As a long-suffering Bears fan, what the Packers did to them last night is reminiscient of what the GOP did to the libs last Tuesday. With the score 42-0 at halftime it was all over but the bloodletting.

THE SATURDAY MORNING POST
DW was home yesterday for the first time in nearly a week. So,of course, she and her BFF are going shoe-shopping today. So here I am. Barry is on TV announcing Loretta Lynch as his choice to replace Holder-Himmler. I’m including a link about her background. She seems better than racist-boy,but anybody Jughead nominates for anything is highly suspect. She’s probably a white-hating bigot whose job description is to go after Barry’s critics. We’ll have to wait and see what happens. Meanwhile I have Daniel Boone on ME TV in the background. Thank goodness for cable.

THE GRUMPY CAT CHRISTMAS MOVIE
Everybody’s favorite CWABA (cat with a bad attitude) is starring in her first movie called (what else) ‘Grumpy Cat in The Worst Christmas Ever. It is set to premiere Saturday,Nov. 29 at 8PM on the Lifetime channel. Whoever owns that feline has made a fortune off her. Still,Mindful is a Grump-o-phile so I thought I’d post this.
Grumpy Cat features in meme-stuffed Christmas movie
The internet-famous Grumpy Cat becomes an uppity friend on whom we can depend in “Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever.”
With its lead’s voice provided by Aubrey Plaza (“Parks & Recreation”), the Grumpy Cat film makes a feature out of an internet meme that began in 2012, starring the grouchiest-looking cat of them all.
Produced by the Lifetime TV channel (“Project Runway,” “On the Road with Austin & Santino”), “Grumpy Cat’s Worst Christmas Ever” was co-written by “Spongebob SquarePants” writer Tim Hill and relative newcomer Jeff Morris.

FRIDAY FREE-FOR-ALL
First, thoughts and prayers to our dear friend and bestest buddy Chrissy for her and her family. Hopefully they’re enjoying some quality time together.
Yesterday was the fastest two-hour lunch I ever had. There’s just so much we don’t know about each other. We’re meeting again next Friday for supper and she asked me to invite DW. It’s still a little early to to try to get close to my grandson, but there’s time. Besides selling insurance she’s also a Zumba instructor and is always ‘cleansing.’ You know,gluten-free and all that. GP would like her.
I DON’T THINK SHE CAN DO MUCH WITH THIS

I CAN’T BELIEVE I WASTED SO MUCH TIME NOT KNOWING THESE TWO

REID’S OFFICE BLAMED THE BLOODBATH ON BARRY. THE KING DOESN’T TAKE KINDLY TO CRITICISM.

A HEAPING HELPING OF SCHADENFREUDE
Just wow. I don’t even know where to start. I’ll try not to spend a lot of time on some of yeterday’s races because you all are politically astute enough to know without anybody telling you. I do,as always, have a bunch of opinions that I’ll try to share with you.
What happened to the polls? How biased are they? They were touting a half-dozen races that were supposedly too close to call. We’d been hearing the phony independent Greg Orman was going to defeat Pat Roberts in Kansas. Fortunately republican voters are smarter than that. Roberts won by eleven points.
Braley was supposedly tied with Joni Ernst. She whipped him by 8.
Michelle Nunn was supposedly going to beat Tom Cotton or at least force a January runoff. Cotton got 53%.
There may be a runoff as Ed Gillespie is neck and neck with favorite Mark Warner. He’d been given virtually no chance to win.
The three ladies I featured yesterday, Elyse Stefanik, Mia Love, and Joni Ernst ALL WON!
Right now Rush is talking about the #1 target of unions who they can’t defeat despite three tries in four years,Scott Walker,Wisconsin’s governor. Again, the polls showed the race was very close. All the democrat big guns including the Klintoons were there to whip up the rabble. All Walker did was do his job without whining or complaining. I hope he runs in 2016. (BoB- you need to share him with us,lady.)
The republicans were not elected to change the tone in DC. They weren’t elected to work with Obama to get things done. They were elected to STOP OBAMA! People are still seething about having Obamacare shoved down their throats. They bristle at the thought of this lop-eared cur granting executive amnesty to millions of illegal cockroaches. If they misinterpret why they’re there they will be gone in two years.
Liberals are whining that this election was an anti-incumbent election. They lost the governorships in Massachusetts,Maryland and Illinois. No,this was an anti-DEMOCRAT election. Calls have already started to ‘work together’ with the democrats who’ve been crapping all over them for six years. Funny how it only works one way.
The Clown Prince has called a presser for 2:50 EST today. Coincidentally, that’s the exact time Have Gun Will Travel comes on the Encore Western Channel. Pity. He’s also called the leaders of both parties to the Spite House Friday. The media will say it’s to tell them they all need to work together.
Bullshit. Obama doesn’t want to work with either party at this point. He don’t think he needs them to do whatever he wants to do. It will be more difficult now that Reid can’t protect his ass by stopping any bills from getting a vote in the Senate. He may even have to sign a few of them. But he’s dead set on making amnesty part of his legacy.
The people didn’t want Obamacare, they don’t want amnesty. That’s why yesterday happened.

IT’S THE FINAL COUNTDOWN!
This is from the Swedish the hair band Europe, fronted by Johnny Apollo, the prettiest man in 1980’s Glam Rock.
First, let me wish a happy 68th birthday to a First Lady with poise, grace and class. Remember them? They were content to be supportive wives and mothers. What we’re stuck with now is a rude, nasty, entitlement queen with the grace of a camel and reeking of french fries.

After I finished my paper route this morning I stayed up long enough to go and exercise my right to cast an intelligent, informed vote. I feel good that I was able to cancel out one of the many illegal votes cast in this state. We got to the polling place at 6:03 and there was already a crowd. I don’t know if you can read anything into that but midterms normally don’t generate this much early enthusiasm.
As you may suspect,I have so many things today I could set a record for the longest thread on this blog. I will,of course, practice restraint to the best of my limited ability.

THE THRILL, IT SEEMS, IS GONE
First,a word to CtH. Not to worry,my dear friend. We got this. Family is the most important thing next to loving God in your life. Guard any time together jealously. We’ll be here whenever you can stop by.
Wellll…it seems like Barry has become as unpopular as a used car salesman to all but his most devoted, the homies who still have his picture on their mantle. He did an appearance in Connecticut where he was heckled by illegals for not signing amnesty yet. Of course,he blamed the republicans. Then in deep-blue Philadelphia, where fraud was so rampant two years ago, that a statistically-impossible 53 precincts didn’t record a single vote for Romney, they couldn’t fill half the gymnasium where Temple University plays. I have links to both these stories. Being the self-absorbed narcissist he is he likely blamed the sparse crowds on the unpopularity of the democrat he was stumping for. He has NO personal appearances planned for the last two days before the midterm, which comes as a relief to the democrats who are running from him so fast you’d think he wanted them to pay the dinner tab. It remains to be seen if he’s dumped enough turds in the punchbowl to doom any of his co-conspirators.

SUNDAY EXTRAVAGANZA
DW came in a little while ago and said: ‘I need to pick up some things at WalMart.’
Translation: ‘Shut that stupid computer down and get you fat butt up and take me to WalMart.’
It’s not all bad, though. I enjoy playing dodgecart on my Amigo scooter with all the pedestrians. Not realizing it,we sojourned forth a day after the EBT cards were loaded for all the Obama voters. I have a handicap placard, which makes me no different than thousands of others who vie for the coveted spots within sight of the entrance. There were hordes of minority types with carts heaped full, including a family of moose-limbs that had one cart overflowing with 20 oz. bottles of Pepsi, another full of Mountain Dew and one full of cereal, mostly Fruit Loops. I don’t even want to think about what they were doing.
Interestingly there haven’t been the flood of campaign videos this cycle as there is during a presidential election. I don’t recall seeing anything from Rove’s Crossroads group. There were a few today. Since I don’t watch the Sunday gabfests,I’ll have to post anything later on. Rand Paul was supposed to be on three different shows. There’s just something about him that doesn’t sit right with me. One has to be suspect of ANY republican the media whores openly embrace.
With much chagrin I noticed yesterday the Christmas ads are descending like a plague already. The Hallmark channel has the 55 days of Christmas, apparently. Right now ‘A Dog Named Christmas’ is on. It is nearing time for some NFL football,so I’ll get a modicum of relief. Hope you like what I have today.
