Our COVID Plan

Dearest and I haven’t had the ‘rona and, thank God, nobody is forcing us to get the vaxxx! I’ve been researching alternative and suppressed treatments that work, then, yesterday, asked my primary what his early treatment protocol is. In its entirety, “Go to the hospital for monoclonal antibody injections.”

So no ivermectin or hydroxy? Nope. “We don’t believe those are effective.” Oh. I’ve spent literally years developing a good relationship with this man and he mostly is a good fit. I even think it’s kind of sweet (if a lot annoying) that he is so good-hearted, honest, and caring himself that he still believes the FDA and the CDC are actually telling him the truth about COVID. I remember when I was still naive like that. ::sigh::

So anyway … Dearest and I already agreed we’d get the injections. In the meantime, I’ve added a couple things to our prevention plan, and put together a treatment plan. This week, I’m going to order a two week supply of the latter for the two of us so when/if we catch one of the ‘ronas, we can start treating immediately. Here it is, for whatever it’s worth to you.


  • Vitamin C – 500 to 1,000 mg 2x/day
  • Vitamin D3 – 1,000 to 3,000 IU/day (calcitriol preferred)
  • Zinc – 30 to 40 mg/day (elemental)
  • Nigella Sativa – 300 mg/day (black cumin seed – antiviral)
  • Melatonin – 6 mg before bedtime

TREATMENT: Go to hospital for monoclonal antibody injections, then treat at home for 14 days after first symptoms. Monitor fever, but do not reduce unless it goes over 105°F or stays above 103°F for more than 48 hours.

  • Aspirin – 325 mg daily (as a blood thinner: C only, D already takes one)
  • Vitamin C – 500 to 1,000 mg 2x/day
  • Vitamin D3 – 1,000 to 3,000 IU/day (calcitriol preferred)
  • Zinc – 100 mg/day (elemental)
  • Nigella Sativa – 500 mg/day (black cumin seed – antiviral)
  • Ashwaganda – (adaptogen)
  • Cordyceps (adaptogen)
  • Curcumin – 500 mg 2x/day (turmeric – adaptogen)
  • Honey – 1 tsp/day
  • Melatonin – 10 mg before bedtime

Essential oils: Diffuse to open up breathing and kill germs – tea tree, eucalyptus, pine (or other evergreen). Tea tree can also be applied to the skin neat (without diluting) below nostrils and/or on the chest. Run humidifier if it helps.

Homeopathics: Try stuff and use what works – Arsenicum album for weakness, fever, scalding diarrhea, difficulty breathing. Bryonia for cough, muscle/joint pain. Allium cepa for sneezing, water eyes. Also try Boiron blends that I have on hand, including ColdCalm (sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, minor sore throat), Oscillococcinum (flu blend for body aches, headache, fever, chills, fatigue), and Sedalia (stress relief blend for fatigue, irritability, nervousness, hypersensitivity).

  1. I have a friend who tested positive for Covid and is quarantining at home right now. She got the monoclonal antibodies and is now taking Ivermectin (she’d bought it earlier to have on hand just in case). I’ll be interested to see how it goes with her. She’s been doing the Vitamin C and D, quercetin, zinc, etc. all along, so I think she’ll be all right.
