2020: The Biden campaign is putting big bucks into a series of ads pushing Joe as “the clear moral choice.” They make a point of hyping his devotion to his Catholic-Christian faith.

During an NBC town hall, CINO Joe vowed to pass legislation for legal abortion if Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed and the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

“We don’t know exactly what she will do, although the expectation is that she may very well move to overrule Roe,” Biden said. “The only responsible response to that would be to pass legislation making Roe the law of the land.”

CALIFORNIA: Many years ago, some wit told me that the Golden State was the “Land of Nuts & Berries.”

I nodded and replied, “It’s like God took hold of the U.S. by Maine, gave it a good shake, and all the whack jobs rolled down.”

At this point, I believe they have all fermented.

DOGS: I dunno … should this be filed under “duh”? – A 2017 study published in the journal Scientific Reports, researchers found that dogs made more noticeable facial expressions when humans were around, suggesting that dogs use facial expressions to voluntarily communicate.

GAY MARRIAGE: Like abortion, it should be decided at the state level by voters – On Monday, Justices Thomas and Alito said that the Supreme Court’s Obergefell ruling is already posing problems for religious freedom.

“By choosing to privilege a novel constitutional right [to same-sex marriage] over the religious liberty interests explicitly protected in the First Amendment, and by doing so undemocratically, the Court has created a problem that only it can fix. Until then, Obergefell will continue to have ‘ruinous consequences for religious liberty.’”

GEORGIA: Savannah – A few dozen BLM protesters blocked one lane of traffic in an intersection on Saturday. A guy in a pickup, who had room to pass them, tossed a smoke grenade at them. Most of them scattered.

When a few kicked his truck and tossed objects at it, the driver got out and came at them with a gun. The driver has been charged with aggravated assault and reckless conduct, which he totally deserves.

On Sunday, a caravan of more than 100 cars and trucks shut down 5th Ave. in Manhattan to show their support for the president. The completely peaceful demonstration consisted mostly of honking and waving, but for a short while, they all fell silent to offer a prayer for POTUS’ recovery.

Meanwhile, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said she’s “feeling great” and has no symptoms at all, despite testing positive to the virus.

MICHIGAN: The Michigan Supreme Court recently decided that Gov. Gretchen “Jackboot” Whitmer “did not have authority after April 30, 2020, to issue or renew any executive orders related to the COVID19 pandemic under the EMA [Emergency Management Act of 1976].”

Whitmer countered by threatening Michiganders to obey or else during the 21-day period in which parties can ask for reconsideration.

But Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel disagrees about the 21 days, so she will no longer enforce Whitmer’s COVID-19 executive orders.

NEBRASKA: Grand Island – Catholic Bishop Joseph G. Hanefeldt called abortion on demand “the preeminent evil in our culture since it was legalized in 1973.”

He urged us to “get on our knees and pray for God’s mercy to save our souls, guilty of the tragic disregard for his sovereignty and the sanctity of human life, made in his image and likeness!”

NEW JERSEY: North Arlington – On Oct. 2, a citizen called the police about spotting rubber-banded bundles of mail in a dumpster. The bundle proved to contain election ballots. The U.S. Postal Service, Office of the Inspector General, is investigating.

NEW YORK: NYC – On Monday, Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that, because he is disappointed with the way NYC is managing the coronavirus, the state will be taking over in hot spots.

He also announced that he would be closing down schools for in-person classes in areas of Brooklyn and Queens where confirmed cases are reportedly surging.

He also threatened Orthodox Jews if they don’t shape up. “I have to say to the Orthodox community tomorrow, ‘if you’re not willing to live with these rules, then I’m going to close the synagogues.'”

OREGON: Portland – On Sunday, members of Antifa attacked conservative demonstrators. One was a woman of color holding a U.S. flag. When one of the militants grabbed her flag pole from behind and tried to take it from her, she wouldn’t let go. Another joined in to help, but again failed to pull the flag from her.

A third grabbed the flag-holding woman by her hair (photo) and dragged her down to the sidewalk. But she still wouldn’t let go of her precious flag. A crowd of her supporters gathered, but it turned out she didn’t need them. She escaped the thugs … with her flag.

SCOTUS: Stock up on popcorn, because ACB’s hearings before the Senate Judiciary committee are scheduled for next week (10/12 to 15). There will be a strict limit on the number of people allowed in the room, which will be larger than usual to allow for social distancing.

Also, sanitary stations will be available. Sadly, no amount of social distancing and hand sanitizer will cure Democrats of their nastiness. Pray their thugliness backfires bigly (Walk Away!!) and that ACB and her family can bear it all with grace and dignity.

SOUTH CAROLINA: Democrats have failed in their effort to suspend South Carolina’s requirement for witness signatures on mail-in ballots.

They had argued the witness requirement makes it harder to cheat increases the threat of spreading the coronavirus. Republicans countered that the witness requirement serves as a safeguard against voter fraud.

On Monday, SCOTUS agreed with Republicans.

TECH STUPIDITY: Facebook censored a ridiculously goofy Babylon Bee headline about energy drinks infused with (censored) in order to cure (censored).

TEXAS: Laredo – Border Patrol agents at a checkpoint along I-35 were speaking to the driver of and a passenger in a van when a K9 alerted them.

They discovered 13 people packed inside cardboard boxes, which were sealed with tape, in the back of the van. None of the suspected illegal immigrants appeared to be in need of medical assistance.

Everybody was taken into custody.

For the next 20 minutes while I sit there waiting to be released she lays into her detail, slamming the door in their faces when she’s done. The Detail lead walks over apologizes and releases me. I apologize to him for getting him in trouble. His words ‘Happens every day, Brother. Hillary doesn’t care about anyone but Hillary.’

“Who is mean to a dog??? Who! Only someone with a cruel heart can be mean to an innocent dog. I could not vote for her, I would not support someone mean to a dog.

“That day I started to do my research and that’s when my heart was broken. Not for the loss of the Democratic Party, but for my gullibility for over 20 years. I felt like a fool… the Democratic Party was not the party for the common people, not for the women, not for the minorities, not for the LGBTQ, they only were there for themselves. They strive for hatred and division.

“Well my husband was right! Trump got my vote and, although I do research the candidates, I voted straight red from that moment on. I’m still registered as a Democrat, but they will never get my vote.

All my thoughts on HC and the Democratic Party was reinforced over the last 4 years watching how they treated Trump and the patriots.

WISCONSIN: Sen. Ron Johnson, R-WI, tested positive for the coronavirus and is quarantining, though asymptomatic. He’s determined to be present for the final confirmation vote for Amy Coney Barrett. “If we have to go in and vote, I’ve already told leadership I’ll go in a moon suit.”

GRAMMY NOTES: I got my absentee ballot. Out-gassed it. Found a quiet moment to sit down, pray, and fill it out. I miss going in to the booth. There was something sacramental about it for me. Maybe it’s the Catholic confessional thing.

To the Great Invisible and Unnameable Purveyors of our Culture,

Over the past few decades you have said that I need to listen to you more. “A time of listening” is what you and your disciples have demanded. The fact is, I have been listening. And, for most of my life, this is what I’ve heard from you:

[] I was told that my Christian faith is archaic, outmoded, hypocritical, abusive and oppressive. In the history of the world, Christianity has been a cancer on the collective brain, impairing education, medicine, science and civilization. You would stamp it out completely if you could. Then, to appear generous, you granted that I could have an innocuous version of my faith that is nothing more than a vague inspirational adornment; one that must never influence my actual thinking, worldview, priorities, or choices – and must never be confessed out loud.

[] If God ever existed, you proclaimed that He was dead. And then you made yourself the new god under the guise of education, science, commerce, and enlightenment.

[] You declared that absolute truth did not exist, then made your subjective truth absolute.

[] You praised individuality, even while you required conformity – and openly ridiculed individuals who were not your approved kind of different.

[] You promised freedom without responsibility, pleasure without consequences, affirmation without accomplishment, love without sacrifice.

[] Your artists used every means possible to tear down my values, my faith, and my cherished institutions, replacing them with vapid entertainment, unbridled consumerism, meaningless platitudes, and trendy whims.

[] You told me to imagine no heaven, no possessions, no countries, no religion, and I belatedly realized that you wanted me to imagine the absence of those things because you were slowly taking them away from me. With nothing to die for, there was little to live for. The brotherhood you promised has been a collective of sycophants that agree with you.

[] You praised our nation’s enemies, maligned our heroes, deconstructed our successes, and magnified our failures.

[] You lifted up hedonism, narcissism, self-indulgence, and egotism – and then you seemed bewildered when families and communities have broken down.

[] You created a culture of death and expected me to celebrate the ways you demeaned and disregarded human life.

[] You taught that I am merely part of the evolutionary food chain, a biological widget, with predetermined faults and programming, while also telling me that I can be whatever I wanted to be.

[] You viewed humanity like you do your technology: expendable and disposable. You have traded transcendence for obsolescence.

[] You offered no higher calling, no higher purpose to life, yet demanded the highest levels of allegiance to you.

[] You based “equality” not on our highest potential but on our lowest desires.

[] You gave me agenda-driven platitudes when I needed insight, and bumper-sticker phrases when I needed wisdom.

[] You mocked humility, purity, modesty, respect, good manners, and basic civility – and then acted astonished when we became indifferent or aggressive to others.

[] You weaponized tolerance, equality, diversity, inclusivity, law, and social order – all to create a chaos you believe you can control.

[] You became rigid and unforgiving, eliminating grace, mercy, and forgiveness from your ideology.

[] You promised peace as long as I surrendered.

[] You said you could fix everything if I gave you more power. When you were given more power, you fixed very little and wrecked even more, creating one crisis after another, and insisting on solving each one with the same failed solutions you’d used before.

[] You manipulated the needy and underprivileged to gain yet more votes, then did nothing for those people once you had their support.

[] You made me a victim and victimizer at the same time.

[] You demanded that the many must capitulate to your chosen few.

[] You suppressed discussion and debate with responses like “you’re stupid” and “shuttup.”

[] You lauded your intentions and ignored your ineffectiveness, as if meaning well was the same as doing well.

[] You declared that being male is the same as being a neanderthal; being female is to be a slave to the male, and being anything other than either of those two is noble and beautiful.

[] You promised that women would have equal opportunity and equal pay for equal work. Fifty years later, you have not delivered on that promise. Instead, you encouraged women to act like animals sexually, give their bodies away without love or intimacy, ignore their broken hearts, scarred souls, and blatant objectification. Blame men, you said. And rather than extol the virtues of self-restraint, purity, and abstinence, you handed out condoms, birth control, and abortion-on-demand – with no regard for the tragic consequences. You taught pro-choice, except for the choice to disagree with what your choices have done to them – and to all of us.

[] You said that equal rights, equal justice, and equal opportunity should be “color-blind.” But then you turned us into adversarial tribes – with no regard for talent, skill, intelligence, virtue, merit, ability, or common humanity – and have made color everything.

[] You said I was on the wrong side of history, and then you tried to eliminate history by poisoning the past.

[] You shame me for acts I did not commit, words I never said, thoughts I never had, and lies I do not believe.

[] You position your convoluted guesswork as infallible science – and say I am ignorant for doubting it.

[] You have made our entire educational system an indoctrination camp while claiming to applaud open mindedness.

[] You insist that we sacrifice now for the fearful possibilities you see in your crystal ball of data and tarot cards of statistics.

[] You make yourself the exception to the rules you require the rest of us to follow.

[] You expect us to reconcile your inconsistencies and accept your aberrations of behavior, though they have defied common sense and acted against human nature. You coerce us to accept your many contradictory proclamations, bow to your irrational worldview, and sit by passively while you attempt to engineer humanity yet again – and again – and again.

[] You continually violate my terms of service.

After all these years of listening, I’ve decided that you have nothing more to say that is worth hearing. I’ve seen little in you, your actions, or the world you’ve created that makes me want to follow you into the dark abyss you call the future. I have better things to do with what little time I may have left.

So, with all due respect, I’ll say only this one last thing to you, the faceless entities that dictate our Culture: YOU’RE STUPID AND I WANT YOU TO SHUTTUP.

2020: TRUMP WENT HOME LAST NIGHT – Lefties were quick to condemn his doctor-approved drive around the block on Sunday. One guy I saw posted it had been “Irresponsible and disrespectful! But like a typical 4th grader he had to show people what he can do!”

Or maybe, just maybe, he knew it was important to reassure the world that the leader of its most powerful nation was not, in fact, at death’s door. This interpretation is supported by the immediate bump up seen on the stock market.

2020: There were more pro-Trumpers standing vigil outside Walter Reed than attended this Bernie rally for Biden.

COVID-19: In 1932, Supreme Court justice Louis Brandeis famously called the states “laboratories of democracy.” Different states can test out different policies, and they can learn from each other.

That fact has given us some important insights into how to deal with future epidemics, because governors responded to the COVID-19 pandemic at different times and in different ways. Some states, such as California, ordered sweeping shutdowns. Others, such as Florida, took a more targeted approach. Still others, such as South Dakota, dispensed information but had no lockdowns at all.

The data is in and it appears lockdowns had little effect on the spread of COVID-19.

Researchers Jay Richards, William Briggs, and Douglas Axe noted: “Data suggest mandatory lockdowns exacted a great cost, with a questionable effect on transmission. … There’s no decisive drop on the dates when lockdowns should have changed the course of the curves. Instead, the curves gradually bend downward for reasons that predate the lockdowns, with no clear changes ten days later.”

DEMOCRATS ARE DISGUSTING: [8:53] – The Far-Left is pushing to normalize pedophilia. Minor attraction must NEVER be accepted, because childhood is not a gender and there is no such thing as a consenting child.

KAYLEIGH: White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said she tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday. She doesn’t have any symptoms, but is self-quarantining.

If she weren’t working at the White House, she probably wouldn’t have gotten a test done. From what I’ve heard, the tests are much, much too sensitive, so we’re getting huge numbers of positives when the disease itself is fading away. E.g., about 90% of those who tested positive in Massachusetts, New York and Nevada during July carried barely any traces of the virus.

I saw a nurse on Facebook saying, “If you want to see the coronavirus numbers go down, stop getting tested! If you think you might have it, stay home and take care of yourself the same as you would for any cold. But don’t get tested. You don’t need to know.”

MOVIE RECOMMENDATION: This isn’t light fare by any means. But it’s very, very well done and an important piece of American history.

Excerpts from Spectator USA’s ‘The Melania Tapes’ reveal she’s even cooler than we thought’ by Amber Athey (Oct 3, 2020) [with commentary by me].

Just a couple of hours before President Trump announced that he and his wife, first lady Melania, had tested positive for coronavirus, the world was exposed to the so-called ‘Melania Tapes’. Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a former friend of the first lady, released to CNN multiple recordings she took of her private conversations with Melania.

[WTF?! She pretended to be Melania’s friend, while she was secretly taping private conversations that she intended to turn into a book? I pray, most sincerely, that the good Lord grants Mrs. Trump all the graces she needs to honestly forgive this Judas BITCH for such a vile betrayal.]

Leftists who already despise the first lady raged about how she supposedly ‘hates’ Christmas and doesn’t care about migrant children. However, the tapes actually revealed a deeply sympathetic and relatable figure belied by Melania’s somewhat aloof and statuesque public persona.

‘I’m working…my ass off on the Christmas stuff, that you know, who gives a fuck about the Christmas stuff and decorations? But I need to do it, right?’ Melania complains in one recording, capturing the hearts of every suburban mom who dreads dragging the boxes of Christmas decorations out of the attic every December.

[You got that in one, says this mom who refuses to decorate unless at least one of her offspring promises to show up at Christmas-time with some precious grandkids cuz dayum I’m sick of the fuss. Drag it all out. Sort it while ::coughcoughing:: from the dust. Spend hours putting it all up, knowing how long it’s going to take to pack it all away again in January.]

In another clip, Melania shatters the condescending and conspiratorial #FreeMelania meme, which purports that the first lady is secretly a liberal who must be rescued from a loveless and abusive marriage. When she goes off on the ‘liberal media’ and its coverage of the migrant child crisis at the border, Melania makes clear that not only she is not a victim, she is perhaps just as right-wing as her husband. That automatically makes her a hero to conservative women who are routinely accused of betraying their gender and voting Republican because they are subservient to their husbands.

[Yes! I have long suspected that this strong, beautiful woman is one of the reasons that Donald is such a good man and great president. I got my first inkling of her backbone and wit when I watched one of the first episodes of The Apprentice. The winners of one of the daily contests got to go up to the Trump Tower penthouse for a private tour with then-girlfriend Melania. One of them gushed about how gorgeous it all is and said, “You’re so lucky!” Melania replied, “You don’t think he’s the lucky one?” LOL You go, girl!]

Wolkoff and CNN made a major miscalculation. They thought that exposing Melania’s intimate conversations would turn Wolkoff into a folk hero. Instead, it revealed her to be a horrible friend who was willing to abuse Melania’s trust in order to sell books. None of us would want to be held accountable for the things we think or say in our most private moments, but if the worst Melania says behind closed doors is that she gets annoyed with Christmas decorations and can’t stand the media, she sure is a hell of a lot like us.

[Plus, I was not at all bothered to learn that she drops an f-bomb or two when she’s especially pissed off. Like her, I try to behave like a lady in public. But when I’m riled, yeah, I use some language, because that’s what it’s FOR.]

He especially likes Trump’s focus on cutting business regulations that prevent small businesses from being successful.

BIDEN: Come on, man! – On September 9, Slow Joe announced the U.S. military had suffered 118,984 infections and 6,114 deaths from COVID-19. The actual numbers on September 9 were 40,026 infections and 7 deaths.

The title on the video claims the bikers were outside of Walter Reed praying for President Trump’s recovery, but the original video was uploaded on September 12, 2020, weeks before Trump got sick.

CALIFORNIA: Berkley – On Tuesday night, the city council unanimously voted that, starting next year, grocery stores larger than 2,500 square feet will only be allowed to sell “healthy” snacks in the “impulse purchase” zone around check out registers.

CHRISTIE: New Jersey’s former Republican Gov. Chris Christie checked into a hospital on Saturday evening after testing positive for COVID-19.

“In consultation with my doctors, I checked myself into Morristown Medical Center this afternoon. While I am feeling good and only have mild symptoms, due to my history of asthma we decided this is an important precautionary measure,” Christie wrote on Twitter.

Christie is now the eighth person known to have tested positive out of the approximately 150 who were at the Rose Garden ceremony for Amy Coney Barrett.

The Lame Stream Media, which has totally ignored all the coronavirus spikes in cities where “mostly peaceful protests” happened, is making a thing about the Rose Garden ceremony. But health officials in Cleveland are busy contact tracing the 11 known cases of virus associated with the Sept. 29 presidential debate.

The vast majority of them were transported back to where they came from. Since Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy is still in effect and being supported by the Mexican government, so they’re not going to get across our southern border either … unless they can find and afford a coyote to smuggle them across in the increasingly scarce places that’s still possible. I’d love to see a kilowatt-hours to landfill waste comparison for wind and nuclear.

Cunningham is married, has two children, and has the Democratic nomination to one of the U.S. Senate seats from North Carolina. His paramour’s husband served five combat deployments during his 15 years in the military.

Cunningham has admitted everything. “I have hurt my family, disappointed my friends, and am deeply sorry.” But, he’s not dropping out of the race.

Until now, he’s been leading in the polls over his Republican opponent, Thom Tillis. One hopes the revelation that thought it was okay to carry on with his adulterous affair while he was campaigning for one of the highest offices in the land proves he’s too damn dumb to be given a vote in the U.S. Senate.

MICHIGAN: Unlocked – On Friday, the Michigan Supreme Court declared the state’s World War II-era “emergency powers” law unconstitutional.

For the past several months, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) has been using this law to impose draconian regulations and keep her state economy locked down.

Whitmer, who sadly for Michiganders has two more years in office, issued a statement in which she accused the justices who ruled in the majority of playing politics and made it clear she has no intention of complying one minute before she has to.

“It is important to note that this ruling does not take effect for at least 21 days, and until then, my emergency declaration and orders retain the force of law.”

BABYLON BEE: Governor Gretchen Whitmer is refusing to throw the Ring of Power back into Mount Doom, despite the Michigan Supreme Court ordering her to return it into the fires whence it came.

“Throw it into the fire! Destroy it!” shouted a judge sitting on the court, after leading Whitmer to the Cracks of Doom. “We can end this all right now!“

MILITARY: Power napping – The U.S. Army has updated its health and fitness plan for the first time in 8 years. One change that jumps out is the recommendation to take naps.

“Soldiers can use short, infrequent naps to restore wakefulness and promote performance. When routinely available sleep time is difficult to predict, soldiers might take the longest nap possible as frequently as time is available.“

SCOTUS: MSNBC’s Chris Hayes tweeted about Amy Coney Barrett – “Call me crazy, but it seems to me that to be a good judge, you need to have good judgment? Participating in a super spreader event that contravenes local DC law and CDC guidance doesn’t strike me as good judgment.”

Never mind that Barrett is in good health and nowhere near the age range most at risk of getting a serious case.

Also never mind that another Supreme – Ruth Bader Ginsburg – officiated at a wedding in August 2020, despite being squarely inside BOTH of the top risk categories. She was 87-years-old AND suffering from pancreatic cancer.

BIDEN: During the first debate, President Trump went after Joe Biden HARD on his corrupt drug and sex addicted son Hunter. Joe Biden accused Trump of lying about Hunter (except he wasn’t).

Since the debate, Google searches for “Hunter Biden” shot up TEN-FOLD.

CALIFORNIA: Gov. Newsom (D) really, really HATES his constituents – On the 197th day of “15 days to slow the spread,” California’s Democrat governor has moved the reopening goal posts AGAIN.

Originally counties had to meet metrics aimed at ensuring adequate rates of testing and the availability of hospital/ICU beds/ventilators. When those were met, he enacted by gubernatorial fiat a tiered system that completely ignored those metrics and instead focused on daily new cases and positivity rate.

Now that more counties are set to move out of the most restrictive tier, Newsom has again changed the game. Now counties with a population of greater than 106,000, the county must ensure that test positivity rates in their most disadvantaged neighborhoods are not significantly behind the overall county.

Newsom has signed more than 100 executive orders during the pandemic and spent billions of dollars without specific authorization. And the Democrat supermajority is letting him.

COVID-19: Among the nasties hoping the Trumps die is Zara Rahim (Hillary’s 2016 national campaign spokeswoman), Zach Graumann (Andrew Yang’s campaign manager), MSNBC’s Joy Reid, and actor John Cusack. Keep this in mind the next time someone on the Left says Trump lacks the necessary empathy to be president.

The New York Slime said Trump should drop out of the race and MSNBC fantasized about a President Pelosi, even though POTUS only has mild symptoms and VPOTUS tested negative. And other totally reasonable Democrats think Judge Barrett’s Senate hearing should be postponed.

DEBATE: Slow Joe will have another babysitter – C-SPAN’’s Steve Scully – moderating the second debate on Oct. 15. Not only did Scully once worked as an intern for then-Sen. Joe Biden, but in March, 2016, he retweeted an Op Ed in the New York Slime entitled “No, Not Trump, Not Ever.”

DISNEYLAND: Walt Disney Co. Executive Chairman Bob Iger is fed up with California’s Uber Democrat governor’s refusal to allow theme parks to reopen. He abruptly resigned from the governor’s COVID-19 economic task force.

It doesn’t sound like Newsom was listening to Iger or anyone else who actually knows or cares about California’s rapidly failing economy. So maybe now Iger can do something more productive, like watch paint dry.

FIREFIGHTER: Last month, 5-year-old Carver from Oregon sent a Baby Yoda doll to firefighters. Baby Yoda has made the rounds from fire to fire in multiple states – including Oregon, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah – giving moral support to firefighters on the front lines. A Facebook page called “Baby Yoda fights fires” has tracked his journeys.

GET WOKE, GO BROKE: The NBA Finals opened last night with megastar LeBron James and his Lakers clashing with his former team, the Miami Heat.

You’d think they’d get MONSTER ratings, right?

Nope. Viewership was not just down 45% from last year; it was the lowest ever viewership since they started tracking it in 1994.

GUN NUTS: Last month, an El Paso County, Colorado, on-line school teacher saw a 12-year-old’s neon green, plastic toy gun, complete with orange tip and the words “Zombie Hunter” etched on the barrel. Rather than questioning the child, or asking to speak to his parents, the teacher alerted a school admin, who in turn called the cops who then came to the boy’s home and traumatized him. Having ascertained that the “gun” was a toy, the school decided to suspend him for five days. His parents are looking for a new school.

A couple of weeks later, a Harvey, Louisiana, on-line school teacher saw an unloaded BB gun in the video frame of a fourth grader. The school suspended the boy for six days, citing a “no guns” policy written for in-class instruction. Except the boy wasn’t IN class, was her? ::smh:: The parents hired a lawyer who says, “It’s not ending here.”

HYPOCRISY: “If this is persecution, I want some.” – Candace Owens – LeBron said, “We’re literally hunted EVERYDAY/EVERYTIME we step foot outside the comfort of our homes!” He just purchased the Hollywood mansion once owned by Katherine Hepburn for $36.8 million.

NEW YORK SLIME: The Fishwrap of Record – The New York Times criticized Trump for using legal tax avoidance methods to reduce his tax liability. These included investing in money-losing businesses, paying his daughter a salary, and writing off as business expenses costs — including fuel and meals — associated with the aircraft he used to shuttle between his businesses.

The Times ought to know how it’s done. The New York Times Company and the Ochs-Sulzberger family that control it have done all of the same things.

PANTS ON FIRE: His “not my plan” is a distinction without a difference. His plan proclaims his support for the central principles of the Green New Deal, if not every thorny particular of it.

PENNSYLVANIA: Philadelphia – On Thursday, the Trump campaign filed court papers arguing that Philadelphia officials are preventing campaign representatives from watching people registering to vote or fill out mail-in ballots in election offices in Philadelphia.

Also, memory sticks that are used to program Philadelphia voting machines have been stolen from a city warehouse. But it’s cool. A spokesman from the city commissioners office says they are “confident that this incident will not in any way compromise the integrity of the election.”

Yeah. No. Philadelphia is the city whose Democrat politicians refused to respond to repeated allegations of health code violations made against abortionist and Kermit Gosnell. The appalling conditions inside Gosnell’s clinic were only revealed after the DEA raided because he had been selling narcotics illegally.

Philadelphia is also the city that is still NOT inspecting abortion clinics, despite the horrors uncovered in Gosnell’s clinic which was followed by his conviction on three counts of murder and one count of manslaughter.

TOLERANCE: U.S. cyclist Quinn Simmons (19) has been suspended from his team for posting statements on Twitter that the sponsor considered “divisive, incendiary, and detrimental to the team.”

His horrible, awful, no-good HATE SPEECH consisted of admitting he supports President Trump.

DEBATE: According to the Washington Post, Trump refused to condemn white supremacists and militia members during the presidential debate. The transcript (above) proves their lie.

Meanwhile, Biden refused to condemn Antifa, saying it was “an idea, not an organization”, which isn’t even close to true. Then, Wallace tried to end the argument.

FLIP FLOP: FLIP Prez-candidate Joe says he believes funds need to be directed away from the police, but FLOP he does not support defunding police.

FLIP Then VP-candidate Joe promised 2008 to fully fund the COPS program, but FLOP while he and Obama were in office, their administration slashed COPS funding dramatically … from $1.55 billion to just $222 million.

OBAMACARE: Obama’s repeated statements – “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor. If you like your plan, you can keep your plan.” – were voted the Biggest Lies of the Year.

For Julia’s family, they were the Biggest Tragedy of the Year. Julia was born with a rare muscle and bone condition. In 2010, her family was paying about $1,000 per month for health insurance. Within three years of President Obama signing the mis-named “Affordable Care Act” those premiums had risen to $3,000 each month with higher deductibles. Eventually, Julia and her family lost their plan altogether.

Joe Biden supported Obamacare. He still thinks it’s the best plan for American. Vote for Trump.

TAX AVOIDANCE: The New York Slime tried to smear President Trump for legally avoiding paying more in taxes than was required of him.

The New York Slime has not reported on how Joe Biden used the S-Corporation loophole to avoid paying half a million dollars in tax.

GRAMMY NOTES: I remember having mine on when I was standing next to an electric garage door. When the door went up, I discovered that my poncho was snagged on it. Some choking and panic ensured. Obviously, I survived. My poncho did not.

2020: These things have never happened before, but since this is 2020, we might as well be prepared.

  1. Technically we are each voting for a slate of electors, not a specific candidate, so if a presidential candidate withdraws or dies before Election Day, the party will simply replace the candidate.
  2. If a candidate withdraws or dies between Election Day and the Electoral College meeting, things get more complex, because different states have different rules. The Supreme Court will likely come into play.
  3. If the President-elect dies or is unable to assume office on Inauguration Day, the 20th Amendment says the Vice President elect shall act as President.

ALABAMA: Tuscaloosa [3:54] – Hundreds of University of Alabama students were forced to sit through a so-called “inclusion” seminar delivered by far-left speaker Jane Elliott. In it, the speaker disparaged and lied about Conservatives and President Trump.

For example, she claimed Trump “has admitted to being racist, sexist, ageist, homophobic, and ethnocentrist” (none of which Trump has actually admitted), and said his supporters backed him anyway “because he is opposed to abortion.”

She also claimed Trump sleeps in bed with Hitler’s “speeches and manuscripts”, said “religious people need to get over abortion,” “evangelical Christians are terrible,” “George Washington was a terrible person,” “race doesn’t exist,” and the terms “gay” and “straight” are both “offensive.”

Meanwhile, the University of Alabama is busy rolling out their new OneUA initiative, the slogan for which is “Hate doesn’t roll here.”

Her rants bear absolutely NO relationship to any piece or part of my 18 years of formal education. In fact, I complained to my kids’ elementary school about how they were spending time every year, year after year, talking about this, that, and the other brown civilization.

One of the BLM-supporters showed how “peaceful” her organization is by jumping into her car and plowing through the crowd of pro-Trumpers. Two people suffered serious injuries and the driver was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder.

But, JAYWALKING! The horror!

CANCEL CULTURE: Prager U says, “Never apologize to the mob.” [5:34] – Paris Dennard describes the problem and offers a solution.

CINO JOE: During an interview on Sept. 28, Burke explained why Joe Biden is an apostate who should not receive Holy Communion, then said, “I don’t understand why Catholics who are involved in politics can’t get this straight in their heads, but they should.”

COVID-19: An Italian doctor makes a common sense point. “If the virus is no longer as strong as it was, if it is no longer capable of causing pathologies, then what is the problem of seeing it spread faster?”

DEMOCRATS: A group of Pennsylvania lawmakers posed topless to help remind voters to avoid submitting so-called naked mail-in ballots.

Bethany Hallam (D) and Olivia Bennett (D) are Allegheny County Councilwomen. Emily Kinkaid (D) is a Pennsylvania State Representative-elect.

And Democrats actually complain that Donald Trump’s behavior isn’t “presidential.”

INSHALLAH: When debate moderator and Fox News anchor Chris Wallace asked Trump when Americans could expect to see his tax returns, Trump replied, “You’ll get to see it.”

Biden replied, “When? Inshallah?”

According to the Washington Post, Biden also used the word “inshallah” at a New Hampshire campaign event earlier this year when speaking about Medicare for All. “It’s going to take at least four years to pass it. Inshallah. You’re not going to pass it.”

Inshallah means “God willing” and is associated with Islam, though my friend who used to be married to a Muslim says both Christian and Muslim Arabs use it.

What it means in conversation depends on the context. When used formally or in earnest, it means the speaker is hopeful for a certain end result.

However, it can also be said sarcastically, as Biden has done, it means the speaker doesn’t think the end result will ever happen.

Some folks saw Biden’s use of the Arabic word as evidence of a cultural awareness that Trump lacks. Others saw it as pandering to the pro-Muslim, anti-Israel Left.

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: Conservative radio show host Hugh Hewitt interviewed CNN’s Brian Stelter about his new book, Hoax: Donald Trump, Fox News, and the Dangerous Distortion of Truth.

During the interview, Hewitt said his main problem with the book was that the Steele dossier has been completely discredited.

The Steele dossier, as anyone who has been paying even a little bit of attention knows, was the sole foundation upon which the Democrats’ based their dishonest FISA warrants, illegal spying operation, and lengthy Mueller investigation.

Stelter claimed he didn’t know anything about the Steele dossier.

Hmmmm … maybe it would be okay if we all skip reading his book, ya think?

PANTS ON FIRE: At the debate, Biden accused Trump of not doing anything to lower pricing on medicines. It simply isn’t true.

Senator Grassley, who is one of the leading figures in the Senate’s efforts to lower the drug prices, said President Trump has taken several actions to reduce prices. And Americans have noticed.

Tweet: “Biden is a liar, my wife’s medication went from $186 a month to $26. I know first hand Biden was lying.”

Tweet: “My Daughter In-laws friend is on insulin. Thanks to our @POTUS @realDonaldTrump her insulin went from $900 a month to $8 a month. She can afford to feed her family now.”

PEOPLE OF PRAISE: Hacked – On September 21, 2020, somebody hacked the website of the Charismatic group to which ACB belongs. The hack breached the membership database of the charismatic community.

SPYGATE: On Tuesday, Lindsey Graham released a letter from Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe. In it, Ratcliffe wrote that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were both involved in originating the Russia hoax and that former CIA director John Brennan pushed the investigation.

Andrea Widburg writes at American Thinker, “The Trump Department of Justice has known about this for a long time but hasn’t brought indictments because the administration is playing a long game. The D.C. federal judicial system is controlled by the Democrats, from the courtroom to the jurors. …

“This is why Trump and Mitch McConnell have been working to change the federal Judiciary from district courts up to the Supreme Court. The only way to get a fair trial is with judges who believe in the Constitution and the laws flowing from it. One of the things a fair judicial system will do is allow the administration to remove the trials from D.C. to a more neutral location.

“Until then, Trump is using the month before the election, a time when people are finally paying attention, to put the facts before the American public. We’ve finally entered the final phases of the power struggle in D.C., and Trump is playing to win. GRAMMY NOTES: We’re in peak foliage week here in central New York State. In 1979, Dearest and I enjoyed leaf peeping during peak foliage while we were on our honeymoon in the third week of October. I’m no climate scientist, but it kinda sorta seems to me that if the climate had warmed, like AT ALL during the last 41 years, peak leaf week would be later, not three weeks EARLIER.
