ALL the shooters were LIBERALS – Updated!
Unhappy with the committee assignments given to him by fellow Democrat and Speaker-elect Marilyn Kirkpatrick, Assemblyman Brooks publicly threatened to shoot Kirkpatrick, telling people Kirkpatrick’s “first day as speaker would be her last.”
He was arrested Saturday, in possession of a loaded gun, and is now out on bail. His first court date is Jan. 28, one week before the legislative session begins. If convicted, the charge could get the lawmaker one to five years in state prison and a $10,000 fine.

ITooktheRedPill Corrects Democrat Lies
Republicans tried to prevent the sub-prime mortgage crisis.
It was Democrats who passed the Community Reinvestment Act, Democrats who expanded it, Democrats who cooked the books at Fannie and Freddie as other Democrats pressured banks to make more and more of those high-risk loans, and Democrats who prevented Republican attempts at reform:

As for employment, let’s look at the big picture.
EMPLOYMENT UNDER REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP
For 12 continuous years, Republicans held majority control of Washington, D.C. (they held 2+ out of 3 of the House, Senate, and Presidency). During that time, the average level of employment over 144 straight months was 63.3%, and never went below 62.0%.
When George W. Bush took office in 2001, one could truly say that he “inherited” the economy, because he had not been a part of the Congress that helped create that economy. And what he inherited was the Dot Com bust, followed shortly thereafter by the 9/11/2001 attacks, which created an economic double whammy. Employment was decreasing in 2001, 2002, and early 2003, and it was not until the 2003 Bush Tax Cuts were signed into law that the economy turned around, employment rose, and tax revenues rose along with that rising employment.
- The low point of employment in 2003 was 62.0% in September 2003.
- By December 2006, employment was up to 63.4%.
Thanks in large part to the Bush Tax Cuts, the economy grew, employment grew, and tax revenues grew. Tax revenues in FY 2007 were a whopping 44% larger than FY 2003 revenues! That was the effect of Republican-backed policies.
Again, employment in the last month of the Republican majority was 63.4%… even after inheriting the Dot Com bust and the 9/11 attacks, Bush was able to turn the economy around and finish the Republican majority with an employment percentage that was slightly higher than the 12-year Republican majority average (which was 63.3%).
That improvement hit an inflection point when the balance of power shifted from Republican to Democrat on January 3, 2007. Democrats raised the minimum wage 3 times, in 2007, 2008, and 2009, and while may sound good to you, the fact is that whenever the minimum wage is raised, some people who would have been employed at minimum wage previously do not end up making more, but rather end up unemployed. There is a reason why youth unemployment is higher now than it was 6 years ago. The financial crisis of 2008 of course increased unemployment (/decreased employment), but again Republicans had warned of, and tried to stop, that crisis, but Democrats thwarted attempts at reform and additional oversight.
EMPLOYMENT UNDER DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP
We’ve now had six continuous years of Democrats holding majority control of Washington, D.C. Average employment over those six years has been 60.0%, and we haven’t had a month above that average since February 2009. The average over the four years of Obama’s first term was 58.7%, and we haven’t had a month above that average since August 2009.
When Democrats in Congress took majority control on January 3, 2007, they inherited a GOOD economy. And you can’t honestly say that Obama “inherited” the poor state of the economy on January 20, 2009, because he had been a Senator since January 3, 2005 and had helped to create that economy. And even if you insist on blaming Bush for the economy that Obama “inherited” on January 20, 2009, the fact remains that the economy Obama just inherited from himself is far, far worse!

Democrats HATE God, it’s that simple
Since 1973, the United States has slaughtered MORE than 54 MILLION innocent, unborn citizens. In New York City today, 40% of all pregnancies end in abortion. Among minorities, it’s as high as 60%. In some neighborhoods, it’s 67%.
Apparently, even these appalling numbers are not enough to satisfy the blood lust of Democrats. In Albany two weeks ago, Governor Cuomo proposed an even more liberal abortion bill that, if passed, would make New York the bloodiest state in the union by declaring that abortion is a fundamental right that cannot be denied and against which New York may not discriminate.
It would mean:
- NO parental notification for minors;
- NO limits on taxpayer funding of abortion;
- NO limits on late-term abortions.
It would allow people who are not doctors to legally perform abortions, thereby ensuring an even higher death count as women die from botched procedures.
It would threaten the very existence of Catholic hospitals. Long Island alone is home to six hospitals that could be crippled by having Medicare funds withheld if they refuse to comply.
When Cuomo announced these proposals, his audience CHEERED. That’s how far this nation has strayed, that people actually celebrate the prospect of killing even MORE helpless innocents on the altar of narcissism.
Scripture is clear that unborn babes are not “lumps of cells”. John the Baptist recognized His Lord and Savior when he was still in utero!
“When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the infant leaped in her womb.” (Luke 1:41)
And the LORD is clear that the lives of the unborn are in no way mere property for women to “choose” to discard.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.” (Jer 1:5)
“The fruit of the womb is a gift from the LORD, a reward.” (Psalm 127:3, paraphrased)
“You formed my inmost being; you knit me in my mother’s womb. My very self you know, even when I was being made in secret.” (Psalm 139:13-15, paraphrased)
GOD says over and over and over again that killing children is an abomination to Him.
He forbids the practice and says it is an abomination that He detests. (Deut 12:31)
He promises that anyone who does it must be put to death. He promises that, if the people of the land condone such acts by failing to put the wrongdoer to death, He Himself will punish not just the wrondoer, but also his or her family and the people who failed to put the wrongdoer to death. (Lev 20:1-5)
God swore vengeance on the Ammonites, “because they ripped open pregnant women in Gilead.” (Amos 1:13)
Governor Cuomo and all those who would cheer for the destruction of the unborn would do well to heed Jeremiah 7:29-34, where God told Jeremiah to proclaim to the people of Judah that, because they had done this evil – “sacrificed their sons and daughters, something I never commanded or considered” – He would “silence the cry of joy, the cry of gladness … in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem.” He promised to turn the land to rubble and make the corpses of this evil people to “be food for the birds of the sky and beasts of the earth, which no one will drive away.”
Think about this. At the time Jeremiah lived, the estimated human population of the entire WORLD was somewhere between 5 and 7 Million. We’ve slaughtered ten times that number in the abortuaries of this blood-soaked and evil nation. Yet still the Democrats cry for more. We are so screwed.

We’re buying guns for America haters?
Sometime in late January, as part of a 213 million dollar foreign aid package, the U.S. government intends to deliver 10 F-16 fighter jets and 200 Abrams tanks to Egypt.
In 2010, the current President of Egypt, Mohamed Morsi, publicly labeled the United States an “enemy” and called for driving Israel from Arab land. Open Doors says of Egypt:
The Muslim Brotherhood won parliamentary elections in November 2011 and a new Islamist-backed constitution was signed into law in December 2012. Support for both the Muslim Brotherhood and Salafi Islam is growing and persecution of Christians is on the rise.
Meanwhile, Obama Democrats are trying to disarm Americans any way they can.

Texas leads the way
The Texas State Legislature begins its 2013 session with an EIGHT BILLION DOLLAR budget SURPLUS. How is that possible when the Federal and most State governments are drowning in red ink? Well, it seems that back in 2011, the Texas Legislature cut spending (what a concept) and allowed a fracking boom (ooh eeevil, providing cheap energy to Americans). Most likely scenarios chosen were:
Nuclear explosion somewhere in America triggered by terrorists.
Major electrical grid outage caused by terrorists or a computer hacker.

More than twice as many Republicans as Democrats said catastrophe is likely, which means either Republicans are overly pessimistic or Democrats have their heads firmly stuffed somewhere the sun don’t shine.

Logic, lies and other stuff
During the recent campaign, President Obama claimed credit for increasing funding to the Pell Grant program, which provides college funds, free from repayment, to millions of students. What he never mentioned was the law he signed in 2011 that cut a student’s lifetime eligibility for these funds from 18 semesters to 12. The cut went largely unreported by the media.

Glenn Beck responded to controversy over a painting of President Obama resembling Jesus Christ on a crucifix by putting an Obama doll into a container of what appeared to be urine. He titled his artwork, “Obama in Pee Pee” and put a price tag of $25,000 on it. He was no doubt inspired by the award-winning and government-funded piece of art know as Piss Christ by Andres Serrano.

San Francisco lawmakers will vote on an ordinance that would prohibit nudity in most public places. The proposed ordinance includes exemptions for participants at permitted street fairs and parades, such as the city’s annual gay pride event and the Folsom Street Fair, which celebrates sadomasochism and other sexual subcultures.

ObamaCare was supposed to make health care more affordable. Tell that to those who have been benefiting from FSA and HSA options. Thanks to ObamaCare, Flex Spending Accounts will be capped in 2013 at $2500. ObamaCare has already imposed an increased penalty for Health Savings Accounts withdrawal and disallowed purchase of health-related products without a prescription. ObamaCare is also requiring a tax on all health-related devices, thus increasing the cost of not just specialty, prescription devices, but also common over-the-counter products like tampons and band-aids.
