   OK,it was my first try at posting.Can anyone tell me how to have youtube captures show up like they do on replies,instead of just the link code?These videos are all hilarious.

   I’m not sure how to make the videos embed. Sometimes it happens for me, sometimes not. I’m sure Chrissy could help you out.

   I’m really, really glad Huckabee is out. Now if only God could tell Mitt not to run we’d be set.

   This is the best Grudge Report ever! You did it!
   The videos are good. I know there is a trick to get them to embed, but I don’t know what it is. Someone will come along and be able to tell you today, I’m sure.

   Try this for embedding videos, looks like a much simpler way than how I do it:

     This is a great resource. If you notice down the right column, there are links for other sites, too, such as daily motion. They all require a different format (go figure!). I had problems with this myself when I was creating one of the pages for my blog.

     If you scroll to the bottom of this page, I think the troubleshoot section has the answer to your problem. WP should embed the videos automatically, but won’t if they’re hyperlinked (in blue). All you have to do is highlight the URL and click the Unlink button (broken chain). I hope that works!

       Ooh, that works so slick! Just for laughs, I tried it on the Alfonzo Rachel video in Pete’s list above. I highlighted the URL and de-linked it, and voila! the video appears magically where before there had been only a bunch of code! Thanks, Rose!

       I should have specified that WP will automatically embed YouTube videos, to be clear. Some of the other formats may work differently.

     Do you see (edit) on your comment timestamp line ? Then you have the ability to delete 😀 If not, please let me know if it’s the long comment that repeats your original post. We’re all learning together here !

       I tried to delete the double post,but had no luck.I highlighted the part to delete,but when I right-clicked there was no option for it.I guess we’re all learning together.

         I got it off by choosing “Manage Comments” in the “My Blog” drop down menu, putting a check in the box by the comment, choosing “Move to Trash” and clicking “Apply” which are up at the top.

         Wow, it actually worked too! It’s been eons since I tried to mess with comment removal. I’m so pleased my leaky old brain remembered how LOL.

           That works, or another way to delete a comment (or post) is to click on “Edit” (under your name), which takes you to the edit page, where on the right hand side you will see “Move to Trash” in bright red letters. Click on that, and you’re finished. Fast and easy! (I have to do this frequently, since I’m prone to leaving comments in the wrong place and assorted other blunders.) Of course you can also use this to edit a comment, if it needs fixing rather than deleting. If you do this, you have to click on “update comment” after you’re done editing.
