Barack Obama: Restoring the American Dream!

Obama v Lincoln

I want to thank Barack Obama for changes I can believe in!

Obama has destroyed the Democratic Party.

In 2006 and 2008, Democrats picked up 14 Senate seats and 52 House seats and the press was touting the death of the GOP. In 2010 and 2012, voters decisively returned control of Congress to Republicans. Obama’s leadership also brought low the Kennedy and Clinton dynasties and bumped Jimmy Carter out of the “Worst President Ever” spot, which I’m sure is a comfort to the good folks of Georgia.

Obama has completely exposed Liberals and Progressives to a new generation.

While Democrats pompously claim to be helping the poor with their tax, borrow and spend policies, what really happens is that they reward themselves and political cronies with enormous wealth while driving the poor and middle class down. They ignore our safety at home and abroad by allowing infrastructure to decay and refusing to defend us from our enemies.

Obama has brought more Americans back to the Conservative Movement than anyone since Reagan.

Talk about community organizing! Just in his first year in the White House, Obama almost single-handedly shook millions of freedom-loving Americans out of their political lethargy and launched them into the Tea Party movement.  After six years, the Tea Party is still going strong, while the Democrats’ counter “movements” — Occupy and Coffee Party — have faded from memory like one-hit rock bands.

Obama has rejuvenated Americans’ commitment to protecting and defending ALL of our rights.

During the Obama’s years, abortion rates have declined, a record number of abortion clinics have closed, sales of firearms and ammunition have sky-rocketed, traditionally Democrat groups, like Blacks and Catholics, have woken up to the fact that Democrat policies destroy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and disgust with the Democrat-shilling media has risen to the point where this year’s Most Trusted Journalist is Fox’s Bret Baier.

So, again, I say thanks to Barack Obama!  (And don’t let the door smack you on the butt when you leave.)

My fellow Americans, Obama despises you.

The White House announced it is forging ahead with its fascistic EPA “climate” regulations AND taunting Republicans, saying there’s little they can do to stop it.

In other words, their response to our voting in a Republican majority is “Fuck You.”

2014_10 That Lincoln-Obama comparison by Terrell

Clearly, the Empty Suit’s disdain for us has in no way been diminished by having his butt kicked earlier this month.

McConnell noted, “They’ve been on a rampage all across the country. And I think coal is the most conspicuous example, but it’s happening in a lot of other areas and I think you’re going to see bipartisan support for trying to rein them in.”

Although we won’t have a veto-proof majority, passing bills and forcing Obama to veto them will keep this crap tied up and in the headlines. We also have the courts, where the EPA’s authority to limit emissions have been and will likely continue to be challenged.

Stupid is as stupid does

2014_11 GALLUP Obamacare approval

Gruber credited its passage to “the stupidity of American voters” but the only people who got to vote on it were in Congress and the only people in Congress who voted for it were Democrats.

Stupidity of American Voters

The Dem spin was high-larious!

  • Ben Waxman – A biased press can make a good law look bad.
  • Phil Kerpen – THAT DARN CONSERVATIVE MEDIA!
  • Ben Waxman – Corporate media is more conservative than the right would like to admit/
  • Clay Johanson – Pls explain how that applies to NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NYT, AP. We’ll wait.
  • Andrews Dad – What color is the sky in your world?

Where was Bill? Where was Mary?!

Louisiana Democrat Senator Mary Landrieu is facing a runoff election on Dec. 6 against Republican Dr. Bill Cassidy. Her hopes are so slim, the national Dems have pulled their funding and ads.

On Thursday, Landrieu tried to gain some traction at a press conference in front of a Veterans Affairs medical facility, where she yammered about how she got federal money for Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina, while Cassidy allegedly didn’t lift a finger to help Louisianans.

Standing in front of a VA Medical Center construction site, Landrieu called Cassidy “wishy-washy, unreliable, undependable, not sure who he is, not sure who he was and not sure who he wants to be.”  Landrieu followed up her finger wagging with a hashtag campaign #WhereWasBill.

Cassidy responded:

2014_11 06 Where was Bill tweet and reply

In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Bill Cassidy led a group of health care volunteers to convert an abandoned K-Mart building into an emergency health care facility, providing basic health care to victims of the natural disaster.

We had no way to predict what people coming out of New Orleans were going to need. My physician group didn’t have emergency preparedness responsibilities, so we made a lot of this stuff up as we went along.

The old K Mart we were to use had been abandoned for about eight years. It was filthy. There was no electricity, no air conditioning and no windows.

We had doctors and nurses step up to design the facility. I asked my friend the insurance guy to be the volunteer coordinator because insurance guys always know everyone. Around 150 people from two churches showed up with mops and brooms to help clean. An electrician got the power up in 24 hours. We created four to five wards holding 30 cots each.

Trucks arrived with $5 million worth of medical supplies, but no packing lists were included. We had I.V. bags but no poles. We had cots but no crash cart. Our volunteers found EKG machines, printers–someone even got a new Honda delivered. Physicians showed up from as far away as Iowa. By the time patients arrived, we had beds, lights, generators, computers and volunteers to play with children, provide transportation and reconnect families.

We saw fatigue, dehydration, emotional trauma and illnesses like diabetes and asthma made worse by the patients’ experience. The shelters wouldn’t take newborns, so we took mamas and their babies. It was the most amazing thing. We never got the volume we braced for, but we were ready–in 26 hours.

In 1998, Dr. Bill Cassidy helped found the Greater Baton Rouge Community Clinic to provide uninsured residents of the greater Baton Rouge area with access to free health care. The Clinic provides low-income families free dental, medical, mental health and vision care through an innovative “virtual” approach that partners needy patients with doctors who provide care free of charge.

Landrieu is one of the most conservative Democrats in the Senate, at times opposing her party’s positions, yet she voted in support of President Obama’s positions 97% of the time in 2013, which should tell you all you need to know about what “conservative Democrat” means.

Landrieu has no LA home

Obama’s take on the election

November 5, 2014: President Obama held a post-election presser. I can’t stand listening to him, but I read about it at Twitchy. 🙂 Here’s the gist of what they said he said:

“To everyone who voted, I want you to know…I hear you. To the two-thirds of voters who chose not to participate…I hear you, too.” —Obama

And here are some Twittery replies:

  • No, President Obama is not going to take the blame for this election.
  • It’s down to lazy voters.
  • I came out of my coma for THIS?
  • Shorter Obama: Sour grapes.
  • We are disappointing him. Again.
  • Val had to talk him off the ledge and medicate him just to make him presentable to his “subjects” today.
  • It wasn’t a truly “national election” cuz as Obama said, “I’m the guy whose elected by everybody, not just one state.”
  • What a jerk.
  • That’s him in a nutshell.
  • But…but…he’s the most intelligent man that ever lived.
  • He’s a legend in his own mind at any rate.

2014_11 Obama the Boring

  • Obama’s post-election presser was brought to you by the letter “B” — for BORING.
  • Why is Obama known as a Great Orator? Boring as hell while rewriting history.
  • President Obama sounds bored with his own talking points.
  • My mom is taking a nap and she told me to leave it on the channel Obama is speaking on because he’s boring.
  • If he seamlessly started explaining how to change the toner cartridge on a xerox machine, would anyone notice?
  • I had to stab myself in the leg with a fork to stay awake during that answer.
  • Obama helped the economy today! During his boring spiel I did some online shopping.
  • Obama has repeated the phrase “get stuff done” a few times
  • Oh … THAT’s really presidential.
  • You’ll have to excuse Valerie Jarrett’s lil Bammy ‘Bam ‘Bam today… he’s a wee bit flustered after the epic drubbing he got from sea-to-shining-sea yesterday.

Obama Goes Off on Reporter Major Garrett for asking a substantive question

Obama does have his sycophants like the lapdog journo who let him say he loves campaigning, shaking hands, and hugging people.

  • He loves campaigning. For once, he’s being honest.
  • He left off golfing.
  • Is it just me or does that sound like a dating site profile?
  • Obama “loves campaigning” because he is a jealous god requiring much worship.
  • He should be running campaigns instead of running the country into the ground.
  • We should definitely have elected him president so he could ENJOY himself.
  • He and Mooch told the Olympic Committee to site the games in Chicago cuz they lived there.
  • This is true.

And Geraldo Rivera, who tweeted: “Deserted by Latinos, blacks and his feckless lazy Millennial supporters, President O got his ass kicked by millions of angry old white folk.”

It’s the same ol’ same ol’. These people have nothing but hate to offer the world.

  • U.S Senator Designate Tim Scott #Republican of South Carolina to star in new reality show as “Uncle Tom’s Cabin” part2
  • scott follows in the grand political tradition of other “uncle toms” like clarence thomas & herman cain
  • uncle tom Tim Scott cry for 1%,pity too stupid to grasp 30yrs of trickle down killed American Dream&hope of social mobility
  • Tim Scott Uncle Tom ass is back. UGH. I hate the world.

Scott was gracious. In a series of tweets, he said:

My skin color is talked about often. Tonight I want to talk about it for just a moment. In South Carolina, in America, it takes a generation to go from having a grandfather who is picking cotton, to a grandson in Congress. We are thankful for those trailblazers who came before us and said the status quo was not enough. I stand on the shoulders of giants. Our values and our issues are central. The most important things we have to offer are on the inside. This is the testament to progress made.
