On Nov 5, I hit my target daily dose of 1,000 mg. (She recommends 700 mg/day for health and more for fixing a deficiency.)

I have had knots in my neck (~1″ below my ears) and on top of my shoulders for-practically-ever. I realized the knots in my neck are GONE. Those two spots are still a bit sore and my shoulders are still knotted, but wow, so much win!
On Nov 16, my chiropractor (who sees me bi-weekly) was working my back and said,
“Your muscles are much looser than they’ve ever been … by a lot!” WOOHOO!!

On Thursday, model and sports commentator Leeann Tweeden accused Democrat Minnesota Sen. Al Franken of groping her “without my consent” during a USO tour of Vietnam in Dec 2006, and she provided photo evidence of the assault.
“He repeated that actors really need to rehearse everything and that we must practice the kiss. I said ‘OK’ so he would stop badgering me. We did the line leading up to the kiss and then he came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth.”

Former radio host Melanie Morgan stated that she will be coming forward with her own accusations against Franken soon.

“He approached Carol, the show’s producer and demanded my home phone number, which was a clear violation of network protocol. I had thought that was the end of the story and was shocked when he started calling my home, badgering me repeatedly.”

Did any Democrat or liberal media type say “I believe the women”? If so, I don’t recall it.
When political power is in the picture, Democrats and feminist “believe the women” only when they accuse political enemies. This was true in 1990s and it’s true today.

When it comes to the news media, I’m always suspicious
Many mainstream news outlets have done about about-face over Bill Clinton’s history of sexual misconduct and assault. In other words, Clinton and his wife are now useless to them.
To tell you the truth, I’m beginning to suspect that this no-holds-barred smear of Roy Moore is serving as a template for how the mainstream media will handle Republican candidates in the 2018 midterms.
Sexual allegations are in vogue thanks to Harvey Weinstein. And if they succeed in driving Moore out of the race or getting him defeated at the ballot box, they plan on using this more widely next year.
Actually, even if they don’t succeed in defeating Moore, I think they still plan to use this tactic in 2018.

ESPN’s Jemele Hill didn’t give any credit to President Donald Trump for intervening on behalf of three black UCLA basketball players in Chinese custody.
LiAngelo Ball, Cody Riley and Jalen Hill were released Tuesday morning after they’d been arrested for allegedly stealing from a Louis Vuitton store. Trump personally asked Chinese President Xi Jinping to get involved, and less than 24 hours later the players were set free.
Hill didn’t have much to say, which is really surprising because she once claimed Trump was a white supremacist.
Instead of offering any credit at all, she simply responded, “Not really. 1) I’m off today 2) reporting facts isn’t stressful,” to a tweet saying she was in for a stressful day after the players were released.

Three UCLA players indefinitely suspended after shoplifting incident in China
UCLA coach Steve Alford made the announcement after three players acknowledged during a news conference that they shoplifted during the Nov. 6 incident.
“They will have to earn their way back,’’ Alford said.
“I would like to start off to say sorry for stealing from stores in China,’’ Ball said, reading from a statement. “I didn’t exercise my best judgment, and I’m sorry for that.’’

The NCAA has a policy called “one and done,” which means they have to waste a year in college, ostensibly to “get an education,” when in reality it’s just a year of being coddled because of their skill at playing a game until they enter the NBA draft where 19 year olds become millionaires overnight. They’ve been scouted by colleges from the 5th grade on. They get passes from all their classes and nearly all of them read at a 5th grade level. As long as they can sign the check it makes little difference.
They thanked Trump because they were told to. Their only regret about the crimes they committed is being caught.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that if Alabama’s Senate candidate Roy Moore wins, he’ll face an ethics investigation immediately after he’s sworn into office. “It would be a rather unusual beginning,” McConnell said, speaking at a Wall Street Journal event.
“I’d like to save the seat, and it’s a heck of a dilemma when you’ve got a completely unacceptable candidate bearing the label of your party within a month of the election,” he added.

Another Actress Accuses Kirk Cameron of Treating Her with Respect

HOLLYWOOD, CA—An unnamed actress has come forward and accused outspoken Christian actor Kirk Cameron of treating her with respect and dignity—the seventh one in recent weeks—reports confirmed Monday.
As a seemingly endless wave of sexual misconduct and abuse allegations continue to rock Tinseltown, the actress reported numerous instances when Cameron, who is vocal about his Christian faith, showed her the utmost respect, never once approaching anything even resembling an explicit or implied request for sexual favors in exchange for career advancement.
“I never felt threatened, and I always felt safe and respected around him,” the actress told reporters. “Something about it felt really strange.”
“It was a bit odd, but I quickly got used to it,” she added.
At publishing time, additional actresses had come forward to identify Cameron, along with several openly Christian filmmakers, as men who treated them like fellow humans with inherent value, and not as sexual objects to be exploited. Multiple witnesses confirmed the allegations.

In March 2012, pro-lifers opened a pregnancy help center across the street from the killing fields of late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart in Germantown, Md.
Since then, more than 400 women who came to Carhart’s clinic have opted first to visit the help center and ultimately changed their minds.
One of these babies had been diagnosed with some condition that would kill it soon after birth. A sidewalk counselor convinced the parents to find out more about their options.
That baby boy is now three years old and in perfect health.
