The result was to bring the infection into nursing homes that had been virus free where it spread and killed people.

One of the very first things we learned about COVID-19 is that it is highly lethal to the elderly. As of last Wednesday, COVID-19 had killed at least 3,540 residents of New York’s nursing homes and adult care facilities. Continue reading →
