In the key 25-54 demographic advertisers covet most, Fox more than tripled CNN and MSNBC combined, according to Nielsen Research.

From noon to 12:30 p.m. during the oath and inaugural address portions of the coverage, Fox averaged 2.99 million viewers to CNN’s 521,000 and MSNBC’s 315,000.

I missed Meet The Press today, it interfered with Encore Western Channel’s tribute to Clint Eastwood. At least I have my priorities right.

Kellyanne Conway was on with F. Chuck Todd and set him straight. The Trump Administration won’t play the media’s game of defending itself against every liberal lie. We’ve been waiting a very long time for somebody with a spine to stop playing patty-cake with these braying jackasses.

That’s what Conway and this administration want the press to focus on since Obama’s failure is the reason they’re occupying the White House.

Most pro-life Americans are anxiously awaiting Congress to pass a bill to defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business. While that defunding legislation concerns the domestic-based Planned Parenthood abortion corporation, President Trump has the ability to put in place an executive order that would revoke funding for its international affiliate.

When pro-abortion former President Barack Obama took office, Obama overturned a policy that prevented funding of groups that promote or perform abortions overseas. President Obama began his final press conference on a surprising note. Despite “not liking all of the stories you’ve filed,” he told the gathered White House press corps that it’s your duty to ask “tough questions” and not be “sycophants.”

Too bad reporters were apparently not paying attention.

What followed was one softball after another, with rhetorical foot massages sandwiched between.

“Thank you, Mr. President,” each reporter began.

“It’s been an honor,” said another, before literally making the “call me” expression while pointing at her cellphone.

A reporter for The Blade, Chris Johnson, used his opportunity to ask the president a question to instead list a series of LGBT “accomplishments” Obama enjoyed during his tenure — before setting the president up to attack Trump.

WH Press Corps Reality Check

There’s a rumor going around that the Trump White House wants to evict the White House press corps.

But incoming Press Secretary Sean Spicer said that’s wrong.  What they want to do is find a bigger work space so more members of the press can participate.

“The current briefing room only has 49 seats so we have looked at rooms within the White House to conduct briefings that have additional capacity to accommodate members of media including talk radio, bloggers and others.”

But no decisions have been made.

As for CNN’s bleating about being mistreated by Trump … pshaw!

Spicer noted that they received 600 requests for press credential to the Jan 11, 2017, Trump presser.

Just under 350 credentials were issued and CNN got EIGHT seats, all front and center!

Plus, at the time Acosta was loudly demanding Trump call on him, CNN had already been granted a question.  So all their bleating about Trump shutting out CNN is a load of crap.

And, it is clear from the video of the Trump-Acosta exchange that Acosta was rude, disrespectful, and egregiously inappropriate.  It’s really rich at the end when Mr. “Pot” Acosta complains that Trump calling CNN “fake news” was “inappropriate.”  ::snort::
