God’s Word is the ONLY way to make sense of this

The Left has an apparent hypocrisy that shows up as total consistency once you align each issue with God’s Word.

  • God loves marriage and family; therefore the Left seeks to destroy them.

Today is the day Obama hoped to settle on a nuclear deal with Tehran.  Last week, 18 leading foreign policy experts – including five former top Obama administration officials – publicly criticized the Obama administration for giving away too much to Tehran.  On Sunday, reports emerged that Obama had caved in to Tehran’s demand that there be NO INSPECTIONS of sensitive Iranian nuclear sites.

  • God loves Israel and the Jewish people; therefore, the Left panders to those who seek their destruction.

The New York Times showed off another version of the Left’s evil agenda by publishing an offensive portrait of Pope Benedict XVI made entirely of condoms.

Last January, the NYT sniffily refused to publish any of the Hebdo cartoons of Muhammed, explaining that “under Times standards, we do not normally publish images or other material deliberately intended to offend religious sensibilities.”

  • God loves the Catholic Church; therefore, the Left assaults it in every way possible.

I’m not holding my breath waiting for any of my fellow Extremist Catholics to use deadly force against newspaper employees, the artist who made the offensive portrait, or the employees of the museum that now owns it.

Hypocrisy? THIS is Hypocrisy!

Or maybe just cowardice coupled with an absurdly low level of self-awareness. Nope. It’s hypocrisy.

New York Times Runs ‘Condom Pope’ Image After Refusing to Publish Muhammed Cartoons
SooperMexican – If you look up”hypocrisy” in the dictionary, you might find this example of a ridiculous double standard by the New York Times. In January the venerable and crotchety old gray lady declined to publish the cartoons of Muhammed after the Charlie Hebdo massacre and cited their policy to not offend religious sensibilities:

“Under Times standards, we do not normally publish images or other material deliberately intended to offend religious sensibilities. After careful consideration, Times editors decided that describing the cartoons in question would give readers sufficient information to understand today’s story.”

Right. Sure. And yet just a few short months later, they’re publishing a picture that is offensive to Catholic sensibilities:

Elitist attack on middle class candidate backfires

Rubio’s “team did something unorthodox: They decided not to directly refute charges that the freshman senator is a reckless spender, has drowned in debt, and has engaged in questionable financial practices. Rubio spokesman Alex Conant suggested that they’re not even a liability but rather an asset, because the senator’s financial struggles, which he’s spoken about often on the campaign trail, make him a more relatable candidate. The attacks, they say, even make Rubio look like a victim of snot-nosed elites.”

Leftard journos had a tough time justifying the stupid NYT’s articles. MSNBC’s Chris Hayes took to Twitter on Tuesday to say he’s “starting to think Rubio has some plant in the NYT and these supposed ‘hit jobs’ on him are false flags intended to make him look sympathetic.’”

June 5, 2015: The New York Times broke the news that, over the past 18 years, Republican Marco Rubio has racked up FOUR traffic tickets!

Thank goodness we have the Fourth Estate! We certainly wouldn’t want to accidentally vote for someone who had so little respect for rules and regulations, right?

Nasty Right-Wingnuts started a vile rumor that The New York Times had not actually researched this scoop for itself, but had just printed a story that was handed to them by a Democrat PAC.

Noooooooooooooooooo wayyyyyyyyyyyyy! Yes, way.

The anti-human climate alarmism cult

There is a 38% chance that 2014 was the hottest year on record … by two-100ths of a degree.

Nevertheless, The New York Times announced that 2014 had been “hottest year” in “recorded history” and one warmist blogger screamed that the previous heat record had been “shattered.”

Cue apocalyptic sound track. Or not.

On May 25, 2015, MIT Professor emeritus Richard Lindzen explained the absurdity of alarmist claims about global temperatures.

“Seventy percent of the earth is oceans, we can’t measure those temperatures very well. They can be off a half a degree, a quarter of a degree. Even two-10ths of a degree of change would be tiny but two-100ths is ludicrous.”

Whenever Lindzen debunks the latest climate alarmist claim, he gets mail and phone calls accusing him of being a sociopathic shill for the energy industry. He explains how absurd it is that anyone thinks climate deniers are the ones being paid off.

“You have all these people, the Gores and so on, making hundreds of millions of dollars on this [climate alarmism], Exxon Mobil giving $100 million to Stanford for people who are working on promoting this hysteria.”

In his opinion, the climate alarmists behave like cultists.

“As with any cult, once the mythology of the cult begins falling apart, instead of saying, oh, we were wrong, they get more and more fanatical.”

Plus, their claims to being on the side of “science” is absurd. Until recently, periods of greater warmth were referred to as “climate optimum.” Optimum is derived from a Latin word meaning “best.”

“Nobody ever questioned that those were the good periods. All of a sudden you were able to inculcate people with the notion that you have to be afraid of warmth.”

He also points out that it is the global climate policies the alarmists are pushing that are anti-human, because they seek to reduce the standard of living for all but the wealthy elite. These policies are particularly harsh for undeveloped nations where most of the population lives in dire poverty.

“Anything you do to impoverish people, and certainly all the planned policies will impoverish people, is actually costing lives. But the environmental movement has never cared about that.”

House Passes Pain-Capable Abortion Ban

The House of Representatives approved a bill that bans abortions after 20-weeks of pregnancy.

A poll done by the uber liberal Huffington Post found that Americans support the pain-capable ban by an almost 2-1 margin.  If the Senate approves the bill, President Obama has said he will veto it. Clearly, he does not care what Americans want.

Before the vote, Dr. Maureen Condic, who is Associate Professor of Neurobiology and Adjunct Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine, testified that the unborn child is capable of reacting to pain as early as 8-10 weeks. This is when most abortions in America take place.
