How things have changed!
Most of us just don’t care about Russia or Trump’s tweets or White House staffing problems. What we care about is the economy. And, after just six months under Trump, the economy is out-performing anything Obama ever dreamed about.
We’ve added more than a million jobs. Corporate profits are soaring. The stock market is at all-time highs. The manufacturers optimism index is the highest in history. New hiring by small businesses has hit a 19 year high. The US oil rig count has doubled.
The Trump economy is the Democrats’ worst nightmare.

Military service does not guarantee someone is a conservative. It is becoming painfully obvious that President Trump made a grave mistake when he put this Trojan horse in charge of the NSA. Trump Considering Sending McMaster to Afghanistan
Mr. Trump, according to several administration officials, has been considering a shake-up that could include appointing Mike Pompeo, the C.I.A. director, to take over as National Security Adviser, while sending General McMaster to command forces in Afghanistan. Such a move could earn General McMaster a fourth star.
NBC News reported on Wednesday that the president recently suggested that Gen. John W. Nicholson Jr., the commander of American-led forces in Afghanistan, be fired. White House officials have said the president has yet to decide on any new moves.
McMaster keeps getting rid of all these people who were appointed to the National Security Council by Michael Flynn. What McMaster seems to be forgetting is that Trump liked Flynn, fired him as NSC chief reluctantly, and sometimes muses that he should have kept him. McMaster would do well to remember that the next time he thinks about firing an “antiglobalist.” Because Trump is an anti-globalist.

The Coup D’Etat Rushes Forward
The media helped him win the Republican nomination and chuckled with glee. This reality TV star, this ego-maniacal showboat would pose no challenge to Mme. Hillary as she pursued the prize she coveted above everything. He drew turn-away crowds of tens of thousands. Hillary couldn’t fill a high school gymnasium. Not to worry, she has the vaunted “blue wall” of states that always, ALWAYS vote Democrat. Then the sh!t hit the fan.
Trump has been a marked man since the day he won. The Democrats and their sycophants in the media have savaged him every day. He wasn’t even allowed a peaceful inauguration day. He had no support from his own party as they have stood on the sidelines, preoccupied with not doing anything that would jeopardize their personal fiefdoms.
The president has assembled a staff through the process of trial and error. Some of his picks have worked well, others he got very bad advice about. The first thing he should have done is fire every last Obama appointee and Democrat career politician. It would leave huge gaps in differing departments, but when you rid your home of pestilence you must be thorough.
He waited far too long to fire James Comey and the Democrats bullied Jeff Sessions into recusing himself. This infuriated the president, who expected loyalty from those who serve under him. This led Rod Rosenstein to appoint uber-liberal Robert Mueller who was given unlimited power and resources and a mandate to find SOMETHING with which to try to force Trump out of office. He has a hand-picked squad of 16 professional Democrat assassins and has just empaneled a grand jury and moved if from Virginia, where Trump has support, to DC where he can get away with almost any dirty trick he chooses. Keep in mind that a grand jury is completely one-sided. The defense is not allowed in the room, the prosecutors can compel anyone to testify, they submit any unsubstantiated evidence without proof and this particular panel is sure to be made up of people who despise Trump. It will not end well. If they can’t pin anything on him, they’ll get his son.

Well, dayum! “Eat less, move more” DOESN’T WORK for weight loss! FASTING works, because that’s the way God designed our bodies. And, no, you aren’t going to burn protein. Nor will your body go into starvation mode.
One of the things he explains that really interests me is this … “Eat less, move more” causes your metabolism to DROP. IOW, the number of calories you burn just by existing goes DOWN. This is the reason people plateau and then start gaining weight again. However, FASTING has the opposite effect. Your metabolism actually INCREASES, so you burn more calories just by existing.
Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever seriously considered fasting. This doctor not only speaks “lay person” really well, but also he’s quite funny about it. If you care at all about your excess blubber, this is very well worth watching.
