In 1986, the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) began listing Elizabeth Warren as a minority faculty member. Since AALS bases such information solely on what faculty self-reports, the information must have come from Warren herself.
In 1993, Harvard Women’s Law Journal listed her as a “woman of color.” Again, these biographies were based on self-reporting.
In 1996, The Harvard Crimson listed her as a “minority.”
In 1997, The Fordham Law Review called her Harvard Law’s first woman of color.
In 2012, the press started reporting that she had Native American blood. She said it was family lore for which she had no documentation, but claimed she was unaware of anyone listing her as person of color or as a minority.
In 2018, Elizabeth Warren had a DNA test done, which proved she has less Native American in her ancestry than the average citizen. Or, as Mark Steyn put it, “Elizabeth Warren is the whitest White since Frosty the Snowman fell in a vat of Wite-Out.”
OUR AWESOME FIRST LADY: The media ignores her good works — Last year, when Mrs. Trump traveled to Texas to comfort and support the people affected by hurricanes, the media focused on the pair of heels she wore to board Air Force One. DIRTY COP MUELLER: Nothing to see here — On Thursday the IG published a bombshell report regarding the now-infamous anti-Trump sentiment shared between two key members of the FBI and of the Mueller investigation team, Peter Strzok and his mistress Lisa Page. The IG report reveals not only that both Strzok’s and Page’s iPhones were wiped clean and restored to factory settings by a member of Mueller’s team but that Strzok’s iPhone was then reissued to another agent for use.
ANTIFA THUGS: At one point in the hearing, one of the defense attorneys referred to the incident as a “tussle.” The judge said, “This isn’t like kids at a playground” and ruled that the two ringleaders be held for trial on felony aggravated assault and felony conspiracy charges.
CHICAGO DAVID 1: Goliath 0 — Pete posted a while back about how the powerful Madigan mob got college student David Krupa kicked off the ballot. Krupa needed 473 valid signatures of ward residents to get on the ballot. After he filed 1,729 signatures with the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners, Madigan’s operatives went door to door collecting revocations of those signatures. The Board of Elections kicked Krupa off the ballot. Enter Krupa’s lawyer, who demonstrated that only 187 of the 2,796 Madigan’s thugs filed actually matched signatures on Krupa’s petitions. This left him well ahead of the 473 he needed AND put 2,609 fraudulent revocation signers at risk of felony charges. The latest update is that the Madigan machine backed down and Krupa is back on the ballot. He is the first candidate to challenge Madigan’s toadies in the 13th Ward since 1991. Krupa’s attorney wants the state’s attorney to investigate. So far, she hasn’t lifted a finger.

Republican Never-Trump Women’s PAC is Funded By Three Democrat Billionaires
Republican Women for Progress is founded by Jennifer Lim and Meghan Milloy — anti-Trump women who have previously made headlines for starting a group called “Republican Women for Hillary” and opposing the Supreme Court nomination of Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
According to a report from the Washington Free Beacon, Federal Election Commission filings show that the PAC is being bankrolled by a $200,000 donation from Kathryn Murdoch, the liberal daughter-in-law of media mogul Rupert Murdoch, a $400,000 donation from Daniel Tierney, the president of Wicklow Capital and major Democratic Party donor, and a $400,000 donation from Democrat Reid Hoffman, the co-founder of LinkedIn.
Stephen Miller: Trump “Absolutely” Willing To A Partial Shut Down Government Over Border Wall

“If it comes to it, absolutely. This is a very fundamental issue,” Miller said Sunday on “Face the Nation” when asked whether Mr. Trump is willing to allow a shutdown. Miller said Democrats, who oppose the president’s requested $5 billion for wall funding, must decide “whether they want to fight for America’s working class, or promote illegal immigration.”
“At stake is the question of whether or not the United States remains a sovereign country,” he said.
The federal government will partially shut down after Dec. 21, days before Christmas, if the House and Senate fail to approve new spending bills or if Mr. Trump refuses to sign them into law. The president said last week he would be “proud” to shut down the government over border security and declared he would take full responsibility for any shutdown.

The new advice follows a council report which said: “Trans boys and men and non-binary people may have periods”, adding that “menstruation must be inclusive of all genders”.
Bins used for menstruation products will be provided in all toilets for children, according to the report.
It also calls for transgender students and pupils to be provided with additional support from a school nurse if needed.
The report recommends that “language and learning about periods is inclusive of all genders, cultures, faiths and sexual orientations. For example; ‘girls and women and others who have periods’.”

“Do you remember in ‘The Firm,’ how Tom Cruise brings down the entire mob on overbilling?” Mystal asked. “What we have here is Ivanka Trump, as part of the Trump organization, overbilling the inaugural committee. That could be it right there.”
Mystal said it would utterly destroy President Trump if anything happened to Ivanka.

Sen. Collins: I Believe The ACA’s ‘Unconstitutional’ Ruling Will Be Overturned
Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” with Jake Tapper on Sunday. The two discussed a variety of topics, one of which was the latest ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Reed O’Connor in Texas that deemed the Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as Obamacare, as unconstitutional.
According to Collins, she believes that the judge’s decision will be overturned on an appeal. Specifically, Collins stated that there’s widespread support for covering people with pre-existing conditions.

Not surprisingly, Kamala Harris went all “Republicans just want people to die” about the court’s decision. “Make no mistake: Republicans are responsible for the Affordable Care Act being declared unconstitutional by a Texas judge. 19 GOP Attorneys General and Trump’s White House support the lawsuit. Now tens of millions of people’s health care is at-risk. That’s the truth.”

NEW YORK IGNORES DISABLED: This is truly appalling — I just got an email from my rep, Tom Reed, saying that he has learned about and taken action to correct the fact that Governor Cuomo’s Justice Center basically IGNORES the abuse and murder of people with disabilities by state employees! Nearly 1,400 allegations related to staff abuses, patient neglect, sexual assaults and patient deaths have been reported to the New York State Justice Center. The Justice Center investigated less than 2.5 percent of these cases. Reed has asked the DOJ to investigate the lack of prosecutions, referrals and due process violations that have been alleged and recommend a course of action.
