Hillary Proposes Reparations to Anyone Who Ever Lost a Presidential Election to Trump

From The Babylon Bee.

SWEETWATER, TN—As the Democratic Party ramps up their efforts to take back the White House, leftwing politicians have begun pushing new, progressive initiatives, mostly involving promises of reparations to various minorities.

Democrats are proposing reparations for African-Americans, gay couples, and African-American gay couples, leaving some party leaders desperate to entice even more minority voters with monetary vote incentives. Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is charting new territory by proposing reparations for a people group that she says has been neglected for far too long.

During a scheduled stop on her speaking tour in the town of Sweetwater, TN, Clinton spoke to a crowd of dozens about the need for reparations to anyone who ever lost a presidential election to Donald Trump.

Thomas Jefferson

Jefferson

In 1802, a muckraking, racist, alcoholic journalist, who had served prison time for his particular brand of journalism, invented the story that Thomas Jefferson had fathered Tom, the first-born son of Sally Hemings. Calender had tried to blackmail Jefferson into appointing him postmaster at Richmond. When that failed, he retaliated by publishing his wild tale, one which no serious historian has ever believed. President Trump’s Independence Day Proclamation

usa pride

Two hundred forty-three years ago today, our Founding Fathers, gathered in Philadelphia, adopted the Declaration of Independence and cast off the shackles of tyranny.  They boldly proclaimed the inherent truth that each individual has unalienable rights that come from our Creator, and that among them are the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  As we celebrate these rights upon which our Nation was built, we also recognize the courageous men and women of our Armed Forces who have valiantly defended them.

Four days after the Declaration of Independence was signed, the Liberty Bell echoed through the streets and alleyways of Philadelphia, calling citizens of the city to the first public reading of the celebrated document.  Today, freedom continues to ring proudly throughout the United States and around the world because of the service and sacrifice of our Nation’s veterans and military members, who have fearlessly answered the call of duty.  From the Battles of Lexington and Concord to the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, the members of our Armed Forces have demonstrated remarkable patriotism and unrivaled courage.

The ideals and values of the American Revolution gave birth to a just and virtuous republic that has both fostered and been sustained by a people animated by courage, faith, and love.  Countless contributions from statesmen, businessmen, philanthropists, educators, and other Americans from coast to coast have shaped our communities and inspired generation after generation to preserve and advance liberty, equality, and the American dream.

In 1815, reflecting on the character of America, Thomas Jefferson wrote to his friend—and hero of the Revolutionary War—Major General Marquis de Lafayette: “The cement of this union is in the heart blood of every American.”  These words are still true today, as the unmatched patriotism of Americans continues to bind us as a Nation.  Looking to the future, we resolve to remain steadfast in our commitment to safeguarding liberty for ourselves and future Americans.

Melania joins me in sending our best wishes to all Americans celebrating Independence Day.  Happy Fourth of July!

The latest tidbits about Trump’s and the numerous Demi-Nomi-Wannabes’ campaigns.

So many

DEBATES: Trump won two nights of Democratic debates and he didn’t even have to show up.

cages homan

BORDER: I heard one of the candidates say, “When Trump started putting kids in cages …” – IOW, while claiming to be qualified for the White House, he/she/it was either ignorant of a simple fact about immigration enforcement OR was just a bald-faced liar.

Party of socialism

MEDICARE FOR ALL: As it stands now, Medicare’s trust fund is scheduled to run out of money in seven years. Naturally, Democrats think that rather than reforming it, we should expand it to cover everybody. Not just seniors and the disabled, but also people who now have private health insurance and people who aren’t even American citizens. Cuz, yeah, that’ll work.

KAMALA: Flip flop and mushiness [2:19] – She IS talking about eliminating private insurance. Think, “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.”

DELANEY: Medicare for All would result in hospitals closing [4:54] – He’s a candidate? Dunno how long he’ll last with the whacky Left that seems to be dominating the Dem primary conversation. I mean, he actually makes a little bit of sense. I don’t trust him though. His smile doesn’t touch his eyes. It’s like the fake grin that kids put on for their school photos.

ABORTION partial birth

GILLIBRAND: Democrats have been abortion extremists for decades, but now it’s out in the open – Gillibrand supports abortions for any reason, right up to the moment of birth, and she wants to force taxpayers to pay for them, regardless of their religious or conscience objections. Gillibrand has a 100-percent pro-abortion voting record and recently voted against a bill to protect newborns from infanticide.

byrd

BIDEN: Slow Joe is taking heat over his history with segregationistsDemocrats have NO legs to stand on in this dog and pony show. They lionized Senator Robert Byrd.

In the early 1940s, a young Robert Byrd formed a new chapter of the Ku Klux Klan in Sophia, West Virginia. He was able to quickly recruit 150 of his friends and was eventually elected Exalted Cyclops of the local Klan unit.

In a 1944 letter to segregationist Mississippi Senator Theodore G. Bilbo, Byrd wrote, “I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side. Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.”

As late as 1946, Byrd wrote to the Klan’s Grand Wizard stating, “The Klan is needed today as never before, and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia and in every state in the nation.”
