WWIII: On Sunday, AP reported, “President Joe Biden has for the first time authorized Ukraine to use US-supplied long-range missiles for strikes inside Russia.”
Vladimir Putin has said in the past that this would constitute an act of war by NATO.
This morning, CNBC reported, “Russia says Ukraine attacked it using U.S.-made missiles.”
In response, Putin signed an “updated nuclear doctrine” authorizing the use of nuclear weapons in the event of a mass drone strike or aggression against Belarus.
Donald Trump said, “I’m calling on Putin and Zelensky to meet with me and end this terrible war. We’re closer to nuclear WWIII than ever. The killing must stop!“
THE VIEW: [5:50] – Whoopi Goldberg blasted a specific bakery for allegedly refusing to make their signature cupcakes for her birthday. The bakery in question told the person making the order that their aged boiler was on the fritz and they couldn’t make any promises. To make this story even worse, the baker was able to get the boiler fixed in time to make the cupcakes … the same cupcakes that Goldberg was showing off as she blasted the bakery for supposedly having lied. So rather than give the bakery a pat on the back for coming through despite mechanical difficulties, she slandered them! ::smh::
In other news, I’ve heard two lawyers say the bakery has grounds to sue Goldberg. I’m thinking they might want to send her some complimentary cupcakes, cuz their business is apparently booming … lines down the block, sold out early. ❤

COVID-19: On July 26, 2020, the CDC issued an official plan entitled “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings.” It presented the CDC’s plan for “implementing the shielding approach in humanitarian settings as outlined in guidance documents focused on camps, displaced populations and low-resource settings. “
The document describes how they wanted to herd people who were deemed at high risk for severe disease were to be isolated, given only food and some cleaning supplies. They would be denied the right to legal appeals or legal counsel. They would be banned from worshiping. However, there was a plan to prevent suicides, just in case you thought they were going all fascist on you.
Understand that “shielding” is code for “herding people into concentration camps where we can control them.” Right at the beginning of the document, the CDC admits their plan had never been tried. IOW, nobody knew if it would do anything to save lives.
Also, recall that the governments of Australia and Canada actually did this. Of course, those countries don’t have the Second Amendment, which may be why the CDC wasn’t able to implement something similar here. The document was removed from the CDC website about March 26, 2023, but is still available at the archive link below.

TEXAS: The Texas salon owner who was thrown in jail for defying COVID lockdown orders has claimed 75% of the vote for a seat in the Texas state House of Representatives. Shelley Luther ran on a platform that emphasized border security, honest elections, stopping the sexualization of children, securing the electricity grid, abolishing property taxes, and ending federal overreach in areas such as vaccine mandates.
TRANSITION: It is traditional for the lame duck to have a little sit-down with the incoming POTUS during which they make nice and shake hands for the camera. Trump’s first and second such visits could not have been more different. CIA: Trump has selected John Ratcliffe to direct the Central Intelligence Agency. Ratcliffe was once an anti-terrorism and national security chief for Eastern Texas. As a member of Congress, he served on the House Intelligence Committee and the House Judiciary Committee. During Trump’s first term, he served as director of national intelligence.

Kamala lost because … of Obama … she isn’t a white man … she ain’t black enough … Americans are soft, stupid, privileged babies … the election was rigged … Elon Musk’s Starlink did something … Russia cheated again … of Netanyahu’s traitor network … Ann Selzer (an obscure Iowa pollster) galvanized Republicans into going to the polls to prove her wrong … there are too many gays in the Democrat consultant class … men aren’t reasonable or rational … the internet was censored … the working class is largely stupid, uneducated, and suspectable to propaganda.
P.S., from Grammy Grammar – This “largely stupid, uneducated” Trump voter would like to point out that “suspectable” means “that may be suspected.” In the last statement in the list above, it modifies “the working class” not “propaganda.” It says, “the working class may be suspected”, leaving “to propaganda” just dangling at the end. The word this “highly educated” and totally “not” stupid Kamala supporter wanted was “suspicious” and it’s suspicious “of”, not “to.”

GRAMMY NOTES: Oh wow!! The Mascots received this wonderful piece of history from a fellow Post Crosser and it even arrived yesterday, right on the 35th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall! I have a chunk of the wall. I remember being in a department store and seeing them for sale.
