1A: Mark Lee Dickson, director of Right to Life of East Texas and founder of Sanctuary Cities for the Unborn Initiative, has won a significant First Amendment victory in the Texas Supreme Court. Dickson was sued in two separate lawsuits by pro-aborts for saying abortion is the “murder of innocent unborn human beings.” The court unanimously upheld his right to “speak, write or publish opinions about any subject, with the First Amendment providing that Congress shall make no law abridging free speech.”

BIDEN CRIME FAMILY: America First Legal (AFL) has released records obtained from a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that demonstrate a number of irregularities from Joe’s time as Obama’s VP.

  1. VP Biden used a personal email address for official government business;
  2. The Office of the Vice President (OVP) coordinated directly with Hunter Biden for media responses;
  3. The Obama Administration had concerns about Hunter Biden’s appointment to Burisma;
  4. Hunter Biden should have registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

CNN: In February, CNN had just 89,000 total in the day demo viewers, a 41% drop from January and its lowest rating since 2012.

LOCKDOWN FILES: The Telegraph has obtained more than 100,000 WhatsApp messages sent between then-U.K. Health Minister Matt Hancock and other ministers and officials at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. CALIFORNICATION: It should come as no surprise that people who sanction the violent murder of helpless unborn babies would have no compunctions about assaulting the elderly. In October, an angry Planned Parenthood client shoved Ross Foti (88) into a fire hydrant.

Foti, who has spent the past 30 years praying outside Planned Parenthood facilities and counseling abortion-seeking women, reportedly suffered a punctured lung and other serious injuries that put him in the hospital for four days. He remains in pain and requiring ongoing treatment.

As of March 1, NO charges had been filed against the assailant, so Life Legal launched a campaign urging supporters to contact the San Mateo District Attorney’s Office on behalf of Foti. The campaign succeeded in getting the attacker charged with, though not arrested for, aggravated battery causing serious bodily injury and battery against an elder, which carries enhanced penalties.

While hailing the charges against the woman as a “victory,” Life Legal argued that the district attorney wouldn’t have delayed filing the charges if the situation had been reversed. If Foti had shoved the woman, they argued, “he would likely have been arrested on the spot and immediately charged.” Duh. I’m not holding my breath waiting for the Cali judicial system to punish this woman.

CARS: According to the latest quarterly reports, customers are losing interest in Electric Vehicles. The reasons cited include high costs, quality-control issues, and supply-chain problems. FAUXTUS: Last year, about 47,000 people died in America from gunshot wounds. Seventy percent involved blacks, mostly males, in the inner cities, despite the fact that black males represent only 7% of the population. More than half were suicides. And some were the result of lawful self-defense and/or police shootings.

Meanwhile, there were an estimated 1.9 MILLION new cancer cases in America in 2022, with over 609,000 projected deaths. But ask a Democrat and 35% of them will tell you that GUN VIOLENCE is the #1 problem in America. So I’m sure they cheered last night when Biden vowed to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines “come hell or high water.”

No word on closing the border to stem the flood of fentanyl pouring into this country.

GET WOKE. GO BROKE: Urban Christian Academy in Kansas City was a private, K-8 school with an enrollment of 100. It claimed to provide “a tuition-free, high-quality, Christ-centered education for low-income students“, until it decided to become “an affirming school. We stand with the LGBTQIA+ community and believe in their holiness. We celebrate the diversity of God’s creation in all its varied and beautiful forms.“

Donors pulled their funding. In December of 2021, right before they publicly supported the LGBTQ community, they raised $333,985. In December of 2022, they raised $14,809. The school will close at the end of this school year. Incredibly, the executive director and co-founder says she has no regrets.

OHIO: The railway union reports that workers who helped clean up the mess in East Palestine have been suffering from health issues such as migraines and nausea, because the company disregarded their safety when dispatching them to clean up hazardous materials. One of the chemicals they were exposed to, vinyl chloride, can cause a rare form of liver cancer.

PREJUDICE: It amazes me that politicians can claim their failure to get re-elected is about prejudice. Supposedly, voters put this (fill in demographics) person into office without knowing what s/he could or would do. The pre-judging here was all positive. As in, “We’re willing to give you and your (fill in demographics) a chance!” Failing to get re-elected is all about having done a bad job with that chance.

VAXXX: All drugs have a pregnancy category designation. The best is A where “The possibility of fetal harm appears remote.” Very few drugs are in this category. The worst is X where, “The risk of use of the drug in pregnant women clearly outweighs any possible benefit. The drug is contraindicated in women who are or may become pregnant.” Examples of Category X drugs include thalidomide, oral contraceptives, and statins. In Dr. McCullough’s expert opinion, all of the COVID-19 vaccines belong in Category X.

Electric Vehicles Are Evil

The Issues & Insights editorial board wrote a piece called, “EVs are Evil” in which they summarized their case that “It’s time for those of us who drive gasoline-powered cars to take pride in the fact that our vehicles are safe, efficient, reliable, and don’t require ritual human sacrifices to build.”

  • EVs are environmental rapists. According to World Atlas, mining and ore processing is the second most polluting industry in the world. Mining and refining the minerals needed to make EV batteries requires thousands of square miles of land. One EV battery requires that somebody dig up 500,000 pounds of the earth’s crust:
    • 30 pounds of cobalt, which requires 30,000 pounds of ore.
    • 60 pounds of nickel, which requires 5,000 pounds of ore.
    • 200 pounds of copper, which requires 25,000 pounds of ore.

  • EVs are elitist. The lithium, cobalt, graphite, and rare earth minerals needed to make EV batteries mostly come from places such as China, Congo, Indonesia, Iran, and other countries that are noted for gross human rights violations, and are often mined and produced using forced and child labor. A young widow in D.R. Congo said she had suffered two miscarriages and that her husband, a fellow miner, had died of a respiratory disease. “I thank God for taking my babies. Here it is better not to be born.”

  • EVs cause hunger and thirst. In addition, mining and refining the minerals needed to make EV batteries requires massive amounts of water. For example, it takes 25,000 pounds of brine to refine enough lithium for a single battery. “It is hypocritical to say we are here with these electric vehicles to solve our climate problems if, in making them, we contaminate a community’s drinking water or dry up the irrigation wells they rely on.” – Aimee Boulanger, executive director of the Initiative for Responsible Mining Assurance.

  • EVs use large amounts of aluminum to reduce weight. A class action lawsuit is currently pending against a bauxite mining company that supplies Ford’s EVs for polluting the water, causing cancer, hair loss, neurological dysfunction, birth defects, and increased mortality. In Indonesia, where nickel for EV batteries is largely produced, the air and water pollution are causing respiratory problems, sickness, and eye injuries and destroying forests and fisheries.

  • EVs aren’t “zero emissions” vehicles. Building them requires millions of gallons of oil and fuel, resulting in far more CO2 emissions than in the production of conventional cars. And while operating them seems fume-free, in fact it just moves the emissions elsewhere. One study found that, depending on the fuel used by the power plants in a given area, EVs may result in more CO2 per mile than conventional vehicles.

  • EVs aren’t cheaper. They cost a lot more to buy, a lot more to maintain, and they may cost as much or more to operate, depending on the relative costs of electricity and gasoline in a given time and place.

  • EVs are creating environmental problems of their own. They have a disturbing tendency to burst into flames and emit toxins while in use and there is a looming problem of what to do with the mountain of used lithium-ion batteries that will soon pile up. According to World Atlas, disposal of used batteries is the number one most polluting industry in the world.

CATHOLIC: Saint Mary’s University, an allegedly Catholic institution located in Notre Dame, Indiana, not only allows a pro-LGBT student group to function on campus, but even has a center on campus that promotes homosexual and transgender activity.

But when a student applied for permission to start a Turning Point USA chapter on campus, he was told no, because the “style and content of Turning Point USA’s messaging around LGBTQ+ issues do not align with the mission and values of Saint Mary’s.“

Turning Point USA’s messaging agrees with Catholic doctrine that there are only two genders, male and female, that homosexual sexual activity is sinful, and that individuals with LGBT inclinations should live a life of chastity and abstinence.

CHICAGO: Lightfoot, the first Black woman and first openly gay person to lead the city, won her first term in 2019. She is the first elected Chicago mayor to lose a reelection bid since 1983, when Jane Byrne, the city’s first female mayor, lost her Democratic primary.

Naturally, she’s blaming her loss on race and gender, claiming she did a super duper good job as mayor. Not the Bee (link below) provides us with a long list of links to news stories about the rise in violent crime under her watch, followed by more links to stories about her failed and often ludicrous policies.

And, just to illustrate how awful her tenure has been, a Chicago criminal named Rodolfo Santillan was found guilty of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in 2015 and again in 2018. He currently wears an ankle monitor for two pending car burglaries he committed in 2021. Last week, Santillan was arrested after a concealed carry holder held him at gunpoint for allegedly breaking into yet another car; incredibly, he was released on a recognizance bond. Two hours later, he broke into another vehicle and was again arrested after good citizens detained him. And why wouldn’t he? He’s been shown again and again that Chicago “justice” is not on the side of its good citizens! But, oopsie, a judge finally got fed up and ordered him held without bail.

COVID-19: On Tuesday, FBI Director Wray said, “The FBI has for quite some time now assessed that the origin of the pandemic are most likely a potential lab incident in Wuhan.”

IVERMECTIN: John Leake writes, “The ’flooding the zone’ campaign waged against ivermectin will go down in history as one of the most mendacious and perfidious in medical history. Ivermectin has one of the safest profiles in all of medicine and multiple studies prior to 2020 showed it to have potent anti-viral properties. Most importantly, Drs. Juliana and Jean-Jacques Rajter conducted a proper controlled trial of the drug in the hospital setting in 2020 and published their study in the prestigious CHEST journal of pulmonology. The FDA KNEW about Ivermectin’s excellent safety profile, and it KNEW about the evidence showing the drug’s strong signal of benefit. Nevertheless, the agency chose to suppress this evidence and conduct a smear campaign against the drug.”

MISSISSIPPI: Gov. Reeves signed a bill on Tuesday outlawing sex-change procedures for minors and punishing doctors who push cross-sex drugs and procedures on those under 18. 

PENNSYLVANIA: A Democratic Pennsylvania State senator – Steve Santarsiero – sponsored a “queer prom” event for ages 14 and up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Everyone who came got a goodie bag containing condoms, candy, a pride flag, a Planned Parenthood bracelet. Just in case you still had any doubts about which side of the spiritual war these people are on, the bags also contained tarot cards and and a crystal star-shaped pendant.

Students were also taught how to perform anal and oral sex and were shown how skin grafts are taken from a patient’s arm to create an artificial penis. FLORIDA: Florida Gov. DeSantis has signed a bill ending Disney’s special designation as a self-governing district. The new legislation means Disney will no longer have governmental powers, including the right to tax, to avoid state building and fire codes, to avoid state regulatory reviews and approvals, to issue tax-exempt bonds, and to operate its own utility and emergency services within its 25,000 acres that straddle Orange and Osceola counties. However, Disney will remain exempt from property taxes, a detail that has irked some.

GEORGIA: Last year, a mom attended a Forsyth County School District (FSC) school board meeting, where she objected to a book in her son’s middle school library. She began to read a passage describing oral sex, but was interrupted and blocked from speaking further. She tried again the following month, at which point the FSC banned her from future school board meetings. The moms enlisted the help of the Institute for Free Speech (IFS) to represent them in a lawsuit and won.

The district is forbidden from preventing any “current or future FCS speakers entitled to speak at an FCS school board meeting, from reading or quoting verbatim from the text of any book or written works available in an FCS library or classroom, while addressing the school board during the public-comment period at school board meetings.” AND the FSC has to pay $107,500 to cover the moms’ legal fees.

Elsewhere in Georgia, Jacob Kersey was forced out of his police department position over a personal Facebook post defending traditional marriage. He is now working with the nonprofit religious liberty law firm, First Liberty Institute, in an effort to ensure that what happened to him “doesn’t happen to another police officer at Port Wentworth, or any other city in Georgia, or anywhere else in the nation.”

LAB LEAK: [3:02] – This is what I’ve been saying for years. The ‘rona was designed as a bioweapon, but it leaked out into the Chinese community by accident. Meanwhile, the ChiComs’ draconian lockdown and vaxxx efforts have utterly failed; another wave of the ‘rona is hitting in Shanghai and Hangzhou. The government is reportedly doubling down on its “zero COVID” policy and considering more lockdowns.

I can’t avoid seeing the demon-induced stupidity that Father Ripperger talks about here. The ChiComs never intended for the virus to get loose in their own country (hellooooo … that’s why bioweapons are banned). Now that they’re stuck with it, they are totally ignoring the utter global failure of lockdowns and vaxxxing, the impossibility of eliminating an endemic virus that can harbor in multiple animal populations, and the obvious superiority of going for early treatment to achieve herd immunity.

In other news, after the Department of Energy (DOE) announced that the lab leak theory was the most likely, unfunny late night host Stephen Colbert told the DOE to “stay in your lane.” Why are the Wrongs still so committed to defending China?

LIFE: Pro-life OB/GYNs were banned from exhibiting at a national conference aimed at educating the next generation of OB/GYNs. They’ve exhibited at this conference for the last 15 years and booked a spot a year ago only to be told at the last minute that they can’t come. Ironically, the theme of this year’s conference is “Building Bridges.”

SATAN CLUB: The Satanic Temple is busy establishing After School Satan Clubs in schools across the country. In one district, the backlash was so severe, the superintendent revoked the district’s approval for the club to meet on school property.

It looks to me like Jazz has turned to food for comfort. I pray the Lord will find His way into this poor boy’s heart and help him find peace.

VAXXX: Dr. Peter McCullough reports on a recent study showing that a substance called APSNJ dissolved the ‘rona spike protein, even at low concentrations and within minutes. It is believed to be viable for intravenous drug development, which would be a Godsend to the vaxxxed and scared.

WOMEN’S SPORTS: The trans movement in sports is an all-out assault on female athletics.

A Christian school team recently dropped out of the state tourney when they learned one of teams they would have to play had an mtf on it. A school spokesperson said, “We believe playing against an opponent with a biological male jeopardizes the fairness of the game and the safety of our players. FERTILITY: I’m thinking the Global Elitists who want to drastically reduce the Earth’s human population are clinking their champagne glasses at the news that 78% of women report menstrual changes such as clotting and bleeding after getting the ‘rona jab. It is likely the vaxxx alters their reproductive cycle in a way that would inhibit conception and implantation for several cycles after the jab, if not longer. And they’re recommending the boosters be repeated every six months.

RAAACISM: Thy name is Media – You know how much the Wrongs lurve to play up stories of mass shootings, especially when any of the victims are children. One guess why they’re ignoring the Feb. 17 shooting in Columbus, Georgia, in which nine juveniles – seven boys ages 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 15, and 17, and two 13-year-old girls – were sprayed with bullets by a 35-year-old gang member (photo above) and an unnamed 15-year-old accomplice. Thank God none of the children died.

TRANS: A new study presented at the American College of Cardiology conference showed that people who have ever used cross-sex hormones to “treat” their alleged “gender dysphoria” suffer serious, life-threatening complications at an exponentially higher rate than people who have never used cross-sex hormones.

  • Their risk of stroke is nearly seven times as high.
  • Their risk of heart attack is nearly six times as high.
  • Their risk of pulmonary embolism is nearly five times as high.

These findings apply to both males taking estrogen and to females taking testosterone. N.b., I put “treat” and “gender dysphoria” in italics to highlight the FACT that a huge number of these kids are misdiagnosed.

VAXXX: A leaked CDC document shows that the vaxxxed and bivalent boostered are 44% less likely to need hospitalization for the COVID-19than the unvaxxxed.

But the CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Report that was published February 10, 2023 claimed this same cohort is 14 times less likely to die.

How is it possible for both of these things to be true? And how good are these numbers anyway, given that the counts of the unvaxxxed are certainly lower (possibly significantly so) than reality?

Dearest and I are unjabbed and have never caught the ‘rona, much less needed hospitalization for it; as far as statistics are concerned, we’re invisible. Plus, despite the fact that I see my doctor every 2 months for chronic health problems, I was only just this month asked if I wanted to have my vaccination status entered in the data base. IOW, they haven’t actually been trying to track the unjabbed in any real way until now. And even going forward, the numbers will still be skewed, because people like me will check the “Hell No” … I mean “DECLINE” box, because we don’t care to be tracked by a hostile government.

And then there are all the unknown numbers of unjabbed who simply don’t see a doctor at all. Unless one of them gets sick enough to need hospitalization, they have been and will continue to be invisible to the statistics. And, just a guess, but isn’t it likely that, among the unjabbed, the no-health-care cohort are more likely to end up needing hospitalization than the health-care cohort? Granted, some of them are just ridiculously hale, but that a lot of them are malnourished and/or suffering from undiagnosed comorbidities.

Meanwhile, the jabbed have had their injections recorded in some data base or other from Day One. And if they have a regular physician and get asked about being included in their area’s data base, they are also a lot more likely to check the AGREE box.

EL SALVADOR: Some 63,000 presumed gang members have been rounded up since President Nayib Bukele declared a state of emergency months ago in the violence-plagued country. As part of his solution, gang members will be housed in a new maximum security facility. The photo above shows the first 2,000 inmates being moved in.

The facility consists of eight buildings made of reinforced concrete. Each of the buildings has 32 cells about 1,075 square feet in size and intended to hold more than 100 inmates. Each cell has only two sinks and two toilets. Prisoners will be kept in their cells 24/7, with only 4 out of 5 getting a bunk and zero getting a mattress. Prisoners may leave their cells only for legal hearings by video conference or to be moved to a windowless and unlit isolation cell for punishment.

While the prison is equipped with dining halls, exercise rooms, and table tennis tables, they are exclusively for guards’ use.

TRANS: A once-devoted case manager at The Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital is blowing the whistle. One of her jobs was to do intake for new patients and their families. When she started there in 2018, there were probably 10 such calls a month. When she left in 2022, there there were 50 and about 70% of them were girls, most with many comorbidities such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, obesity, and/or autism.

“To begin transitioning, the girls needed a letter of support from a therapist—usually one we recommended—who they had to see only once or twice for the green light. To make it more efficient for the therapists, we offered them a template for how to write a letter in support of transition. The next stop was a single visit to the endocrinologist for a testosterone prescription.”

GRAMMY NOTES: Two of my granddaughters go to a wonderful school where the recent fund-raiser was “Acts of Kindness.” My daughter sent photos of them doing some of the acts they chose … picking up trash in their neighborhood, making lasagna for a family whose mom was sick, and putting an elderly neighbor’s trash can out and putting it away after pickup. On the day this image was photographed, they were chalking “Welcome Home!” messages on the driveway of a neighbor who was coming home from the hospital. ❤

BUDWEISER WAGON: [10:41] – This will be easier to watch if you know ahead of time that the downed horse in the video is fine now and back to work. The professionalism of everyone involved, from the Bud team to the rodeo announcer to the audience, really moved me.

Watch the shotgun rider right from the beginning. The instant something went wrong, he was on the ground and running right into the middle. These horses weight between 1,800 and 2,300 pounds! Also, keep your eye on the woman in the middle who takes her jacket off and wraps it around the downed horse’s eyes to calm him. She stays at his head throughout the ordeal.

One comment on the video says, “I live in St. Louis and have visited the farm where the horses are kept many times. This announcer was correct. The crew that looks after these horses are so dedicated and devoted to their welfare.” And kudos to the little dog on the wagon who stayed where he was supposed to stay, up and out of the way.

CALIFORNICATION: The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has suspended one of its attorneys for “misgendering” and “deadnaming” a convicted child molester who is now accused of beating a man to death with a rock. The attorney had previously expressed concerns about Tubbs’ alleged gender transition.

In 2014, he was arrested and pleaded guilty to attacking a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom stall. Because he had been under 18 at the time of the crime, they sought to get the now-adult molester of young girls sentenced to a juvenile facilities. And, of course, by “identifying” as a female, that would place him with his prey of choice.

The attorney says Tubbs got him fired “in retaliation” for outing his fakery in an attempt to keep him out of the female juvie facility. “I have recordings of him making up the name, gaming the system, joking about it and the date that it was made up. And I had reports where he’s referring to himself as a ‘grown ass man.’“

Last year, Fox News Digital obtained explicit jailhouse recordings of Tubbs admitting it was wrong to attack a little girl but gloating over the light punishment. His victim said the light sentence he received denied her any sense of justice.

This girl was apparently dragged to the clinic by a DSS agent, then pressured to submit to a procedure the clinic had no legal right to perform.

In Australia, Jay Langadinos is suing the psychiatrist who allowed her to begin medical transition while she too was going through a mental health crisis, and in England, Ritchie Herron is bringing legal action against the doctors who allowed him to consent to hormone therapy and the amputation of his penis while he was in a similar state of mental distress.
