next day, I was so COLD when it was 80!
CATHOLIC: On June 14, 1954, President Eisenhower signed a bill to insert the phrase “under God” into the U.S. Pledge of Allegiance. Previously, the pledge—originally written in 1892—had contained no reference to religion. One of the first major groups to call for the addition was the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization that began petitioning for the change in 1952.
FLORIDA: On July 1, Gov. Ron signed legislation guaranteeing homeowners the right to display, in a respectful manner, one United States flag or official State of Florida flag, one official POW-MIA flag or a flag representing a specified branch of the United States Armed Forces. This “…regardless of any HOA covenants, restrictions, bylaws, rules, or requirements to the contrary.” Homeowners may also “set up a freestanding flagpole no more than 20 feet high on his or her property” on which to display the Stars and Stripes with pride.
The U.S. Flag Code says,”When flags of States, cities, or localities, or pennants of societies are flown on the same halyard with the flag of the United States, the latter should always be at the peak. …
When the flag of the United States is displayed from a staff projecting horizontally or at an angle from the window sill, balcony, or front of a building, the union (the blue part with the stars on it) of the flag should be placed at the peak of the staff unless the flag is at half staff. … When displayed either horizontally or vertically against a wall, the union should be uppermost and to the flag’s own right, that is, to the observer’s left.” See the link for more.
1A: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 along ideological lines that the First Amendment bars Colorado from “forcing a website designer to create expressive designs speaking messages with which the designer disagrees.” To nobody’s surprise, the Wrongs who claim to be all about tolerance are the ones trying to force an artist to violate her religious beliefs.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: From the Babylon Bee – “Jubilant revelry broke out yesterday following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling against colleges using Affirmative Action policies in their admissions, with Asian American families celebrating by cutting loose with a five-minute study break. …
“The ruling from the nation’s highest court prevents colleges and universities from discriminating against applicants based on race or ethnicity, leading many to believe highly qualified Asian students will no longer be shut out in favor of filling quotas for students with other ethnic backgrounds. …
“At publishing time, the boisterous partying in the Asian-centric communities in the area was expected to stretch all the way until the break of 8 P.M., at which time the children would return to their studies of advanced astrophysics before meticulously cleaning their houses and going to bed early.”
CATHOLIC: Early in June, Ross McKnight made an Instagram post commemorating the fact that Catholics have long dedicated June to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. McKnight, his wife, and five children operate a small farm that raises pasture-fed livestock that they sell online and to high-end restaurants.
Within hours of posting his pro-Catholic message, nearly two-thirds of their business disappeared. McKnight responded by posting, “We count it a privilege to have lost much. It is an honor to participate, through the suffering of our family, in the triumph of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary. ‘If the world hate you, know ye, that it hath hated me before you.’”
Somebody started a GiveSendGo fundraiser for the family (link below) which, as of July 2, had raised $120,371. In addition, the McKnights have added a small store to their website to sell Sacred Heart merch; the proceeds will go to build a chapel.
FAMILY DRAMA: I try not to do gossip here, but I think this wretched marriage should serve as an important lesson to all of us. [13:45] – Good comment on the video: “Unless you have married a narcissist you would have no idea how devastating it is. They destroy your lives. Literally.”
Thankfully, my relationship with a narcissist was just a college apartment mate. We were BFFs ForEVR … until I decided to move away to attend graduate school in another city. Then, she cut me off like I had died. Years later, I read a book that said people like her don’t have friends; they take hostages. Ding. Ding. Ding.
INDIANA: On Friday, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled that the state’s abortion ban is constitutional. Once in effect, the law will prohibit abortions after six weeks except if there is a lethal fetal defect or a serious health risk to the mother.
STUDENT LOANS: The Supreme Court is on a roll this week … overturning affirmative action, defending religious freedom and now also shutting down Biden’s illegal attempt to forgive $430 billion in student loans.
TRANS REGRET: [12:13] – “We’re butchering an entire generation of children,” says ftm trannie, Scott Newgent. Check out his forearms; the surgeons mutilated his arms to make him a fake phallus that doesn’t work. He is a powerful speaker with a critically important message.
USPS: And in yet another SCOTUS ruling, the court voted unanimously in favor of the evangelical Christian mail carrier who was fired for refusing to work on Sundays. Supporters say the decision means more employers will be required by law to respect the religious beliefs of their employees by granting them workplace accommodations. Under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, an employer must demonstrate that such an accommodation would impose an “undue hardship” on the business. That standard hardly applies to the USPS which has a plethora of carriers willing to work on Sundays.
AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court of the United States has determined that race-based affirmative action in higher education does not comply with the 14th Amendment’s guarantee of equal protection. MSNBC reported this as being a racist decision because, dontchaknow, if top schools like Harvard ignored race and just accepted the best of the best, about half the students would be Asian.
GET WOKE, GO BROKE: The National Geographic Magazine began publishing in 1888 as a scholarly journal. In 1905, it began including pictures, then in the 1910s, added color photos. Until 2015, the magazine was owned and managed by the National Geographic Society. In the 1980s, it boasted 12 million subscribers. In 2017, it began pushing wokeness, then in 2019, The Walt Disney Company took over. Today, what was once a “well-respected scientific and educational organization … known for its stunning photography, groundbreaking documentaries, and in-depth reporting” is closing up shop.
MALARIA: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued an alert for Florida and Texas, after a handful of people contracted malaria from local mosquitoes in Florida and Texas. The last time local mosquitoes infected anyone was in 2003 in Florida. The species that can carry the parasitic disease are found in multiple areas around the United States, but they can only become infected and spread it if they first feed on someone who has it.
“Malaria is a medical emergency and should be treated accordingly. Patients suspected of having malaria should be urgently evaluated in a facility that is able to provide rapid diagnosis and treatment, within 24 hours of presentation.”
GRAMMY NOTES: As a certified bus driver who had actually earned a living navigating a 66-passenger bus filled with screaming children through city traffic, I took no guff from my teen drivers. I took no guff from my passengers either. LOL
I recall one pompous male of Class 5 driving age sneering, “Right on red!” at me when I was sitting at a light. I calmly informed him that the right-on-red law did not apply to a bus carrying passengers, which he obviously would not know since he had not qualified for a Class 2 license.
Another time, I was taking college students to an end-of-year picnic. One of them tried to light a joint. I hollered at him to put it out. He said no, so I pulled over, informed the fully loaded bus that I would be on duty for hours, ferrying hundreds of students to and from their party, that second hand smoke is intoxicating, that I wasn’t risking anybody’s life so that somebody could get high ten minutes sooner. Then I pointed out that we were miles from nowhere, but if any of you have a Class 2 license and know how to drive this vehicle, to let me know. The other passengers made sure the jerk put it out.
Merriam-Webster defines “intersectionality” as “the complex, cumulative way in which the effects of multiple forms of discrimination (such as racism, sexism, and classism) combine, overlap, or intersect especially in the experiences of marginalized individuals or groups.”
So far as I can figure out, what it really means is, “The weirder I claim to be, the more social cred I can demand.”
Way back when, we just had “Lesbians” and “Gays.” But as intersectionality became more influential, they started using an ever-evolving acronym. First, they added a “B” to the “L” and “G” to include “Bisexuals” – i.e., those who will boink either sex.
Then, they added a “T” to include “Transsexuals” – i.e., those who reject their biological gender – and put some black and brown stripes on their flag to grab some of that intersectional racism gusto.
Then, they added a “Q” for “Queer”, which used to be a pejorative term for gays and lesbians, but which is now allegedly being embraced by those who will boink either sex. But don’t ask how they are different from “Bisexuals”, because I haven’t a clue.
Some say “Q” can also stand for “Questioning”, which would include people who aren’t sure what kind of sexual perversion they embrace, but really want to “come out” as something not traditional, so they can take advantage of all the yummy social cred that is now being bestowed on the “Pride” crowd. Note: Some people use “QQ“, I guess to make sure both are properly represented.
So, then, they added an “I” for “Intersex” which describes the rare people who are born with abnormal reproductive organs and/or genes. And just you never mind that “intersex” is a medical diagnosis, not a sexual preference, and that some/many/none of these folks care to identify with the “Pride” crowd. But guess what? They’ve gotten themselves a thingie on the ever-more-bizarre flag.
Next, they stuck on an “A” for “Asexual” – i.e., people who don’t experience sexual attraction at all, which is kind of like “frigid,” but with intersectional cred.
“A” can also mean “Ace”, which supposedly covers people who experience some, but not much sexual attraction, so “semi-frigid” but with intersectional cred.
Or it can supposedly also stand for “Aromantic”, which covers those with little or no desire to form romantic relationships. You know, those commitment-phobes we used to look down on as “Sluts” and “Players,” but who we now are expected to admire.
So, sigh, then they added “2S” for “two spirit” which is defined as “third gender (allegedly) found in some Native American cultures, often involving birth-assigned men or women taking on the identities and roles of the opposite sex. A sacred and historical identity, two-spirit can include but is by no means limited to LGBTQ identities.” So basically, they’re people who may or may not have any actual Native American blood, but who want to be more intersectionally glam about their sexual diversity by “identifying” as such.
Aaaaand, finally, they stuck a “+” on the end to maybe stop anyone from making “LGBTQIA2S” any longer and more ridiculous. According to the Gay Center website, “The ‘plus’ is used to signify all of the gender identities and sexual orientations that letters and words cannot yet fully describe.” So, who knows … maybe it’s for people who boink their pets and/or farm animals.
Theeeeeen, the Canadian government decided that the fusty old “LGBTQIA2S+” acronym was just too last season and officially designated the new and improved acronym to be “2SLGBTQQIA+.” Cuz you know, we really need to give priority to the gender diversity of Native Americans. CLICK https://twitter.com/saokodomi/status/1439995479945740292 to hear him try and fail to get all the alphabeticals straight. LOL
But wait, we’re not done yet. (Please, Jesus, come again soon, so we can finally be done!) Some activists in British Columbia have decided that switching to “2STNBGD” would somehow improve health outcomes for “young people [who] face frequent misgendering, long delays in care, [and] lack of access to knowledgeable providers.” And here I thought the problem Canadians faced with a lack of access to providers was because the government has a stranglehold on all medical services. But what do I know! Maybe it really is because of a shortage of up-to-date, politically-correct acronyms.
Read below about the latest assault on a pro-lifer by one of those who condone and even profit from the slaughter of innocents.
Pro-life sidewalk counselor Mark Zimmerman often prays and ministers to women outside the abortion clinic in Saginaw Township, Michigan, where long-time abortionist, Theodore Roummel (88) practices his vile trade.
On Friday, Roummel deliberately drove his car into Zimmerman, knocking him down and breaking his leg. After backing up and running over the leg again, Zimmerman reportedly got out of his vehicle and laughed at Mark as he lay injured on the ground.
Mark suffered a broken leg from the attack and will have to have surgery to repair the fracture. “They’re going to put a rod in my tibia with a couple of pins and screws,” he says. “Once I’m all done with this whole ordeal, I will continue to go back and continue ministering.I feel God called me to do this. I’m moving forward and telling people that I do forgive this gentleman for his actions, as a believer in Jesus Christ, but I do want to see justice prevail. I don’t consider myself a hero of any kind. Keep up the fight for life, and remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear.”
Police responded to the scene, but did not take Roummel into custody or, so far as we know, even file charges. They just talked to him briefly, then let him get on with murdering babies. Roummel has a history of making threatening comments, pulling into the driveway at reckless speeds in order to intimidate people, and swerving toward people who are standing on the public easement, the curb, or the edge of the clinic driveway behind a designated line (where people are legally permitted to stand).
In 2012, Roummel ran his car into Lynn Mills, director of Pro-Life Michigan. In that incident, he was arrested, charged with assault, and placed on probation for six months.
He has also been accused of leaving a baby’s head inside a patient’s uterus, leading to hemorrhagic shock. When doctors at the hospital performed life-saving surgery, they found so many lacerations inside the woman’s cervix and uterus that she had to undergo a hysterectomy.
I was unable to learn the disposition of the malpractice case, but googling did turn up that the other abortionist involved in butchering Syndra Feetham was the notorious Alberto Hodari, who has a history of violating health codes at his abortuaries where at least four women have died. Hodari is a wealthy man who lives in a luxury home where he indulges his expensive hobby of collecting classic cars. But he was so unconcerned with patient safety that he couldn’t be bothered to install an emergency exit that ambulance workers could access. He appears to still be practicing medicine.
In 2022, 57% of Michigan voters approved a proposal to add abortion and contraceptive use to the Michigan Constitution. The amendment makes it unconstitutional for the state to enact any laws to restrict abortion, including those that would protect the health and safety of the women who seek abortion.
CALIFORNICATION: David “Dana” Rivers (67) was convicted last November of the triple murder of Charlotte Reed and Patricia Wright, a lesbian couple in their late 50s, and their 19-year-old son Benny. He was also charged with arson for dousing the garage with gasoline and setting it on fire, an apparent attempt to destroy the evidence of the murders. On June 14, Rivers was sentenced to life in prison without parole. Two days later, he was transferred to the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla, because he identifies as a woman.
Female inmates report being terrified of trans inmates, including those who, like Rivers, have had bottom surgery. And their concerns are well founded. After transitioning and allegedly getting his boy parts hacked off, Rivers became an enforcer for an all-female outlaw biker club called the Deviants. He went by the nickname “Edge” and had tattoos indicating he was a “1 Percenter,” a reference to the supposedly small percentage of motorcycle clubs that are criminal. One of the two women he killed was a member who had tried to leave the club.
DRAG IN CHURCH: “For the gift of Drag Queens, O God, we give you thanks!” – Pastor Rev. Victor Floyd said, “We’re hoping to offer a little balance to all of the hateful rhetoric that’s out in the country.”
Hmmm … I seem to recall that Jesus reserved his harshest condemnation for false teachers. For example, “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea. Woe to the world because of the things that cause people to stumble! Such things must come, but woe to the person through whom they come!” [Matthew 18:6-7]
EV: Potholes are yet another hidden fossil fuel cost of allegedly carbon-neutral electric vehicles. They are so much heavier than gas vehicles that they cause double the wear and tear. And you know what you need to fix potholes, right? Screeds and plate compactors that get about three miles to the gallon to lay down more petroleum-based asphalt.

The United Church of Christ is the far-left denomination that boasted Michelle and Barack Obama as devoted members for 20ish years … until their toxic pastor began hogging the headlines.
SWITCHING GEARS: The Norm Hiccup Story: [5:25] – If you need a few more chuckles, go to the YouTube and check out the comments. Here are just a few …
“I’m not a mechanic, so I can’t tell what a motorcycle or a bicycle is. If he identifies as a bicyclist, he must be one. I’m an ally of the transvehicle community.”
“He’s so brave and I know how he feels. I’m a forklift operator and identify as a power lifter. This has given me the drive to get on my forklift and compete.”
“As a third generation motorcycle rider I was so proud when my son announced that he was bike curious.”
“I used to be considered obese. But I started identifying as slim. I’m now a translender.”
UKRAINE: The Biden admin says it must support Ukraine “for as long as it takes” because it is “defending democracy” But Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, whose five-year term is due to end in 2024, has suspended elections until the war with Russia is over. Heck of an incentive for him to NOT engage seriously in peace talks.
GRAMMY NOTES: I had 5 siblings. We lived in a four story house of which we used every inch. The phone was in the kitchen, so shouting might rouse someone up or downstairs, but definitely not on the top floor where 3 brother shared a bedroom, so my mother had a buzzer system installed. We each had a number of buzzes. When the buzzes started, you had to count and if it stopped at your number, you had to hotfoot it to the kitchen.
