SELECTIVE PROSECUTION: Not all that long time ago, the FEC found the Clinton campaign guilty of violating campaign finance law when it mischaracterized as “legal expenses” the campaign money it paid to get the anti-Trump Steele dossier faked up. For this heinous attempt to frame a political opponent (and later a sitting president), the FEC fined the campaign a paltry $8,000. Nobody was indicted or arrested.

By contrast, Trump used his own money to shut down a politically damaging and likely false narrative put forward by a greedy and morally challenged porn star. Even worse, Daniels was likely inspired to fake up her story after Clinton donors offered six-figures to any women who were willing to make sexual misconduct allegations against Donald Trump.

FEC Commissioner James E. “Trey” Trainor said of Bragg’s case against Trump, “It’s not a campaign finance violation. It’s not a reporting violation of any kind.” He went on to explain that the FEC had dismissed the exact same case for failing on three different counts to meet the “campaign interference” standard required by law.

STUDENTS FOR LIFE: [4:53] – Violent protesters from ANTIFA were allowed to shut down a peaceful Students for Life of America event at Virginia Commonwealth University. Campus police didn’t show up for half an hour then, when they did finally get there, they removed the Students for Life people, not the violent protesters!

TORNADOES: There have been at least 478 tornado reports across 25 states so far this year and that’s double the average for this point in a year.

TRANS: [11:33] – Scott Newgent, who appeared in “What is a Woman?”, exposes the lie that medically altering a person’s biological sex leads to happiness. Newgent founded TreVoices (Trans Adults & Others SCREAMING To STOP Childhood Medical Transition) to expose the medical and pharmaceutical communities which make an average of $1.3 million per transition.

“I have been angry for so long about what medical transitioning has done to my health, the reckless disregard for children’s health, how pharma & surgeons like Dr Curtis Crane are making millions butchering people without regard & the LGBTQ allowing fetish flags to be the backbone of homosexuality.”

TRUMP: Adam Mill at American Greatness notes that all of the numerous indictments deal with various bookkeeping entries involved the transfer of hush money from Donald Trump to his attorney to Stormy Daniels. Trump apparently labeled these expenses “legal fees.” What else should he have labeled money he paid his lawyer?

Also, the statute Bragg claims Trump violated – Article 175.5 of the New York State Penal Code – requires a person falsify business records with intent to defraud. Who exactly did Trump intend to defraud? He had his attorney cut a deal with the greedy and morally-challenged porn star to pay her a sum of money in exchange for signing an NDA (which she subsequently ignored) AND he reported the transaction to the FEC, which knew about it and declined to prosecute.

In addition, Article 175.5 is a misdemeanor with a two-year statute of limitations. The alleged offense (which has yet to be demonstrated) occurred in 2016. Bragg is trying to to recharacterize it as Article 175.10, which is a felony with a five-year statute of limitations, then stretch that time out to 2023 by deducting time Trump lived outside of New York State. But, 175.10 requires the state prove that the person not only falsified business records, but also did so with the intent to aid in or conceal another crime. What other crime was Trump supposedly covering up?

VAXXX: Medical Genomics (MG) tested eight vials from Pfizer’s vaxxx batch #FL8095, which was marketed to children between the ages of 5 and 11. Each vial was over the limit set by the European Medicines Agency by an order of magnitude (18-70 fold) with results consistent for all eight vials. IOW, the entire batch probably had the same massive levels of contamination.

According to VAERS, of the kids who received this batch, two ten-year-old boys are known to have died within days of the first shot, with another 1,264 having been reported as injured. Since an estimated 1% of vaccine injuries get reported to VAERS, the likelihood is that these numbers are much higher in reality.

CHIEF TWIT: Elon has added “State-affiliated media” to NPR’s Twitter profile and they don’t like it because it suggests they are exactly what they are – i.e., tax-funded mouthpieces for Democrats.

FAUXTUS: I swear this horrible man looks at a calendar and says to himself, “How many families can I screw over this time?” The vaxxx border mandates were supposed to expire before Thanksgiving; he extended them to after Christmas. Then, they were supposed to expire this week and he’s extended them to next month. And never mind that the blankin’ jabs do little to prevent infection and nothing to prevent transmission!

FINLAND: On Tuesday, Finland formally aligned itself with NATO thereby increasing NATO’s border with Russia. Of the 31 countries that now belong to NATO, 29 are in Europe and two in North America.

INDIANA: Governor Holcomb has signed a bill into law preventing doctors from performing “gender-affirming” bodily mutilations on minors. That makes 12 states to put kids and science ahead of radical trans activists.

PILOT: [4:15] – While student pilot Taylor Hash (21) took off for her third solo flight ever, the nose tire assembly fell off the plane. Veteran pilot Chris Yates saw what happened and got on the radio to coach her down. TISSUE ALERT!

STORMY DANIELS: On Tuesday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ordered porn-prostitute Stormy Daniels to pay former President Donald Trump an addition $122,000 in legal fees on top of the $500,000+ the court had already directed her pay. The fees stemmed from a defamation lawsuit she filed in 2018 that was later dismissed.

The irony of the date is not lost on those paying attention. The whole thing stank from start to finish. First off, there was the fact that Daniels never mentioned the alleged 2006 event with the mega-famous Donald until 2016 when he was running for president. Trump said it never happened and, given Daniels’ obvious greed and lack of morals, I’m inclined to believe him. I remember seeing The Donald’s every indiscretion on tabloid covers at the grocery checkout lines back in the ‘80s. If Daniels had actually bedded him, she would definitely have sold the story immediately.

Then, there was the fact that the porn-hooker signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as part of the “shut up” payment, then, after taking the money, hired sleazeball former-attorney-now-felon Michael Avenatti to represent her in a tell-all book deal. You may recall that this temporarily made Avenatti a Democrat media star. Some of them positively gushed over Avenatti, encouraging him to run for POTUS … until he was indicted in March 2019 in California and New York on various criminal counts including extortion, tax evasion, fraud, and embezzlement. He was convicted in both states, where has also been disbarred, and is serving 20 years in a California prison, four of them for defrauding Stormy Daniels.

And finally, here were the disgustingly hypocritical Dems – who had been all “it’s just sex” about Slick Willy’s antics in the Oval Office with a naive intern his daughter’s age – acting all shocked that a rich, powerful man might have dropped trou with a hooker when he was a private citizen. IMO, the whole thing concerned nobody but Melania and God. Period.

TRUMP: The Donald pleaded Not Guilty to 34 counts of violating New York State Statute 175.10, falsifying business records in the first degree. Each of the 34 counts deals with the bookkeeping records concerning payments made to Stormy Daniels, a former Trump Tower doorman, and a woman who said she had a sexual relationship with Trump when he was married.

George Soros’ pet DA, Alvin Bragg, who recently directed his office to not prosecute certain armed robberies, burglaries, prostitution, and drug offenses, said, “Under New York state law, it is a felony to falsify business records with an intent to defraud and an intent to conceal another crime. That is exactly what this case is about, 34 false statements made to cover up other crimes. These are felony crimes in New York state, no matter who you are. We cannot and will not normalize serious criminal conduct.”

After the arraignment, Trump returned to Florida, saying, “Virtually every legal pundit has said that there is no case here.”

VAXXX: In 2021, the number of birthing moms in the U.S. who died during pregnancy or within 42 days of giving birth jumped to more than three per day (1,205). In 2020, the total was 861; in 2019, it was 754. According to Cedars Sinai, some 62% of pregnant women have gotten at least one COVID-19 vaccine.

Dr. Stuart Fischbein, OB, noted other factors over the past two years, including lack of access to prenatal care because of the lockdowns; overwhelming anxiety, stress and depression; lack of exercise, outside time, and vitamin D; as well as poor nutrition. However, he also noted, “We’ve seen a rise in maternal deaths from heart issues. Pregnant women should not be having heart problems, and we know that the vaccines affect the heart. There’s nothing in the environment that’s changed in the last two years other than the known risk of myocarditis, pericarditis, and arrhythmias caused by these COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. So the simplest explanation is probably the most likely one.”

Protasiewicz also wants to strike down the state’s voter ID law. With Soros’ money, she was able to out-campaign-spend her conservative opponent, Daniel Kelly, 5-1.

TRUMP: His arraignment was set for 2:15 pm today, making him the first former president ever to stand before a judge to answer for criminal charges. The judge barred any and all recording devices, allowing a brief window for five pool photographers to take some stills before the arraignment began.

Trump’s lawyer said they plan to file a motion to dismiss based on selective prosecution and prosecutorial misconduct.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said he’s willing to subpoena Manhattan District Attorney (DA) Alvin Bragg to testify about his recent decision to prosecute former President Donald Trump.

EUCHARIST: The holy Catholic Church teaches that at the moment of the Consecration of the Mass, the bread and wine on the altar truly become the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ. And further, she teaches that receiving Holy Eucharist whole in a state of mortal sin is itself a mortal sin.

This week, we read about Jesus’ betrayal by Judas, that after Judas took the first consecrated bread from Jesus’ own hand, he ate it and became possessed by Satan. He received the Eucharistic Body of Christ without faith and actually as a betrayer.

MULVANEY: Bud Light has become the groomer of beers. On Saturday, Dylan Mulvaney (26) revealed that Anheuser-Busch is featuring his face on Bud Light cans as part of a March Madness ad campaign. The beer company said Mulvaney confirmed the partnership, saying it will help their beer “authentically connect with audiences.“

Mulvaney has also had a one-on-one at the White House with Joe FAUXTUS, received a one-year letter of congratulations from Kamala VFAUXTUS, had actress Drew Barrymore kneel at his feet, and raked in about $1 million making appearances and endorsing brands.

Many have criticized Mulvaney not only for portraying womanhood via its absolutely worst stereotypes, but for creepily embracing immature girlhood as his happy place.

In a recent video, while staying at the pricey Plaza Hotel, he dressed up as 6-year-old Eloise, the children’s book character, and skipped around gleefully. In another, he dressed up as a sad doll and told his 10.8 TikTok followers, “Let dolls be dolls, please. I’m not enjoying my womanhood as much as I was. … And my pain … is very real.”

Apparently, his social life as a girl is leaving him unfulfilled, especially since he thought he’d be dating and kissing boys by now.

Manifesto by Old Bathos

I don’t have any immediate plans to do something destructive, futile, and stupid, but it occurred to me I should still have a manifesto reflecting my (unbalanced?) mental state on hand, just in case. Why should only nutballs and violent sickos get to have manifestos? Here is the first draft of mine:

Any federal agency whose employees organized a plot to kidnap an American Governor, fomented and led a break-in of the US Capitol during a constitutionally-mandated session, lied to a FISA judge, and tried to make Americans believe in the silly Steele “dossier” should be abolished.

I am not “white” or “melanin-challenged.” My people are “vitamin D maximizers” (up the VDM!), which definition/moniker honors the natural evolution of my people. I believe in science.

I do not have “gender.” Only nouns have a gender. People have sex. And no, you may not watch.

My carbon footprint is 1.2 nanoGores or 0.02 nanoKerrys. Unless you carbon-capture your own burps and farts, don’t emit your eco-judgments at me.

My pronouns are not shared because I should not have to assert the normal and obvious. If you require my pronouns, then I refuse to let you refer to me in the third person. I will not be objectified, hater.

Those who signed The Great Barrington Declaration were right about COVID. Congress must immediately mandate that on any campus or research facility that receives federal funds, anyone who urged silencing or career injury to such people must wear face masks at all times, and those masks must be emblazoned with a large image of Bozo the clown.

I oppose every aspect of systematic racism:

  • Allowing unpunished criminals to terrorize low-income black communities
  • Lowering standards and gutting education for minorities
  • Telling black youth they have no agency but are instead entirely dependent on the relative wokeness of white thought patterns
  • Condescension, cost-free pseudo-guilt and making black people uninvited pretexts of narcissism festivals.

Cranky old men should not only be allowed to express their opinions but encouraged. No official public hearing may be held unless at least two cranky old guys speak, and at least one must be a veteran and neither an elected official.

If you feel morally superior because you wish all guns could be wished away, know that I wish pomposity, narcissism, and statist fantasies would disappear, and that makes me better than you.

Once upon a long time ago, one of my girls began spending a lot of time with her coach. Based on that experience, I’m thinking the best response to the assignment above would be, “I’ll answer this when you come to my house and explain to my dad, in person, why you want to know.”

VERMONT: Blake Allen (14) was suspended for objecting to having a biological male using the girls’ locker room while she and her volleyball teammates were changing. As further punishment—and as a condition for avoiding further suspensions—the school demanded she submit a “reflective essay” and take part in a “restorative circle” with the “Equity Coordinator” and other students “to understand the rights of students to access public accommodations . . . in a manner consistent with their gender identity.” When her father, Travis, posted his frustration on Facebook, the district suspended him, without pay, from his post as a middle school coach.
