In a specially cut message for Black Entertainment Television – which BET further said in a tweet was for “women of color” – Mrs. Obama said, as Breitbart noted: “We’ve all seen the difference we can make when we choose to cast our ballots, and we’ve seen the consequences when we don’t bother to show up to the polls. … Women of color know how to get things done for our families, our communities, and our country. When we use our voices, people listen. When we lead, people follow.”

According to the White House, 2000-4000 troops will be sent until the border wall is completed. What would be more logical than for Michelle Obama to write an identity politics book, in first person, Oprah-style, as a backdrop “narrative” to galvanize those voters? The Obamas always were about “narrative” as a means of concealing their policy objectives by promoting their personas. Obama’s “mind-meld,” and right hand man, after all, was fiction writer and major Ben Rhodes. Ol’ Ben knew more than anyone about creating “narratives.”

CNN held a town hall event in Sunrise, Florida hosted by Jake Tapper, where National Rifle Association Dana Loesch and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) literally ventured into the lion’s den. Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL) also participated. It was a two-hour bashing of Rubio, the NRA, Loesch, every law-abiding gun owner, and every supporter of the Second Amendment. It was show trial, a North Korean kangaroo court that resembled something out of the two minutes of hate from Orwell’s 1984.

The artist who painted former President Obama’s portrait for the Portrait Gallery, part of the Smithsonian Institution, has an interesting past. While reviewing previous works by artist Kehinde Wiley, it was discovered that he has a great fondness for painting black women beheading white women. Both beheading pieces are titled “Judith beheading Holofernes”, referencing a story in the Book of Judith, which involves a beautiful woman who seduces an invading general before he is able to destroy their land, gets him drunk, and then decapitates him.
Typical artists from the Rennaissance era have placed Judith in the role of a scriptural savior, “a type of the praying Virgin or the church or as a figure who tramples Satan and harrows Hell.” Given the historical context and how Wiley recreated it in his works, is hard to interpret his use of this theme as anything other than a blatant statement of racism; black women are the powerful angels of the earth, conquering the white devils.

Remember the big hurricane that wiped out Puerto Rico? The publisher of a newspaper in Puerto Rico is reporting that, by their count, 320,000 Puerto Ricans have immigrated to the United States. Seventy percent of them to Florida. Now, the publisher of the Puerto Rican newspaper says that all of these people are very disappointed in the response of the Trump administration to help Puerto Rico recover. She believes by the end of 2018 there will be nearly 400,000 to 500,000 immigrants — think illegal immigrants — in Florida, and, if 60% of them register Democrat, then Florida ever voting for a Republican presidential candidate may be lost for as long as we can see.
