CALIFORNICATION: In another example of our culture’s decline, a San Diego middle schooler who painted his face to show school spirit at a football game has been banned forever from attending any more school sporting events. The reason cited in the paperwork: “intent to harm.”

The 13-year-old did not cause any disruptions at the game and neither he nor his parents had any idea there was a problem (however specious) until they were called on the carpet because he painted black on his face, so therefore it was a deliberately racist act.

The student told the principal he didn’t know what “blackface” was. Here’s the dictionary definition: “dark makeup worn to mimic the appearance of a Black person and especially to mock or ridicule Black people.” As in, not dark makeup worn to express one’s team spirit.

CANCEL CULTURE: On Aug 6, 2021, Insider published an opinion piece by Scott Galloway entitled “Half of America has its head up its ass. It’s time for a vaccine mandate.” It was headed up with the photo above. In it he said fun, friendly stuff like, “Enough already. Federal law should require any citizen who wants to cash a government check, use public transport, or enter a place of business to show proof of vaccination.” He spent paragraphs likening the coronavirus to World War II and bemoaning the anti-science stupidity of those who didn’t trust the so-called vaccine that isn’t and never was a vaccine. Then he smugly finished with, “Our nation has been frayed, if not torn apart. A key component of our repair will be a renewed belief that there is a truth — one based not on ideology or opinion but on data and science. This vaccine is our generation’s call. Let’s answer it. Let’s get two million fellow Americans off this beach. Life is so rich.”

Now, Scott Galloway says, “I was on the board of my kids’ school during COVID. I wanted a harsher lockdown policy. In retrospect: I was wrong. The damage to kids of keeping them out of school longer was greater than the risk.” So, is he sorry about the shabby way he and so many others treated those of us who were rightly angry about the lockdowns and skeptical of the rush to inject the whole world? No. He says, “We were doing our best. But let’s give a little grace and forgiveness for the shit show that was COVID.” I don’t remember any of them giving us any grace back when we were being excluded from jobs, public spaces, and family holidays. And I have yet to have any of those who gave us crap personally offer any apology. I’ll work at forgiving, not because they deserve it, but because God requires it.

COVID-19: COVID-19 has a new variant that has been named HV.1. At the moment, it is the leading variant diagnosed in the United States. It is more contagious than, but causes the same symptoms as Omicron – i.e., cough, fatigue, congestion, and runny nose. IOW, it’s a cold. None of the current COVID vaccines are effective against it. So, gosh, it’s almost like we’ll have to depend on our immune systems for this one.

It shows the birth and death rates for five countries, then asks which of these countries has the most “female empowerment.” The test counts “France” as the correct answer, because it has the lowest birth rate. VAXXX: The CDC has announced that, in 2022, U.S. infant death rates increased dramatically for the first time in many years. The CDC began recommending all pregnant women get the ‘rona jab as of August 1, 2021.

The increase rise was especially high for babies of white women, who had the highest rates of vaccination. Meanwhile, the same minorities who were most reluctant to get the Fauci Ouch also had the lowest increases in infant mortality.

Bacterial sepsis as a cause of death in infants also increased significantly. The COVID-19 “vaccines” have been shown to markedly decrease immune responses in children.

COVID-19: A study entitled “Incidence and Transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in US Child Care Centers After COVID-19 Vaccines” appeared in JAMA on October 24, 2023. It reports on a 12-month study of 83 children in 11 child care centers (CCCs) and their personal contacts with child care providers and household members. What they found was that, contrary to popular opinion, CCCs actually play a minor role in the transmission of the ‘rona virus.

VAXXX: A paper entitled “Cardiac side effects of RNA-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccines: Hidden cardiotoxic effects of mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2 on ventricular myocyte function and structure” was published on October 12, 2023 in British Journal of Pharmacology. In it, scientists report that, within 48 hours of exposing rat and human heart muscle cells in vitro to the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 serums, those heart cells were showing multiple significant dysfunctions.

In addition, the cells were producing the ‘rona spike proteins. I’m thinking this means cells had incorporated the spike protein code into their own DNA. If I got this right, then it is exactly what the earliest “vaxxx deniers” said they were worried about. If the mRNA serum both stimulates production of immune antibodies to the spike protein and causes the body’s own cells to start producing spike proteins, then you’ve got yourself a massive autoimmunity problem.

TRANS: Isabelle Ayala is suing her doctors for diagnosing and treating pediatric gender dysphoria and subjecting her to medical procedures that they knew or should have known would lead to long-term harm. She is also suing the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) for endorsing what has quickly become a multi-billion dollar industry. Other detransitioners have sued their doctors before, but Isabelle Ayala is the first one to sue the AAP.

A Michigan judge has ruled that drug manufacturers are not protected by the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act if the drug in question was contaminated; hence, the lawsuit filed by Ven Johnson Law on behalf of Dan Nowacki will proceed to trial.

The PREP Act shields manufacturers, administrators and distributors from liability claims resulting from harm caused by drugs or vaccines that received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). The PREP Act, signed into law in December 2005 by then-President George W. Bush, overrides all federal and state vaccine safety laws in the case of an emergency declaration by HHS. Specifically, it exempts drug makers from lawsuits related to the manufacture, testing, development, distribution, administration and use of medical countermeasures against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear agents of terrorism, epidemics, and pandemics.

Remdesivir received Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for use in COVID-19 patients. However, two lots containing 55,000 vials of the drug had to be recalled after it was found they were contaminated with glass particles. Nowacki received at least two of those contaminated doses after which he suffered two strokes and a leg amputation. The lawsuit was filed in Washtenaw County Circuit Court and names Gilead Sciences, Inc., the drug manufacturer, and St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea Hospital, Inc. as defendants.

This Michigan judge’s ruling in the Nowacki case establishes an important precedent, because it opens a door for those who were damaged by the ‘rona jab to sue Pfizer and/or Moderna. The basis for such a lawsuit would be a contaminant that researchers have found in all of the Moderna and Pfizer mRNA COVID-19 serums.

The first hint of this find appeared on April 10, 2023, in a paper entitled “Sequencing of bivalent Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines reveals nanogram to microgram quantities of expression vector dsDNA per dose” that was published in OSF Preprints. The research team was headed up by Kevin McKernan, an expert in DNA and RNA sequencing who is best known for his role as a team leader in the Human Genome Project.In their paper, McKernan et al. reported finding dsDNA in both Moderna and Pfizer mRNA vaccines in excess of both the European Medicines Agency (EMA) 330ng/mg limit and the FDA 10ng/dose limit.

This is a problem, because dsDNA causes blood clotting. (Sound familiar?) On April 25, 2017, a paper entitled “Double-stranded DNA induces a prothrombotic phenotype in the vascular endothelium” was published in Nature. In it, researchers reported that the synthetic dsDNA (double-stranded DNA) known as “poly(dA:dT)” induced accelerated blood clotting in vitro in human micro-vascular endothelial cells – i.e., skin cells harvested from unborn humans (likely aborted fetal remains).

On October 19, 2023, Health Canada, the country’s public health authority, confirmed the presence of DNA contamination in Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines. The specific dsDNA they found is known as Simian Virus 40 (SV40), a DNA viral gene sequence. In April 2004, a paper entitled “Emergent Human Pathogen Simian Virus 40 and Its Role in Cancer” was published in the peer-reviewed medical journal Clinical Microbiology Reviews. It reported on the growing evidence that SV40 causes cancer. As with blood clotting, there has been a sharp increase in cancer since the COVID-19 “vaccines” were rolled out.

Health Canada also confirmed that Pfizer did not disclose the presence of SV40. Plasmid DNA is used in the manufacturing of mRNA vaccines, but it is supposed to be removed to a level below thresholds set by health regulatory agencies. In addition, Pfizer was required to disclose its use and presence in the serums to health regulatory agencies. They did not disclose, probably because the levels in their serums were and apparently continue to be many, many times higher than is considered safe.

On October 23, 2023, Steve Kirsch wrote, “Legal opinions will vary of course, but I just got off the phone with a very high profile attorney in the COVID litigation space (who asked not to be quoted since he hasn’t extensively researched this yet) and asked the key question: “Do you have to tie your harm to the adulteration specifically, or does the adulteration remove the liability protection on the base product?” He said, as expected, the case is stronger if you can link the adulteration as causing your injuries, but there is still liability because you didn’t give informed consent to having an adulterated product injected and the PREP act only protects the unadulterated product that you thought you were getting. Bottom line: if you can tie the vaccine with your injury you have a case. You have an even better case if you can tie the adulteration to your injury, but that is NOT necessary.”

MAINE: As of 1 pm, the suspected gunman in 2 mass shootings is still at large. The manhunt has been complicated by the fact that the suspect abandoned his cell phone, so police can not use it to find him. The shooter killed 18 and injured 13 more; three of the injured are in critical condition. Police say they have found an apparent suicide note from the gunman, but that it did not give any motive for the shootings. The suspect was recently institutionalized for severe mental health issues.

VAXXX: A paper entitled “Persistent Damage to the Gut Microbiome Following Messenger RNA SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine” was presented by Dr. Sabine Hazan, MD, on October 25, 2022 at an American College of Gastroenterology conference.

In it, Dr. Hazan reported that her research showed the ‘rona jab reduces the common and beneficial gut bacteria genus known as Bifidobacteria by as much as 90%. They also found some rare cases in which the Bifidobacteria population initially increased after vaccination, but then later dropped to zero. The absence of Bifidobacteria microbes is linked to chronic diseases, including diabetes, cancer, and autoimmune diseases.

Dr. Hazan’s prior works on hospitalized COVID-19 patients showed that patients who had severe COVID-19 tended to have no or low Bifidobacteria levels, whereas those with higher stores of Bifidobacteria tended to develop asymptomatic infection.
